We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a Channel Manager to develop, execute and evolve our partner go-to-market strategy in India. You will work closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Operations and the leadership team to align sales and go-to-market efforts with our product, technical and sales development efforts. Your key task is to deliver immediate and future partner-sourced revenue growth, working primarily with Grafana's regional Systems Integrators and Value-Added Resellers.
As our first dedicated channel hire in India, you will build an emerging partner community and shape the role, the strategy and the playbook inside a rapidly growing company where partners are a core part of go-to-market.
This is NOT a programmatic channel and distribution role. This IS a sales-focused channel role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable owning a partner-sourced revenue number, and can build on a fast-growing channel business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop executive-level relationships with focus partners in India
Own partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration to drive revenue targets
Lead the identification, activation and development of regional partners
Develop partner capabilities, co-sell motions and brand awareness initiatives
Establish strong executive relationships to create partnership business plans
Work with leadership to manage pipeline and revenue commitments
Work across Grafana Labs on message alignment, operational coordination and evangelism of the partner strategy and program
What Makes You a Great Fit:
7+ years of experience in channel sales or sales (selling with partners)
Experience selling SaaS (open source technology is a plus), and familiarity with BEPIC and MEDDPICC selling methodologies
A demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups
A consultative sales approach, with the goal of keeping customer, partner and community satisfaction exceptionally high
Proven experience developing a high-performing channel strategy for SaaS vendors new to the India market
Bonus Points For:
Running low-touch deal cycles with partners independently of the direct sales team
A demonstrated ability to increase partner-sourced revenue (NACV) contribution to India's overall revenue.
Compensation & Rewards:
In India, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range will apply for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for product-focused systems engineers to work on Teleport Core Product.
You will work on problems ranging from performance and scalability, security and networking, to integrations with external systems.
You will work on the full product lifecycle from working with customers to understand their problems, writing RFDs for your proposed design, implementing, testing, and documenting.
Teleport is an open core project, and most of the code you will write will be open source and written in Go.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Become an expert on scalability, performance, and reliability of Teleport in large deployments.
- Design, develop, and ship outstanding, high-quality products.
- Write most of the code in Go.
- Closely collaborate with other teams at Teleport on matters related to scalability and performance.
- Work directly with our customers to diagnose and remediate performance issues.
- Grow your technical expertise.
- Lead a distributed team of outstanding engineers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md as part of the interview process.
- Builder mentality and experience -- you love building zero-to-one products
- Extensive Go experience.
- Extensive experience developing scalable, reliable, and performant distributed systems and platforms.
- Strong team leadership and management experience.
- Linux systems engineering experience.
- Knowledge of Identity Management, RBAC, ABAC, and zero-trust security models.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies.
- Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset.
- Significant contributions in Open Source is a big plus.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform: the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own technical excellence and delivery of a single team, from evolving high-throughput APIs and data models, to hardening reliability and latency for enterprise and single-tenant customers, to shipping new discovery and catalog capabilities in close partnership with product. You'll set direction, review designs and code, remove roadblocks, and grow the engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and clear career development.

Review technical designs and code, and provide feedback grounded in a deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture
Drive the team to address technical quality — incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems — within SLA and metric targets
Partner with product and business stakeholders on planning, and maintain a realistic, prioritized feature and project backlog with a high completion rate
Contextualize and communicate the engineering vision and strategy to your team, and share the team's work and business impact with adjacent teams
Ensure engineering processes (e.g. FDLC) are implemented and consistently followed
Delegate effectively and build autonomy and a positive, high-trust culture within the team
Address performance issues and conflict promptly and fairly

Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team (ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
Strong technical foundation with the ability to review designs and code and make sound architectural trade-offs in a distributed, cloud-based systems environment
Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule while holding the team to high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Experience owning production services and driving operational health — incident response, on-call practices, tech-debt reduction, and meeting SLAs
Ability to plan and prioritize with product partners, maintain a realistic backlog, and drive high sprint and quarterly completion rates
Communicates clearly and effectively across the team and with adjacent teams and stakeholders; keeps people well informed
Fluent in using AI code assistants, coding agents, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support the software development lifecycle, and able to establish those practices across a team
Bonus Skills

Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time

As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will help run accurate, timely, and controlled accounts payable operations for external vendors. You will coordinate closely with our invoice-processing BPO, resolve discrepancies, manage AP communications, complete reconciliations and close activities in NetSuite, and partner with Treasury, Accounting, vendors, and internal stakeholders. - Support the BPO in processing invoices completely, accurately, and on time in NetSuite.
- Ensure AP work complies with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage AP mailboxes and communication channels with clear documentation and tracking.
- Process vendor’s invoices in NetSuite.
- Perform regular AP account reconciliations and investigate exceptions thoroughly.
- Partner with Treasury and Accounting to support timely, accurate payments.
- Complete month-end AP close activities.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant vendor master data.
- Contribute to cross-functional AP improvement and automation projects.
- Maintain AP documentation and training materials.
- Build effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Core Requirements
- At least three years of professional AP accounting experience, including financial processing and reconciliation.

- A track record of high-quality execution in high-growth, high-volume, globally distributed AP environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated AP process-improvement and technology-innovation experience.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and systematic working methods.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and proactive problem-solving.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Formal accounting education or a related qualification.
- Payroll-processing experience.
- Advanced Netsuite experience.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer narrowly transactional work without process-improvement ownership.
- You have limited experience on a standard AP process with Purchase Order
- You are uncomfortable investigating ambiguous discrepancies across several stakeholders.
- You need close day-to-day direction rather than independently prioritizing work.
- You have limited experience with high-volume, global AP operations.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We're hiring a Product Manager for Supabase Realtime https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime. You'll own the surface area developers use to build live, collaborative and event-driven apps on Supabase: Broadcast https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/broadcast, Presence https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/presence, Postgres Changes https://supabase.com/docs/guides/realtime/postgres-changes, and the capabilities we build next.
You'll work closely with the Realtime Engineering team and with partners across Product Management, Design and GTM.
This role is ideal for someone who's excited about building tools for millions of developers and who has a passion for the types of user experiences unlocked by simple, scalable real-time channels. You should have a nuanced understanding of full-stack application development, including existing and emerging real-time and sync patterns.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- You'll collaborate with customers of all sizes and expertise levels: from an indie developer adding live updates to a side project, to startups building collaborative SaaS, to enterprise teams streaming live data to dashboards.
- You'll own the problem statements and solution rationale behind the Realtime roadmap. This means working with Engineering and Design to shape how Supabase crafts the developer experience for the problems you’ve prioritized solving.
- You'll shape how Realtime evolves to enable future application experiences, including its role in AI apps and alongside other Supabase products.
- You'll own Realtime packaging and pricing, working with Pricing, Finance and Billing.
- You'll use data to understand how Supabase developers are using Realtime features: where they succeed, where they get stuck, and what to tackle first.
- You'll keep Engineering, Design and GTM aligned. You'll own the plan of record for what's coming, why, and in what order.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with equivalent depth. You're comfortable commenting on an architecture doc, following a design discussion, and advocating for the user when trade-offs are required.
- Have owned an app development platform, feature or framework where real-time was core to the developer experience.
- Get your own answers from data. You know what you care about in terms of product instrumentation and are comfortable querying and cleaning your own findings.
- Are comfortable with Postgres and familiar with logical replication.
- Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
STRONG SIGNAL
- You have an existing audience among developers, through social media, open source or developer advocacy.
- Worked on a sync engine, local-first or live-query product.
- Worked with gaming, AR or collaborative-tool customers.
- Shipped something using Supabase.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Teleport Cloud takes our traditionally open-source and enterprise access plane and provides a SaaS option for our customers to adopt.
As such, our team is building our production and software as a service infrastructure from scratch. We tackle the hard problems that allow our customers to trust us for secure and reliable access to their infrastructure.
Excellent security is table stakes; a security breach can compromise our customers' infrastructure. We must also balance security with maintaining productivity and building a compelling product offering for our customers.
Most of the code you will write will be written in Go. We strongly encourage you to explore our GitHub Repo https://github.com/gravitational to get a taste of what we are building.
Important information
- We require to be in-person in our Oakland, CA, office for the onboarding week.
- We conduct background checks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Re-engineer the core teleport product to scale globally and optimize routing latency for teams distributed around the world
- Re-write portions of the core Teleport product to enable our goals for the cloud product
- Build out our monitoring and observability stack to alert us to production issues and minimize false positives so we can all get a good sleep at night
- Work on automation to tackle and eliminate the highest toil activities
- Execute on traditional operation challenges, such as patching, scaling, backup and restore, disaster recovery, and more
- Investigate the outages and incidents our customers experience with our product
- Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure 24/7/365 system uptime.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to collaboratively work with Teleports’ engineers on coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md as part of the interview process.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering and/or SRE/DevOps roles.
- Strong experience in Linux systems, networking, containers, and troubleshooting.
- Have solid Go and production Kubernetes development experience.
- Technical leadership experience.
- Strong experience developing scripts, automation, submitting patches to the product codebase, or building tooling that incorporates AI agents into operational workflows.
