We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are looking for a leader to take on our workforce management systems and operations. This is more than a technology role. Serve as a trusted advisor to our HR leadership group, our centers of excellence and our business partners, turning business goals into system capability and service build. You will ask the questions that sharpen a request, give people a clear view of sequencing, effort and trade-offs, and help us move toward AI-enabled, automation-first ways of working.
You will report to our Vice President of HR Planning, Analytics & Technology and lead senior business systems analysts, an HR operations manager with a specialist group, and an outsourced administration partner.
A day in the life:
HR platforms and delivery:
Look after our HR systems estate, including SuccessFactors, Greenhouse and the applications around them, together with the integrations connecting them to Finance, IT and external providers.
Build the multi-year technology roadmap with HR leadership and IT, and run the intake practices that decide what enters it.
Guide systems projects from requirements through configuration, testing, cutover and adoption, then keep the platforms balanced in service once they are live.
HR operations and service delivery:
You will manage employee lifecycle transaction processing and the quality controls that keep our records accurate. You will also set and publish the measures the operation is judged on, from first-contact resolution to self-service adoption.
Develop the service framework and the tiers within it, from self-service and first contact through to specialist handling, and the routing between them.
Run one governed intake channel for employee questions, and decide with the team what stops, what is automated and what moves to our administration partner.
Governance, security and information management:
You will be responsible for how our HR data is protected and who can reach it, and for the governance standards behind configuration, workflows, integrations and security. You will work with People Analytics and enterprise analytics on our data platform and the sources that feed it.
Build the security and access model, including role-based permissions, field-level restriction, access certification and segregation of duties.
Meet our data-privacy and regional obligations with Legal and Information Security, and act as the HR contact for internal and external audits.
AI enablement and automation:
Set our HR technology AI strategy, with responsible adoption resting on governance, data readiness, privacy and human oversight.R
Redesign fragmented processes into something simpler.
Run a single pipeline for internal use cases and emerging HR technology, and report what our automation delivers in adoption, efficiency, quality and experience.
Team and partners:
Grow a team covering business systems analysis and an operations specialist group led by a first-line manager, and plan resourcing, capacity and budget across both.
Develop the team’s capability in consultation, requirements and configuration, and hold the relationship with our outsourced administration and application management partners.
What you'll bring:
8+ years experience across HR systems and HR operations.
5+ years managing people and experience leading through a first-line manager.
Led a multi-application systems portfolio alongside a service delivery team, including its tier model, case management, and service measures.
Demonstrate expertise in HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, and you will have delivered globally, where requirements vary by region.
Hands-on depth in SAP SuccessFactors, enough to specify requirements, evaluate configuration and work with an implementation partner, with strong familiarity in Employee Central and at least two other modules absolutely required.
Experience with the security and access model for HR data, and with leading third-party implementation or managed-service partners to agreed service levels.
Experience running project delivery alongside production support, and influencing senior leaders across HR, IT and Finance in plain language.
Nice to have:
Experience putting AI capability to work in an HR setting, with the guardrails that apply once AI touches employee data.
Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise AI platforms, intelligent automation or conversational assistants such as Microsoft Copilot helps, as does a background spanning people analytics as well as systems.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules, and experience of a platform migration or systems harmonization.
Experience building governance models, technology intake processes, vendor assessments or innovation pipelines.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Tennr’s Strategy and Operations team is a group of ambitious, high-agency generalists led by our VP of Strategy and Operations and working directly with our founders and executive team. The team owns strategic and operational priorities across Revenue, Product, and Services. Recent projects include rebuilding pricing and packaging, standing up our prior authorization product, and leading revenue and headcount planning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Operations Lead to run the operating system for Tennr’s Product and Engineering team: how we plan and review work, how customer feedback reaches the roadmap, and how new functionality gets into customers’ hands.
You’ll work closely with our P&E leadership and sit between Product, Engineering, and the teams closest to our customers: CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services. You’ll run the planning and review rhythm, turn customer signal into clear roadmap inputs, own product rollouts, and develop the vendor and partner relationships our products depend on. You’ll also build the tools and lightweight processes that make our PMs faster and more effective.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, analytical, and highly cross-functional person to take direct ownership of how Tennr plans and ships product. We believe candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company, are best suited for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- P&E planning and review rhythm. Run the planning and review cadence with Product and Engineering leadership, from quarterly planning and goal setting to regular business and execution reviews. Bring together priorities, capacity, headcount needs, and dependencies so teams can make decisions and follow through, with reporting built from data that already exists.
- Voice of the customer. Own how customer signal from CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services reaches Product and Engineering. Build the muscle to capture and synthesize feedback into clear, prioritized inputs for the roadmap, and close the loop with the teams that raised it.
