Description
As a key member of our growing research team, the Market Intelligence Expert serves as the company's eyes and ears across the global iGaming landscape. This role is responsible for tracking industry movements, competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, and market-level signals that inform Digitain's strategic direction across Sales and Product functions.
The Market Intelligence Expert occupies a critical position at the intersection of research and strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring and synthesizing information across competitors, emerging markets, regulatory bodies, and industry events — transforming raw intelligence into actionable insights that power Digitain's commercial and product teams.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze emerging trends in the iGaming industry — including regulatory changes, technological advancements, market shifts, and upcoming innovations
Track major players in the iGaming ecosystem by reviewing quarterly and annual reports, financial performance, revenue growth, and strategic announcements
Evaluate sales and market growth by region, assessing key growth indicators, player acquisition trends, and penetration in both regulated and emerging markets
Research product developments across the iGaming industry, including new tools, features, and integrations, and their potential market impact
Assess operational network expansion — tracking growth in B2C operator networks and B2B partnerships, including platform adoption rates
Monitor industry activity across public sources, including websites, conferences, press releases, and social media
Identify early signals of market expansion across the industry
Conduct competitive analyses of key iGaming players, including performance benchmarking and threat/opportunity identification
Prepare and deliver high-quality research outputs: detailed reports, trend summaries, competitive landscapes, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Source and validate data from industry reports, financial filings, news platforms, conferences, and proprietary tools
Collaborate with team members to translate research findings into strategic recommendations and contribute to BRD/PRD preparation
Proactively anticipate industry shifts (e.g., new regulations in Latin America, Asia, Africa) and alert relevant teams to emerging risks or opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, business analysis, or strategic research, with a strong preference for candidates from iGaming, fintech and e-commerce
Proven track record of owning market intelligence or competitive analysis functions and reporting insights as market conditions change
Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the global iGaming ecosystem: sportsbook and casino platforms, B2B/B2C business models, payment solutions, and regulatory frameworks across key regions is preferable
Experience analyzing financial/annual reports, investor disclosures, industry publications and market data to assess and validate competitor performance and strategic direction. Strong strategic and critical thinking skills — able to identify and connect non obvious signals (regulatory shifts, hiring trends, product launches, social/media activity) into them into early-warning insights
Ability to turn complex research into clear, decision-ready reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
Experience with competitive intelligence platforms (e.g., Similarweb, H2gc, LinkedIn Talent Insights) is a strong plus
Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the market intelligence function, setting priorities with minimal oversight
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to balance competing requests from Sales and Product teams and prioritize based on strategic impact
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent research streams under tight timelines in a fast-moving, competitive industry
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (Russian, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic sells Claude through partners as well as directly. In the public sector, those partners matter more than anywhere else. As Channel Partner Manager, Public Sector, you will own Anthropic's reseller and distributor relationships across US federal, state and local government, and you will build the operations that let those partners transact with us quickly and cleanly.
Your time will be split roughly evenly between two kinds of work. The first is partner management. You will be the primary Anthropic contact for our public sector partners, agree on a joint plan with each of them, and work with our public sector account teams so that partner and direct motions support each other rather than collide. The second is channel operations. You will onboard new partners, instance an agreement for each of them, run deal registration, administer rebates, and keep the program's processes and records in order.
Every partner adds a fixed amount of operational work regardless of revenue, so the processes you build will determine how quickly public sector customers can buy. Much of this does not exist at Anthropic yet, and building it to a standard our partners and teams can rely on will be a large part of your first year.
You will work closely with Legal, Finance and with our public sector sales team on pipeline. You will also work with the public sector teams at the cloud providers and through cloud environments that meet federal security requirements such as FedRAMP.
