With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for an Education Business Development in Madrid!
About Digital Ad Expert by Aleph
Digital Ad Expert (DAE) is Aleph's global education initiative, opening access to digital skills for people across 170+ high-growth markets. Recognized by UNESCO's Global Education Coalition, DAE has reached over 900,000 learners with certifications, platform badges, and expert-led masterclasses spanning digital marketing, AI, analytics, and entrepreneurship.
DAE is entering a new chapter. Behind it sits a full education infrastructure — a multilingual learning platform, a content engine, instructional design standards, and a global learner community — built over five years and ready to be leveraged further. We're building the commercial model that lets that mission scale: partnering with corporate partners, international cooperation organizations, and private capital to fund and grow both the business opportunity and the social impact initiative.
As Education Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind that commercial model — building and closing partnerships with universities, companies, and associations to bring DAE's programs to new markets and new learners. You'll co-define and execute DAE's B2B commercial strategy, turning five years of education infrastructure into sustainable, scalable growth.
What You'll Do
Shape the strategy
, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.
Own execution
, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.
Build and manage a pipeline
of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.
Represent Education
commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions
Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content
: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.
Identify and pursue strategic alliances
, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.
What You Need For This Role
6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
Commercially-minded and proactive
, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative, solution-selling approach
— comfortable
operating in ambiguity,
moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).
Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.
Confident working independently.
Prior experience in education, edtech, corporate training, or professional certifications.
Experience working with international cooperation organizations, development banks, or impact-oriented capital and pursuing external funding for social-impact/ESG initiatives.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 48,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion’s Data Foundations team builds and operates the batch and streaming infrastructure behind our product features, analytics, search, and AI experiences. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to shape the next generation of this platform as Notion serves larger customers, expands globally, and supports more data-intensive products. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems, set direction, build and develop a high-performing team, and lead multi-quarter initiatives across our data lake, streaming, distributed-compute, governance, and reliability systems. You’ll stay close to critical technical decisions while creating clear ownership, growing engineers and technical leaders, and helping the team execute as one—partnering closely with Data Engineering, Data Product, Search, AI, Infrastructure, and Security.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Set the direction for Data Foundations. Turn ambiguous company and customer needs into a clear multi-quarter strategy across the data lake, streaming, distributed compute, governance, and platform reliability—and align engineers and partner teams around it.
- Build and develop a high-performing team. Attract strong engineers, set clear expectations, grow technical leaders, and create an environment of ownership, direct feedback, and accountability.
- Lead the team’s hardest initiatives from idea to operation. Ensure complex work has strong technical ownership, de-risk architectures through prototypes, break work into shippable milestones, and coordinate execution across engineers and teams.
- Make Notion’s data platform enterprise-ready. Guide the team toward durable foundations for external key management, data residency, access controls, lifecycle management, and governance without creating separate systems for every requirement.
- Raise reliability, simplicity, and cost efficiency. Identify systemic risks and architectural gaps, establish clear service ownership, and lead migrations that make Kafka, Debezium, S3/Iceberg, Spark, EMR, Athena, and related systems easier to operate at scale.
- Multiply the engineering organization. Establish reusable abstractions and paved paths, delegate meaningful ownership, raise the quality of technical decisions, and scale expertise through coaching, documentation, tooling, design reviews, and direct collaboration.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deep data-platform expertise. You have designed and operated large-scale batch and streaming systems and can reason across storage, compute, ingestion, orchestration, serving, governance, and production operations.
- Direction-setting leadership. You have led a Data Platform or infrastructure team through multi-quarter work—finding the right problems, defining a strategy, sequencing execution, and driving decisions with long-term consequences.
- Team-building and talent development. You have attracted strong engineers, grown people across career stages, developed technical leaders, and created clarity when expectations or performance needed to change.
- Hands-on engineering judgment. You stay close to critical systems and designs and know when to prototype, simplify, buy, build, or migrate. You can go deep while preserving ownership for the engineers leading the work.
