Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. We’re looking for a driven, curious, and Strategic Inside Sales Representative to join our Commercial Sales organization at Wrike. In this role, you’ll engage with prospects and customers across high‑value accounts, build strong relationships, and uncover new opportunities to expand Wrike’s footprint. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy solving complex customer challenges, and love collaborating with a high‑performing team, we’d love to meet you.
As part of our Prague co‑location strategy, this role follows a 3‑day in‑office schedule. Being together accelerates learning, strengthens collaboration, and helps us build a consistent, high‑impact sales motion across the team.
Team Dynamics:
As a Strategic ISR, you’ll manage a defined set of enterprise accounts, partnering closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline and achieve shared booking targets. You’ll balance inbound engagement with proactive outbound prospecting, identifying customer pain points and positioning Wrike as the solution that helps teams work more efficiently and effectively.
This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, customer insight, and execution. You’ll be expected to understand complex customer environments, tailor your outreach, and contribute to account‑level planning. You’ll join a collaborative, co‑located team that values curiosity, resilience, and continuous improvement — and where will matters just as much as skill.
Your Impact:
Proactively do calling to all assigned existing customers and new prospective clients (hunting) and generating pipeline and incremental business on both
Deep understanding customer/prospect needs and spot opportunities to expand Wrike within existing accounts.
Research competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments, and lead acquisition methods to inform strategy and identify opportunities for cross-selling
Identify new prospects within targeted accounts by analyzing business workflows and leveraging insights from customer interactions to discover potential sales opportunities
Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives to develop and execute account strategy, ensuring alignment on goals and approaches to maximize revenue growth within current accounts
Actively seek out additional contacts and decision-makers in existing accounts through channels such as networking, referrals, and research, emphasizing the value of Wrike

Partner with sales teams, including other ISRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing, to refine and perfect account-specific messaging, aligning with business workflows needs and solution selling

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement Go-to-Market software for our marketing, sales, and agent development teams
- Design and build the automated workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems that turn signal into pipeline, across enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound activation
- Own our enrichment infrastructure end-to-end: the pipelines that take a new signup, demo request, or event attendee list and return a fully enriched, scored, Salesforce-upserted record across Clay, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and LLM-powered sources
- Build AI agents and AI-powered internal tools that compound sales team output — account research, call summarization, RFP and security questionnaire response, proposal generation, and Slack-accessible agents that surface account intel on demand
- Build and improve the fit scoring pipeline that evaluates every account against our ICP and writes results to Postgres and Salesforce, including signal design, batching, retry logic, and continuous improvement of the underlying models
- Develop data architecture using Postgres, Fivetran pipelines, and reverse ETL. Keep data jobs healthy and in sync with the tools that consume them; track downstream impact when schemas and apps change
- Ship production code with PR review, observability, and proper error handling and debug production incidents (Salesforce platform failures, enrichment failures, LLM timeouts)
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Growth Engineering, or a closely adjacent technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Python and TypeScript skills: You write clean code, understand async patterns, can design a database schema, and can debug a production incident from logs alone
- Hands-on experience inside a modern GTM stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, enrichment providers): You understand how leads flow through a CRM and why data quality degrades over time
- Production experience with LLMs: Prompt design, eval loops, error handling, and the difference between a demo and a system you can trust at scale
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, schemas, and data flow across GTM and warehouse systems
- Systems thinking: You’ve built data pipelines and think about what happens at 10x volume, when an API goes down, or when the same account hits your queue five times in parallel
- Owner's mindset: You take accountability from code to deployment to adoption, define scope with minimal direction, and ship good solutions over perfect ones
EVEN BETTER…
- Built applications using LLMs, ideally with exposure to production-grade AI/ML systems
- Developed custom Salesforce solutions using apex classes, apex triggers, LWC, SLDS
- Integrated salesforce with other business systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude App Infrastructure owns the reliability, experience, and agentic capabilities of claude.ai. We're the platform team for Anthropic's flagship consumer product, responsible for the serving architecture that keeps Claude available at scale, the conversation experience, and the infrastructure that lets every product team at Anthropic ship into claude.ai safely and fast. When the product grows at hyper scale, we're the team that makes sure it feels the same or better.
Beyond the foundation, we're building the agentic layer that turns claude.ai from a chat surface into an execution surface: task execution, personalization, browser use, and server-side tools. This is where the next generation of the product gets built: the primitives that let Claude act in the world, not just respond. We believe reliability and velocity are the same problem, and our job is to build the systems that make both inevitable.
Key responsibilities
Design and build sandboxed compute environments where Claude can safely execute code, access tools, and interact with external services
Build state management systems for long-running agent tasks, handling checkpoints, recovery, and resumption across failures
Develop authentication and authorization frameworks for delegated access, so Claude can act on behalf of users securely
Create observability and debugging tools for agent execution, so we understand what Claude did, why, and how to make it better
Partner closely with product and research teams to define what's possible and ship it
Minimum qualifications
Experience building distributed systems, infrastructure, or platform services at scale
Comfort building cloud native infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure
Experience with containers, sandboxing, or secure execution environments (e.g., gVisor, Firecracker, V8 isolates)
Write clean, maintainable code in Python, Go, Rust, or a similar language
Care about security, isolation, and building systems that fail safely
Preferred qualifications
Comfort with ambiguity and greenfield work where you help shape the architecture
Interest in problems that don't have existing playbooks
Experience building multi-tenant execution platforms or serverless infrastructure
Background in security engineering, sandboxing, or isolation technologies
Familiarity with workflow orchestration systems (Temporal, Airflow, Step Functions)
Experience with state machines, checkpointing, or durable execution patterns
Low-level systems experience (Linux internals, eBPF, container runtimes)
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
