About the role
BridgeAthletic
is the training prescription platform behind thousands of strength & conditioning programs from collegiate athletics, pro teams, military, and private performance facilities.
As part of VALD, we're building a closed loop in athlete management, bringing measurement, training prescription, and adaptation closer together.
This role owns BridgeAthletic's nutrition experience end to end: the workflows coaches use to create and deliver nutrition guidance and to track their athletes' compliance and progress, plus the athlete-side experience of logging meals in the app. You'll work closely with engineering, design and other teams to take ideas from problem to shipped product.
In this role, you will
Own projects from start to finish.
You write the requirements, run the rhythm with engineering, manage scope in-flight, and keep projects moving through to release.
Turn problems into solutions.
The roadmap will give you the problem and priority. You'll work out the right solution, think through edge cases and trade-offs, and make sure the final product works in the real world.
Own launches.
Make sure releases are ready, documentation and internal teams are prepared, and measure what happens after launch. Shipping is only the start; we care about whether people use what we build.
Help shape the roadmap.
Analyze user feedback and usage data to recommend what we should build next.
Learn the domain.
Build a strong understanding of strength & conditioning and how coaches actually work day to day.
Is this you?
1
+ years in project management or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
, with the ability to communicate requirements, decisions and ideas in a way that teams can easily understand.
Strong execution skills
, with a track record of keeping projects moving, spotting risks early and raising issues before they become problems.
Attention to detail
, with a focus on thinking through edge cases before they reach QA or customers.
A data-driven approach
, using product data to inform decisions and questioning the numbers when something doesn't look right.
Strong prioritisation and collaboration skills
, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep teams aligned.
Genuine curiosity about the domain
, with an interest in understanding how coaches work and why, even if you don't have a strength & conditioning background today.
A growth mindset
aligned with VALD’s culture of continuous learning and development.
Nice to have: a background in nutrition, coaching, or competitive athletics.
We recognize that not all applicants will have the skills that match a job description exactly. VALD's best asset is not our technology, but our people and culture. We choose people based on how well we think they will work in the VALD team.
If you’re passionate about building impactful products and want to be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.

- Oversee brownfield upgrades to enable evolving R&D, prototype manufacturing, and testing needs
- Manage external architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Coordinate delivery timelines with product, hiring, and operational roadmaps
Prototype Manufacturing & Lab Readiness
- Ensure infrastructure supports mechatronics-heavy workflows including actuator assembly, sub-system integration, electronics rework, and test rig operation
- Define layouts and utility requirements (power, ESD, ventilation, compressed air, equipment mounting, etc.) for in-house prototyping and low-volume builds
- Establish protocols for safe operation, material flow, and flexible reconfiguration of physical spaces
Office Operations & Workplace Experience
- Lead general office and workplace management across all global sites
- Oversee a dedicated office and reception team, ensuring smooth daily operations, visitor experience, and front-of-house service
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and functional workplace aligned with our culture and operational rhythm
- Partner with People and IT to ensure workspaces support hybrid collaboration, new joiner onboarding, and employee well-being

- Set up and oversee systems for space allocation, access control, maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring
- Lead improvements in facility uptime, utilisation, safety, and team experience
- Manage shared infrastructure including lab services, AV, security, physical IT, and environment monitoring
- Maintain compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and relevant R&D standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, people, logistics, IT, and workplace operations
- Work with executive leadership to develop long-term facilities strategy, capital planning, and space forecasting
- Represent facilities in company-wide planning processes, including headcount growth and program milestones