- Product rollout. Own the cross-functional work required to enable and roll out new functionality. Coordinate launch readiness, documentation, training, and customer enablement with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Deployment, and Customer Experience. Own the launch calendar, run go/no-go reviews with clear sign-offs, run betas or early access programs with defined exit criteria, and hold retros after each launch.
- Product partnerships. Identify and prioritize vendors and strategic partners required to deliver or improve Tennr’s products. Evaluate opportunities and coordinate the commercial, technical, and operational work to establish those relationships.
- Internal tooling. Build custom tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that make our PMs more efficient and effective, from feedback triage to planning dashboards.
- Stand up and refine process. Build the processes Product and Engineering need, keep them lightweight, and refine them as the team scales. Measure whether people actually use them.
- Performance and follow-through. Use data and feedback to understand whether plans and rollouts are working. Find gaps, make recommendations, and take responsibility for resolving them.
- Additional priorities. Own cross-functional projects as the business evolves, from defining the problem through execution and measurement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company.
- You’ve worked directly with Product and Engineering teams on planning, launches, or roadmap tradeoffs.
- You’re ambitious and want substantial ownership of how a product organization plans and ships.
- You learn quickly and can get deep into an unfamiliar product, workflow, or technical system.
- You can use data and customer feedback to understand whether plans and launches are working, then determine what action to take.
- You are collaborative by default and can align Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams without detailed instructions and keep the work moving.
- You’re a strong writer. You can turn a complex decision into a clear doc, launch pre-read, or update that people actually read.
- You take responsibility for outcomes and stay with problems until they’re resolved.
- You have a strong work ethic and a low ego. You’re willing to do detailed, repetitive, or messy work yourself when it needs doing.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.
- Fluency in Dutch

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
At Alan, we want people to find the right product to take care of themselves, as early and as easily as possible. Getting a new pair of glasses usually means an appointment, a lost prescription, 47 frames tried on in a store, and a two-week delay. Most people put it off for months.
The Shop is how Alan members get glasses, lenses and well-being products in a few clicks, covered by their insurance when possible. Most e-commerce teams are incentivized to sell more. We're incentivized to get members the right product at the right time for their health.
We're looking for a fullstack engineer to join the Shop crew. One brief: help our members choose what is right for them, when it is right for them, in a few clicks. Everything else, we figure out together.
ABOUT THE SHOP CREW
The Shop crew is a fully autonomous product team that owns the whole lifecycle of the Shop: not just the code, but the whole business. Product managers, product marketers, ops specialists, designers, data scientists and engineers work side by side on one mission.
What we've built so far:
- An end-to-end optics experience: frames and lenses, virtual try-on, prescription scanning, and checkout priced against each member's coverage.
- One commerce platform behind the whole Shop and its three verticals.
- A growing well-being catalog: about 14 brands and 170 products today, thousands soon.
The Shop is growing fast: more products, smoother flows, and an experience that's more and more integrated into the rest of Alan for our members. The crew needs to grow too, and that means plenty of new opportunities for engineers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Shop is one of the most varied crews in Alan Engineering. In the same week, you might:
- 🔌 Build integrations with our customized e-commerce back office, our in-house virtual try-on, suppliers and partner opticians.
- 🛍️ Ship member-facing flows: dynamic catalogs, purchase flows tailored to each member's coverage, prescription scanning, returns, and out-of-pocket purchases like lens upgrades and extra pairs.
- 🌿 Scale the catalog beyond optics, with discovery and personalized navigation that still work at thousands of products.
- ⚖️ Navigate legal ground: e-commerce rules, invoicing, France's 100% Santé reform, and supplier compliance. Selling medical devices is not like selling socks.
- 📣 Help products reach members in the Alan app, in campaigns, and through Mo, our AI health assistant. A shop that can't promote its products is just a warehouse.
- 📦 Work with ops on orders, deliveries and customer service, so a two-day delay never surprises a member.
You won't just write code. You'll question supplier contracts, debate marketing copy, and debug prescription-scanning logic. Some days it feels less like building software and more like running a small business. That's the point. And the impact is direct: when someone orders their glasses faster, they literally see better, sooner.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years building scalable software, with full-stack experience across backend and frontend.
- A strong product mindset. You want to understand the why before the how, and you enjoy working with members, ops, legal and marketing.
- Ownership from start to finish: you frame the problem, ship the solution, and watch the numbers afterwards.
- Comfort with ambiguity and complex problems. You help shape the scope instead of waiting for a spec.
- Clear communication with non-engineers, in English (French is a plus, since our first market is France).