Key responsibilities
Own Anthropic's relationships with our public sector partners, acting as their primary point of contact and building relationships with their public sector and alliance leadership
Agree on a joint business plan with each partner covering target segments, contract vehicles, pipeline, enablement and marketing, and run regular business reviews against it
Work with our federal, state and local, and education account teams to align partner and direct motions, clear conflicts early, and route each opportunity through the right partner and contract vehicle
Run partner onboarding end to end, from application and diligence through agreement execution, enablement and a first transaction
Own partner agreements with Legal, keeping contract vehicle coverage and program terms current
Own deal registration for the public sector channel, making sure registrations are submitted, validated and conflict cleared, and that every deal names its end customer
Manage partner rebates and program incentives with Finance
Build and run the channel's operating processes, including quoting, order handling and partner reporting, with clear service levels and documentation
Work with the cloud providers' public sector teams so that partner deals run cleanly through cloud marketplaces and authorized cloud environments
Forecast and report partner sourced pipeline and resale revenue for the public sector channel, and own that number with the reseller program and public sector sales leadership
Own partner escalations end to end, from billing and contracting questions to deal conflicts, and resolve them with the right internal owner
Represent what public sector partners and buyers need to the central reseller program team, and feed what you learn back into how the program works
Minimum qualifications
7+ years in channel, partner or alliances roles in enterprise software or cloud, including at least 3 years focused on the US public sector
Direct experience managing reseller or distributor relationships that sell to government or education buyers
Working knowledge of how public sector buyers purchase technology, including contract vehicles, two-tier distribution, and the role of resellers in public procurement
Working fluency in channel program mechanics, including deal registration, partner onboarding, margin and rebates
Experience running channel or partner operations, including agreements, program administration, reporting, and the systems behind them
Experience building processes and working rhythms from zero, and comfort joining a new program early
Clear written and spoken communication with Legal, Finance and Sales teams, and the judgment to hold program rules under commercial pressure
Excitement about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Experience with FedRAMP and with selling software that runs in authorized cloud environments
Experience with federal, state and education contract vehicles
Experience with cloud marketplace resale for public sector buyers, including private offers
Experience on the reseller or distributor side of a vendor relationship, as well as the vendor side
Familiarity with how government agencies and education institutions are evaluating and adopting AI
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Derivatives and Trading products sit in one of the most heavily regulated and fastest-moving parts of Payward's regulatory perimeter, and the estate is still expanding across a US venue and clearing stack, a UK venue, EEA distribution and a Bermuda entity. Today that work is owned in fragments. This is a net-new, function-owning role created to put global derivatives structuring strategy to a single senior owner. This DGC will be responsible for the global suite of derivatives products as well as Payward’s trading products.
Products. Futures and options across the group, and margin in the US, and a set of trading products, including but not limited to leveraged and liquidity products, prediction markets, indices and market data, evaluation-based trading services and structured yield. The DGC will help define the delineation of these products between the new function and the existing Product Legal team.
Entities and regulators. A US venue and clearing stack (FCM/NFA, DCM, DCO), a UK FCA-authorised derivatives venue, EEA derivatives distribution under CySEC permissions, and a Bermuda DABA entity serving the rest of world and others. The general counsel of our acquired US futures brokerage (NinjaTrader) reports into this function.
Team. Senior derivatives and trading counsel across the US, UK and EEA, with the function set to grow, and the general counsel of the acquired US futures brokerage.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own global derivatives structuring strategy — product structure, venue and entity architecture, clearing models, and how a single coherent derivatives offering is delivered to clients across several separately licensed entities.
- Together with Payward’s Regulatory Legal team, solve the cross-entity problems that sit in no single product — hub-and-spoke architecture, unified balances, cross-margining, and where risk and client relationships actually sit across the group. These are the hardest questions we answer.
- Be the named senior legal owner for the derivatives and trading product lines, wired into the product launch process from the start rather than consulted at the end, and the single senior route into Legal for derivatives and trading.
- Lead and build the team — hire, level and develop senior derivatives counsel across jurisdictions, and build depth and succession into a function that is currently thin at the top.
- Partner with Global Policy and Government Relations as the senior legal counterpart for derivatives regulatory engagement with the CFTC, NFA, FCA, BMA, CySEC and others, pre-socialising positions with regulators and internal leadership before they land, not after.
- Support the supervised estates that carry derivatives permissions, working with Regulatory Legal on continuous supervisory relationships and on new permissions and variations tied to product launches.
- Bring structuring judgement in-house, and direct external counsel where genuinely specialist input is required.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- Attorney admitted to practice in the US, or qualified lawyer (Solicitor/Barrister of England & Wales, Irish Solicitor/Barrister, or equivalent admitted in an EU Member State).
- 18+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in financial services regulatory law gained at a regulated financial services institution, major liquidity provider or in a law firm/private practice supporting such clients, with demonstrated ability to independently own BAU regulatory workstreams.
- Experience supporting regulator engagement (e.g., with the CFTC, NFA, FCA, Cysec, or an equivalent EU competent authority), including notifications, information requests, and supervisory correspondence.
- Substantial senior in-house or equivalent experience in derivatives legal, with demonstrated ownership of structuring strategy rather than transactional execution alone.