- AWS Cloud experience is preferred, GCP experience is acceptable.
- Systems Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki etc.
- Operate and support the observability platform to maintain visibility and reliability.
- Experience operate in a team where sound security choices are critical, and where reasoning about correctness and system invariants (e.g. formal or property-based methods) is valued.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies.
- Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager or a Lead Engineer. They will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager or Lead Engineer, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md using GitHub.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing Consumer team. The Consumer team at Kraken focuses on building applications that expose Kraken's product offering to the mass market. Trying to onboard the next 100 million people to the benefits of crypto.
This role involves setting the technical direction for our "Consumer" applications — a suite of products aimed at offering the simplest way for our customers to interact with Kraken — and delivering the hardest parts of it yourself. We expect anyone applying for this role to have an extreme eye for detail, a passion for building genuinely world class user experiences, a "ship fast but don't ship shit" attitude, and the judgment to know which is which without being told.
The opportunity
- Own the architecture and delivery of customer-facing Rust backend services powering trading, payments, and crypto experiences — making the design calls on systems that will outlive the feature you built them for
- Take ambiguous, multi-quarter problems from "we think this matters" to shipped and measured, breaking them down so the rest of the team can move in parallel with you
- Own features end-to-end rather than stopping at the API/backend boundary, and raise the bar on what "end-to-end" means for everyone around you — customer experience, frontend impact, and the product problem behind what you're building
- Partner with product leadership to shape the roadmap for a product area, not just execute against it. You'll bring engineering insight that changes what gets built, and own the outcomes and metrics that follow
- Drive initiatives that cross team boundaries — Kraken's trading infrastructure, platform, and other product teams — building the relationships and technical alignment needed to land them
- Multiply the team: mentor mid-level engineers, review designs before code exists, unblock people quickly, and leave behind patterns and standards that make the next feature easier than the last
- Use AI extensively to amplify scope and speed, moving from manually writing code toward orchestrating AI and validating implementation — and help the team do the same, defining what good AI-assisted engineering looks like here
What you bring
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with deep Rust proficiency across network services, asynchronous code, and distributed systems design (RPC protocols, Kafka, event-driven architectures)
- A track record of owning systems, not just features. You've made architectural decisions in production, lived with the consequences, and can explain the tradeoffs you'd make differently now
- Product engineering mindset. You've shipped features from problem → implementation → launch → user impact, with deep understanding of customer experience and product metrics, and you've influenced what got built and what got cut
- Demonstrated impact through others: mentoring, design review, technical writing, or setting standards that changed how a team worked

We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
This role sits at the applied end of our post-training research efforts. You will work directly with stakeholders from the world’s fastest-growing AI companies to post-train open-source models that outperform frontier closed models on their specialised tasks. Your day-to-day is finding creative ways to extract signal from complex, domain-specific datasets and building the reward functions, environments, eval harnesses, and training pipelines that turn that signal into better models. The models you train ship to production and reach millions of users.
We are looking for people with hands-on LLM fine-tuning and RL experience. Researchers who are excited by the prospect of shipping models into production, who can translate a customer's domain-specific requirements into an effective training curriculum, and who know when to be rigorous and when to iterate fast.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
As our Compliance Manager, you will own and drive Sourcegraph’s governance, risk, and compliance program, with a primary focus on compliance. This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, People, Sales, and other teams across the company.
You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our compliance program, including owning certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 and preparing Sourcegraph for additional frameworks as the business grows. This is not a role where you will simply coordinate work across a large compliance organization. We are looking for someone who has personally owned audit and certification programs end to end: designing and tailoring controls, collecting evidence, training internal teams, working directly with auditors, managing remediation, and driving follow-up work through completion.
📅 Within one month, you will…
You will build strong working relationships across Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, People, Sales, and other key stakeholders.
You will develop a clear understanding of Sourcegraph’s existing governance, risk, and compliance program, including our ISMS, risk register, controls, certifications, audit processes, and current areas of focus.
You will understand how our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs operate today, including key owners, evidence requirements, open risks, and upcoming milestones.
You will begin participating directly in day-to-day compliance activities and identify opportunities to improve or simplify existing processes.
📅 Within three months, you will…
You will have taken ownership of Sourcegraph’s ongoing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance programs.
You will independently manage key audit activities, including control testing, evidence collection, stakeholder coordination, auditor requests, findings, and remediation.
You will evaluate existing controls and tailor them to Sourcegraph’s environment rather than relying on overly prescriptive or generic auditor recommendations.
You will actively maintain Sourcegraph’s risk register, ISMS processes, policies, and compliance documentation.
