The Role We’re looking for a product and content marketer to sharpen how Intellect competes, communicate the value of our solutions and turn that understanding into content that helps buyers choose us and clients get more from our offering. Product marketing is at the centre of this role. You’ll build buyer and competitive insight, own positioning and messaging, and lead marketing planning for priority solution launches. Your remit spans Intellect’s digital products, care services and enterprise solutions. You’ll also personally create the content that brings our positioning to life - from sales materials and customer stories to white papers, thought leadership and client communications. Working with our Clinical team, you’ll draw on research, evidence and subject-matter expertise to build credible, differentiated narratives. You’ll help strengthen Intellect’s brand, organic visibility and customer engagement through a focused, coordinated marketing plan. Working directly with B2B marketing, sales, client success, product and clinical teams, you’ll have meaningful ownership of both the thinking and the execution. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. We’re open to hiring at Specialist or Manager level, depending on your experience and demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver this work. Your Responsibilities Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Build buyer and competitive insight through customer conversations, sales feedback and reviews of won and lost opportunities, identifying buying priorities, objections and reasons to choose Intellect. Own positioning, differentiation and value propositions across Intellect’s solutions, tailoring messaging to priority buyer segments and markets. Lead marketing planning for priority solution launches and updates, defining target audiences, messaging, supporting evidence and sales readiness, with B2B marketing owning acquisition campaign execution. Bring customer and market insights into discussions with product, clinical and commercial teams to inform how solutions are developed, packaged and communicated. Commercial Content & Sales Enablement Personally research, write and edit compelling sales decks, solution materials, customer stories, case studies and campaign content. Identify barriers to purchase with sales and develop messaging, objection-handling resources and competitive positioning materials that help address them. Partner with the Clinical team to translate research findings, clinical expertise and customer outcomes into clear, credible evidence that helps buyers evaluate Intellect and supports renewal and expansion conversations. Keep core materials current and easy to use, assessing their usefulness through adoption, sales feedback and buyer responses. Website, SEO & AI Search Visibility Own core website content and routine CMS updates, ensuring our solutions, differentiation and customer evidence are clearly presented. Improve organic discovery through search-informed content and practical on-page SEO, prioritising relevant audiences and commercial intent. Test approaches to improve visibility in AI-powered search and answer platforms, building on useful, authoritative content and sound SEO foundations. Use search and content performance to prioritise improvements, working with B2B marketing on conversion and specialists on technical changes. Brand Communications, Thought Leadership & PR Maintain a consistent voice and narrative across Intellect’s public and client-facing communications. Collaborate with the Clinical team on research-led content and white papers, bringing buyer-relevant questions into topic planning and turning findings and subject-matter expertise into accessible narratives, with clinical review for accuracy. Develop thought leadership, articles and executive content that connect Intellect’s expertise and perspectives to the issues facing employers and their people. Own a focused editorial calendar for organic social and ongoing brand communications, coordinating creative support through to publication. Develop company announcements, press materials and story angles; coordinate leadership approvals, routine media enquiries and outreach with specialist PR support where needed. Customer Marketing & Lifecycle Communications Plan and execute repeatable client programmes, including onboarding communications, newsletters, solution education and engagement journeys. Personally manage client audience segments, email distribution and straightforward CRM workflows, coordinating targeting and timing with client success. Develop communications that demonstrate ongoing value and introduce relevant additional services, supporting engagement, renewal and expansion. Equip client success with reusable templates and materials for account-specific deployment. Planning & Effectiveness Translate business priorities into a focused plan, protecting time for positioning, launches and commercial content alongside recurring communications. Assess effectiveness through sales adoption, buyer feedback, relevant search visibility, customer engagement and contribution to commercial programmes. Build reusable assets and workflows, using AI and other tools to improve execution while maintaining accuracy, originality and editorial quality. Requirements Strong in product-marketing judgement. You can demonstrate how you have shaped positioning, messaging or a go-to-market approach using buyer insight, and explain the decisions behind your work. An excellent hands-on writer and editor. You can turn complex products and services into clear, persuasive content, with work samples that show both your thinking and your personal contribution. Commercially minded. You understand how enterprise buyers evaluate solutions and can connect your work to buying decisions, sales effectiveness and customer value. An independent owner. You can identify gaps, propose priorities, gather inputs and deliver work without needing every step prescribed. You make sensible trade-offs and know when to seek input. Comfortable with website publishing and SEO. You can manage content through a CMS, apply on-page SEO fundamentals and use data to improve performance. You’re curious and practical about emerging AI search opportunities. Able to execute customer marketing. You can use CRM and email tools to segment audiences, run communications and build straightforward lifecycle workflows. Confident working with experts and evidence. You can draw useful insights from specialists and research, communicate findings accurately and distinguish supported claims from overstatement. You do not need a clinical background, but should be comfortable learning complex subject matter. Organised and collaborative. You work effectively with commercial teams, product and clinical experts, leadership and creative partners, managing competing priorities with sound judgement. Motivated by the mission. You’re excited to make mental healthcare easier to understand and access, and connect strong product marketing and storytelling with meaningful business growth. Location: Poland Imagine a traveler browsing a hotel page on Zenhotels or a travel agent evaluating options on RateHawk. They see room names, photos, amenities, policies, and reviews, all combined from dozens of suppliers, each with different formats, inconsistencies, and levels of completeness. Behind this experience lies a complex content pipeline: fragmented supplier data must be