- Deep, expert-level command of at least one of the following derivatives regulatory regimes — US (CFTC, NFA; FCM, DCM and DCO structures), UK (FCA), EEA, or an offshore regime (e.g., Bermuda) — together with a high degree of fluency in at least one other. No single regime is treated as the required one; what matters is genuine mastery of one and strong working command of a second.
- Direct experience with virtual asset markets. This combination is scarce and it is the core of the role.
- Experience structuring a product offering across multiple licensed entities in different jurisdictions, and holding a view on where activity, risk and the client relationship should sit.
- A track record of building or materially scaling a legal function or team, including hiring, levelling and succession.
- The range to operate at function level, setting strategy for the function as a whole, organising it to stay ahead of the regulatory perimeter, and holding senior lawyers to account for results and behaviour, not only for output.
- Credibility with regulators and the judgement to take positions in front of them.
- Comfort operating as the senior legal voice in a fast-moving, product-led business where the regulatory perimeter changes underneath you, and comfort staying close to the work rather than managing at a distance.
NICE TO HAVES
- Exposure to prediction markets, margin lending, or tokenized and structured products.
- Experience integrating acquired regulated entities, and their legal teams, into a group legal function.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $100B in annualized spend flows in and out of 50,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATES AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: This role is part of Ramp’s UK-based overnight coverage strategy. Team members will work a set 40-hour/week schedule designed to support customer needs outside US business hours. Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and rotating holiday coverage, depending on business needs.
- Hours Expected: CX Associates work a set 40-hour/week schedule assigned through a schedule-bid process. Work shifts will span between 6:30 AM–3:30 PM BST, and your shift will likely include a weekend day (either Sun–Thu or Tues-Sat). Associates also cover 2–3 company holidays per year on a rotating basis. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.
- This is a fast-changing environment: Ramp’s product and customer needs evolve quickly. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment, and a willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and product surfaces continuously.
- You’ll help build this function: This is not just a support role within an existing system. This team is being built as part of Ramp’s broader international CX strategy, so strong operators will have the opportunity to shape processes, team culture, and how overnight coverage works as the function scales.
- This role is a launchpad for your career at one of the fastest-growing companies in fintech.

ABOUT THIS JOB
We're looking for a Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations to run the business side of marketing. Our marketing team went from two people to 25 this year, organized around four functions: product marketing, brand and consumer, enterprise, and growth. This is the first operations hire on that team. You'll own the marketing budget with Finance, run our planning cycle and operating cadence, keep hiring aligned with the plan, and partner directly with the CMO on how marketing sets priorities and tells its story to the executive team and the board.
It's a role for someone who has sat close to a CMO and a CFO, likes turning ambiguity into a plan people can execute, and is comfortable building the function themselves before building a team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Budget & Financial Operations
- Own the marketing budget end to end with Finance: allocation across teams and channels, tracking against plan, forecasting, variance flags, and the tradeoff conversations that follow
- Build the layer of visibility leadership needs (spend by team, channel, and program) on top of the spend-tracking tools we already have, so decisions get made with numbers
- Run quarterly, half-year, and annual budget planning, and make marketing's case to Finance and the executive team
- Own marketing's vendor and agency contracts end to end: evaluations, procurement, renewals, and a clear view of what we pay for and why
Planning & Operating Cadence
- Own marketing's planning cycle: translate company goals into marketing objectives, OKRs, and resourced plans, and keep them current as priorities shift
- Bring a point of view. Pressure-test plans, frame the tradeoffs, and help the CMO decide where marketing places its bets
- Design the lightweight processes and internal tools (planning, intake, reporting) that let a 25-person team operate like a much bigger one
- Run the operating rhythm for the marketing leadership team: meetings, all-hands, team-wide readouts, agendas, decisions, and follow-through
- Keep the marketing functions connected so plans, launches, and budgets move together
Executive Partnership
- Partner directly with the CMO on board materials, executive readouts, and strategy documents. Own first drafts and make them data-backed and on-message
- Extend the CMO's reach across the team: surface risks early, chase decisions to closure, and keep priorities clear week to week
- Represent marketing in cross-functional planning with Finance, Sales, and Product
Hiring & Org Operations
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and marketing leads on headcount planning, requisition tracking, and interview process, and keep hiring plans aligned with budget and org design
- Standardize the basics across sub-teams (job descriptions, interview loops, scorecards) and help new leaders land well
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years in marketing strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, management consulting, or a similar role supporting a CMO, GM, or business unit leader
- You've owned a sizable marketing or departmental budget end to end and can talk about spend, forecast, and variance the way Finance does
- You've built or run a planning cycle (annual or half-year, OKRs) and an operating cadence for a leadership team
- You've drafted board or executive materials for a senior leader and know the difference between a readout and a narrative
- Experience with headcount planning and hiring operations alongside a Talent team
- You've run vendor evaluations and procurement alongside Finance and kept a clean view of contracts and renewals
- Comfortable as an individual contributor. This is the first ops hire; you'll do the work before you have a team
- You scope light and move fast. We plan in weeks, not quarters, and you build just enough process to keep a fast team aligned
- You build trust quickly, from individual contributors to the C-suite
- Bonus: you're comfortable building your own tools with AI. We use Replit to run Replit

Most money apps talk at you. Cleo talks back ✨
We're not building another finance app. We're building the world's first AI financial assistant, one that actually understands your money and makes you better at it, and we're changing the world's relationship with money in the process 💰 For everyone, whatever their background or balance.