- Platform-product thinking. You understand the needs behind partner requests and turn repeated patterns into safe, ergonomic, self-serve capabilities rather than accumulating bespoke solutions.
- Organizational influence. You create clarity across team boundaries, surface uncomfortable technical or organizational risks early, and help engineers do their best work through strong context, delegation, feedback, and coaching.
- You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, move faster, and build more creatively.
THE SYSTEMS AND PROBLEMS YOU MAY LEAD
- Evolving Notion’s data lake toward an S3 + Iceberg lakehouse with stronger governance, discoverability, schema evolution, and lifecycle controls
- Scaling Kafka and Debezium-based streaming infrastructure that powers real-time product, analytics, and AI use cases
- Improving Spark and distributed-compute performance, workload isolation, developer experience, and cost efficiency
- Designing EKM, data residency, and compliant processing capabilities across Notion’s data estate
- Creating clear platform interfaces and self-serve primitives for Data Engineering, Search, AI, and product teams
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Notion’s data infrastructure is no longer only an internal analytics layer. It increasingly powers customer-facing features, AI systems, enterprise controls, and high-volume product workflows. The team needs a leader who can see across these systems, build the technical leadership and operating culture required for that responsibility, and find the problems that matter before they become roadmap blockers. Success means Data Foundations has a strong, growing team with clear direction and dependable execution—and teams across Notion can build ambitious data-powered products faster without compromising customer trust.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $281,000 - $334,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
Make Replit the single place where businesses can buy everything they need through their agents. As a Staff Software Engineer on Replit’s Money team, you’ll set technical direction and build the commerce platform that lets users discover, evaluate, purchase, and manage the products and services they need to build and run their businesses—without leaving Replit.
Replit already enables businesses to accept payments through integrations such as Stripe. This role builds on that foundation to expand what businesses can buy and accomplish through Replit Agent. You’ll design commerce experiences that combine the simplicity consumers expect with the controls enterprises need, making agent-assisted purchasing useful, trustworthy, and reliable.
You’ll own architecture and lead cross-team delivery across merchant and service-provider integrations, agent tools, purchasing workflows, and the lifecycle after a transaction. The challenge goes beyond executing a payment: agents need to understand what a user wants, present clear choices and costs, act within delegated authority, and verify that the purchase delivered the intended outcome. You’ll stay hands-on with design and code while aligning partners, mentoring engineers, and turning an ambitious product vision into incremental customer value.
Set the architecture and technical roadmap for agentic commerce, making Replit a single place to discover, buy, and manage the products and services businesses need.
YOU WILL:
- Lead end-to-end purchasing experiences through Replit Agent: translate user intent into relevant options, communicate prices and terms, obtain appropriate authorization, execute purchases, and confirm fulfillment or provisioning.
- Build extensible integrations with merchants, software vendors, and service providers so the platform can expand its commerce offering without rebuilding each workflow from scratch.
- Build on existing Stripe and payments capabilities, extending payment integrations where needed to support new purchasing experiences rather than treating basic payment acceptance as a greenfield problem.
- Design agent-facing APIs and tools with clear contracts, secure credentials, scoped permissions, spending limits, and appropriate confirmation for consequential actions.
- Partner with product and security to support enterprise purchasing requirements such as role-based access, approval workflows, purchasing policies, and auditable transaction histories, while keeping simpler purchases easy.
- Own the purchase lifecycle beyond checkout: provisioning and access, order and subscription state, receipts, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and reconciliation across providers.
- Make agent-driven transactions reliable with idempotency, verified events, durable state, safe retries, and recovery from partial failures; evaluate whether workflows complete the authorized task without duplicate purchases or unintended spend.
- Lead ambiguous initiatives across teams, define incremental milestones, stay hands-on with implementation, and raise the engineering bar through mentoring, design reviews, and production ownership.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A track record of Staff-level technical leadership on complex customer-facing products or platforms, taking ambiguous initiatives from architecture through launch and production operation across multiple teams.
