ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Business Lead, you will be commercially responsible for the success of a new product at Ramp. The mandate is to do whatever it takes to grow the business. It’s an opportunity to run a “business within the business” at a meaningful scale while working directly with Ramp’s senior leadership.

- Set the strategy: Define the target customer, value proposition, pricing, packaging, and GTM approach.
- Own the plan and results: Set goals, measure progress, and take action when the things are off track.
- Drive cross-functional execution: Align stakeholders from different teams around clear priorities and goals.
- Own feedback loops: Work with customers and turn feedback into product and go-to-market changes.
- Build for scale: Identify resource needs, create repeatable processes, and transition mature work to the appropriate long-term teams.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5–10+ years in highly analytical, business‑driving roles
- A self-starter who will run through walls to get things done
- Exceptional analytical skills and command of data
- A systems thinker who understands how to build things that scale
- Strong communication skills and a team player
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering

Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. For this role, we're looking for someone located in the United States.
COMPENSATION + PERKS + BENEFITS
Kit has standardized salaries based on position, no matter where you live. This role is an individual contributor level 4 ($227,000) or 5 ($252,000). Our other perks and benefits include:

1. A phone screen with our recruiter (30 min)
2. Hiring manager interview (45 min)
3. Take-home assignment
4. Panel interview with cross functional stakeholders (60 min)
We’ll keep you informed through every step. To get started, complete this application, including a cover letter and answers to the questions on the next page. We read every single application, and your cover letter and responses help put your experience into context.
Kit is an equal opportunity employer
We value diversity in all of its forms. Research tells us that applicants who are female or non-binary, as well as applicants who are people of color, are less likely to apply for roles they do not feel 100% qualified for. If you think you meet more than 50% of our requirements but fewer than 100% of them, please apply.
We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply.
Kit does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.

ClickUp is redefining the future of work with AI and our TA team is at the center of that mission. We're evolving how we hire, building toward a future where AI takes on more of the heavy lifting so our recruiters can invest more deeply in what matters most: a genuinely human experience. There's lot of work to be done and we want someone excited to help us build this.
We're betting that as we build more with AI, the human touch becomes increasingly important. That's why we want this leader based in New England to scale our Boston GTM hub with the kind of magic that only happens in person: hosting events, building talent community, and developing the relationships that make every GTM seller in Boston know our name before they're even looking. You're a player-coach who still loves the craft and is ready to multiply it.
In this Manager, Talent Acquisition role you lead a pod of recruiters, carry your own req load of quota-carrying GTM roles, and own hiring for a major slice of our sales org across multiple hiring managers and regions all while building the future with AI. As a function we've been focused on thinking big, building small, shipping fast. We want YOU to lead from the front and accelerate that for your pod, measuring what ships, not how many agents you launched.
THE ROLE:
- Lead and coach your team. Run 1:1s, pipeline reviews, real-time feedback, own performance and career conversations, and set the bar on quality, speed, partnership, and candidate experience.
- Be a player coach. Carry your own load of quota-carrying GTM roles at every level, intake to close. Your team learns the standard by watching how you operate.
- Build for where we're going. Bring an AI-forward working style to your pod and solve for the future of recruiting, not stretching today's processes. Build in public, wins and failures.
- Make Boston ClickUp's GTM talent hub. Write the talent community playbook, let agents supercharge outreach and planning, then show up in person through dinners, meetups, and brand activations.
- Be a true partner. Deeply understand the partners you support so you can be a proactive, solutions forward partner. Be http://partner.Be the first stop for sales leaders and cross-functional partners when problems come up, with a proactive point of view on talent, territories, and competitors.
- Run your pod on data. Own reporting and forecasting, know your funnel math cold, and be the source of truth for your pod's pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Deep track record hiring quota-carrying sales and GTM roles in high-growth SaaS, including high-complexity searches.
- Experience leading or managing recruiters while carrying your own reqs in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
- AI builder and evangelist. AI is part of how you work every day, and you've built agents, skills, and workflows your team actually adopted.
- Strong GTM network (bonus for New England) and a track record building talent communities or events that generate pipeline.
- Trusted partner to sales leaders and cross-functional partners who runs a flawless hiring process today while planning for what's next.
- Strong data fluency, complex negotiation and pre-IPO equity expertise, and flawless ATS hygiene.

