Ensuring each experience feels effortless for the guest and reflects Playson’s brand.   Branded client hampers and promotional gifting - Partnering with Account Managers to turn their promotional initiatives into branded and themed client hampers, including concept, sourcing, production, personalisation and international delivery. - Building a reliable supplier network and a process that can deliver consistent quality at scale and on short notice.   Requirements - 3+ years in event management, client hospitality or BTL marketing, ideally in iGaming, tech or entertainment. - A proven track record of delivering complex international projects end to end, with personal accountability for the outcome. We’ll ask you for examples. - The ability to manage several large projects at once and stay calm and decisive when plans change on-site. - Experience producing premium, high-touch experiences for VIP or key-account audiences. - Strong budget management and confident negotiation with suppliers and agencies. - A creative eye, strong taste and close attention to brand consistency. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent spoken and written English. - Knowledge of the global iGaming landscape and events ecosystem is a plus. - Willingness to travel frequently.   What we Offer - Benefit from a transparent and systematic quarterly bonus system. - We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs. - Choose to work remotely, providing greater flexibility and comfort. - Enjoy unlimited paid vacation leave, including bank holidays. - Take unlimited paid sick leave whenever necessary. - Get reimbursement for professional development courses and training.