- Strong hands-on engineering and system design skills, including API design, data modeling, distributed workflows, and thoughtful evolution of existing systems.
- Experience building extensible third-party integrations and handling asynchronous events, duplicate requests, partial failures, and changing provider capabilities.
- Strong product judgment: you can turn complex, multi-step workflows into simple user experiences and balance rapid delivery with correctness and long-term flexibility.
- A security-conscious approach to authentication, authorization, credentials, sensitive data, and actions performed on a user’s or organization’s behalf.
- Demonstrated ability to align engineering and cross-functional partners on technical direction, document decisions clearly, and drive execution without relying on reporting authority.
- Experience mentoring engineers and improving the quality of architecture, implementation, and operations beyond your own projects.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools while taking responsibility for the correctness, security, and maintainability of the code you ship.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building commerce platforms, marketplaces, purchasing or procurement systems, or products that connect buyers with multiple vendors.
- Experience with agent tool calling, multi-step agent workflows, or evaluations for reliable execution of actions against external systems.
- Familiarity with payment and purchase lifecycles, including authorization, checkout, subscriptions, fulfillment or provisioning, refunds, and reconciliation.
- Experience building enterprise capabilities such as approval workflows, role-based access, purchasing policies, budget controls, or audit trails.
- Experience with Stripe or other payment providers, developer platforms, or partner integration ecosystems.
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience with emerging agentic-commerce protocols, MCP, or delegated authorization for agent-initiated transactions.
- Experience integrating software and service catalogs, pricing and availability, entitlements, or automated provisioning.
- Familiarity with recurring and usage-based costs, renewal management, international purchasing, or multi-provider transaction workflows.
- These are additional strengths, not a checklist; prior experience spanning every commerce domain or payment provider is not expected.
WHAT WE VALUE:
- Customer outcomes: success means a business can get what it needs through its agent, with clear costs and a verified result—not merely a completed API call.
- User control and trust: agents act within explicit authority, surface consequential choices, and make purchases and ongoing commitments understandable.
- Consumer simplicity and enterprise readiness: straightforward experiences should coexist with the controls organizations need.
- End-to-end ownership: we own the experience from intent through purchase, fulfillment, and ongoing management.
- Pragmatic technical leadership: we build on what exists, deliver incremental value, and invest in correctness and extensibility where they matter.
- Clear collaboration: we document decisions, surface risks early, and help other teams and partners succeed.

Are you an engineering leader who views developer infrastructure not as a collection of scripts, but as a core product that enables engineering craft at scale? Do you want to help shape long-term platform strategy and remove friction for hundreds of developers? Then you may be the person we're looking for to lead the Kotlin Infrastructure team at JetBrains.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
The Kotlin Infrastructure team enables development across the Kotlin repository by building and evolving the engineering infrastructure behind Kotlin development. The team is responsible for developer experience, build infrastructure, CI/CD, release infrastructure, internal tooling, and engineering processes that help Kotlin teams create, test, and deliver software efficiently.
We're looking for a Team Lead who will help the team scale its impact across the Kotlin organization and the broader JetBrains engineering ecosystem. You'll work alongside an experienced Technical Lead and a team of highly skilled engineers. While the Technical Lead drives architecture and technical implementation, you'll shape infrastructure strategy, drive execution across multiple initiatives, and help Kotlin infrastructure evolve as an engineering platform.
Day to day, you will:
Engineering leadership
Define and drive the long-term evolution of Kotlin infrastructure together with the Technical Lead.
Own planning and prioritization across infrastructure initiatives, balancing immediate needs with long-term investments.
Drive initiatives that improve development productivity and the developer experience across the Kotlin engineering ecosystem.
Support engineers through coaching, feedback, and hiring.
Participate in cross-team collaboration to evolve the Kotlin infrastructure and engineering platforms.
