We want YOU to lead from the front and accelerate that for your pod, measuring what ships, not how many agents you launched.   THE ROLE: - Lead and coach your team. Be http://partner.Be the first stop for sales leaders and cross-functional partners when problems come up, with a proactive point of view on talent, territories, and competitors. - Run your pod on data. Own reporting and forecasting, know your funnel math cold, and be the source of truth for your pod's pipeline.