- Humility, curiosity, and a real interest in making healthcare more accessible.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with e-commerce: catalogs, checkout, payments, order management, or a headless commerce platform like Saleor.
- Curiosity about where e-commerce meets healthcare.
- Experience with mobile (React Native) or with LLM-powered product features.
HOW WE WORK
- Our stack: React and React Native on the frontend, Python/Flask and PostgreSQL on the backend, all in one monorepo. Saleor powers our commerce back office.
- We deploy daily, and the engineers who make product decisions are the ones who build them.
- We use AI coding agents every day to move faster and focus on the hard problems.
- You own decisions, outcomes and a whole domain, and your incentive is to build what's best for members.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

Responsibilities
AI strategy and delivery.
Set the AI strategy for Operations and own its delivery end to end. Find where AI can remove manual work, build the business cases and lead implementation with functional, product and engineering owners. Set common evaluation standards, track benefits and make sure every solution runs with appropriate controls and human oversight.
AI automation.
Treat automation of operational processes as a core objective. Set targets for the share of work automated, prioritise the highest-value processes and measure the capacity released.
Strategy and roadmap.
Own and build the team that translates operational strategy into a prioritised improvement and AI roadmap. Define the problem each initiative addresses, the intended benefit, its dependencies and who is accountable for delivery, and lead delivery of key strategic projects.
Capacity and workforce planning.
Build a consistent approach to capacity and workforce planning. Develop demand forecasts and capacity models that help the business allocate resources.
Process redesign.
Lead cross-functional process redesign, focusing on how work moves between functions and where it can be automated. Work with the Head of Operations, who owns day-to-day process performance, and agree changes with process owners.
Operational controls.
Establish a practical framework for documenting operational controls and coordinating first-line testing. Help process owners identify gaps and track corrective actions, working with Risk and Compliance on the approach.
Portfolio management.
Manage the overall improvement portfolio, making dependencies and resource constraints visible. Bring clear recommendations to the COO and functional leaders when priorities compete or expected benefits no longer justify the work.
Measuring benefits.
Define how improvements will be measured, establish credible starting points and assess the effect of changes on service quality, control performance, capacity and cost.
Requirements
Significant experience in operational strategy, transformation or operational excellence in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated, high-volume environment.
A proven record of setting an AI or automation strategy and delivering it in an operational setting, from use cases and business cases through to deployment, adoption and measured results such as reduced manual effort or capacity released.
Experience building and leading a team of operations managers, analysts, planners or improvement specialists.
A track record of running an improvement portfolio: building business cases, prioritising competing initiatives, managing dependencies and stopping work that no longer pays off.
Understanding of capacity and workforce planning, including demand forecasting and how to build capacity models that leaders use to make resourcing decisions.
Process improvement expertise (for example Lean, Six Sigma or similar methods) applied across functions, with measured results.
Working knowledge of first-line control frameworks, control documentation and testing, and experience working with Risk and Compliance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to set credible baselines, measure benefits and present clear recommendations to the COO and senior leaders.
Nice to have
Experience in online brokerage, trading platforms or digital banking.
Experience with operations spread across several regulated entities or countries.
Hands-on familiarity with LLM tools, workflow automation or RPA platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Jira or workforce management and process mining platforms.
Recognised portfolio, programme or project management qualification.

Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for a Product Owner to own the paying customer's experience after purchase.
We're not looking for a task manager. We're looking for someone who will own a part of the product end-to-end, from hypothesis to results.
Your mission
You'll own what happens after a user pays: getting every paying customer to a quality match as fast as possible.
This is not a classic subscription-retention role, and it's not SaaS onboarding. We need someone who knows how to increase the share of customers who reach the value moment, through better activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
What you'll work on
— Getting offer volume right: making sure customers see neither too many nor too few options
— Improving the relevance of recommendations and building trust in what we show
— Increasing relevant invites to paying customers
— Raising the probability that a new customer forms a quality match in their first week
— Designing mechanics that bring users back into conversations (e.g. gamification, nudges, reminders)
— Understanding which matching parameters matter most for different user segments, and using segmentation, personalization, and data enrichment of offers to improve results
The quality of free members' communication itself is outside this role. Your focus is activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
How you'll work
— Find bottlenecks and growth points in the post-purchase journey using data, research, and common sense
— Turn ideas into clear, testable hypotheses with defined success metrics
— Work with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML specialists to ship fast and efficiently
— Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines for smooth, predictable delivery
— Run experiments, analyze results and product metrics, then iterate and scale what works
Who we're looking for
A B2C product person with hands-on experience in:
— Customer experience and customer journey design, activation, onboarding, or the first-session experience
— Discovery-driven products with a large volume of offers or listings
— Search or feed relevance, matching, or recommendation systems
— Segmentation, personalization, and enriching offers with data
Relevant backgrounds
Marketplaces and aggregators, dating and social discovery, real estate and classifieds, e-commerce with large catalogs, or any product built around discovery, matching, recommendations, or personalization.