Infrastructure platform
Guide the evolution of infrastructure supporting Kotlin development, including:
Developer experience across local development, code review, CI, and merge workflows.
Kotlin build architecture and build performance.
CI/CD systems, release infrastructure, artifact publication, and engineering workflows.
Internal tooling, engineering automation, and development infrastructure management.
Secure engineering infrastructure, including dependency management, reproducible builds, secrets, access management, build agents, and development environments.
What you’ll bring
An engineering mindset that values systemic efficiency and developer empathy over rigid processes.
The autonomy to make decisions close to the problem and accountability for the team’s choices.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate architectural debates and align diverse engineering stakeholders.
A commitment to quality and refusal to cut corners on platform stability for short-term fixes.
The resilience to guide teams through open-ended, complex scaling challenges.
What you’ll need
Experience leading engineering teams or large technical initiatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders.

About the product
Total Battle is an MMO 4X strategy game with deep political systems and intense player-to-player interaction. Players build cities, forge alliances, fight monsters, and compete for dominance. The game runs on mobile and web, with millions of active players, which means every technical decision we make is felt at scale.
Why this role exists
Our framework team carries a wide mandate: we own the foundation that every game feature is built on — from the rendering and UI layer to the asset pipeline, build system, debug tooling, and developer documentation. That foundation has real problems today.
🎯Our mission: create a reliable foundation for product development — simple, fast, and high-quality — so that game features can be built without friction.
Right now we have two codebases (C++ mobile, C# Unity), slow developer iteration cycles, UI that only engineers can touch, and technical constraints that limit what we can ship. This hire is part of the team that will fundamentally solve these problems — and make sure they never come back.
What you'll work on
Your area of ownership spans the full client platform stack:
- Framework core and LibRocket integration
- Game engine layer and cross-platform support
- Tooling for artists, animators, and UI/UX specialists
- Build pipeline, CI, and test infrastructure
- App initialization and startup performance
- Debug tooling and observability
- Developer regulations and documentation
Near-term tasks in the backlog include: building an extensible asset loader, reducing nullptr risk, improving code testability, lowering the cost of adding debug functionality, and moving to a unified build pipeline. Alongside this, the team is validating an experiment that may lead to building a new client from scratch — a significant greenfield opportunity.
The north star
We're working toward a single codebase across all platforms, where business logic is engine-agnostic and platform-specific code lives only at the framework level. Features will be isolated modules with explicit interfaces and dependencies. Artists and animators will be able to see their work in the game without a developer in the loop. The game will react to player actions instantly — no spinners, no rollbacks. And no waiting on store review to ship fixes.
That's where we're going. Your job is to help get us there.
Who you are
We're looking for an engineer who goes deeper than the task description. When given a problem, you dig for the root cause before proposing a solution. You think in products: MVP first, iterate, measure against real metrics. You design APIs that don't become roadblocks six months later.
- Self-directed: you work from a problem statement, not a step-by-step spec
- Product-minded: you decompose work into deliverable slices and validate assumptions early
- Strong system designer: your APIs are clean, flexible, and future-proof
- Proactive: you identify problems others have accepted and propose solutions
- Communicates clearly in Russian: your day-to-day communication with your direct team
- Communicates clearly in technical English: written RFCs, code review, cross-team discussion
We're not looking for someone who wants a clearly scoped ticket to execute, or someone whose primary motivation is building gameplay features. This team builds the platform that makes gameplay possible.
Requirements
- 3+ years of C++ (17+) or similar experience in a client application at a product company
- Strong grasp of design principles and patterns (and knowing when not to use them)
- Experience with task decomposition and iterative delivery
- Proficiency in technical English (reading docs, writing RFCs, async collaboration)
Nice to have
- Active use of LLMs in your work to significantly boost your productivity
- Experience with game engines or framework-level development
- Commercial experience with Cocos2d-x
- Experience with Unity (C#)
- Familiarity with cross-platform build systems (CMake, CI pipelines)
How we work
You'll receive a problem, not a ticket. You're expected to explore the context, identify the root cause, propose and align on a solution, ship it, and then verify it worked based on feedback and metrics. Delivery is incremental: proof of concept to validate a hypothesis, then a full solution. Predictability matters as much as output.
