Own the global events and travel policy. Establish traveler assistance, emergency response, data privacy, and incident escalation frameworks in coordination with People Ops, Legal, IT, and Security, ensuring comprehensive coverage for collaborators, clients, and external VIP guests.
Cross-Functional & Client Partnership:
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on client event revenue targets, sponsorships, client experience, and commercial outcomes. Collaborate with C-Level executives on internal event agendas, keynotes, and executive participation. Partner with Finance, Legal, and People Ops to streamline global delivery.

Travel Industry & Commercial Fluency:
Strong understanding of airline/hotel distribution economics (GDS, NDC, dynamic pricing, corporate direct programs) and commercial contracting for high-value event venues and suppliers.
Financial & Commercial Acumen:
Demonstrated budget ownership, financial forecasting, ROI tracking, vendor negotiations, and client event billing/cost recovery. Experience with virtual-card systems or modern payment settlements is a plus.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a recruiter to partner with our revenue org. You’ll run full-cycle recruiting across high-visibility roles, working with leaders across the GTM org to hire world-class talent.
This isn’t a conventional recruiting role. You’ll work alongside executives to shape role strategy, design a high-touch candidate experience, leverage AI to improve our recruiting operations, and close exceptional talent for a fast-growing commercial team. You know what great looks like in a candidate, whether from building GTM teams at high-growth companies or from consistently exceeding hiring goals. The role centers on high ownership, data-driven decisions, and building pipelines and processes that scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships/BD.
- Partnering with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify the signals that raise quality of hire
- Sourcing proactively, well beyond inbound, across healthcare technology, healthcare services, and B2B SaaS
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and a white-glove experience
- Using AI to improve recruiting processes, such as sourcing, outreach, collecting feedback, and pipeline reporting, and sharing what works with the Talent team
- Advising hiring teams with market insights, role benchmarks, and Ashby data, and building the rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices that keep quality high
- Representing Tennr externally. Every candidate interaction is a chance to show our brand and values.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on Sales and GTM roles
- 1 to 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth startup, with a strong record closing customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage high-volume, complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or urgency
- Strong partnership with hiring leaders: you influence with clarity, data, and operational rigor
- Exceptional communicator who writes compelling role narratives and delivers a high-touch experience to candidates and stakeholders
- Experience with Ashby preferred
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait.
As Director of Growth, you'll own the plan for how Tennr generates pipeline: where we invest, what we stop doing, and how we know it's working. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask AI assistants which vendors to consider. We sell several products into each of them, including referral intake, prior auth, AI voice, and patient onboarding, and every new vertical, product, and channel multiplies the ways we could spend the next dollar. Your job is to pick the few that matter most and make sure the team executes on them.
You'll lead Growth Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance. You'll set the targets, work backwards from them to operating milestones, and run the cadence that keeps the team accountable to the number. This role suits someone who thinks like a general manager: you'll act as strategist, analyst, systems builder, and partner to Sales in the same week. The scope will grow to cover new problems as Tennr grows.
You'll know you're right for this if you've been the person leadership hands its hardest growth problem, you're as comfortable building the model as running the review, and you want to build a team around this work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Goals & Metrics: Own Tennr's marketing-sourced pipeline target and set the channel goals that roll up into it. Break it into its drivers: CPL, CPQL, conversion to opportunity, and pipeline contribution by segment and channel. Own the model that explains what moves each one, and make sure progress is measured the same way every week.
- Roadmap: Diagnose the biggest opportunities and constraints across verticals, products, and channels. Form a clear point of view on where Growth should invest and what it should deprioritize, and defend that call with data.
- Planning: Turn the roadmap into a short list of initiatives with owners, success metrics, budget, and headcount. Run annual and quarterly planning for Growth, allocate budget across channels, including direct programs, and partner with Finance on spend and payback.
- Operating System: Design the cadences, dashboards, and decision forums that surface performance gaps early and turn them into action. Partner with Sales on pipeline reviews, keep conversion signal clean from first touch to closed deal, and make changes in our systems of record yourself rather than filing a ticket.
- Strategic Projects: Lead the high-stakes growth questions as they come up, such as how to enter a new vertical, how to take a new product to market, or how to position against a competitor, and bring the analysis that settles them.
- Direct Programs: Own the programs that put Tennr in front of buyers and customers directly. Decide which ones earn investment, run them against a fixed budget and date, and hold them to the same pipeline standard as every other channel.
- Experimentation: Set the bar for which experiments get run, funded, and scaled across new channels, AI tools, and Clay workflows, and cut the ones that don't earn their spend.
- Team: Lead Growth Marketing across paid, search, AEO, and direct programs. Hire and develop the team as it scales, while staying hands-on in the work yourself.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Sales on target segments and pipeline, Content Marketing on offers, Brand and Design on creative, Product on launches, and Finance on budget. Create clarity and drive decisions across teams you don't manage directly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience, mixing strategy work (management consulting at MBB or similar, investment banking, or private equity) with at least 3 years at a high-growth startup in strategy, business operations, growth, or revenue operations. At least 1 year personally owning a business outcome, such as a P&L, quota, pipeline, or retention number.
- First-principles thinking. You can take an ambiguous problem, identify the outcome that matters, break it into its drivers, and design a practical path forward.
- Quantitative fluency. You build your own models, write your own SQL. and can use imperfect data to find performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and tell whether a strategy is working.
- Operator instincts. You move between setting direction and getting into the details required to make something work, and you keep multiple workstreams moving without losing the important details.
- Program execution. You've delivered high-stakes programs with hard dates, outside partners, and fixed budgets, and you know what has to be true weeks before the day.
- Presence. You can represent Tennr with senior operators and customers, and earn their trust quickly.
- Cross-functional leadership. You create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams you don't manage.
- Ownership. You own the outcome, not just the inputs, and you follow up until the work is done. You've rebuilt a playbook from first principles before and want to do it again.
- Clear writing. You can put a recommendation, the reasoning, and the tradeoffs on one page and get a room to a decision.
- Judgment you can show. You can walk us through growth plans you've built, the bets you made, and what happened to pipeline.
- An informed view on AI, backed by real examples of how you've applied it to your own workflows or a team's, and a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
- Experience managing people, or a track record that shows you're ready to build and lead a team.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech experience, especially selling to provider organizations.
- Have worked at a vertical SaaS company that sells to operators rather than software buyers.
- Have built a customer community or advisory board.
- Have taken a new product or a new vertical to market.
- Have built go-to-market workflows in Clay, Salesforce, or similar tools yourself.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight.
You’re going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet.
We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude.
- Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro.
- Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back.
- Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it.
- Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay.
- Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers.
- Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself.
- Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t.
- Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next.

- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.

About the Role
At Playson, we work with a deliberately small team of people who own what they do. This role follows that model. You’ll ensure our presence at the industry’s biggest international exhibitions, organise our signature Playson&Friends parties, and the exclusive experiences we create for our closest partners. Here, one person’s ownership makes a visible difference. You’ll have real autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and a brand that cares about quality in everything it puts its name on.
We’re looking for someone who takes a complex project with dozens of moving parts and closes it end to end: budget, vendors, logistics, brand, guests, and the details nobody else noticed. Our clients come to expect the same standard from our events as from our games, and that standard is quality.
Key Responsibilities
International exhibitions and industry events
- Participation at major iGaming events such as ICE, SiGMA and SBC. This runs from strategy and budget through booth design and build to on-site delivery and post-event review.
- Negotiating with organisers, agencies and suppliers to get high-quality delivery within budget, and taking responsibility for both.
Client experiences
- Planning and producing Playson&Friends parties, our signature events where partners come together to celebrate and connect.
- Designing and delivering high-end experiences and one-of-a-kind moments for small groups of key clients.
- Handling every aspect: concept, venues, travel, hospitality, safety, timing and guest experience. Ensuring each experience feels effortless for the guest and reflects Playson’s brand.
Branded client hampers and promotional gifting
- Partnering with Account Managers to turn their promotional initiatives into branded and themed client hampers, including concept, sourcing, production, personalisation and international delivery.
- Building a reliable supplier network and a process that can deliver consistent quality at scale and on short notice.
Requirements
- 3+ years in event management, client hospitality or BTL marketing, ideally in iGaming, tech or entertainment.
- A proven track record of delivering complex international projects end to end, with personal accountability for the outcome. We’ll ask you for examples.
- The ability to manage several large projects at once and stay calm and decisive when plans change on-site.
- Experience producing premium, high-touch experiences for VIP or key-account audiences.
- Strong budget management and confident negotiation with suppliers and agencies.
- A creative eye, strong taste and close attention to brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of the global iGaming landscape and events ecosystem is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
What we Offer
- Benefit from a transparent and systematic quarterly bonus system.
- We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs.
- Choose to work remotely, providing greater flexibility and comfort.
- Enjoy unlimited paid vacation leave, including bank holidays.
- Take unlimited paid sick leave whenever necessary.
- Get reimbursement for professional development courses and training. We provide access to the latest tools and training for continuous growth.

