Location: San Francisco, CA About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About The Anthropic Institute The Anthropic Institute (TAI) is a function within Anthropic that works to advance the public conversation around AI. The Institute is comprised of research teams tackling some of AI's most consequential societal challenges: the Frontier Red Team, which stress tests our systems against catastrophic risks; Societal Impacts, which studies how Claude is used by millions of people; Economic Research, which tracks AI's impact on people's jobs and the larger economy; the Rule of Law team, which studies AI's impacts to democracy; and more. The Institute's mission is to reduce information asymmetries between Anthropic and the outside world, name and answer the hard questions implied by powerful AI systems, and publish these findings so that policymakers, researchers, technology leaders, and the public can reckon with what's here and what's to come. About the role The role. You will build and lead the Institute’s tabletop exercise program and the team that runs it. Based on trends visible in the exponential and in consultation with technical experts, you will set the research agenda: which questions the exercises should answer, which scenarios to run, with which audiences, and what each run is meant to test. You will own the methods that make results comparable across runs and turn them into findings people outside the room can use. You will hire and manage a team plus a bench of facilitators, and you will be the program’s public voice. Why tabletop exercises? If RSI arrives, the hardest problems will be about making decisions under uncertainty. The people making them may not trust each other, and the authorities they work under may not be fit-for-purpose. A tabletop exercise (TTX) allows the people who would face that situation practice it before it is real. It also shows us what tools and information they reach for, including what they would need that does not exist yet. Tabletop exercises are also a research method. You can run the same scenario many times, with different groups of people (and with many more AI agents playing in silico), and you start to see the distribution of decisions people make. This is one of the few ways to generate empirical evidence about the future, i.e., how people and institutions will respond to situations that have not happened yet. Key responsibilities Set the program’s research agenda: the questions exercises should answer, the scenarios to run, and the audience for each Design exercises as empirical studies: define what each run tests, standardize scenarios and data capture so results are comparable, and use repeated play to map the range of outcomes Build the program’s measurement: pre- and post-exercise assessments, decision logs, transcript analysis and after-action reports Turn results into findings: publish on what the exercises show, and brief senior people inside and outside Anthropic on the gaps they expose Hire, manage and develop a team and a bench of facilitators Make the program scalable: maintain a library of tested scenarios that the team reuses most of the time, refreshed on a regular cadence so they stay timely Build a facilitator kit ("TTX in a box") so other internal teams or external partners can run exercises to the same standard Create and direct the tools behind the exercises, including Claude-driven simulations that generate a live outside-world feed during play Minimum qualifications Have designed and run tabletop exercises, wargames, or simulations for senior decision-makers and published on the subject Have training in a discipline that uses simulation, experimental methods or structured analysis Have 10+ years of experience in national security, government, technology policy, or strategy Can keep the scenarios technically grounded with a strong grasp of AI capabilities and safety research Have managed a team, including hiring, setting direction, giving feedback and developing people Use Claude and other AI tools extensively in your own work Care about AI safety and Anthropic's public benefit mission Preferred qualifications Published research on wargaming methods, simulation or crisis decision-making Run exercises that fed into real policy or crisis-response decisions Run multi-iteration or experimental wargames and analyzed results across runs Used AI agents or language models as players, adjudicators or analysts in simulations Led a research program or team through a period of growth Existing relationships across national security, government, policy and AI, and are trusted in those communities Published widely read work on AI, emerging technology, strategy or crisis decision-making We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $295,000 — $295,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: New York, NY (HQ) Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp's Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is looking for a senior investigator ready to shift from running cases to scaling the systems that run cases. You've built real depth in TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews; you know what a good escalation looks like, where analysts get stuck, and where automation actually holds up in production versus just looks good in a demo. In this role, you'll spend most of your time partnering with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling to turn that judgment into scaled AI systems: testing model outputs, labeling and calibrating results, and making sure every automated decision point is well-documented and properly governed. Location: London, United Kingdom Workplace: hybrid About The Role: We're looking for a Lead/Head of Transaction Monitoring (Enterprise) to own how Paysend detects suspicious