ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private cryptographic infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Interoperability happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 70 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will be a product engineer embedded with our institutional customers, taking Prividium from a signed deal to a live chain inside their environment. Our customers include banks, custodians, and clearing houses whose existing systems carry years of regulatory, audit, and operational requirements.
Your job is to uncover those requirements, design an end-to-end solution, and work with the customer's engineers to bring it into production. You will make recommendations, challenge requests that do not solve the underlying problem, and identify what should become part of the platform.
We are hiring two product engineers to design and deliver complete customer solutions. Both need the judgment and technical depth to own customer work independently, from initial discovery through production
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with customers to clarify their needs and design the whole solution across authorization, data layers, integrations, and deployment.
- Make product decisions: investigate the underlying problem, quantify the need, and recommend what to build and what to defer.
- Own delivery from the first conversation through production, including integration code, permissioning, upgrade paths, and the customer's runbook. Work can span DevOps, frontend, and integrations, and you will learn what is needed to finish it.
- Build working reference applications that prove use cases such as collateral movement, tokenized deposit transfer, and settlement flows, and can be adapted for subsequent customers.
- Triage customer issues, including problems in self-hosted environments. Diagnose what you can resolve, distinguish configuration issues from platform problems, and bring engineering or on-call support in when needed.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation covering Prividium and our hosted services.
- Work with Product, Sales, and core engineering on which accounts to go deep on and which solutions should become reusable platform capabilities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A record of designing and shipping complete systems used by real customers. You can explain the architecture, the decisions you made, and what you personally owned.
- Product judgment and systems thinking. You can turn an ambiguous customer problem into a solution, explain the trade-offs, and choose an appropriate scope.
- The ability to write, debug, and maintain production software, with fluency in a language such as TypeScript, Rust, Go, Java, C#, or Python. You can pick up our stack and adapt to unfamiliar technologies.
- Experience owning and operating production software, including responding to incidents. You take responsibility for how the solution works after it ships.
- Customer communication and independent judgment. We should be able to trust you to work with a customer for a week, make progress, and recognize when to ask for help.
- Curiosity about the problem and the product. You investigate difficult or unfamiliar parts of the work, seek out what you need to learn, and can explain why you made a particular design choice.
- An understanding of how large organizations work, including documentation, identity and entitlements, enterprise authentication and networks, controls, and operational expectations.
Your experience could come from product engineering, forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, enterprise transformation, infrastructure engineering, or founding a company. We value evidence of ownership, adaptability, and working products across those backgrounds. Startup experience is a plus, but it is not required.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Fully remote, with roughly 10 to 25 percent travel to customer sites depending on which accounts you carry.
- Shared on-call rotation covering Prividium and our hosted services. Everyone in this role is on it.
- Our customers are in North America and Europe, so we need working-hours overlap with those time zones.

By connecting partner needs with the right Xero features—including online bill pay, payroll, analytics, and AI-powered capabilities—you will uncover expansion opportunities, improve subscription attach rates, and secure long-term retention. Your work directly strengthens partner practices while helping small businesses thrive.
The team & how they connect
You will join a dedicated post-sales team working side-by-side with Solutions Consultants to deepen partner engagement and support account growth. Together, you will collaborate closely across Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance to deliver joined-up support for accounting and bookkeeping firms. By acting as trusted strategic advisors, the team ensures our partners have everything they need to scale their practices effectively.
Initially, you will focus on
- Managing a portfolio of accounting and bookkeeping firms using Salesforce CRM to track health signals, forecasting, and expansion pipelines.
- Conducting structured business reviews and success planning sessions to align commercial goals with platform capabilities.
- Championing full platform adoption across core features, including payroll, online bill pay, analytics, and AI-driven tools.
- Identifying churn risks early and implementing proactive retention and subscription optimisation strategies.

This role offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and remote options depending on your location. You will also travel regularly for industry events and on-site partner meetings, with access to collaborative office spaces for team connection days and shared focus time.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- A background in account management, partner success, or sales within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience managing a portfolio of partner accounts, with a track record of prioritising effectively to meet growth and retention goals.

- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data insights to manage pipeline, forecasting, and account health.
- Expertise in positioning broader platform products such as payroll, analytics, or automated workflow tools.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work seamlessly with technical consultants and cross-functional teams.
Compensation & Total Rewards
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role in:
- California, New York and Washington: $99,000 - $124,000 USD
- All other States: 84,000 - $105,000 USD

Xero uses AI to help screen applications based on job-related qualifications. These tools assist our recruiters but do not make automated hiring decisions. A human recruiter reviews all candidates before any hiring action is taken.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
In 365 days we shipped 305 releases — roughly five years of work at most companies. New models, features and workflows land every week, and each one has to be explained to millions of users in a way that makes them understand it, want to try it, and remember it.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We're looking for teammates who bring:
- High IQ, energy, and agency.
- Extreme autonomy and ownership.
- The ability to move fast, experiment constantly, and learn even faster.
- Resilience under pressure and readiness for an always-on environment.
- A balance of data-driven judgment and creative intuition.
- The drive to raise the standard for the entire team, not just yourself.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
FOOD & DAILY COMFORT
- Own everything the team eats: daily lunches, breakfasts, snacks, coffee, drinks. Choose vendors, place orders, manage delivery timing, and make sure food arrives hot and on schedule — every day, without reminders.
- Handle dietary needs and preferences, collect feedback, and rotate the menu so people actually look forward to lunch.
- Keep the kitchen and snack stock full at all times. Nobody should ever find an empty coffee machine or an empty fridge.
- Track food spend, compare vendors, and negotiate better terms as the team grows.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Keep the office running end to end: cleaning, supplies, water, repairs, furniture, plants, lighting, temperature — all of it.
- Be the main point of contact for landlords, cleaning services, delivery couriers, repair crews, and other vendors. Escalate fast, follow up until things are actually resolved.
- Set up and improve workspaces: desks, meeting rooms, quiet areas, lounge zones. Make the space something people choose to be in.
- Run the logistics of team events, all-hands, and guest visits — space, food, setup, teardown.
SYSTEMS & IMPROVEMENT
- Build simple systems that make all of this repeatable: inventory trackers, vendor lists, order schedules, onboarding checklists.
- Spot recurring annoyances and eliminate them permanently instead of solving them one by one.
- Keep documents, invoices, and receipts from vendors organized and handed off to finance on time.
YOUR MUST-HAVES
- 1+ years as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator (flexible for high-potential candidates).
- Strong organizational skills and real attention to detail — you notice the empty water cooler before anyone mentions it.
- Ability to juggle many small tasks at once and react quickly when something breaks.
- Initiative to improve and systematize processes rather than firefight forever.
- Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, couriers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Google Calendar, and Slack.
- Fluent English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience with laptop setup, IT inventory, or basic hardware troubleshooting.
- An existing network of reliable vendors — catering, cleaning, repairs, equipment.
- Interest in growing into Project Management, Workplace Operations, or IT Operations.
The deal
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership.

Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.

We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