We expect from you
— You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements
— You can drive delivery
— You know how to validate results and run A/B tests and other experiments
— You're comfortable with qualitative and quantitative product research
— You work well cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers
— You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities
— You focus on results, not process
— You take ownership instead of waiting for direction
— You're comfortable with changing priorities
— You communicate clearly and directly
— You treat failures as learning, not setbacks

Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.
What you'll do:
- Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.
- Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.
What you'll own:
- Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.
- Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.
- Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.
- Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.
- Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.
- End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.
- Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

The role & impact
As an Engineering Manager in our Machine Learning & AI team, you'll lead a high-performing, inclusive team of engineers building and operating AI-powered experiences and capabilities across Xero. The team's work spans traditional machine learning, from predictive models and intelligent automation through to LLM-powered and agentic AI experiences that bring new ways for customers to interact with and get value from Xero.
- You'll lead engineering across a broad range of technology surfaces, from customer-facing AI experiences and intelligent product workflows to the backend services, platforms and infrastructure that power them. You'll help turn research, models and emerging AI capabilities into reliable, secure and scalable production products that make a real difference for millions of small businesses.
- You'll balance predictable delivery with a relentless focus on engineering quality and system health, building our maturity across MLOps, LLMOps, observability, evaluation and the operational practices needed to run AI systems in production. As AI continues to evolve, you'll also champion AI-native engineering practices and help your team adapt how we design, build, test and operate software.
- Working closely with senior individual contributors, including staff and principal engineers, you'll help shape technical direction while focusing on team growth, delivery excellence and sustainable engineering practices. This is a role for someone who wants to build both the systems and the people that enable Xero to deliver AI-powered products at scale.
The team & how they connect
You'll join Xero's Data & AI organisation, within the AI Products division, reporting to the GM of ML Engineering. The team partners closely with Applied Science, Data Engineering, Product and other engineering teams to bring AI capabilities from research and experimentation into production.
Our scope goes beyond building and serving models. We build the end-to-end engineering capabilities that bring AI to life in Xero's products, spanning traditional ML-powered automation and predictions, conversational AI assistants, LLM-powered workflows and agentic experiences. This means working across the full stack, integrating AI into customer experiences and product workflows while building the front end & backend services, platforms and infrastructure needed to make those experiences safe, reliable and scalable.
It's a collaborative, evolving space where you'll help translate advances in ML and generative AI into practical customer outcomes, while building the engineering foundations to support the next generation of AI-native products.
The team is currently working on
- Production ML and AI engineering: Building and operating the platforms, services and practices that support traditional ML models, generative AI and agentic systems in production.
- JAX (Just Ask Xero): Powering Xero's conversational GenAI assistant and evolving the underlying capabilities to support increasingly sophisticated, context-aware and agentic experiences.
- Intelligent financial workflows: Developing capabilities such as Automated Bank Reconciliation and smart document capture, using ML and AI to match transactions, extract information from bills and receipts, and automate complex tasks.
- XeroForce: Building the platform for AI-powered workflows, enabling agents to plan and execute complex tasks across Xero’s products and supporting reliable, reusable agentic experiences at scale.
- End-to-end AI product experiences: Integrating AI into customer-facing experiences and product workflows, alongside the backend services, orchestration and infrastructure that make them work.
Where and how you can work
We support a flexible working model that empowers you to balance your professional and personal life. You'll have the option to work in a hybrid capacity, combining the focus of remote work with the collaboration of our office spaces and team boost days to foster connection and alignment.
Here are some of the things we're looking for, for this role
- You'll bring a strong track record of leading, coaching and developing engineers, building team capability and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
- You have strong technical judgement across architecture, system design and engineering trade-offs, and can guide decisions across a broad and evolving technology landscape.
- You've translated business goals into executable engineering plans, balancing near-term delivery with long-term technical health and maintainability.
- You're experienced in delivering roadmaps predictably in fast-paced, evolving environments, navigating ambiguity and adapting as priorities and technology change.
- You understand what it takes to build and operate production-grade software, from customer-facing experiences and backend services through to distributed systems, platforms and infrastructure.
- You stay hands-on when it counts, comfortable writing, reviewing or debugging production code to unblock your team, support an incident or help resolve a complex technical challenge.
- Experience with machine learning, generative AI or AI-powered products is a bonus rather than a requirement. You don't need to be an ML specialist, but genuine curiosity about the space and an appetite to learn how these technologies are changing software engineering will help you thrive here.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