matched, standardized, enriched, and ranked to create a coherent and trustworthy representation of a hotel and its rooms. The Senior Product Manager for Content owns this layer of transformation, ensuring that raw supplier data becomes structured, high-quality, and decision-ready content that improves conversion, reduces user friction, and enables scalable global growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Management for Content Value Stream: Define and own the Content team's strategy, vision, and roadmap across all ETG products to deliver measurable business impact and user value. Own the end-to-end content processing pipeline: Supplier data → Matching → Enrichment → Rates processing → User experience. Drive stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consistent execution against shared goals. Product Discovery & Impact Ownership: Own a continuous pipeline of product opportunities, driving measurable revenue growth, based on funnel data, content gaps, and user friction. Leverage quantitative data and user research (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis) to identify root causes and high-impact problems. Size and prioritize opportunities, focusing on high-leverage bets. Delivery & Development Management: Partner with Development and ML/DS Team Lead to prioritize roadmap and manage backlog. Co-own delivery execution: define clear scope and acceptance criteria, ensure alignment across product, engineering, ML, and analytics. Drive predictable delivery: commit to timelines, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs. Remove blockers and align cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery velocity. Team Leadership: Manage Product Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring strong ownership, execution quality, and alignment with business goals. Set clear goals and success metrics (FNBC, content quality, coverage, efficiency) and hold the team accountable for results. Drive performance management: regular feedback, performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and developing team members’ skills and career growth. Requirements 5+ years in Product Management (preferably travel, marketplace, or content-heavy products). Experience with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products. Strong analytical skills (SQL, AB tests, metric design). Experience working with structured/unstructured data and large-scale systems. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Benefits Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely. Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together. Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities. Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences. Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Workplace: OnSite Why work at Higgsfield AI? Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like. Why this role exists Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. A large share of our revenue already comes from business users, but the product wasn't built for them, and there's no dedicated PM. We need someone to build the B2B and Enterprise product from the ground up, own the full path from a corporate email signup to a signed enterprise contract, and turn what's currently a reactive feature stream into a real business line. What you'll actually do • Own the B2B and Enterprise product surface end-to-end: workspaces, roles, SSO, SCIM, audit logs, admin controls, user and asset management, billing and seat management, brand controls, API access for enterprise. • Own the self-serve team-plan motion too: corporate email signup flow, in-product invites, seat expansion, the path from one paying user to a paying team. • Partner with sales on live deals: security questionnaires, compliance responses, contract-blocking features, pilot design. Sit on customer calls, not just receive summaries. • Untangle the workspace and collaboration model: separate identity from content ownership so users can be invited to collaborate without breaking billing or credit pools. • Build the enterprise data residency, retention, and privacy story alongside legal and security. • Design the metrics that matter: corporate-email signup share, team-plan conversion, seats per account, expansion revenue, enterprise pipeline conversion, deal cycle time, loss reasons by segment. • Work directly with Sales, Legal, Security, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, and Payments. Frequent contact with actual enterprise buyers. Must-haves 1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec. 2. Shipped a B2B or Enterprise product at scale, ideally from zero or near-zero. You've built the workspace, the admin, the SSO, the billing, and you've sat across from real buyers to know why each one mattered. 3. Comfortable owning both self-serve growth mechanics and top-down enterprise motion. You don't treat product-led and sales-led as different jobs. 4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about auth models, permission systems, tenancy, and API surfaces without needing an engineer to translate. 5. You measure in revenue, seats, and cycle time, not features shipped. You can defend a scope cut to Sales and a pilot commitment to Engineering in the same afternoon. Who this is not for • You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself. • You want to inherit a mature B2B org. This is zero-to-one. • You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and enterprise deals can compress that to hours. Nice to have • Background at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS, collaboration tool, or developer platform in the US, EU, or Asia. • Direct experience with SSO, SCIM, SOC 2, GDPR, data residency, or enterprise procurement cycles. • Experience turning a strong B2C product into a real B2B business. • Comfort with generative AI, creative tools, or API products. What We Offer - Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role. - Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth. - Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country. - A seat where the business line you build shows up on the P&L within the quarter. - A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company. - Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales. - Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits. This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.

Location: United States (Remote) GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find. We’re hiring a Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production to lead the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications. You will set the editorial bar, build the people and systems needed to produce excellent work consistently and at increasing scale, and personally shape some of our most complex and consequential content. This role will lead a small and growing team. This is one of three new communications leadership roles, alongside a Senior Communications Officer, Strategic Communications and a Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs . About the role Both our research and impact are expanding . Last year, we directed more than $400 million to highly cost-effective programs that save and improve lives. This year, we expect our grantmaking to approach, and possibly exceed, $1 billion. To build toward the communications capacity this next stage requires, we are rapidly expanding our team. The three Senior Communications Officers will work together on many projects to support GiveWell’s communications needs, while working closely with other leaders across our organization. Each leader will own their function, but much of the work that matters most—like team strategies, major initiatives, partnership campaigns, and how we present the organization as a whole—will involve all three. We will expect this group to set shared priorities and work closely together to achieve the team’s goals. In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll own the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications, with end-to-end responsibility for this emerging function. You’ll strengthen its standards, hire and develop its people, build its systems, and personally own its hardest and most consequential work. This is an opportunity to build, not just inherit, an important function at a critical point in GiveWell’s development. You’ll start with a small team and grow it over time. While this role is set at the Senior Communications Officer level, we may consider hiring an exceptional candidate as a Communications Director—with greater expectations, responsibilities, and compensation. What You'll Do As Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production, you will be responsible not only for the quality of individual pieces but also for creating a content operation that can prioritize effectively, manage dependencies, use its resources well, and deliver reliably. This will require both senior editorial judgment and strong operational leadership. Specific duties will include: Own the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications, ensuring that our work is clear, accurate, useful, carefully reasoned, and delivered on time. You will serve as GiveWell’s senior editor for our communications content, with responsibility for returning or correcting work that does not meet our editorial bar. Build and manage the workflows, editorial standards, review processes, and production systems that allow GiveWell to create consistently excellent content at increasing scale. Lead planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for GiveWell’s owned-content portfolio, managing dependencies and moving complex projects from concept through publication. Uphold GiveWell’s voice and editorial standards across everything we publish, and help colleagues across the organization write within them. Own the development of GiveWell’s recurring communications and reporting products, turning established priorities and messaging into clear, accurate content. Personally create, edit, or substantially shape our most complex, sensitive, or high-priority content. Oversee GiveWell’s website content operations, including the people and processes responsible for routine updates and publishing, so that the site remains accurate, current, and consistent with our editorial standards. Serve as a senior editorial and production partner to teams across GiveWell, helping shape high-priority projects early, determine the right format and production approach, and establish clear roles, review paths, and timelines. Oversee the production of design, visual, and multimedia assets across GiveWell’s channels, and the internal team and external contractors who create them. Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and determine how the function’s team and capabilities should grow over time. About You You are skilled at using communications to help people understand complex ideas, build trust, and take action. You are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, making consequential decisions with limited oversight, and knowing which decisions genuinely require escalation. You are energized by intellectually demanding work, and the challenges of creating engaging communications within a careful and precise style. You can engage deeply with GiveWell’s research, and you are comfortable understanding and communicating about data in detail. You have a long track record of getting up to speed quickly on complex subject matter and carefully communicating to a very high standard. You can build a compelling narrative that is entirely factual, representing what is known and unknown without overstating or hedging into vagueness—and you find the idea of working with GiveWell’s exacting communications standards exciting rather than limiting. Your background includes significant experience leading communications in complex, high-stakes environments. This should include 10+ years of experience leading editorial and content-production work, setting and maintaining editorial standards, managing writers and editors, and building systems that produce consistently high-quality work. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it. You are a precise editor of complex or technical content: you read text literally and carefully, and you notice when a claim isn’t supported by the evidence behind it. You should be able to combine high standards for individual work with the operational judgment needed to prioritize, allocate resources, manage complex production, and increase capacity over time. You should understand how content is developed through writing, editing, design, audio, graphics, websites, and other formats—even if you are not personally an expert in every medium. In addition to demonstrated expertise in the duties listed above, you should have: Exceptional communications judgment, including the ability to understand audience, context, risk, timing, and the underlying substance of a message. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly make complex ideas clear and compelling without sacrificing rigor or nuance. A track record of building and leading: you have created or substantially rebuilt a team or function—not only run ones you inherited—and you have hired, developed, and managed people. Recent, hands-on excellence at your craft: you can point to work from the past few years that you personally produced or substantially shaped. Experience producing communications that are direct and factual while being engaging and effective with their target audiences—work that succeeds through substance and clarity rather than embellishment. Intellectual curiosity and the ability to engage deeply with GiveWell’s research and ideas, even without prior experience in our giving areas. Experience advising executives or other senior decision-makers directly. Strong alignment with GiveWell’s mission and values, including truth-seeking, transparency, and a commitment to communicating accurately and thoughtfully. We also think these qualities will help you do well in the role and at GiveWell: People who can develop a strong point of view and hold it with confidence, but remain genuinely open to challenge, new information, and better ideas. Self-starters who take ownership, are comfortable creating structure in an evolving environment, and can make thoughtful decisions without always having complete information. People who are proactive and anticipatory, who identify opportunities, risks, bottlenecks, and communications needs before they become obvious. Collaborative leaders who raise the quality of the work around them and build strong relationships across teams. People who coordinate well with peers, resolve dependencies and disagreements, and make shared work clearer rather than more complicated. Key Questions & Information What are some of the reasons I might not like this role? You want to step into a mature function with established