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE MISSION OF THE UNION RELATIONS LEAD
Unions and social partners play a central and legitimate role in how social protection is designed, negotiated and implemented in France. We're looking for a Union Relations Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem, making Alan a trusted, substantive and well-known interlocutor of French social partners, and supporting our Enterprise & Public Sector teams across large private employers and public institutions.
⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GENUINELY UNIQUE
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health tech companies builds its relationships with the French social partner ecosystem (from confederations to sector federations to paritariste institutions).
- You'll operate at the highest levels of the paritariste ecosystem: confederal leadership, sector federations, IP boards, organisations patronales.
- You'll shape the strategy, not just execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability (the playbook is yours to define)
- You'll work directly with Founders, Public Affair as well as Public Sector and Enterprise leadership.
- Real ownership from day one, in one of the fastest-growing tech unicorns in Europe.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees and members across the sectors that matter to Alan (unions, federations, and the structures that convene them).
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch level.
- Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our sector’s future is discussed.
- Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector work
- Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them on the social partners context and how Alan’s offer speaks to their priorities
- Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem relationships into concrete commercial leverage.
- Share Alan’s content with social partners to help them assess Alan on its merits and form their own view.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem and turn that understanding into internal clarity.
- Represent Alan in the federations and working groups where our sector's future is discussed, contributing a constructive and recognizable voice.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where social dialogue is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions shared with Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our social partner engagement and documentation.

Responsibilities
Group Strategy & Portfolio Stewardship
Own and maintain the group strategy process, including the strategic narrative, priorities, key choices, assumptions and periodic refreshes.
Maintain a portfolio-wide view of businesses, products, markets, capabilities and strategic initiatives, and identify imbalances, gaps, duplication, concentration risk and adjacency opportunities.
Develop evidence-based recommendations on where the group should focus management attention, strategic resources and future investment, while preserving the Investment Committee's decision authority.
Ensure that major roadmaps and programs remain coherent with the approved group strategy and portfolio logic.

Set the strategic research agenda based on the group's highest-priority decisions and uncertainties.
Build and maintain structured intelligence on markets, competitors, regulation, technology, customer behavior, business models and relevant macro trends.

Evaluation of New Projects, Markets & Strategic Moves
Lead independent strategic review of new project proposals and market plans before they are submitted for approval.
Assess strategic fit, market attractiveness, competitive position, economics, risk, execution readiness, alternatives and portfolio implications; test critical assumptions through scenarios and sensitivity analysis.
Formulate a clear recommendation - proceed, revise, stage, defer or stop - and define the key conditions or milestones required for success.
Partner with the M&A and Deal Team on strategic fit, investment thesis and portfolio impact of potential acquisitions, divestments and other transactions, while the Deal Team retains transaction execution ownership.
After-Action Review & Portfolio Learning
Establish a systematic after-action review approach for major strategic actions, initiatives and completed deals.
Compare actual outcomes with the original strategic thesis, expected economics, risk assumptions, milestones and value-creation plan, and assess the resulting effect on the group portfolio.
Capture lessons learned, identify repeatable patterns and feed findings back into strategy, evaluation frameworks and future recommendations.
Investment Committee & Executive Decision Support
Prepare clear, concise and decision-grade strategic recommendations for Investment Committee and senior leadership consideration.
Work with the Board / IC Secretary to ensure strategic materials are complete, internally consistent and framed around the decision required, alternatives, trade-offs and implications.
Support interpretation of execution feedback and result reporting from the Portfolio Management Team and Business Owners, focusing on strategic implications and any need to revisit prior assumptions or decisions.
Maintain a disciplined distinction between analysis / recommendation, governance decision-making and execution ownership.
Team Leadership & Functional Excellence
Lead, coach and develop the Strategy and Research Team; allocate work against the highest-value strategic questions and maintain clear accountability for output quality and deadlines.

