BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight.
You’re going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet.
We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude.
- Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro.
- Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back.
- Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it.
- Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay.
- Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers.
- Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself.
- Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t.
- Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming with experience in a player-coach role leading a small team.
- Product savvy. You understand how products work, why people use them, and how to turn features into growth.
- UX instinct. You can spot friction in a flow from a mile away and brief Product and Design on how to fix it.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Analytical rigor. Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation, and able to turn data into decisions and clear stories.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a marketer. SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships. You know enough about each to direct the work, and you can roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale.
- Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

The goal is simple: fix issues when they come up, and improve our processes so they happen less often.

Documentation and mentoring
— Write procedures, runbooks, and help articles, and set guidelines for user administration and security. Support office events and important business activities, and help train Level 1–2 support staff.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
You follow through
— You stay with an issue until you find the root cause and it's properly fixed.
You look for ways to automate
— If a task keeps coming up, you find a way to stop doing it by hand.
You stay calm under pressure
— Outages, important meetings, or busy office days don't throw you off.
You care about the people you support
— A good experience for employees matters to you as much as the fix itself.
You communicate clearly
— You can explain technical issues in simple terms, in English and Spanish, and you write documentation others can follow.
You improve how the team works
— You leave behind processes, runbooks, and guidelines that make the team better.

About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

Your mission
As Data & Analytics Lead, your mission is to turn complex business and product questions into reliable, actionable answers.
You will combine AI, data analytics, data engineering, and deep DeFi expertise to build a more intelligent and scalable approach to decision-making. You will use AI not just to accelerate existing analytics, but to rethink how we explore data, test hypotheses, identify patterns, and make insights accessible across the organization.
You will be highly hands-on, with expert-level Dune capabilities and a strong understanding of DEXes, DEX aggregators, on-chain data, liquidity, routing, and market dynamics.
What you’ll do
Create intuitive ways for teams to explore trusted data using AI, natural language, dashboards, and other analytical interfaces.
Build AI-enabled workflows and agents that accelerate analysis, uncover insights, and reduce repetitive analytical work, ensuring AI-generated answers are grounded in trusted data, transparent, and verifiable.
Turn complex and ambiguous business and product questions into structured analyses, clear insights, and actionable answers.
Develop metrics and analytical frameworks that connect user behavior, product performance, on-chain activity, market dynamics, and business outcomes.
Proactively identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and risks, and establish standards for analytical quality, metrics, dashboards, and decision support.
Design and evolve data architecture, models, pipelines, and transformations, integrating on-chain and off-chain data into reliable, scalable, and reusable data products.
Ensure data is accurate, well-structured, documented, discoverable, and accessible to people and AI systems, with strong standards for quality, observability, maintainability, and performance.
Use Dune at an expert level to investigate DEX aggregators, DEXes, swaps, liquidity, routing, users, protocols, and markets, building reusable on-chain datasets and analytical models.
Combine blockchain, product, and business data to create a comprehensive view of users, ecosystem activity, and market dynamics, and continuously explore new data sources and analytical approaches.
Who you are
Deep understanding of DeFi and blockchain data, particularly DEXes and DEX aggregators, including swaps, liquidity, routing, transactions, events, traces, and smart-contract interactions.

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
Location
This role can be based in Argentina or Brazil
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