systems, rather than build one while you run it. You do best with clear direction and established priorities. We’ll expect you to set most of your own, make most decisions yourself, and reach substantial autonomy within your first six months. You prefer advising on communications to producing and being accountable for them. You want sole ownership of an organization’s overarching communications strategy and brand. At GiveWell, the CEO and executive owns that direction; you would help shape it and lead your function within it. You want to lead a large team from day one. This team is small today, and much of the most difficult work will be yours to do directly. You find standards of precision and understatement limiting and frustrating. We work extremely hard to only communicate accurately what we know and what we don’t. Can I apply to more than one of the Senior Communications Officer roles? You can, but most people shouldn’t. We’re looking for deep expertise in these areas, and we expect most candidates with required expertise will be a clear fit for a single role. If you’re one of the few with real depth in more than one area, apply to both and tell us why. Otherwise, apply for the role you are most qualified for, and we’ll let you know if we think another role might suit you better. What does this interview process entail? We’ll use a combination of interviews, written exercises, and work trials to assess the qualities described above. We’ll share more specific details if we invite you to move forward to any of the following stages, but our current plan will likely include the following: Application Interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team Compensated work trial with a set maximum number of hours Interview with GiveWell's Chief of Staff to the CEO Values interview CEO interview and References Note that you don’t need to submit a cover letter. We rely heavily on your resume and answers to the application questions below when we’re making early decisions. We encourage you to spend time responding to the application questions thoroughly and carefully. Details Team: You’ll report to our Head of Communications, collaborate closely with the two other Senior Communications Officers, and lead a small team that you’ll develop over time. Compensation: This role is set at the Senior Communications Officer level. For an exceptional candidate, we may consider hiring at the Communications Director level—with greater expectations, responsibilities, and compensation. NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area: $250,000 All other U.S. locations: $225,000 Location: GiveWell’s staff work primarily remotely within the U.S. and abroad. This position is eligible to work fully remotely. Offices: You are welcome but not required to work from our offices in Oakland, California; Brooklyn, NYC; or London, UK. Please note that office space is limited, and is not guaranteed. International work: We are happy to employ staff internationally on a case-by-case basis via our EOR. Note that there are some countries in which our EOR does not operate, which we cannot override, and we are unable to sponsor visas abroad. A successful candidate will need to commit to a work schedule that has some overlap with American working hours and the schedules of key coworkers. Flexibility: We support and encourage flexible working, including flexible hours, working remotely, and working from the office when you choose. The majority of our staff, including senior management, work flexibly in one way or another. Visa Sponsorship: We are not currently able to sponsor visas for this role. Benefits: A few highlights of our benefits offerings: Fully funded health, dental, vision, and life insurance (we cover 100% of premiums within the US for you and any dependents) Four weeks of paid time off per year plus an annual summer break 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave Ergonomic home workstations or coworking space memberships Automatic contribution equal to 5% of your gross salary into your 403(b) retirement plan (for U.S. based staff) Start date: We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, but we’ll offer flexibility for candidates whose personal or professional circumstances require them to moderately delay their start date. About GiveWell GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our giving funds enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify. GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than 340,000 lives . GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of Top Charities , which currently support seasonal malaria chemoprevention , insecticide-treated nets , vaccine incentivization , and vitamin A supplementation . However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs . GiveWell grants have: Helped governments navigate changes to the funding landscape and implement high-impact health programs, like HIV/syphilis screening and treatment for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon. Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we funded a program to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program. Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like healthcare support and malnutrition treatment in northern Cameroon. Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support treatment of clubfoot and to evaluate the program . Tested our assumptions and refined our understanding through further research and data collection, including improved estimates of disease burden and studies on the effect of water chlorination on mortality and the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income . We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even pay people to point out our errors ). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including funding research to address our uncertainties and gathering independent monitoring and evaluation data about the programs we support. We change our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s recent interview with GiveWell’s co-founder and CEO Elie Hassenfeld. Additional information We don’t want to miss candidates that could do great things at GiveWell. Practically, that means a GiveWell staff member reviews every application carefully, considering the whole picture of your background and potential. If you’re on the fence about applying because you meet some but not 100% of our preferred qualifications (some studies suggest this hesitation is especially common for women and people of color), we encourage you to apply anyway. GiveWell is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer by choice. At minimum, this means that we comply with all federal, state, and local EEO and employment laws. Beyond the requirements of those laws, we value our team’s diversity in all respects, and we desire to maintain a work environment free of harassment or discrimination—we want our team members to thrive at GiveWell. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, contact us at careers@givewell.org. We will consider employment for qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read and consent to GiveWell's Privacy Statement for Applicants . By completing an application exercise, you acknowledge and assent to GiveWell's Work Trial Policy .