And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
Brokers play a structural role in how large and very large employers select, negotiate, and manage their health and prévoyance coverage. We're looking for a Broker Partnerships Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with the brokers who operate in the Enterprise segment, turning Alan into a trusted, credible, and commercially compelling partner for those actors, and supporting our Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management teams.
⭐ LOCATION
On-site in Paris, Île-de-France.
What makes this role genuinely unique
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health insurance companies builds its relationships with the brokers operating in the large and very large employer segment across France, and beyond.
- You'll have real ownership from day one and operate at the highest levels of the broker market.
- You'll shape Alan’s broker strategy and execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability. The playbook is yours to define and scale.
- You'll work directly with Alan's Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Insurance, and Executive Leadership.
⭐ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the brokers that sit between us and the largest employers in our markets (whether private or public), at senior and managing director level.
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design Alan's engagement strategy.
- Be the consistent Alan voice that brokers recognize: someone who shows up, follows through, and is known as easy to deal with without giving away what shouldn't be given.
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Commercial work
- Be a partner to our Enterprise Sales and KAM teams on every broker situation: drive strategic decisions deal by deal and turn ecosystem knowledge into commercial leverage.
- Introduce the right broker contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, transforming relationship capital into pipeline access on large and very large accounts.
- Share Alan's value and positioning with broker partners to help them understand, represent, and actively promote Alan within their client portfolios.
- Hold the line on our non-negotiables while finding creative ways to make the collaboration work for both sides.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the broker market at deal level and ecosystem level: who is growing, who is consolidating, where portfolio shifts are happening, and what it means for Alan's pipeline and positioning.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where the broker market is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy, including on consolidation, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks shared with Enterprise Sales and KAM teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our broker engagement and contract documentation (conventions de courtage, commission tracking, data sharing agreements).
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Commercial team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position Alan vs. incumbents, how they advise clients on insurer selection, and where we are perceived as "difficult to work with" — and feed that back into product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem: at a broker or in an external partnership or distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle
- Have legitimate credibility at senior broker level: ability to engage managing director and senior leadership at major brokers as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive deal-level engagement on the insurer or employer side
- Have deep knowledge of the broker ecosystem in the large and very large employer segment: how brokers operate, how they are compensated, how they advise clients, and how they influence insurer selection at this scale
- Have deep understanding of health and prévoyance insurance: the technical dimension (garanties, gestion, régimes, prévoyance) must be native, not learned on the job
- Have proven ability to build trust with broker counterparts from the insurer or employer side: long-game, trustworthy, discreet, commercially disciplined
- Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management: calm, ego-free, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself and equally able to hold firm positions internally when sales pressure pushes toward broker accommodation beyond our framework
- Demonstrate commercial impact from prior broker-related work: broker relationships that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited process and real autonomy
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the COO, the VP of Finance will serve as the senior financial executive responsible for the full spectrum of corporate finance, including FP&A, accounting, strategic planning, board reporting, and IPO-readiness. You will manage a high-performing finance team, build the systems and processes that support a scaling infrastructure as a service business, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization.
This is a high-ownership role for a builder who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the details. A successful hire will be able to turn complex business data into clear strategic guidance and scale a lean finance function without losing rigor by leveraging the latest technology available.
There is not currently a CFO in place, so there is also potential room for growth into that role for high performers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the COO and CEO — bringing a financial lens to company-level decisions on market positioning, competitive strategy, pricing, geographic expansion, and capital allocation
- Co-own the company’s long-range strategic plan alongside executive leadership, shaping not just the financial expression of strategy but the strategy itself