After 12 months, a great hire here is fully autonomous — picking up problems that span both technical and product dimensions, delivering in predictable increments, and raising the capability of the people around them.

- Work with field marketing on in-person activities: executive dinners, regional events, on-site meetings that move deals forward and deepen relationships
- Build relationships with technical buyers (engineering leads, AI/ML teams, platform teams, CPOs, CTOs) as well as economic buyers (VPs, C-suite)
- Spot market opportunities early and move on them immediately.

The Deputy Head of Transaction Monitoring is a senior 2LOD leadership role responsible for the execution, oversight, and continuous transaction monitoring framework across all regulated entities. The role sits within the Group Financial Crime & Compliance function and reports directly to the Head of Transaction Monitoring (TM).
The TM team is being built from the ground up and the Deputy Head is a foundational hire. The successful candidate will play a direct role in shaping how the function operates, establishing its culture, and setting the standard for how TM is executed across the Group. The decisions made and ways of working established in the early months of this team will define its trajectory.
The TM function is mid-build across detection capability, operating model, and platform infrastructure. The Deputy Head will drive delivery across a complex, multi-jurisdictional operating model — translating regulatory expectations into working controls, challenging first-line frameworks with credibility and precision, and providing structured, evidence-based oversight of TM risk across the Group.
All accountabilities are exercised on the direction of the Head of TM, or independently where the Head of TM is unavailable and the matter cannot be deferred without breaching a regulatory or operational obligation. The Head of TM retains ownership of the framework, regulatory relationships, and strategic decision-making. In the absence of the Head of TM, the Deputy will provide full operational continuity, maintaining oversight, escalation, and regulatory responsiveness across the Group
Responsibilities
TM Framework & Policy
Shape and evolve the Group TM framework with the Head of TM — policies, procedures, rule design methodology, threshold calibration, and the quality assurance regime.
Review and challenge Scenario Engineering outputs, rule specifications, threshold proposals, and back-testing results ahead of Head of TM sign-off.
Own the quality bar for QA and Governance outputs, ensuring they meet the standard expected by senior management and regulators.
Shape rule change proposals and threshold recalibrations through the change management process.
Drive TM minimum standards across entities, partnering with local Heads of Compliance to close gaps.
Delegated Authority & Decision-Making
Hold formal delegated authority from the Head of TM, stepping into the primary TM decision-maker role whenever they're unavailable and a decision can't wait. In this capacity, you will:
Approve withdrawal holds, account restrictions, and alert escalations.
Review L3 SAR referral packs for completeness and evidential sufficiency before they go to the entity MLRO.
Approve interim rule threshold changes that can't be deferred, recording the rationale for the Head of TM to confirm on their return.
Deputise fully for the Head of TM during leave or absence, holding full decision-making authority within the governance framework for that period.

About the Role
Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.
What you'll do
Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.
Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.
Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.
Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.
Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.
Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.
Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.
Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working.
Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.
Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.
Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.
Nice to Have
Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).
Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.
You'll Thrive Here If
You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem.
Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow.
Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away.
Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.
Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.
Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups.
Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.
Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
FSA and HSA Spending Account.
20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
401(k) plan with company match.
100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.

Position Summary:
The Software Deployment Engineer I/II is an individual contributor responsible for end-to-end delivery, configuration, installation, and support of Kommand warehouse execution/control systems and related material handling hardware such as pick-to-light, overhead illuminators, AutoStore, and T-sort integrations. The role includes project-level system configuration, commissioning, installation, upgrades, and live troubleshooting independently across on-site and remote/office phases. This role consolidates hardware installation and commissioning functions previously done by a dedicated Systems Integration & Commissioning team.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Delivery:
— Lead software commissioning of Kommand and peripheral hardware systems at customer sites as primary technical owner.