You’ll help make Docebo’s complex enterprise experiences clearer, more consistent, and easier to use for admins, creators, managers, and learners. This is not a traditional UX writing role or a localization-operations role. You’ll be a hands-on Product Designer who shapes product behaviour as well as product language. You’ll design complete workflows, build reusable terminology and content patterns, improve AI review and confidence experiences, and embed language guidance into our design system and delivery practices. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Elemental / Design System, Accessibility, Technical Writing / Localization, AI teams, and other Product Designers—building a shared quality capability without becoming a bottleneck or approval queue. THE DAY-TO-DAY 💻 - Frame Ambiguous Workflow and Language Problems: Turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear problem statements, hypotheses, decision questions, and an actionable path to learning. - Lead Discovery and Define Outcomes: Select appropriate research and validation methods; combine customer evidence, product analytics, business context, technical constraints, and localization insight to establish measurable success signals and visible trade-offs. - Design Complete Product Workflows: Lead interaction, information-architecture, and content decisions across roles, permissions, states, edge cases, accessibility, responsive behaviour, errors, confirmations, approvals, and recovery. - Build Docebo’s Product Language System: Establish terminology, product voice and tone, reusable microcopy patterns, audience guidance, and language principles that improve clarity across product areas. - Design Trustworthy AI Moments: Create patterns that help people understand what AI did, what informed it, what needs attention, and how to review, edit, regenerate, approve, reverse, or recover. - Embed Guidance into Product Systems: Partner with Elemental / Design System to create component-level guidance, default strings, usage examples, do-and-don’t guidance, and reusable quality checks. - Design for Localization Readiness: Own product-side standards for translation-ready writing, terminology reuse, variables and placeholders, language previews, and localization constraints while partnering with Technical Writing / Localization on operational workflows. - Prototype and Audit with AI-Assisted Methods: Use appropriate-fidelity prototypes and AI-assisted workflows to explore product behaviour, evaluate alternatives, audit language, and assess usability and technical feasibility before significant implementation investment. - Partner Through Shipped Quality: Work closely with Engineering on implementation strategy, design QA, product polish, and post-release iteration using customer feedback and product evidence. - Create Reusable Leverage: Turn repeated workflow and language needs into patterns, assets, documentation, terminology, prompts, or practices that improve more than one feature. - Mentor and Facilitate: Help designers and cross-functional partners build stronger product-language judgment through critique, decision reviews, workshops, concise documentation, and practical guidance. YOUR SUPERPOWERS 🦸♀️ - Your portfolio shows ownership of complex, ambiguous workflows or significant product-area work with visible customer and product impact—not only writing samples - You can explain how you triangulated qualitative research, quantitative evidence, business risk, localization considerations, and technical constraints - You demonstrate strong interaction, visual, information-architecture, content-design, accessibility, and product-language judgment across difficult states and edge cases - You have created or contributed to product-language systems, terminology frameworks, component guidance, content pattern libraries, or other reusable product standards - You show how prototypes, experiments, audits, or validation changed product direction before or after release - You can define meaningful outcomes, distinguish signal from activity, and explain what the team learned after launch - You have influenced Product and Engineering decisions early, managed disagreement constructively, and stayed accountable through implementation quality - You understand how product language must work across design systems and languages, including translation readiness, terminology reuse, variables, layout constraints, and inclusive communication - You use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully for research, synthesis, language exploration, prototyping, quality review, or implementation critique while retaining human judgment and accountability - You have helped other designers or cross-functional partners build stronger judgment through mentorship, critique, facilitation, and practical guidance BONUS POINTS 🌟 - Experience designing language and interaction patterns for AI-assisted, agentic, recommendation, conversational, generated-output, or automation workflows - Experience with localization tooling and practices such as Lokalise, terminology management, localization previews, translation-quality review, or localization-to-codebase workflows - Contributions to design systems, accessibility maturity, product-language systems, research practices, or reusable interaction patterns - Experience with enterprise learning, HR technology, content authoring, analytics, knowledge management, administration, or skills platforms - Practical experiments with tools such as Codex or similar systems—for AI-assisted audits, product-language linting, prompt packs, prototypes, plugins, scripts, or app-level language guidance—that show you learn by making OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS 🗺️ - Step 1: A 30-minute video call with a member of our Talent team. We’ll get to know you, share more about the role and team, and confirm that we’re aligned. - Step 2: A 45–60-minute conversation with the hiring manager focused on your experience, approach, and what interests you about the opportunity. - Step 3: A 60-minute portfolio deep dive and collaborative case discussion focused on complex workflow ownership, content and interaction decisions, reusable systems, evidence, craft, and measurable learning or impact. - Step 4: A final conversation focused on product-area influence, mentorship, values alignment, and cross-functional decision making. Advise Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety and Design on privacy-by-design principles and age-appropriate product experiences from ideation through launch. Monitor the evolving children's privacy and online safety regulatory landscape (COPPA, state age-appropriate design laws, GDPR-K, and similar frameworks) and translate developments into actionable product guidance. Serve as the point of contact for privacy incidents, regulatory inquiries, and data subject/parental requests, escalating appropriately to the GC and outside counsel. Serve as the escalation point for Legal Operations and Commercial Counsel on any privacy or COPPA questions that surface in vendor, commercial, or operational contexts - they are trained to flag these to you rather than advise on them directly. Product Counseling Across the Lifecycle Be a trusted, embedded advisor to Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Design, and Marketing - reviewing new features, hardware capabilities, and AI/motion-detection functionality for legal risk from concept through launch. Advise on consumer protection issues relevant to Play Pass and other subscription or in-product offerings, including disclosures, auto-renewal compliance, and promotions or sweepstakes tied to product