The proof: profitable, fast-growing, a unicorn with over $300M in ARR, and millions of people who now feel differently about their money.
We love original thinkers who challenge the status quo. We move fast, tell the truth, and there's nowhere to hide from good work here. If that excites you more than it scares you, you'll fit right in.
Follow us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/cleo-ai/ for new features and the occasional roast 🔥
MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo we have ~35 Product Managers owning and running Squads across our Pillars. Product Management defines what Cleo builds and why it matters. From setting direction to prioritising what ships, Product ensures we’re solving the right problems for our users and the business. As we scale, this shifts from “managing a roadmap” to “shaping the long-term vision and impact of Cleo’s products.” ✨
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Cleo’s payment rails and money-movement roadmap - how customers bring money in, move it across Cleo products, and access it when they need it. You’ll define the future of direct deposit, internal transfers, and intelligent funding orchestration, working closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and our banking and card partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for how customers move money into, around, and out of Cleo - direct deposit top-ups, internal transfers (card, EWA, secured credit card, Wealth products), and outbound movement.
- Build deep fluency in US payment rails (ACH, FedNow, card network rails) and the interchange/cost structure underneath them; represent Cleo in shaping partner roadmaps with the likes of Marqeta and Mastercard.
- Partner with banking and processing partners (e.g., TabaPay-type partners, partner banks) to orchestrate money movement - this is not a "we are the platform" role; it's about working fluently across multiple partners and rails.
- Develop a point of view on stablecoin and crypto as a future rail for moving money in and out of Cleo, and bring that thinking into the roadmap.
- Contribute to the intelligent funding orchestration vision - determining at the point of a transaction what funding source (EWA, BNPL, savings, checking) best serves the customer, with consent, and executing that agentically.
- Set and communicate a clear narrative for why payment rails and money movement matter - this space is not well understood internally, and you'll need to make the case repeatedly to stakeholders who don't have payments backgrounds.
- Maintain flawless execution and attention to detail on cash inflow/outflow while also building the longer-term vision.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
Must-have
- Deep, hands-on US payment rails experience (ACH, card networks, interchange economics) - recent and substantial, not adjacent.
- Experience working across multiple payment partners/rails rather than as "the platform" itself - e.g., time at a card program, neobank, or fintech that works with partner banks and processors.
- Comfort owning ambiguity and setting vision where none has been defined yet.
- Strong narrative/storytelling ability paired with flawless execution.
Nice-to-have
- Fluency in crypto/stablecoin as a payment rail, with a point of view on where the industry is heading.
- International payment rails exposure (e.g., UK), given Cleo's card expansion - explicitly lower priority than US rails depth.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.
For the full breakdown on what's available in your location, visit our Candidate Hub https://meetcleo.notion.site/Cleo-Candidate-Hub-3b95c63b874580e9a068fdc6c8929ebf 👈
WHAT MATTERS
Cleo's mission is to change the world's relationship with money. We can't do that without building a brilliant, genuinely diverse team - and making sure our hiring process gives everyone a fair shot, running a fair and transparent recruitment process in which every candidate is considered on their merits.
We're glad to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. If there's anything we can do to support you in showing us your best, please let your recruiter or one of the team know.
We may use AI-assisted tools during the recruitment process to take support the team in different ways like taking notes or referring back to conversations. They do not replace the team and all applications are reviewed by a Cleo employee thoroughly!

Practical experience using AI tools within your workflow
Self-directed, data-driven mindset using win/loss insights to guide strategy

Leverage technology and tools to drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence across international accounting processes, with a focus on finance transformation
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in high-growth environments with multi-country exposure across APAC
Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.

About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.