You will help internal teams understand their compliance responsibilities and provide practical guidance that allows them to meet requirements without creating unnecessary process.
You will support customer-facing compliance activities, including security questionnaires and compliance-related questions from prospective and existing customers.
📅 Within six months, you will…
You will have successfully led Sourcegraph through an audit or major certification milestone.
You will own the operating rhythm of the GRC program, including ISMS meetings, risk management activities, control reviews, documentation updates, and audit preparation.
You will have established a forward-looking compliance roadmap covering renewals, upcoming audits, new frameworks, regulatory requirements, and opportunities to improve how the program operates.
You will be able to independently identify control gaps or deficiencies, assess their risk, recommend practical solutions, and drive remediation with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will have introduced automation, AI, or other process improvements that reduce manual compliance work while maintaining or improving program quality.
About you
You have built or operated compliance programs in a fast-moving technology environment and have personally owned major compliance initiatives from beginning to end.
You are comfortable operating independently, getting into the details, and doing the work yourself while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization. You understand that frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 define requirements but often leave significant flexibility in how an organization satisfies them, and you know how to translate those requirements into controls that fit the business.
You are also comfortable working with technical teams and modern cloud environments. You can understand enough about infrastructure, systems, access controls, software development, and security processes to ask the right questions and effectively translate between auditors and technical teams.
5+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, information security compliance, or a related role.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs, ideally within a SaaS, technology startup, or similarly fast-moving environment.
Experience personally managing external audits and certification processes, including audit preparation, evidence collection, control testing, stakeholder training, auditor interaction, remediation, and follow-up.
Strong understanding of risk management, control design, ISMS governance, and compliance program operations.
Experience adapting compliance controls to an organization's actual environment rather than applying generic or overly prescriptive requirements.
Familiarity with cloud-based technology environments and the security and compliance considerations associated with a distributed or remote workforce.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from inception through completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain compliance requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A hands-on mindset and willingness to personally execute the work required to keep the compliance program operating effectively.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technology, with an interest in using new tools to improve compliance workflows.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with additional security, privacy, or compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP, FISMA, PCI DSS, or related standards.
Experience supporting security questionnaires, customer assurance processes, or sales-related compliance activities.
Experience with GRC platforms, compliance automation tools, or building internal automation for evidence collection and control monitoring.
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CRISC, or similar credentials.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
As agents take on bigger jobs, the infrastructure around them matters more. Docker's answer is to give every agent a strong boundary, make its environment and authority reproducible, and let the work run where it makes sense, from a developer's laptop to the cloud. The Docker AI Substrate team brings that foundation to the enterprise: the largest companies in the world, running agents at scale, with the security, reliability, and control they expect from any critical system. We are a small, senior team at the start of that work. As a Staff Software Engineer here, you will shape the architecture, build the core systems, and run what you build.
Locations: Seattle, WA or Palo Alto, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build the systems that deploy, release, and operate Docker's agentic platform for enterprise customers, in Go and on Kubernetes.
- Make the platform run consistently across cloud providers and environments, with the security, identity, and network boundaries enterprises require.
- Own the release and supply chain path so every deployment is reproducible, verifiable, and trusted.
- Run what you build: production ownership, on-call, SLOs, incident response, and the operational tooling that keeps it boring.
- Set technical direction with the team's architect and engineering leadership, and work with partner teams across runtime, developer experience, identity, and observability.
- Raise the bar through design review, testing discipline, and mentorship as the team grows.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- You have built and operated a cloud control and management plane. Software that provisions, upgrades, and watches infrastructure for many tenants or environments, in production, with a pager. Experience at a cloud provider, a managed-service vendor, or a platform team that stamps out environments.
- Kubernetes beyond deployment. You have written controllers or operators, understand reconciliation and CRDs, and know why declarative beats imperative at fleet scale.
- Deep in at least one major cloud. Hands-on with compute, networking, identity, and managed services, and able to pick up a second cloud fast.
- Production ownership. On-call, incident response, SLOs, post-mortems. You run what you build.
- Distributed systems design. Fault tolerance, consistency, observability, idempotent reconciliation.
- Go. Professional proficiency. Docker's backend and all of this team's code is Go.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering in infrastructure, platform, or cloud services, with the judgment to set direction for others.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Kubernetes resource orchestration and cloud controllers, such as KRO.
- Release engineering and software supply chain: OCI registries, digests, license compliance.
- Private connectivity between cloud accounts: PrivateLink, VPC peering, service endpoints, egress policy.
- OpenTelemetry pipelines with multiple destinations.
- Building managed services.
- Firecracker, microVMs, or other isolated execution environments for untrusted code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
United States: $170,350 – $275,550 + equity