ABOUT US
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and are continuing to grow, with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Scorewarrior, we're making a long-term investment in Building Blocks — a new generation of self-service internal products with clear interfaces, contracts, and documentation that game teams can adopt independently.
Localization Hub is the first Building Block.
Today, Localization Hub, together with Crowdin, powers localization workflows across Scorewarrior — from translation tracking, analytics, and reporting to automated translation quality checks and an AI-powered localization assistant.
Our next goal is to transform Localization Hub into the first fully self-service Building Block, enabling content teams to localize standard features independently while the lead focuses on high-level decisions.
The engineering team behind Localization Hub will establish the architecture, engineering standards, and practices that future Building Blocks will build upon.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build the portal's micro-frontend platform and a shared component library. Localization Hub will be the first module.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design the micro-frontend platform architecture and defend the solution
- Develop the portal Core and the module contract
- Set up module delivery: template, CI/CD, documentation
- Migrate the current Localization Hub as the first module of the portal
- Build a shared component library based on Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to its visual design as well
- Set standards for module teams and help them onboard to the portal
- Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews and documentation
- Own portal performance: loading time, bundle size budgets and rendering speed across modules
- Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks and degraded performance
- Collaborate with backend engineers, module teams and product to align on APIs, requirements and platform priorities
- Take part in planning and scoping the platform roadmap, and drive upgrades of shared dependencies across modules
- Mentor engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing and performance tuning
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
- Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, and the ability to build well-structured, reusable and responsive components
- Experience building a micro-frontend platform in production with React, TypeScript, Vite and React Router: Module Federation, Next.js Multi-Zones, import maps or similar, and independently versioned npm modules
- Frontend CI/CD experience: environment-based rollouts, CDN, versioned releases and rollbacks
- Experience creating or evolving a design system and Storybook
- Experience writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Vitest or Jest, Playwright)
- Understanding of performance, accessibility and web security
- Ability to justify decisions in writing (design documents, ADRs)
NICE TO HAVE
- Interest in design and basic Figma skills
- Experience migrating an existing application to micro-frontends without disrupting users
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with state and data management in React: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query
- Frontend observability: Sentry, per-module metrics
- GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes
WHAT WE OFFER
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary
- Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol)
- A modern, sunny office close to the sea
- Private health insurance for you and your family members
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children
- Lunch compensation
- A sports and fitness allowance
- Company-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.)
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth
- Friendly monthly office parties and epic annual offsite company birthday and Christmas celebrations

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your goal will be to build DACH into n8n's most predictable Enterprise sales region - developing a team of high-performing Enterprise AEs, instilling forecast and pipeline discipline, and creating a repeatable operating model that wins complex, multi-stakeholder deals
To make that happen, you'll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development day-to-day, while staying close enough to strategic deals and customer executives to raise the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win.
What you’ll be doing
DEVELOPING A HIGH-PERFORMING, PREDICTABLE DACH TEAM
- Coach and develop a team of Enterprise AEs through structured 1:1s, field coaching, and deal reviews – raising both the floor and the ceiling on individual performance
- Build a rigorous forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes DACH's numbers predictable quarter over quarter, not dependent on late-quarter heroics
- Create a repeatable operating model – clear playbooks, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection, and coaching rhythms – DACH's execution shouldn’t rely on you personally driving every strategic deal
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team over time, establishing career paths and succession plans as the region grows
SETTING THE STRATEGY FOR THE DACH TERRITORY
- Prioritize and run the DACH Enterprise territory with focus – balancing new logo pursuits with expansion plays where community signals are strong
- Set the strategy for the team's most complex enterprise cycles, from discovery to close, staying close enough to coach without taking the pen
- Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), ensuring meticulous qualification, mutual action plans, and disciplined inspection of technical + business wins
BUILDING A STRATEGIC, MULTI-THREADED SELLING MOTION
- Build a strategic selling culture that shifts the team from “running opportunities” to multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution
- Orchestrate executive engagement across DACH accounts – aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators to keep momentum and unblock deals
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy, elevate coaching moments, and improve win rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy
PARTNERING ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Product) to refine messaging for technical buyers, strengthen the enterprise playbook, and remove friction in the sales process
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVES
- 🏆 Enterprise sales leadership: 5+ years in frontline sales management, leading ICs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals
- 🔎 MEDDIC/MEDDPICC mastery: Deep, practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and a track record coaching teams to adopt it with real inspection
- 📈 Forecast & pipeline rigor: Track record running a disciplined forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes revenue predictable, not reactive
- 🧠 Strategic deal management: You’re fluent in qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment in longer-cycle deals
- 🎙️ Executive presence: You confidently engage senior stakeholders, run tight meetings, and set a high bar for clarity, urgency, and outcomes
- 🧑🏫 Coaching & talent development: You level up AEs through structured coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback
- 🧩 Multi-stakeholder navigation: You’re skilled at aligning technical and economic buyers, de-escalating conflict, and maintaining deal momentum
- 🇩🇪 DE location: You’re based in Germany and happy being on-site with customers
- 🔧 Technical-buyer credibility: Experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🖥️ Open-source / PLG experience: You understand how community and bottoms-up adoption influence enterprise outcomes and how to partner with that motion
- 🌉 Developer / infra SaaS background: Experience in DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, infrastructure, or adjacent categories
- 💡 Scrappy startup mindset: You’ve scaled in environments where playbooks are evolving and you enjoy building structure without slowing teams down
- 📊 Operational excellence: Strong instincts for clean forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and turning data into coaching and better execution

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Break down the key responsibilities in bullet points. It’s helpful to make them actionable and measurable. This could also be grouped into categories for more complex roles.
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).

- Pushing existing models further through post-training, data curation, architectural improvements, and novel training paradigms.
- Designing rigorous benchmarks and evaluations that tell us whether a new model iteration is genuinely better - and why.
REQUIREMENTS
We do not require any formal certifications or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic engineers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions.
Ideally you bring:
