FP Markets Group of Companies
is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Paid Social & Mobile App Growth Manager.
You will own two of our biggest growth levers: paid social across web and app, and mobile app growth from install to first-time deposit (FTD). Sitting in the Growth Team (Global Paid Growth), you will set strategy, run a multi-channel budget and decide each month where spend goes, web sign-ups or app installs, based on cost per FTD and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will own the numbers from impression to FTD and beyond.
How success is measured
Leads and FTDs from paid social (web) and from the app, by source and region.
Cost per install, cost per registration and CPA per FTD against target, by region and platform.
Install-to-FTD conversion rate.
30 / 90-day ROAS on web and app cohorts.
Spend within the approved monthly budget.
App store conversion rate (page view to install), keyword rankings and average rating.
Responsibilities
Strategy and budget
Own the paid social and mobile app acquisition strategy, budget and forecast across all target regions.
Decide each month how spend splits between web and app objectives, based on cost per FTD, ROAS and install-to-FTD conversion.
Manage monthly budget pacing with Marketing Operations, reallocating spend weekly based on CPA, ROAS and cohort quality, and report performance against objectives.
Paid social (web and app)
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and Reddit, for both web leads and app installs.
Own account structure, audiences, bidding and campaign naming across all paid social platforms.
Optimise beyond installs and leads to registration, KYC completion and FTD, using value-based and event-based bidding.
Run a continuous creative testing programme with the Creative and Content teams: briefs (video, playables, static, store assets), variants, learnings and fatigue tracking.
Mobile app acquisition
Plan, launch and optimise app install and in-app event campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC) and selected programmatic / mobile ad network partners.
Source, onboard and manage app networks and agencies, with strict fraud controls.
ASO and organic app growth
Own App Store and Google Play optimisation: keyword research, metadata, screenshots, preview videos and localisation for priority languages.
Run store-listing experiments (Google Play Experiments, Apple Product Page Optimisation) and Custom Product Pages aligned to paid campaigns.
Grow ratings and reviews through in-app prompts and review management.
Drive web-to-app and cross-channel installs with SEO, Content, CRM and Partnerships (IB/affiliate) teams, including deep links and QR flows.
Measurement and attribution
Own mobile measurement through our MMP (AppsFlyer): SDK events, deep links, SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit, Google Privacy Sandbox for Android, and UTM / tracking-link standards.
Keep web (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) and app (MMP) attribution aligned and deduplicated, so paid social results are counted once.
Work with Data Engineering on cohort, CAC, LTV, ARPU and ROAS reporting (30- and 90-day) that ties installs and sign-ups to FTD and net deposits.
Keep event tracking, postbacks and attribution windows accurate across all partners.
Funnel and conversion
Partner with Product and Dev on onboarding, KYC and first-deposit flows in the app to lift install-to-FTD conversion.
Work with the CRM & Lifecycle manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) on push, in-app and email journeys for new app users.
Compliance
Ensure all ads and app store assets meet the requirements of each regulator (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA and others), platform ad policies for financial products, and Apple / Google app store guidelines, including risk warnings and country restrictions.
Out of scope
Organic social and community (Discord, Reddit communities, Telegram), owned by the Organic Social & Community Growth Manager.
Candidate profile
Must have
4+ years in paid acquisition, covering both paid social (Meta, TikTok and at least one other platform) and mobile app user acquisition.
Proven experience in online retail trading (FX/CFDs), iGaming or crypto: you understand regulated, high-CPA acquisition, deposit-driven funnels and the ad-platform restrictions these verticals face.
Hands-on ownership of a multi-channel paid budget of USD 250k+ a month.
Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, MetaAds, LinkedIn, X and ASO, with proven results on both App Store and Google Play as well as driving Web/Desktop Leads and FTDs
Deep working knowledge of an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred), SKAdNetwork, post-ATT measurement and deep linking, plus Meta Pixel / Conversions API.
Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modelling, incrementality thinking and ROAS-based budget decisions; comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets and BI dashboards.
Experience optimising to down-funnel events (registration, deposit), not just clicks or installs.
A track record of running structured creative testing at scale.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
Experience with programmatic and mobile ad networks.
Experience with Snapchat, Reddit and other social or new ad channels such as ChatGPT.
Knowledge of financial-promotion rules (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA) and Apple / Google policies for financial apps.
SQL or BigQuery; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A second language relevant to our key markets (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese).
Personal attributes
Commercial and numbers-driven: you decide on cost per FTD, not clicks or installs.
Comfortable owning a large budget and explaining every euro of it.
A fast tester who learns from failures and scales winners quickly.
Collaborative with Creative, Product, CRM and Data Engineering.
Our offer
A welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership.
Real autonomy over a large growth budget, and the chance to contribute to a dynamic business in a growth phase.
Support for your ideas and room to put your expertise into the company's best practices.
Continuous personal development, a training and development budget, growth with the company and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders.
Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemes.
A vibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrations.

The Role
Intellect is a workplace mental health and EAP provider that is growing quickly across Australia and New Zealand. We're competing for larger enterprise and government contracts, and the operational and strategic workload behind those deals now outstrips the commercial team's capacity.
This role is the ANZ General Manager's right hand. You take ANZ market priorities (a product gap, a compliance requirement, a go-live risk, a new market opportunity) and drive them to a finished outcome across Intellect's regional functions: Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal and Revenue. You do this without the GM chasing each step.
This isn't a sales role and it isn't a tender-writing role. It's the operating and strategy engine that lets the ANZ commercial team spend its time winning and keeping clients. The target: this role helps unlock AUD 1.5M in additional new business for ANZ within 12 months.
What You'll Do
Drive ANZ priorities through regional HQ (core of the role)
Turn the GM's priorities into clear, structured requests for Product, Ops, Clinical, Legal and Revenue, and track each one to completion.
Run the ANZ-to-HQ rhythm: a weekly status on open items, with escalation to the GM only when a decision is needed.
Own a live register of ANZ strategic initiatives showing owner, status, dependency and next action.
Project-manage the HQ side of new client go-lives: product configuration, clinical resourcing and operations set-up.
Execute strategic initiatives from idea to outcome
Own 3–5 ANZ initiatives at a time, such as new service lines, critical incident service improvements, and psychosocial risk products. Define scope, timeline, dependencies and success criteria for each.
Write structured requirements for Product rather than making verbal requests, and flag slippage before it becomes a client risk.
Research the market: competitor proposals and pricing, value proposition and pricing strategy for 2027, and SLA gaps against what the market expects.
Build business cases and briefing packs for leadership forums.
Run pipeline and reporting operations
Keep the ANZ HubSpot pipeline accurate every week: stage, close date, ACV and last activity.
Own the data for the ANZ section of the monthly business review (MBR), in the regional standard format.
Flag pipeline coverage gaps three months ahead of quarter end.
Coordinate tender compliance and capacity
Chair Go/No-Go decisions on new tenders and maintain the criteria.
Own compliance pre-checks before any submission, including insurance, the Fair Jobs Code, data sovereignty and accreditation.
Back up the dedicated RFP specialist on priority bids, and manage external bid consultants' scope and cost.
Handle people and business administration
Coordinate ANZ people processes with the People team, scope office and operating requirements, and keep the GM's calendar clear of non-commercial administration.
Requirements
The deciding trait is operating with authority. You'll lead conversations with people more senior than you, push an agenda they may not want, and hold the line when they push back, all without the GM in the room.
Must-haves
3–6 years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations or commercial roles, ideally at a scaling B2B or SaaS company
A track record of taking an initiative from an incomplete brief to a finished outcome with little supervision. You can describe one in detail.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, including telling a senior person "no" or "not now" and making it stick
Comfort with ambiguity: you make a call on partial information and adjust, rather than waiting for certainty
Strong commercial and financial skills: pricing, margin, business cases and pipeline analysis
Disciplined project management: registers, cadences and follow-through without reminders
Clear, concise writing for executive audiences
Nice-to-haves
Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, and with reporting and dashboard tools
Exposure to tenders, procurement or regulated industries (health, insurance, government)
Knowledge of the Australian market, or of EAP, workplace mental health or psychosocial risk
Confident, practical use of AI tools to move faster

What You’ll Do:
The Huntress team seeks a Staff Software Engineer to join our SOC Experience team. This team builds the human-analyst side of Huntress’ SOC platform: the investigation and triage experience analysts use to work a case, the remediation actions they take, the queues that route and prioritize incoming work, and the customer-facing reporting that closes the loop with customers. Your contributions will help Huntress improve analyst efficiency, reduce toil, and drive customer outcomes as we scale
protection for the 99%
.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership across this surface area: shaping architecture and design direction, converting ambiguous requirements into functional workflows and data models, raising the bar on code quality and testing, and mentoring engineers across the team. You’ll partner closely with Product, UX, and SOC stakeholders to turn operational pain points into reliable, auditable systems, and you’ll go deep in the code yourself. This is a full-stack role with real front-end weight: the analyst experiences you’ll build are data-dense, interactive interfaces, and you’ll set the bar for front-end quality as well as the back end.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership across the SOC Experience surface area: investigation and triage experience, remediation actions, queues, and customer-facing reporting.
Lead and develop high-quality software, software designs, and architecture
Design and build analyst-facing interfaces end to end, from data model to browser, and set the standard for front-end quality (usability, performance, accessibility, reusable patterns) in partnership with UX
Set the standard for engineering excellence on the team through code review, test plan review, and hands-on pairing
Lead security-by-design reviews of designs and code
Focus on the full lifecycle of the systems you build, including evolution, configuration, and risk management, not just initial delivery
Share ownership of delivery, reliability, and uptime for the features you build, with observability and test automation built in
Mentor engineers across the team to help them grow into harder problems
Balance technical rigor with pragmatism: push back when a shortcut creates real risk, and push back on over-engineering when the goal is discovery or speed
Partner with Product, UX, and SOC stakeholders to turn operational pain points into reliable, auditable systems
What You Bring To The Team:
10+ years of experience developing complex software products
5+ years of programming in Ruby on Rails
Strong front-end fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience building complex interactive UIs with modern component-based frameworks; today’s stack is Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus, but you can reason outside that box
Experience with AWS or other public cloud environments, and Linux-based infrastructure
Experience with relational databases such as Postgres
Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ClickHouse
Experience building cybersecurity products, or building/operating a SOC platforms
Experience with Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

You’ll guide the creative direction of a slate of video games based on Wizards IP, built with external developers across mobile and PC/console. The role covers a range of creative and management skills: strategy development, project leadership through external partners, incubation and prototyping.
Because this work spans several projects at once, it depends on relationships: earning the trust of partner studios and Wizards teams and leading with integrity on both sides. You’ll bring a clear point of view on the IP and the quality bar and share it in a way partners can build on.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office, with occasional travel.
What You’ll Do:
Set and maintain the creative vision for each game, grounded in what players love about our brands, from early concept through launch.
Lead and manage projects through multidisciplinary partner teams across game design, narrative, UX, art and audio, with clear feedback, reviews, and approvals.
Advocate for quality by setting creative intent and world-class standards for each project.
Incubate and prototype new play experiences with our IP, and champion them inside Wizards, from early concepts and pitches through development.
Translate franchise direction into materials partners can build from, such as aspirational targets, kickoff guides, guardrails and franchise bibles.
Help develop strategy for Wizards IP in games, including which opportunities to pursue, which partners to build them with, and the frameworks Wizards uses to evaluate and support them.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of director-level creative leadership (creative, design, UX, or a similar role) working with internal and external partners to ship titles on mobile or PC/console.
A developer’s understanding of how games are made, from design methodology to craft, and the hands-on design, narrative or art skills to contribute directly when a project needs it.
A track record of managing projects through external developers and building strong relationships with them, adapting your direction across studios, cultures, time zones, and matrixed organizations.
Sharp judgment on authenticity and quality, and the ability to explain them clearly to partners and leaders.
A working knowledge of game industry trends, market analysis, and emerging technology (including AI).
Experience turning existing IP into new game concepts and familiarity with Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or both.
Comfort moving between blue-sky concepting, incubation and prototyping, strategy and execution.
A self-directed multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and a healthy relationship with feedback.
Nice to have:
Experience on the licensor or publisher side of a game partnership.
Experience with live-service games.
A love of our fandoms and the communities around them.
Interest in using and learning AI tools like Claude.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Director, Engineering
Location: Remote US, Only
Compensation:
$215,000 to $240,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Huntress is building an Agentic SOC. When our detection pipeline raises a signal, an LLM-based agent picks it up and investigates it end-to-end. It gathers telemetry across our products, reconstructs what happened, and makes a well-documented determination about whether the activity is malicious. Over time, it will take on more of the work itself, growing from resolving routine cases to acting fast when it finds an attack and handing analysts cases with the evidence already assembled. We’re hiring a Principal Software Engineer to head this effort.
This system is meant to augment our analysts, not replace them. It takes the high-volume, repetitive work off their plates so they can focus on complex cases and hands-on keyboard intrusions where human expertise matters most. It also reduces toil in the rest of their day by using LLMs to pre-process the output of the tools analysts use constantly, so they start from a clear picture instead of raw telemetry.
This isn’t a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. The system investigates a large volume of signals a day across thousands of customer organizations. Many signals are benign, but some are live intrusions where minutes matter. The telemetry the system reads comes from environments in which attackers are actively operating. Because the system makes real decisions, like closing an investigation or isolating a host, it has to be right, it has to show its work, and it has to know when to hand off to a person.
As the technical lead, you’ll own the system’s architecture and direction. That means deciding how an investigation is structured, where deterministic code ends and model reasoning begins, what the agent can and can’t touch, how we know it’s working, and which decisions it makes on its own as it proves itself. You’ll work closely with SOC analysts, detection engineers, product, and other engineering teams. You’ll go deep in the code and help the engineers around you grow. Your work will directly shape how Huntress scales
protection for the 99%
.
We make full use of AI coding tools to enable you to accelerate your development. We don’t cap token usage. We expect you to use AI and all tools responsibly.
Responsibilities:
Own the architecture of agentic investigation. You help define how signals move from detection into investigation, how investigation state is managed, how tools are designed and exposed to agents, and what a finished investigation contains: the verdict, the timeline, the scope, and the evidence behind every claim. When the team is stuck between options, you make the call, and the foundations you set are what others build on for years.
Build agents that investigate like a strong analyst. You work alongside our SOC and product researchers to learn how experienced analysts actually triage and investigate, then turn that into agent behavior: which questions to ask, which evidence to gather, when to dig deeper, and when to stop and hand off to a human.
Take toil off analysts’ plates. Beyond full investigations, you build LLM-powered pre-processing for the tools and data sources analysts rely on every day. It summarizes, correlates, and highlights what matters, so analysts spend their time on judgment instead of assembly.
Bring a security mindset to the agent itself. The agent reads attacker-influenced data, runs across thousands of customer tenants, and can take action in customer environments. You design as if someone is trying to manipulate it, because someone will. Trust boundaries, tenant isolation, and auditability are part of the architecture from the start.
Treat evaluation as a core part of the product. You define how we measure whether an investigation is correct, well-reasoned, and well-documented, and you make sure no prompt, model, or tool changes without evidence that it helps.
Decide with data what the system does on its own. Based on measured performance, you decide where it acts autonomously, where a person reviews its work, and how that changes over time. You also recognize when a problem doesn’t need an agent at all.
Build for production, not for demos. You design for reliability, latency, and cost at scale. The system keeps working when models are slow, wrong, unavailable, or quietly changed underneath you, and anyone can trace exactly why an investigation reached its conclusion or why an action was taken.
Augment analysts, don’t replace them. You design the handoff between agent and analyst so that when a case reaches a person, the agent’s work makes them faster and better informed. You consider how analysts’ work changes as agents take on more of it, and how we explain agent decisions to partners and customers in a way they can trust.
Prototype your way through hard problems. When the team hits something genuinely uncertain, you dig in first: derisk it, prove out the approach, then hand it off clearly.
Be the engineering face of the Agentic SOC. In conversations with SOC leadership, other engineering teams, product, and executives, you represent the team’s technical perspective clearly and credibly. You drive alignment on key decisions, carry context in both directions, and protect the team from unclear scope.
Balance technical rigor with pragmatism. You push back when a shortcut creates real risk, and you also push back on over-engineering when the goal is discovery. You have a bias for action and frequent feedback from analysts and customers, and you can explain your tradeoffs to engineers and non-engineers alike.
Raise the floor and the ceiling. Your technical leadership is measured by how the whole team performs, not just by what you personally ship. That shows up in thoughtful code review, pairing on problems others are stuck on, and creating leverage through better patterns, tooling, and shared understanding. You partner with the engineering manager on team health, give direct feedback, and model the judgment and accountability you want the team to have.
