We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Applied AI for Defense team is Mistral's specialized unit dedicated to delivering high-impact, secure AI solutions for institutions operating in highly regulated and strategic environments. We work hand-in-hand with clients to design, deploy, and maintain AI systems that meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and operational excellence, including on-premise, disconnected, and air-gapped deployments.
As an AI Deployment Strategist on this team, you will drive the adoption and deployment of Mistral's AI solutions inside sovereign institutions and critical infrastructure, working closely with customers from strategic vision to production implementation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment, under real operational, security, and compliance constraints. You will partner with senior leaders and mission owners to design AI roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team to deliver solutions in production, and ensure seamless transitions from presales to postsales. Your work will directly contribute to projects with significant societal, operational, and strategic impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic Discovery & Vision Setting
- Lead executive-level and mission-owner workshops to identify challenges and opportunities where Mistral's AI can drive step-change improvements in strategic environments.
- Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating the "art of the possible" and a clear path to value within their regulatory and security perimeter.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop business cases, quantify impact, and align solutions with mission and organizational objectives.
AI Solution Design & Deployment
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating Mistral's models and platform into customer workflows and secure technical infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, disconnected, air-gapped).
- Partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability, security, and impact.
- Own the execution of pilots and proofs-of-value, demonstrating the potential of our technology and paving the way for full-scale deployment.
Value Realization & Customer Success
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding their AI strategy and ensuring they maximize the value of their investment in Mistral.
- Monitor key performance indicators tied to operational and business outcomes, and communicate progress to executive sponsors.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities across use cases and units, building on initial successes to drive long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between customers and Mistral's internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product, science, and security roadmaps.
- Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks to scale go-to-market efforts and ensure consistent delivery excellence in regulated settings.
- Travel (~30-60%) to foster deep client relationships and support on-site deployment.
HOW WE WORK IN SOLUTIONS
- We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship, not the time you spend on it.
- Bureaucracy is where urgency goes to vanish. You talk to whoever you need to talk to. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not from copying what worked before.
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct, timely, and given because we care.
- No politics. Low ego, high standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g. data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales).
- A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science, with the credibility to advise both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to demonstrate value.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
- Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level, mission owners).
- Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence in a collaborative environment.
- Comfort operating under security, compliance, and confidentiality constraints.
- Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus.
- Experience deploying AI in regulated or sovereign environments (defense, public sector, critical infrastructure) is a plus.
SECURITY & COMPLIANCE CRITERIA
- Eligibility: must hold citizenship in the target territory (France for now).
- Clearable: must meet all local requirements for high-level security clearance (e.g. no criminal record, fulfillment of national service obligations).

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDE and an FDX,
Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) own the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed with a client, map the client workflow, identify the business problem underneath it, design and build a working AI solution, present to the client, and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. Owns technical direction of the whole solution.
Senior AI Engineer. When an FDE comes back from the client with the business problem, you will help turn that into an agentic system that runs in production and will be responsible for evaluation, observability, and guardrails. You'll have real ownership of components and of the technical decisions inside them.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
5+ years in software or ML engineering, with production systems you were accountable for.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes.
Shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks.
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production.
Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack. Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engineering session is also possible

You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX) owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embeds with a client to change how that client operates. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. You map the client workflow as it actually happens, identify the business problem underneath it, build a working AI solution, present to the client in the language of outcomes, and transfer it. Provectus maintains industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a client in the same industry — so you begin from running code and tuning it to this client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. You will be measured on whether the Business Unit's number moved, not on hours or scope delivered.
What You’ll Do:
Take the seat
Sit with the client and the Forward Deployed Executive at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc, and redesign the function from first principles.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow.
Build
Design and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions). Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainable after we leave. Hand the system over to the client.
Start from the blueprint, and feed the blueprint. What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards. Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Own the outcome.
Work in a pair with a FDX who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Own the technical direction of technical proposals and scoping. Drive adoption. Change management is part of the engineering job here.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers and their executives.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it.
What You’ll Bring:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; identify problems before they're handed to you
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Client Engagement
You are willing to spend time understanding and doing someone else’s job on the client's side before you write a line of code
Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO, presenting outcomes to them
You can produce a scoped, phased delivery plan with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks — and estimate what it will cost to build and to run
Technical depth
7+ years building and running production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes
Designed and shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Experience in making and defending architectural trade-off decisions
Hands-on AWS production depth: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus
Nice to have:
Prior experience as a founder, CTO, or engineering leader who has chosen to return to individual contribution
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust)
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers

Global Services is the centre of expertise at Chainalysis — the team that translates our platform, data, and investigative capabilities into real-world impact for customers across law enforcement, national security, financial institutions, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Chainalysis is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join Global Services as a core technical practitioner. This is not a traditional services or solutions engineering role. Deployment Strategists are embedded technical experts who own the full lifecycle of customer value — from problem discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, and customer enablement.
The role sits at the intersection of blockchain investigation, data analytics, domain expertise, and customer partnership. You will work directly with customers to understand their mission, conduct investigations, build tailored solutions, and enable customer teams to operationalise Chainalysis independently. Success requires deep investigative capability, genuine domain expertise, technical skill, and the ability to build trusted relationships through credibility — not just communication.
This is the role that makes Chainalysis essential to how our customers operate.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own end-to-end customer engagements — from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery
- Conduct blockchain investigations across the Chainalysis platform, applying tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques to real customer problems
- Partner directly with customers to understand investigative, intelligence, compliance, or operational objectives and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Design, build, and maintain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models using Chainalysis data and products
- Enable customers to operate solutions independently — building their capability so that Chainalysis becomes embedded in their operational infrastructure
- Act as the primary technical and domain advisor for your customers, building trusted relationships through hands-on expertise and credibility
- Deliver live training, demos, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support pre-sales technical engagement for complex and strategic deals — helping customers understand what's possible and how to get there
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to influence roadmap and improve offerings based on field intelligence
- Develop and share domain expertise, investigative techniques, and best practices that raise the capability of the wider GS team
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Conducted or directly supported cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis in an operational environment
- Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and how on-chain data is used in investigations, compliance, or intelligence workflows
- Delivered customer-facing technical solutions — whether investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows — in complex, real-world environments
- Worked directly with customers in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security-focused domains
- Built insights from large or complex datasets and communicated findings to varied audiences — from analysts to executives
- Operated successfully in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment
- Excellent English and Hindi
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Solid understanding of data modelling, querying, and working with large datasets
- Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in Chainalysis data structures, schemas, and products
Domain Expertise
- Substantive knowledge of at least one domain: financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi/protocol security, tax, or private sector risk
- Understanding of how customers in your domain operate — their workflows, regulatory environment, and what success looks like for them
- Ability to apply domain knowledge to shape investigation approach, solution design, and customer advisory
Nice to have experience:
- Direct experience with Chainalysis products
- Background in law enforcement, intelligence, or military investigations
- Experience providing expert evidence or supporting legal proceedings
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (BSA/AML, sanctions screening, MiCA, Travel Rule)
- Experience with data engineering tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud-based analytics)
- Published research, intelligence products, or thought leadership in blockchain analytics or financial crime
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Summary: You're the single point of excellence for ClickUp's visual brand. You set the standard and ensure every touchpoint (from landing pages to social to product marketing assets) feels cohesive and world-class. But here's what makes this different: you're building a design system that AI tools and non-designers can produce bar-raising creatives on their own with your infrastructure. You build the guardrails that make everyone else excellent and ensure the company is never bottlenecked by design.
Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain, and evolve ClickUp's brand design system (tokens, components, patterns, guidelines), continuously elevating the aesthetic bar as the brand grows
- Serve as quality gatekeeper: review and approve brand-facing creative produced by AI tools, vibe-coded outputs, and external agencies

