ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a front-line manager to a group of 6-8 CSMs, who each manage ~60 Activations at a given time in Ramp’s Mid Market portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and standardizing implementation best practices, 1:1 coaching and mentoring, building a repeatable and scalable customer activation motion that enables growth without proportional increases in team size, and working closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Product to drive positive outcomes for this segment. As a key member of the Mid Market CSM leadership team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Ramp’s customer success and onboarding motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set and maintain a high-performing culture and morale by managing a group of exceptional CSMs to drive thorough and efficient onboarding and product activation for Ramp’s medium/large customers
- Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual CSMs to ensure team exceeds product onboarding and spend activation goals, while maintaining strong CSAT
- Refine best practice playbooks for the CSM team, and improve team output and efficiency over time by optimizing systems and processes
- Develop and execute career development and leadership plans for direct reports; inclusive of but not limited to daily 1:1 mentoring, coaching on sales skills, enhancing product knowledge, providing call feedback, and running enablement sessions
- Act as a voice of the customer and key contributor retaining and expanding Ramp’s Mid Market segment
- Build and leverage internal AI tools and Salesforce dashboards to monitor the success of our customers and the performance of the team
- Report on team performance and forecast to senior leadership
- Represent the CSM team cross-functionally with leaders of other departments
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of implementation, CSM or AM experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record exceeding goals
- 3+ years of experience building and leading implementation or CSM teams with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies
- Ability to identify trends, translate company strategy into team-level priorities, and drive initiatives that improve team metrics and organizational outcomes
- Proven ability to coach teams on selling the full platform, not just individual products; experience driving multi-product adoption, cross-sell, and upsell across a book of business
- Track record of pushing pace on input metrics, building repeatable playbooks, and optimizing systems and processes to improve team output
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams; demonstrated ability to represent Customer Success at a leadership level
- Comfort with and curiosity about AI tools and their application to CS workflows; ability to lead a team through AI-driven process transformation and evaluate how AI can augment CSM productivity and customer outcomes
- Strong understanding of customer financial workflows, including AP/AR, spend controls, and month-end close processes; ability to coach CSMs on ROI-grounded conversations with controllers and finance leaders
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, and Excel) with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions, create systems, and identify process improvements.
NICE TO HAVES
- CPA or equivalent accounting certification, or deep working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Experience with financial services sales or selling into finance and accounting personas
- Experience at a high-growth startup in an enterprise or mid-market customer success environment
- Familiarity with contribution profit models or usage-based revenue metrics
- Experience leading teams through AI adoption or workflow automation initiatives

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior CMF Designer to own colour, materials, and finish across our robot programmes.
As the Industrial robot moves from Beta into Gamma production, CMF definition becomes a dedicated, full-time responsibility.
Your primary focus will be the Industrial wheeled robot, covering tooling-ready specification, supplier management, and production sample governance. You will also contribute early CMF thinking to our other robot platforms as they develop at the early stages.
You will be the first dedicated CMF hire at Humanoid, working within a multi-discipline Design Team across multiple robot platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Own CMF direction across all robot programmes, from early concept through to production-ready specification.
- Develop CMF strategy as an integrated part of the team's overall design direction; working with design leads to ensure material and finish decisions reflect and reinforce the product's broader design intent.
- Develop and maintain material libraries, finish standards, and sample archives relevant to robotics manufacturing contexts.
- Define and document CMF specifications with the precision required for engineering handoff, colour, texture, durability, finish codes specifications etc…
- Work closely with Industrial Designers, Fashion Designers and UX Designers to ensure material decisions reinforce, not contradict, the product's form language and functional context.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners and suppliers to validate material feasibility within programme timelines and cost envelopes.
- Lead CMF reviews, presenting direction clearly to design leads and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to garment/soft goods material decisions where CMF and wearable design intersect.
- Build the CMF process from the ground up ; standards, workflows, review cadences & governance.
We’re Looking For
- A designer who treats material choice as a communication decision.
- 7+ years of CMF experience, ideally with complex manufactured products: robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
- Deep knowledge of materials, surface finishes, coatings, and manufacturing processes relevant to high-spec electromechanical products.
- Experience producing CMF specifications for engineering teams, not just mood boards for stakeholders.
- The confidence to defend a material direction and the rigour to back it up with process, technical trade offs and physical evidence.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity as you'll be defining the function as much as executing within it.
- Familiarity with soft goods or wearable materials is a plus, not a prerequisite.
- Based in London, 5 days a week.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

You'll be working from our London office, which hosts our events, customer demos and visitors, in an event space with professional live video, audio and streaming equipment. You'll wear three hats: Linux and cloud support engineer, owner of the office's technical infrastructure, and one of the people running the live production at our events. You'll own your cases from first contact to resolution, bringing in colleagues or senior engineers when needed, and you'll keep the technology running when it matters most, with people watching. Own the technical state of the London office (network, devices, meeting spaces, AV), including onboarding new colleagues, and know how it all fits together.

Ubuntu lifecycle:

Knowledge:
Write and maintain knowledge base articles so lessons learned are shared.
What are we looking for in you

An exceptional academic record at high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative path
A builder's streak: something you've set up or run for other people on a deadline, such as a home lab, hackspace, student tech crew, live sound, streaming, or school or club IT

An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Deep familiarity with resale, two-tier distribution, deal registration, rules of engagement, partner discounting, and partner quote-to-cash, plus an understanding of OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction structures and operational requirements.
Direct experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certification compliance, rebates, and incentives, with responsibility for execution and compliance.
Experience designing and documenting complex operational processes for distributed teams, translating business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration, and leading user acceptance testing through release.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows, from evaluating opportunities to delivering working solutions.
Experience resolving ambiguous operational escalations across systems, teams, and partner relationships, and aligning Deal Desk, IT, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and Sales around operational changes.
About the team
Our Ecosystem Operations team works closely with Systems, Revenue Technologies, Deal Desk, Ecosystem Programs, Enablement, Finance, Compensation, and Legal. We enable consistent execution across Ecosystem Operations Specialists and cross-functional partners. You'll also partner with the Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager, who owns Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud operations, on shared systems, the ecosystem data model, and month-end close.