launches or marketing campaigns. Review product user experiences, in-app disclosures, and marketing/advertising materials to mitigate legal risk while supporting the team's goals. Provide practical guidance on emerging AI regulation as it applies to Nex's computer vision and motion-detection technology, including responsible AI development and deployment considerations. Flag physical product safety and liability considerations that arise from hardware feature design (e.g., camera/sensor placement, physical play mechanics, choking/impact hazards for young users) to the GC and outside counsel during feature review. Support IP strategy for product innovation: facilitate invention harvesting and patent-strategy conversations with Engineering, and advise on trademark use in-product, in partnership with Legal Operations on portfolio docketing. Building the Function Build the playbooks, guides, and internal training that let Product, Engineering, and Marketing self-serve on lower-risk questions and escalate the right issues early. Design a scalable legal review process for product launches that keeps pace with Nex's release cadence without becoming a bottleneck. Partner with Legal Operations on intake triage and template design for product-related legal requests, and with Commercial Counsel to keep licensing/partnership agreements aligned with product privacy and IP commitments. Manage outside counsel on specialized privacy, AI regulatory, product-safety, or IP matters as needed, with Legal Operations administering the underlying vendor relationship and spend. As Nex scales, help define whether and how this function grows - this role has a credible path to leading a larger product legal team. What You'll Bring J.D. and active bar membership in good standing (California or another U.S. state, as applicable). 4-7+ years of relevant legal experience, combining law firm and in-house product counseling at a technology or consumer products company. Deep, hands-on experience with children's privacy compliance (COPPA, age-appropriate design frameworks, GDPR-K or similar) - this is the technical core of the role. Experience advising product, engineering, and design teams throughout the full product development lifecycle, not just at launch review. Working knowledge of consumer protection law as applied to subscriptions, promotions, and marketing claims. Comfort advising on emerging AI/computer vision regulatory questions, even without a technical background, and genuine interest in the underlying technology. A builder's mindset: comfortable creating playbooks, review processes, and governance frameworks from scratch rather than operating an existing one. Excellent judgment translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal audiences under real deadlines. Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills and a low-ego, collaborative approach. Nice to Have Privacy certification (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar), or willingness to obtain one. Experience in consumer hardware, consumer electronics, gaming, or toy/kids' products. Experience supporting sweepstakes, contests, or promotions tied to consumer products or subscriptions. Exposure to patent or trademark strategy in a product/engineering context. Experience advising on international product launches and multi-jurisdictional compliance. What Success Looks Like Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Design and Marketing have a legal partner they trust to move fast on new features and launches with confidence. Nex has a documented, defensible privacy and children's data protection program that scales as the company grows and enters new markets. Privacy, consumer protection, and AI regulatory issues are surfaced and resolved at the design stage, not after the fact. Playbooks, templates, and review processes let the product organization self-serve on routine questions, freeing this role to focus on the highest-impact issues. Nex is positioned to expand this function as the business grows, with this person as the natural lead. We Offer Competitive compensation package. Flexible working hours and vacation policy. Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth. Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field Nex is located in San Jose, California, USA and Hong Kong . Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote, US Product engineering at Descript means owning outcomes, not just tickets — you'll take a problem from a rough idea to a shipped, measured result, working closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering along the way. We organize around a few teams, each responsible for a distinct part of the product: Editor: owns our video editor. Help make traditionally complex video-editing workflows simpler, craft cutting-edge AI into practical creative tools, and build on our vision of turning a text-editor for video into a tool that puts video in everyone's communication toolkit. Growth & Monetization: owns onboarding and activation, growth loops and in-product experiments, plans and pricing, checkout, billing, and AI credits. Help turn visitors into customers and customers into revenue. Media: owns upload, transcription, diarization, alignment, drive-wide search, playback, rendering, and export (including the engine we're rewriting in Rust 🦀). Help make media fast to bring in, easy to find, instant to play, and reliable to export. Agent: owns Underlord, Descript’s AI co-editor. Build the representations, tools, harness, evals, and feedback loops that let it reason about video projects, make edits, and check its work. Help people and agents collaborate naturally, whether in the editor or through our API and MCP. Identity & Access (aka TACO): owns login, authentication and authorization, account settings, and project organization, plus the enterprise layer of workspaces, SSO/SCIM, governance, and audit logs. Help individuals become teams, and teams scale into enterprises, with the trust and security to go all in. Regardless of your team you’ll have the opportunity to design thoughtful full-stack systems that work reliably and deliver value to new and existing users. What You’ll Do Own meaningful product surfaces end to end. Take problems from definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance. Improve core Editor workflows, shape the self-serve journey from signup through renewal, or help make Underlord more sentient. Shape the product, not just the implementation. Partner with Product and Design to propose better interactions, expose constraints, choose the right metrics, and find simpler paths to user outcomes. Build ambitious full-stack systems with care. Create responsive, reliable experiences. Stretch from TypeScript and React to NodeJS and Temporal to first and third party integrations to get the job done. Improve how the team learns and ships. Form hypotheses, instrument your work, release incrementally, and read results honestly. Strengthen the tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices that help the team move quickly without compromising quality. Raise the team’s technical ambition. Provide architectural direction, thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and clear human writing. What You Bring Required: You have 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products, including end-to-end features that measurably improved user or business outcomes. You effectively leverage agents to multiply your impact and