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

AI-Native Workflow: Documented experience using tools like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Bolt to accelerate development cycles.
Tracking Mastery: Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Conversions API; ability to troubleshoot attribution errors.
SEO Foundations: Strong understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Service) and crawlability.
CRO Mindset: Ability to design for "the click," understanding landing page hierarchy and lead-capture friction.
Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Vercel, Cloudflare, and DNS management.
Communication: Excellent written English and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote agency environment.
Nice-to-Haves
GoHighLevel Expertise: Deep knowledge of GHL funnels, workflows, and CRM integrations.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
Ondo Finance is looking for a Growth PM to own user-facing product strategy across our unified platform interface, Ondo Finance App. This role is the growth counterpart to our platform PMs — and will be the primary driver of user acquisition, activation, and retention across Ondo's expanding product suite (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).
You will work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and marketing to build world-class user journeys for a new generation of on-chain financial products.
What You'll Own
User acquisition: Identify and build product-led growth loops, referral mechanisms, onboarding flows, and entry points that bring new users into the Ondo ecosystem
Activation: Design and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience — from first visit to first meaningful transaction — across Ondo Finance Web App and eventually mobile
Retention & engagement: Build features and feedback loops that keep users active, informed, and deepening their relationship with Ondo's product lines
User journey design: Map and continuously improve user journeys across all Ondo products surfaced through Ondo Finance Web App
Experimentation: Drive a structured A/B testing and experimentation culture; define success metrics and own the growth analytics stack alongside data and engineering
Cross-product growth: Collaborate with product line PMs to ensure growth initiatives are coordinated and reinforced across product surfaces
Requirements
4–7+ years of product management experience with a clear focus on consumer-facing or growth-oriented products
Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products — particularly products involving real-world assets, trading, or investment platforms
Personal experience using financial products similar to ours, with a genuine desire to walk in the customer's shoes
Demonstrated track record of owning and improving acquisition, activation, and/or retention metrics at scale
Strong product instincts — you care deeply about user experience and are willing to do whatever it takes to make the product successful
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and present clearly to engineers and leadership
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and translating data into product decisions
US-hours based (preference per current team structure)
Nice to have
Familiarity with on-chain / Web3 user onboarding challenges (wallet setup, KYC flows, etc.)
Experience working on a unified platform serving multiple financial product lines
Prior exposure to developer-facing or API-adjacent products
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

- Ensure proposed solutions adhere to security, compliance, Responsible AI, observability and production-readiness principles.
- Convert field learnings into reusable Solvd assets, including solution blueprints, evaluation frameworks and service accelerators.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- A seasoned hands-on technical leader who has evolved from full-stack or server-side software engineering into the GenAI and agentic AI domain.
- Experienced in designing, prototyping and integrating systems that combine LLMs, agentic frameworks, enterprise data and business workflows.
- Proficient at combining established engineering patterns with emerging AI capabilities to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
- Skilled in guiding teams and clients through ambiguity - able to prototype rapidly, validate assumptions and converge toward delivery-ready designs.
- Comfortable engaging with executives, product teams, operational users and engineers alike, translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable solution narratives.
- Pragmatic, curious, collaborative and obsessed with customer problem — equally focused on technical soundness, business value, user adoption and delivery readiness.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, including strong experience in software design and engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting or building GenAI or agentic AI systems using modern LLM ecosystems, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI or AWS Bedrock.

- Understanding of cost modeling for AI workloads, including token usage, inference scaling and hosting models.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and its AI/ML service offerings.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical discussions with both engineering and non-technical stakeholders in presales, discovery or early delivery phases.
- Strong command of software engineering fundamentals, API design, integration patterns and production-readiness practices.
- Knowledge of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, containerization, observability and DevSecOps.
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
OPTIONAL
- Prior experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Field Engineer, staff engineer, solution architect or technical product lead.
- Prior experience with traditional AI/ML systems, including model training, MLOps, data pipelines or feature stores.
- Familiarity with frameworks for agentic or multi-component AI pipelines.
- Exposure to Responsible AI, data privacy and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience creating reusable solution blueprints, evaluation frameworks or technical accelerators.
- Industry-recognized cloud and AI certifications from Anthropic, AWS, Azure or Google.