What You Bring To The Team:
15+ years of experience developing complex software products, including significant time as the technical lead on production systems
Hands-on experience designing, shipping, and operating LLM-based agents in production, covering tool use, context management, structured output, guardrails, and evaluation, along with a clear-eyed understanding of how they fail
A track record of building evaluation for non-deterministic systems, such as labeled datasets, offline evals, and regression gates, and of measuring quality over time rather than at launch
A security mindset: experience building systems that handle untrusted input, enforce multi-tenant isolation, and produce an audit trail that holds up under scrutiny
Experience building systems that make automated decisions with real consequences, and the judgment to know what to automate and what to leave to people
Curiosity about how security analysts think and work, and a willingness to spend real time learning from them
Deep backend expertise in distributed systems, queues, and durable workflows, and concurrency, with a track record of designing for throughput and correctness under load
Strong skills in one or more backend languages and the ability to pick up new ones quickly. Our primary stack is Ruby on Rails, and we expect you to become fluent in it
Experience with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud environments, and with data stores such as Postgres and Redis
Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code
BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
Bonus Points:
Experience working in or building for a SOC, incident response, threat hunting, or detection engineering. It isn’t required, but it helps a lot, because we build these workflows around how our analysts actually investigate
Familiarity with endpoint and identity telemetry and with attacker tradecraft
Experience attacking or adversarially testing ML or LLM systems
Experience with Ruby on Rails
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team. This is a partner-facing role: you'll support nonprofits, research institutes, academic medical centres and public-sector funders as they use Claude to get treatments to patients with rare and neglected diseases, where there is little or no commercial incentive to fund development.
The role focuses on clinical development, where we think Claude can help these partners today. Trials in these diseases have small patient populations, investigator-led or nonprofit funding and little operational support, and they often stall on protocol quality, operational risk and site start-up. Claude can help teams design better trials and start them sooner. Much of this work is drug repurposing: testing new uses for approved, usually off-patent or generic medicines, whose known safety profiles can let a good hypothesis reach patients years sooner than a new molecule.
You'll advise and embed in partners' teams, building alongside their engineers, scientists and clinicians.
Responsibilities
Work with partners' trial teams to design, review and prioritise clinical trials with Claude: drafting and reviewing protocols and statistical analysis plans, and flagging enrolment and operational risks.
Build and validate tools that help partners find new uses for approved, mostly off-patent medicines in rare and neglected diseases, from literature, omics and patient data, and assemble the evidence so the partner can decide the next step.
Build reusable infrastructure other institutions can adopt (MCP servers for biomedical data sources, agent skills, benchmarks grounded in real clinical questions), and feed what you learn in the field back to product, engineering and research.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
Hands-on clinical development experience: designing, running or analysing clinical trials, or assessing clinical evidence to decide which programmes go forward (for example due diligence or asset evaluation). Drug repurposing work as part of that is a strong plus, as is having contributed to a regulatory submission for a trial.
Comfort with biomedical data: literature, omics, and real-world patient data (health records, registries, claims), ideally inside secure or trusted research environments.
Strong engineering skills: you can take an LLM-powered tool from prototype to production code, and write evals to measure it.
Experience working directly with external partners or customers in a technical role.
Clear written and verbal communication: docs other institutes can use without you, and results clinicians trust.
A scrappy mentality: you're comfortable in ambiguity, wear several hats, and do what it takes to get a result for a partner.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£225,000
—
£255,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data team at WorkOS plays a central role on the company operations to ensure information and insights are accurate and available from any surface, whether that's a visualization tool or an agent's response, to accelerate company growth and scale. The team owns WorkOS's internal data platform end to end: ingestion, orchestration, the Snowflake warehouse, dbt transformations, governance and access controls. We also own the consumption layer: the reverse-ETL syncs that land data in Salesforce and Slack, the semantic views that agents query, the definitions that keep reporting consistent across the company, and the visualization tooling the company uses (ask us about Flashboards https://workos.com/blog/reporting-tool-with-no-editor).
We run on an agent-first operating system: we are a lean team that moves fast, we document so agents can execute, and AI agents query the warehouse, run our runbooks, and open pull requests alongside us. We trust each other's expertise, we work out loud and in the open, and not opposed to rapid experimentation to get to the right solution for the business.