activity across all products, corridors and payment methods, and to lead the TM Enterprise Program that modernises it. Objective and Key Results Objective (Q4 2026): AI-Powered Enterprise Financial Crime: build scalable, risk-based transaction monitoring Enterprise clients can submit legitimate transactions with minimal friction, suspicious transactions are correctly identified and declined, unnecessary RFIs are minimised, and transaction-monitoring performance is measurable and continuously optimised. Metrics clearly separate client-generated risk, Financial Crime controls and downstream payout execution, so TM declines are not confused with prefunding, network or technical failures, and stages reconcile without double-counting. Key Results you will be accountable for % Confirmed Fraud Rate of Enterprise-Initiated Transactions: Confirmed fraud transactions divided by total enterprise-initiated transactions, broken down by client, typology, transaction type and destination, and confirmed vs. suspected fraud. Gives clients an evidence-based view of the quality of the volume they submit. % Legitimate Transaction Straight-Through Processing Rate: Legitimate transactions processed without an RFI divided by total legitimate transactions submitted. The central measure of balance between risk protection and customer friction. % Enterprise TM Decision Quality: Combines confirmed-fraud prevention rate (stopped before payout), false-positive rate, and control coverage of material enterprise TM risks by documented, approved and tested controls. % Enterprise TM Investigation Efficiency: Median RFI time to resolution, % resolved within SLA, % with a clear documented decision, % outstanding beyond SLA, and RFI backlog and ageing. What you will own KRs and Initiatives: Own and deliver the Enterprise TM KRs and Initiatives, from definition and prioritisation through delivery, measurement and reporting to senior leadership. TM Enterprise Program: Lead the TM Enterprise Program end to end: scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, dependencies, risks and governance. TM framework: Own the enterprise-wide TM framework: scenario and rule coverage, thresholds, risk-based calibration, model governance and the rule lifecycle (design, test, tune, retire). Effectiveness and KPIs: Own the KPI and MI framework for detection effectiveness, alert quality, false positives, SAR/STR conversion, alert volumes, SLAs and team productivity. Regulatory assurance: Ensure TM meets AML/CTF and regulatory expectations across all licensed jurisdictions, and own TM readiness for audits, regulator reviews and partner due diligence. Team leadership: Build, lead and develop a high-performing TM team spanning analysts, rule owners and data/automation specialists. What you'll do Define strategy and OKRs: Set the enterprise TM strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligned to company OKRs and Paysend's financial crime risk appetite; translate it into measurable KRs and a prioritised initiative portfolio. Drive delivery: Lead initiative delivery as accountable owner: run planning, steering committees and status reporting; remove blockers, manage trade-offs and escalate material risks early. Strengthen detection: Oversee translation of typologies, risk assessments and regulatory change into detection scenarios and rules; ensure backtesting, simulation and impact measurement happen before release. Optimise performance: Drive tuning using alert, case and SAR feedback to improve catch rate and reduce noise, with clear trade-off thinking across risk, cost and customer friction. Automate and scale: Replace manual analysis and reporting with scalable pipelines and self-serve dashboards; apply advanced analytics and ML-based anomaly detection where they add value. Collaborate: Partner across the business: Product and Engineering: requirements, data needs, TM platform and rules-engine enhancements. Compliance and MLRO: policy alignment, risk assessments, regulatory reporting, audits and regulator engagement. Network and Partners: Visa and Mastercard program requirements, thresholds and monitoring; bank and partner due diligence. Operations and Investigations: alert-handling workflow, feedback loops, capacity and quality. Data and Analytics: data quality, lineage, model validation and reporting. Govern and report: Run the TM governance cadence: rule-change approvals, performance reviews, documented decisions and rationale, and regular reporting to senior management and committees. Stay ahead of regulation: Stay current on AML/CTF regulation, FATF guidance, PSD2/SCA and card scheme rules, and embed changes into controls and the roadmap. Manage vendors and budget: Manage vendor, tooling and budget for TM platforms, data sources and analytics. What you'll need Substantial experience in transaction monitoring and AML/financial crime, ideally in fintech, payments, money transfer or high-volume B2C, including leading a TM function or a large TM transformation. Proven track record owning OKRs/KRs and delivering multi-stream programs or initiatives, with strong planning, prioritisation and senior stakeholder management. Deep knowledge of TM scenario and rule design, tuning, threshold calibration, model governance and effectiveness testing, including backtesting and below-the-line testing. Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulation and expectations (e.g., FCA, EU AMLD/AMLR, FATF) and experience supporting regulator and auditor reviews across multiple jurisdictions. Solid grasp of fraud and financial crime typologies in cross-border payments, and awareness of emerging trends. Working knowledge of Visa and Mastercard monitoring programs and payment methods (cards, tokenization, Apple Pay, Google Pay, A2A, wallets). Data fluency: able to interrogate SQL/BI outputs, define KPIs and challenge analytical approaches; understanding of modern data platforms and automation. Experience leading and developing teams, including hiring, coaching and building clear ownership models. Ownership mindset: you spot problems, propose solutions and see them through without waiting to be asked. Clear communication and documentation, able to explain risk and data-driven decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives. Nice to have Experience with rules engines, decisioning platforms or TM vendor solutions (selection, implementation, migration). Experience applying advanced anomaly detection (statistical, unsupervised or machine learning) to AML and fraud use cases, including model risk management. Hands-on SQL/Python background and experience building BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar). Familiarity with how financial crime operations run day to day, including case management and SAR/STR filing. Relevant certifications such as ACAMS, ICA or equivalent. What you'll achieve First 3 months Understand our products, corridors, TM framework, rules engine, data landscape and current KR/Initiative portfolio. Assess current TM coverage, effectiveness and regulatory exposure; identify the highest-priority gaps. Build relationships across Compliance, Product, Engineering, Network, Operations and Data. Confirm the TM Enterprise Program plan, governance and a baselined KR scorecard. By 6 months Run the TM Enterprise Program on an agreed roadmap with clear ownership, milestones and steering cadence. Launch a reliable KPI and MI suite for detection effectiveness, alert quality and team throughput. Deliver the first material coverage and tuning improvements, with documented performance reviews. Have the team structure and key hires in place. By 12 months Deliver the committed KRs and Initiatives, with measurable gains in detection effectiveness, false positive rate and operational efficiency. Be the recognised owner of enterprise TM, with a clean audit and regulator-ready evidence trail. Have introduced new detection approaches and automation that strengthen our compliance posture and scale with growth. Why Join Paysend? With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete. We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch. The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need. The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer. Responsibilities: New logo hunting Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals. Cross-functional collaboration Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses. Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing. What You Need to Succeed: 3-7 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm. Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW). Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support. Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level. Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data. Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities. Location: Australia Workplace: Remote Role highlights: - Business Development Manager - Location: Any Australian state capital city, Canberra preferred - Department: Data Sales - Reports to: Data Sales Director, Australia & New Zealand - Employment type: Permanent - Workplace model: Remote first, frequent travel expected - Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: As a Business Development Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between ICEYE’s world-leading ISR satellite capability and the people who use space-based geospatial intelligence at the sharp end of Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) defence and national security. You will open doors, build credibility, and ensure the ANZ’s most important intelligence users understand what makes ICEYE genuinely different. ICEYE is not the traditional defence prime. ICEYE is a different proposition entirely. We are one of the world’s fastest-growing space companies, and we are only at the beginning of what we intend to build in the ANZ region – not only in defence and intelligence, but across a range of industry verticals where geospatial intelligence is a critical need. From day one, you'll own the full sales cycle for Data Sales business clients — identifying opportunities, shaping deals, and closing multi-year contracts — with the autonomy to move at pace and build the strategic relationships that expand ICEYE's presence across the ANZ market. Who We Are ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth. ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation, we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system as both a data and managed service business. ICEYE serves customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance, mining, maritime and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future. ICEYE is expanding both satellite technological capabilities and its advanced data processing product suite, and over time the range and breadth of data products will increase. This is a learning role that will span a range of industries and use cases. Location: New York City Office COMPANY DESCRIPTION Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Director of Growth, you'll own the plan for how Tennr generates pipeline: where we invest, what we stop doing, and how we know it's working. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask AI assistants which vendors to consider. We sell several products into each of them, including referral intake, prior auth, AI voice, and patient onboarding, and every new vertical, product, and channel multiplies the ways we could spend the next dollar. Your job is to pick the few that matter most and make sure the team executes on them. You'll lead Growth Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance. You'll set the targets, work backwards from them to operating milestones, and run the cadence that keeps the team accountable to the number. This role suits someone who thinks like a general manager: you'll act as strategist, analyst, systems builder, and partner to Sales in the same week. The scope will grow to cover new problems as Tennr grows. You'll know you're right for this if you've been the person leadership hands its hardest growth problem, you're as comfortable building the model as running the review, and you want to build a team around this work. RESPONSIBILITIES - Goals & Metrics: Own Tennr's marketing-sourced pipeline target and set the channel goals that roll up into it. Break it into its drivers: CPL, CPQL, conversion to opportunity, and pipeline contribution by segment and channel. Own the model that explains what moves each one, and make sure progress is measured the same way every week. - Roadmap: Diagnose the biggest opportunities and constraints across verticals, products, and channels. Form a clear point of view on where Growth should invest and what it should deprioritize, and defend that call with data. - Planning: Turn the roadmap into a short list of initiatives with owners, success metrics, budget, and headcount. Run annual and quarterly planning for Growth, allocate budget across channels, including direct programs, and partner with Finance on spend and payback. - Operating System: Design the cadences, dashboards, and decision forums that surface performance gaps early and turn them into action. Partner with Sales on pipeline reviews, keep conversion signal clean from first touch to closed deal, and make changes in our systems of record yourself rather than filing a ticket. - Strategic Projects: Lead the high-stakes growth questions as they come up, such as how to enter a new vertical, how to take a new product to market, or how to position against a competitor, and bring the analysis that settles them. - Direct Programs: Own the programs that put Tennr in front of buyers and customers directly. Decide which ones earn investment, run them against a fixed budget and date, and hold them to the same pipeline standard as every other channel. - Experimentation: Set the bar for which experiments get run, funded, and scaled across new channels, AI tools, and Clay workflows, and cut the ones that don't earn their spend. - Team: Lead Growth Marketing across paid, search, AEO, and direct programs. Hire and develop the team as it scales, while staying hands-on in the work yourself. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Sales on target segments and pipeline, Content Marketing on offers, Brand and Design on creative, Product on launches, and Finance on budget. Create clarity and drive decisions across teams you don't manage directly. QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of experience, mixing strategy work (management consulting at MBB or similar, investment banking, or private equity) with at least 3 years at a high-growth startup in strategy, business operations, growth, or revenue operations. At least 1 year personally owning a business outcome, such as a P&L, quota, pipeline, or retention number. - First-principles thinking. You can take an ambiguous problem, identify the outcome that matters, break it into its drivers, and design a practical path forward. - Quantitative fluency. You build your own models, write your own SQL. and can use imperfect data to find performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and tell whether a strategy is working. - Operator instincts. You move between setting direction and getting into the details required to make something work, and you keep multiple workstreams moving without losing the important details. - Program execution. You've delivered high-stakes programs with hard dates, outside partners, and fixed budgets, and you know what has to be true weeks before the day. - Presence. You can represent Tennr with senior operators and customers, and earn their trust quickly. - Cross-functional leadership. You create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams you don't manage. - Ownership. You own the outcome, not just the inputs, and you follow up until the work is done. You've rebuilt a playbook from first principles before and want to do it again. - Clear writing. You can put a recommendation, the reasoning, and the tradeoffs on one page and get a room to a decision. - Judgment you can show. You can walk us through growth plans you've built, the bets you made, and what happened to pipeline. - An informed view on AI, backed by real examples of how you've applied it to your own workflows or a team's, and a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't. - Experience managing people, or a track record that shows you're ready to build and lead a team. A PLUS IF YOU… - Have healthcare or healthtech experience, especially selling to provider organizations. - Have worked at a vertical SaaS company that sells to operators rather than software buyers. - Have built a customer community or advisory board. - Have taken a new product or a new vertical to market. - Have built go-to-market workflows in Clay, Salesforce, or similar tools yourself. WHY TENNR? - Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact. - Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure. - Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system. - Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week. - Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks. BENEFITS - Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street - Unlimited PTO - 100% paid employee health benefit options - Employer funded 401(k) match - Competitive parental leave