think critically about how to better harness AI in your work. You’ve owned features/experiments end to end, from planning through launch, and leveraged analytics and metrics to evaluate impact. You orient quickly in unfamiliar systems by exploring and asking thoughtful questions to both your teammates and agents. You care about how software feels and notice when the technically correct result is still wrong for the user. You create clarity in ambiguous work and can navigate (and simplify!) significant product and technical complexity. You validate your work rigorously through focused reproductions, logs, tests, and other evidence rather than trusting that the output looks right. Experience that helps: Similar Products: Work on an editor, media product, creative tool, or payment system (like Stripe). Our Stack: TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, Node.js, API design, Temporal Workflows, and SQL. But we obviously live in a post stack world. We just rewrote our media engine in Rust. None of us knows Rust. Crafting with AI: Building an agent or experimenting with media-generation models. Experimentation/Analytics Experience: We like people who know how to measure their success through experimentation and product analytics. Intricacies of Video: Shaders, graphics rendering, audio/visual effects, and media formats. Descript is a startup. We're especially interested in working with engineers who use the product and are aligned with our mission. To that end, we promise to review any application that includes a share link to a Descript video. The video can be about anything - your career, a favorite game or movie, a discarded audition tape for Love Island. If you take the time to make something in Descript, we'll commit to having a human watch it and review your application. 🤝 Compensation and benefits Base salary range: $200,000-$275,000, plus equity and benefits. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and level, and may vary from the amount above. Location: US: San Mateo (1875 South Grant Street) Workplace: Hybrid LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER – PAYMENTS RISK OUR PURPOSE At Xero, we’re here to supercharge small businesses. By making small business more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless. When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT As a Lead Product Manager – Payments Risk, you’ll build the risk capabilities that enable Xero customers to accept payments securely, reliably and with as little unnecessary friction as possible. You’ll own product strategy and execution across two core areas: Merchant risk — including KYB/KYC, merchant eligibility, underwriting, risk segmentation, financial exposure management and ongoing merchant monitoring. Transaction risk — including fraud detection and decisioning, transaction monitoring, disputes and chargebacks, reserves and holds, payout risk and payments loss management. This is a Product Management role focused on payments risk, not a Risk Operations or Compliance role. You’ll partner closely with Risk, Compliance, Engineering, Data and Operations to turn risk strategy and policy into scalable product capabilities. WHAT YOU’LL DO BUILD XERO’S PAYMENTS RISK CAPABILITIES - Own the product strategy and roadmap for merchant and transaction risk. - Build capabilities for merchant eligibility, underwriting, risk segmentation, financial exposure management and ongoing monitoring. - Build transaction fraud detection, monitoring and decisioning capabilities using signals, rules, scoring, velocity and limits. - Develop controls for disputes, chargebacks, reserves, holds, negative balances and payout risk. - Build the tooling and workflows needed to support investigation, review and risk operations. BUILD RISK AS A SCALABLE PLATFORM CAPABILITY - Develop reusable capabilities for risk decisioning, rules, signals, limits, monitoring, alerts and case management. - Partner with Engineering and Data on APIs, data models, architecture and decisioning systems required to operate risk at scale. - Design capabilities that can support multiple processors, payment methods and markets. - Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions and determine where Xero should own risk capabilities versus rely on processors or specialist risk providers. MAKE THE RIGHT RISK TRADE-OFFS - Translate risk appetite and policy into product controls and customer experiences. - Use data to balance fraud and financial loss against merchant friction, transaction conversion and operational cost. - Establish clear risk metrics and continuously improve decision quality, false-positive rates and loss performance. - Identify emerging merchant, fraud and loss patterns and evolve controls as risks change. WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU Deep, hands-on payments risk product experience is essential for this role. We’re looking for someone who has built and operated risk capabilities within a payments platform, PSP, acquirer, PayFac, marketplace or similar payments environment. You should have meaningful Product Management experience across both: - Merchant risk: KYB/KYC, merchant onboarding, eligibility, underwriting, merchant risk assessment, financial exposure management and/or ongoing monitoring. - Transaction risk: fraud detection and decisioning, transaction monitoring, disputes and chargebacks, reserves and holds, payout risk and/or payments loss management. You’ll also bring: - Significant Product Management experience in a technically complex payments or fintech environment. - Strong understanding of how merchant risk, transaction risk and the movement of money create financial exposure. - Experience building risk decisioning capabilities using rules, signals, scoring, limits and data-driven models. - Strong analytical skills and experience using fraud, transaction and loss data to make product decisions. - Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance and Operations. - Experience working with payment processors, acquirers and/or third-party risk providers. - Strong product judgement and the ability to make decisions where customer experience, growth and risk are in tension. We’re particularly interested in candidates whose experience extends beyond KYC/compliance or consumer identity fraud into broader merchant and transaction risk within a payments environment. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Legitimate merchants can accept payments with minimal unnecessary friction. - Higher-risk merchants and transactions are identified and treated appropriately. - Fraud, chargebacks and payments losses remain within Xero’s agreed risk appetite. - Risk capabilities and decisioning can scale across processors, payment methods and markets. COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. The expected base salary range for this role in: - California: $212,200 – $265,200 USD Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role. In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation: - Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance. - Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 21 days PTO, 10 days of Wellbeing leave, 5 days of Xtra Leave, 1 volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave. Location: Remote (Canada) Workplace: Remote BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own Wealthsimple’s Connectivity Platform, spanning two critical areas: - Brokerage & Bank Linking: How clients securely and reliably connect external financial institutions to Wealthsimple. - Public API: How clients and partners securely access and use Wealthsimple financial data outside of Wealthsimple. Together, these capabilities define how Wealthsimple connects to the broader financial ecosystem, and how every product team inside Wealthsimple builds on the external financial data that flows through it. This role will set the strategy for that platform and turn it into a reliable, scalable and differentiated capability for our clients, our product teams and our partners. This is a platform role with a meaningful client experience surface. You’ll need to be equally comfortable thinking about APIs, data models and platform architecture as you are designing a client UX or deciding how Wealthsimple should work with an external provider. ABOUT THE TEAM The Brokerage & Bank Linking team builds the technology that lets clients link their outside bank and brokerage accounts to Wealthsimple. It owns the automated and manual linking experiences end to end, along with the three connectors behind them: Plaid, Flinks, and WST, our own in-house connector. That makes it one of the highest leverage surfaces in the company, and powers a growing set of experiences built by other product teams. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Connectivity Strategy - Set the long term vision and strategy for how Wealthsimple connects with the broader financial ecosystem. - Define the capabilities we should build ourselves, where we should rely on partners, and where we can create differentiated client value. - Develop a roadmap that balances immediate product needs with investments in reusable platform capabilities. Brokerage & Bank Linking - Own the end to end experience for connecting external bank and brokerage accounts to Wealthsimple — automated and manual, including how clients recover when an automated connection fails. - Improve connection success, reliability and coverage across institutions, and own the routing strategy that decides which connector handles which institution and flow. - Own the client experience, including institution selection, authentication, errors, recovery and connection management. - Drive reliability and AI Powered self-healing so connections detect and recover from failure without manual intervention. - Balance conversion against fraud exposure and operational load, making those tradeoffs deliberately with our risk and operations partners. - Develop the platform capabilities that allow Wealthsimple products to consume external financial data consistently. - Own relationships and product integrations with connectivity vendors such as Plaid and Flinks, and decide where our own connector should lead — including how much of the connector business Wealthsimple should be in long term and where it makes more sense to partner. Public API - Own the strategy and roadmap for Wealthsimple’s Public API and external data connectivity. - Make it safe and easy for clients to permission their Wealthsimple financial data to the products and services they choose. - Define the platform capabilities required for authentication, consent, permissions, data access and partner integrations. - Identify and prioritize the partners and use cases that matter most to Wealthsimple clients. - Build toward a world where Wealthsimple is the financial institution where clients have the most control over their financial data. - Accelerate wealthsimple and our industry toward open banking. SKILLS YOU BRING You’re a strong product thinker who can operate across platform infrastructure, external ecosystems and client experience. You likely have: - Experience owning a platform, API, developer product or integrations platform, with a track record on metric-attached outcomes like conversion, success rate or reliability — not only feature delivery. - Enough technical depth to work closely with engineers on APIs, authentication, data models, routing and platform architecture. - Experience delivering through external vendors or partners whose roadmaps you don’t control, including making thoughtful build versus buy decisions and holding vendors accountable for product outcomes. - Comfort treating reliability as product work — error taxonomies, failure recovery, observability, and the operational load a product creates. - Experience weighing growth against fraud, risk and compliance, and holding both sides of that tradeoff. - The ability to turn a collection of technical capabilities into a clear product strategy and compelling long term vision, and to make the case for investing in it. - Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to understand reliability, conversion, coverage and product performance, including building the measurement where it doesn’t exist yet. - Excellent cross functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Compliance, Operations and external partners. - A bias toward simplifying complicated systems rather than layering more complexity on top of them. NICE TO HAVES - Experience with open banking, Canada’s consumer-driven banking framework, or building to a data sharing standard - A background in financial data aggregation, whether at an aggregator, a bank, or a fintech consuming one - Experience shipping a public API or developer platform as a commercial product, including partner onboarding and support WHAT GREAT LOOKS LIKE You won’t just operate Bank Linking and ship API endpoints. You’ll create a coherent connectivity strategy for Wealthsimple: making it easier for clients to bring their financial life to Wealthsimple, easier to move their financial data where they want it to go, easier for any team at Wealthsimple to build on that data, and increasingly less dependent on the slow pace of connectivity innovation from incumbent financial institutions. You’ll also have made the case for what this platform should become — the metrics, the roadmap and the investment argument that get it there. WHY WEALTHSIMPLE? 🌸 Top-tier health benefits and life insurance 📈 Long-term group savings with employer match, through Wealthsimple for Business 🌴 20 vacation days, 4 wellness days, and unlimited sick and mental health days per year* ✈️ 90 days away: work outside Canada for up to 90 days per year* 👥 Employee resource groups, including Rainbow (2SLGBTQ), Women of WS, and Black at WS 🌎 We are a hybrid team with over 1,500 employees across North America. The people are one of the best parts of working here: you'll collaborate with incredibly talented, curious, and driven teammates who are deeply committed to doing great work. *Unlimited paid sick days, Wellness Days and the 90 day away program do not apply to certain roles. ICYMI Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building. Inclusion Statement: We're building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do it well. We strongly encourage applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status. Accessibility Statement: We're committed to an accessible hiring experience. If you need any accommodations throughout the interview process, please let us know — we'll work with you to make sure you have what you need. We also welcome any feedback on how we can better accommodate candidates with accessibility needs. AI in Hiring: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our team but don't replace human judgment – all final hiring decisions are made by people. If you have questions about how your data is used, reach out to us.
