Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform provides unparalleled insight into market trends, advertising, competitor’s strategies, and consumer/user audience across mobile, web, and gaming. Sensor Tower’s insights are trusted by more than 2,500 enterprises worldwide across tech, retail/commerce, entertainment/media, gaming, consumer packaged goods and finance.
About this role:
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer (main back end focus) to work on our advertising analytics platform. We gather and process BIG amounts of data and deliver meaningful insights to our customers. We have browser extensions, databases, panelists, servers, so many servers, and a great hybrid culture with coworkers locally and across the globe.
There's a good mix of extremely difficult problems, impossible problems, easy problems, bugs, performance issues, and the occasional thing that's a joy to work on – join us!
What you will do in a typical day:
- Tackle interesting performance and scalability challenges.
- Meticulously refactor bunches of reports decimating code size and run time while preserving results.
- Intelligently manage tech debt while simultaneously delivering new features for the business.
- Code in SQL and C# (and occasionally js) in a mixed environment (Windows and Linux but mostly Windows) utilizing AWS, SQL Server, Redshift, Mongo, EntityFramework and ASP.NET http://asp.net/ Core.
- Participate in a Kanban/Devops dev process with fluid requirements, weekly scrums, and potentially be on-call w/Pagerduty
- Be a proponent for continuous improvement, architecture, clean code, and good systems design
- We use Github for source control and Jira for project management
- We review PRs! (usually) and ship often.
What you can bring:
- Experienced C# developer.
- Be able to code in C#, SQL and occasionally in Ruby.
- Big Plus: Comfortable reading and modifying Javascript/React.
- Friendly - You will be working in cross function with a lot of cool people!
- Love for data - Our platform provides data intelligence for the digital economy!
Our Engineering Culture
We believe that "Simplicity is a prerequisite for reliability." We are looking for engineers who align with our core values:
- Simplicity: We avoid over-engineering. We prefer the tools we already have and the most straightforward solutions over "shiny new toys."
- Quality: We write code that is a pleasure to read because we know code is written once but read many times. We don't cut corners, and we polish to a high level before shipping.
- Extreme Ownership: We don't just do the minimum. We expect you to understand the "why" behind your work and own the ultimate goal of fixing problems at their root cause, avoiding temporary band-aids.
- Prioritization: We focus relentlessly on what is important, not just what is urgent.

About the Team
You'll join Rain's lean legal team and take a leading role in our M&A and corporate development efforts as we scale globally. You'll operate as a strategic partner to Rain's leadership — identifying, structuring, negotiating, and closing acquisitions, investments, and other strategic transactions — while also supporting the broader corporate legal function across a fast-moving, heavily regulated fintech platform.
What you'll do
- Lead M&A execution: manage all legal aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments from LOI through closing and post-closing integration, including due diligence coordination, deal structuring, and negotiation of definitive agreements.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents: purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary documents (escrow agreements, transition services agreements, employment and consulting agreements, IP assignments), plus board and stockholder consents.
- Coordinate due diligence: partner cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering to identify and assess deal risks and structure appropriate protections.
- Advise on corporate structure and expansion: support entity formation and structuring for international expansion, working with local counsel as Rain enters new markets.
- Support regulatory approvals in M&A, including change-of-control filings with state regulators (e.g., money transmitter license transfers) or foreign financial authorities (e.g., EMI, VASP, or payment institution license approvals).
- Support general corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating intercompany agreements, advising on corporate structuring, and handling other corporate legal needs as they arise.
- Collaborate across the legal team: partner with colleagues focused on licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters to align corporate transactions with Rain's regulatory obligations and licensing requirements.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in corporate law, with meaningful M&A transaction experience (law firm, in-house, or a combination).
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, investment documents, and related ancillary agreements.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and Delaware corporate law.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts for business stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on drafting skills, with the ability to handle a meaningful share of contract and transaction drafting in-house.
- A JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
Bonus attributes:
- Ability to support corporate governance: maintain corporate records and entity management across Rain's global subsidiary structure.
- Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
- Experience at a fintech, payments, crypto, or digital assets company.
- Familiarity with cross-border M&A or international entity structuring.
- Background in venture capital transactions (SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds).
- Experience working on inter-company agreements and corporate structuring.
- SEC reporting or compliance experience.

An overview of this role
The AI Transformation Owner drives the end-to-end AI agenda for the field organization, translating emerging AI capabilities into concrete enablement roadmaps, field use cases, and org-level strategy. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to pilot and scale AI solutions, own the operational transformation plan needed to embed AI into day-to-day field workflows, and establish the governance framework that keeps AI adoption safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move from strategy to execution without heavy oversight.
This role reports to the Vice President, Enablement & AI.

AI Enablement Roadmap:
Own and continuously evolve the roadmap for AI-driven enablement initiatives, prioritizing based on field impact, feasibility, and alignment with broader Enterprise AI team and strategy..
AI Field Use Cases:
Identify, scope, and execute on high-value AI use cases for the field (e.g., deal support, prospecting, content generation, guided selling, skills, change management), working with stakeholders to define success criteria and measure impact.
AI Field Champions:
build relationships with champions in the field organization to activate power-usage and drive peer-led adoption; track this adoption (e.g., usage, proficiency, behavior change) with our AI Ops Specialist and Enablement Analyst.

AI Governance:
Influence and lead governance standards for AI tool adoption in the field, including data usage, risk review, tool vetting, and alignment with company-wide AI policy.
What You’ll Bring
Mid-Senior Experience:
Several years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related GTM function, with a track record of owning initiatives end-to-end.
AI Solutions Experience:
Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools or solutions in a business context, with a solid technical understanding of how they work and where they add value. Act as the field's primary advocate for AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted prospecting, call intelligence, forecasting copilots, RFP/proposal generation).

Strong project management instincts; able to manage multiple workstreams (roadmap, use cases, ops transformation, governance) in parallel without dropping details.
Innovative Mindset:
A builder's orientation toward new technology — curious about what's possible, willing to experiment, and able to separate genuine opportunity from hype.