We're hiring a Data Engineer to own and evolve the systems that move, transform, protect, and serve data across our internal warehouse. This is a high-ownership role on a lean team: you will be the DRI for the platform and its core data models, partner directly with Product Engineering, RevOps, Finance, GTM Engineering, and Security, and raise the bar on reliability, correctness, and operational rigor. The role spans the platform and what runs on it. You will own ingestion, orchestration, and access governance; the dbt models and metric definitions that depend on them; and how AI is applied across the data stack, so that trusted data is easy for both people and AI agents to discover, understand, and work with.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. The best data engineers at WorkOS are the ones who notice in a Slack thread that a number doesn't match, trace it from the dashboard through the Gold model to the connector, fix the connector, and confirm the definition with its owner before the weekly review. When a business team asks for a field in Salesforce, they don't hand it off; they build the model, write the sync, and add the test. They would rather automate the runbook than run it a third time. They enjoy collaboration with different parts of the business and can find simple, scalable solutions to ambiguous problems. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the reliability, freshness, and scaling of the ingestion and orchestration pipelines that land source data in Snowflake, including monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and backfill and reprocessing patterns
- Design, build, and scale the core dbt models (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for billing and usage, CRM, product events, and GTM funnel reporting
- Partner with Product, Finance, RevOps, and GTM to define metrics and codify them in the warehouse, and diagnose and resolve data quality and freshness issues at source, not just downstream
- Own Snowflake RBAC, dynamic masking, and PII classification for humans, agents, and service accounts, so sensitive data is protected without blocking legitimate use, and review DDL and access requests from Engineering and GTM
- Own the reverse-ETL layer and the runbooks that deliver warehouse data to Salesforce, Slack, and internal agents
- Extend the semantic views, context, and evaluations that let agents answer business questions accurately, and expand what agents can operate directly, from runbooks and ingestion to pull requests
- Build and advance the CI/CD review gates in the data-platform monorepo, including the automated review that agent-authored pull requests pass through
- Own the infrastructure the data platform runs on: the compute, deployments, secrets and access patterns, and environments behind ingestion and orchestration, with attention to availability and failure modes, in partnership with our infrastructure engineers
Example problems you might work on, possible paths rather than a fixed roadmap:
- Standardizing how Postgres and SaaS sources are ingested, and consolidating end-to-end pipeline deployment and orchestration in Prefect
- Managing Snowflake RBAC, resource management, and masking policies as code with Terraform
- Using query history to improve analytics tables and semantic views, and to keep agent answers accurate and consistent as data grows and metrics shift
- Automating masking coverage as new data sources arrive, so adding a new table no longer needs a human in the loop
- Automating near-certain matches in the Identity Graph
- Pseudonymizing product data in the ingestion path, alongside compliance and data-deletion policies
- Extending transcript aggregation across sources, including PII detection before transcripts enter the warehouse
- Building the reverse-ETL framework and runbooks that deliver data to other tooling and agents
- Running self-hosted data services on Kubernetes and managing their AWS resources (IAM, storage, secrets) as code with Terraform
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years (or equivalent) building and operating production data platforms, including the transformation layer
- Deep experience with Snowflake, dbt, and an orchestrator such as Prefect, Airflow, or Dagster, and with ingesting data from production databases and SaaS sources, including backfill and reprocessing patterns
- Experience running data systems in production: monitoring, alerting, debugging, incident response habits, and pragmatic SLO/SLA thinking
- Experience with warehouse access governance: RBAC, masking policies, and PII handling
- Strong data modeling judgment and an understanding of schema evolution
- Strong SQL and Python; disciplined engineering practices (tests, docs, reviews, CI/CD)
- Proven experience operating as the only engineer on a layer, balancing foundational architecture with urgent business needs
- Working knowledge of how GTM, Finance, and Product teams operate in addition to working with Engineering, and experience translating ambiguous business questions into technical specs
- Comfortable using LLMs and coding agents as part of your day-to-day development workflow, with the judgment to validate their output and scale it into shared processes, and embracing AI and automation to scale platform work and accelerate your teammates
- A systems thinker who reasons carefully about freshness, correctness, and failure modes, especially for data that everything else depends on
- Pragmatic: you start with the simplest solution that works, prove it, then scale it, and you balance fast answers with durable solutions
- You look for where AI can remove a bottleneck for the people and agents who depend on the warehouse, and you build the durable tools and workflows they rely on every day