Built to maintain data integrity and workforce trust across a global contributor base, NIMO combines advanced verification, continuous monitoring, and structured QA to ensure every dataset is accurate, traceable, and culturally grounded. welodata.ai
About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions. Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a
Staff Product Designer
to join our
Ventures
team in London. You’ll be the senior design voice on an early-stage product, taking it from first concept to a test-market launch and shaping it for global scale.
About Ventures
Ventures is DoorDash’s internal incubator, where we build the next generation of businesses adjacent to our core. We fund small teams with a strong sense of ownership and grow the investment as they hit clear milestones. Early on, teams build a Minimum Lovable Product and prove product-market fit in a single country. Successful initiatives graduate to new resources and new markets, with the chance to become the next billion-euro businesses at DoorDash. Ventures teams are scrappy and ambitious, chase goals that almost feel too ambitious, and thrive on a startup mentality and a high tolerance for ambiguity. We’re now placing bigger and more diverse bets than ever, and we need people with equal ambition and drive to build and scale, or sunset, some of our biggest experiments yet.
What You’ll Be Doing
Direction & Influence
Set the design direction for a new product, turning customer and business inputs into a clear point of view and roadmap, deciding what to build.
Become an expert on local market needs, shaping the experience around how customers and partners behave in each place.
Partner with product, engineering, operations and commercial leaders as a trusted advisor who shapes the roadmap.
Build like a founder: shape success metrics, share weekly updates and present at key business reviews.
Craft & Delivery
Build a differentiated experience that competes with the best in a crowded market where customer expectations are high.
Design a scalable foundation for complex journeys such as payments, onboarding and matching supply with demand.
Turn regulation into design, working with legal, finance and operations to make complex constraints feel simple.
Raise the craft bar by mentoring designers, hosting critiques and building reusable systems and AI-assisted tools.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
0-1 Ownership:
Proven experience taking at least one product from 0-1, across a new product, market or startup.
Craft Mastery:
A portfolio of high-fidelity, shipped work that moved measurable outcomes.
Product Thinking:
You balance customer needs, business goals and feasibility, and frame ambiguous problems.
Bias for Action:
You’d rather ship and learn than polish in isolation.
Systems and AI Fluency:
You design reusable systems, prototype with AI and coach peers to do the same.
Strategic Influence:
You mentor designers and win over partners with differing priorities.

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Brand & Experience team builds the emotional connection between Deliveroo and our customers, riders, and partners. With a deep understanding of our audience and a passion for creativity, we bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Whether it’s a push notification, social campaign, or packaging design—we craft compelling experiences that shape perceptions, spark engagement, and make Deliveroo a loved, global brand.
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week from our London HQ. In this role, you’ll help us lead the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across diverse briefs—from fast-turnaround sprints to global, multi-channel campaigns—while driving studio operations and process improvements. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Creative Studio team. Reporting into the PMO Lead, you'll work alongside Creative, Campaign, Design, and Creative Operations functions to power our in-house marketing and creative output.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Campaign & Project Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of creative briefs—ranging from high-volume growth marketing and CRM sprints to complex, multi-market campaigns including AV and TVC.
Develop accurate project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing budgets and resources to ensure seamless delivery across creative and marketing teams.
Stakeholder Leadership & Traffic Management
Act as the primary contact for projects, building strong relationships across internal teams and partner agencies while keeping everyone aligned on goals and milestones.
Manage traffic and intake: evaluate briefs, flag out-of-scope requests, manage sprint scheduling, and allocate resources based on team capacity.
Operations & Process Improvement
Own key PMO operations by refining Asana templates, documentation, and intake workflows to make studio operations more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
Support studio-wide operational initiatives, including resourcing models, tooling, reporting, and adopting AI-enabled creative production workflows in partnership with our Creative AI Technologist.
Risk Mitigation & Team Mentorship
Identify project risks early and implement effective solution strategies to keep work moving smoothly without compromising quality.
Motivate and guide creative project teams, sharing best practices across the PMO and supporting less experienced project managers and freelancers.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Significant experience managing end-to-end creative projects and integrated campaigns within an in-house studio or creative marketing agency.
Proven ability in resource management, capacity planning, and traffic management for high-volume, fast-turnaround performance and growth marketing assets (paid social, CRM, in-app).
Deep understanding of creative operations, including intake flows, studio tooling (e.g., Asana), project documentation, and process optimization across local and global markets.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, motivate, and align cross-functional teams and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, mitigate risks proactively, and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience integrating AI tools and adoption strategies into creative production and studio workflows.
Experience managing and onboarding external agencies or freelance resources.