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to provide finance leadership for our network infrastructure. In this role, you will be a key partner to our infrastructure teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to optimize our networking investments and drive strategic decision-making.
In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in the economics of networks, from the monthly cost of connectivity and colocation to the long-range planning of fiber and data center builds. You’ll build financial models that inform Anthropic’s investment decisions, own planning and forecasting processes for major cost centers, and translate complex technical dynamics into clear financial narratives for leadership.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology, and who is energized by building frameworks from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
Finance lead for network capex and opex, including budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and financial plan maintenance
Build and maintain detailed bottoms-up data-driven financial models for network infrastructure, including long-range forecasts, cost driver analyses, and investment scenario modeling
Develop expertise in connectivity, colocation, and equipment contracts, pricing structures, and cost drivers, and surface optimization opportunities
Subject matter expert on Anthropic’s network buildout, source of truth and plan of record
Support the implementation and management of financial planning and procurement tools, ensuring our models and processes scale with the organization
Analyze the economics of build, lease, and service options for network capacity, including ROI across dimensions like term, route, and ownership, and distill into actionable framework for capacity planning and deployment
Partner closely with network engineering teams to understand how capacity, lead times, and site readiness scale, and translate those technical dynamics into financial frameworks
Minimum qualifications
Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to synthesize data into compelling insights and develop complex financial operating models
Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to come up with new frameworks for assessing profitability and capital efficiency in a rapidly evolving industry
Attention to detail and patience for getting to the source of truth on complex and interconnected underlying financial and legal frameworks
Comfort working cross-functionally and are adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences
Proven track record of partnering with technical teams to drive financial optimization initiatives
Excitement about working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt well to change
Possess a bias towards action, strong work ethic, and have experience driving operational outcomes under tight timelines
Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems
Are passionate about the effective integration of AI tools to streamline manual finance workflows
Background in network, telecom, or large-scale computing infrastructure, including data centers, cloud service providers, etc
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in strategic finance, infrastructure investment, private equity, growth equity, consulting, or investment banking, preferably with telecom, datacenter, or network infrastructure experience

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
Webflow is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access to own how our workforce, devices, and automations authenticate and get access to what they need. Okta is our primary identity platform, and you’ll take it from a tool that works to a platform that is deliberately architected, governed, and easy to build on.
You’ll partner extensively with Security on policy, risk, and detection, bringing the engineering depth to turn their requirements into systems that run reliably. Making access safe by default without slowing people down is the central challenge of the role.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- Zone A: $232,000 - 290,000
- Zone B: $217,600 - 272,000
- Zone C: $204,800 - 256,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Senior Director, Information Technology
AS A LEAD PLATFORM ENGINEER, IDENTITY & ACCESS, YOU’LL:
- Own the identity architecture and roadmap for workforce identity, with Okta as the core platform, including build versus buy decisions
- Bring our Okta tenant under proper management, with configuration standards, hardening, change control, and configuration as code (Terraform, APIs, Okta Workflows, or scripts where the platform falls short)
- Automate the identity lifecycle from joiner to leaver, using our HRIS as the source of truth and SCIM to downstream applications
- Build paved roads for application onboarding, including standard SSO patterns, provisioning templates, and federated access to our cloud and source control platforms, so app owners can integrate without platform team involvement
- Design the access model: role based access control (RBAC), least privilege, request and approval workflows, and access reviews, with tooling that answers “who has access to what, and why” and produces audit evidence automatically
- Strengthen how access is granted through phishing resistant MFA, device trust and risk signals, and governed non human identities (service accounts, tokens, OAuth grants, and AI tools and agents), and stream identity telemetry to Security for detection and response
- Serve as the top escalation point and primary responder for identity incidents and outages should they arise, including on call coverage for critical identity services, post incident reviews, and log analysis with Security
- Manage the Okta vendor relationship, licensing, and cost
ABOUT YOU:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years in identity, platform, or infrastructure engineering, including ownership of a workforce identity platform at meaningful scale
- Deep hands on experience architecting an enterprise identity provider, with Okta strongly preferred
- Fluency in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM, including debugging at the token and assertion level
- Experience with identity governance, including RBAC design, HRIS driven lifecycle automation, and meeting audit requirements
- Strong grounding in Zero Trust and identity based attacks, including device trust and the security of non human identities
- Scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and infrastructure as code experience, such as Terraform
- Clear communication with senior and executive audiences, including driving architecture decisions
- Nice to have: experience governing identities for AI tools and agents, and Okta certifications
You’ll thrive as a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access if you:
- Design like an attacker, asking how every control could fail or be abused, and respect that one policy change can lock out the whole company
- Get results with Security, HR, and application owners through influence, not authority
- Care as much about adoption as correctness
- Bring order to an under managed environment without waiting for a perfect plan
- Use AI tools with good judgment
- Are comfortable as the lead identity expert, mentoring others and setting the standard
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