— Full-scope installation of pick-to-light and overhead illuminator systems including wiring, physical installation, configuration, and functional testing.
— Conduct Installation Qualification (IQ) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with formal documentation and customer sign-off.
— Sole owner of Kommand and system-level troubleshooting for live production issues during on-site engagements.
Remote / Office Delivery:
— Independently deliver new Kommand installations including application pre-configuration, database scripting, and pre-deployment testing.
— Deliver Kommand version upgrades including SSDT schema comparisons, version control, local pre-install testing, and customer coordination.
— Perform production upgrade execution after business hours to minimize downtime.
— Work on DEV, QA, and Sandbox environments during business hours.
— Validate, diagnose, and remediate defects, escalating rarely.
— Participate in on-call rotation covering Kommand, AutoStore, and T-sort system escalations.
— Provide post-go-live support including system migrations, integration testing with ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP/WMS), and multi-site rollout support.
Project Configuration & Deployment:
— Gather Kommand configurations and system parameters for projects.
— Translate Business Requirements Document and customer conversations into system settings, network spreadsheets, and parameters.
— Educate clients on host interface use.
— Configure Kommand sandbox and production environments for customer testing and go-live.
— Assist with training on new features.
Scope & Independence:
— Sole owner of critical workstreams including new installations, upgrades, and live troubleshooting.
— Requires judgment and technical depth to manage customer-facing delivery, testing, and sign-off without dedicated support.
Requirements:
— Experience commissioning warehouse execution/control software and hardware peripherals.
— Working knowledge of SQL Server environments including SSDT schema comparison and version control.
— Experience with formal software testing methodologies (IQ/UAT) including documentation and customer sign-off.
— Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve live production issues under time pressure.

— Ability to translate business requirements into structured system configuration.
— Strong customer-facing communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
— Experience with AutoStore and/or T-sort systems.
— Experience with ERP/WMS integration testing (e.g., SAP).
— Background in material handling, warehouse automation, or industrial controls.

About Delinea:
Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization, empowering organizations to seamlessly govern their interactions across the modern enterprise. Leveraging AI-powered intelligence, Delinea’s leading cloud-native Identity Security Platform applies context throughout the entire identity lifecycle – across cloud and traditional infrastructure, data, SaaS applications, and AI. It is the only platform that enables you to discover all identities – including workforce, IT administrator, developers, and machines – assign appropriate access levels, detect irregularities, and respond to threats in real-time. With deployment in weeks, not months, 90% fewer resources to manage than the nearest competitor, and a 99.995% uptime, Delinea delivers robust security and operational efficiency without compromise.
What You Will Own:
— Price and packaging architecture across the portfolio: tiering, licensing metrics, add-on structure, bundling.
— Proposal quality into the monthly Price Committee: analysis, financial model, recommendation, and action register through to closure.
— Discount governance, including band policy and guardrails.
— Monetization for new categories: NHI governance, AI agent identity, StrongDM, consumption-based licensing.
— Commercial readiness at launch, ensuring packaging and pricing ship with the product.
— The single source of truth for pricing, packaging and quoting guidance, partnering with Product Marketing on seller enablement.
— Price realization, attach rate and competitive position, informed by competitor pricing, market benchmarks and win/loss data.
What We Are Looking For:
— 12+ years across pricing strategy, monetization, product management or product marketing, including 5+ years owning pricing as a named function.
— Experience building a monetization function where none existed: cadence, governance, documentation, analytical bench.
— Experience preparing and defending recommendations to a formal pricing committee or equivalent decision body.
— Demonstrated design of tiered packaging for enterprise software, strong financial modeling (pricing impact, ARR and expansion, discount optimization).
— Credibility with executive peers, holding a position on pricing under pressure without direct authority over sales or finance.
Strongly preferred:
— Cybersecurity or identity security (PAM, IAM, SIEM, endpoint); exposure to NHI, machine identity or secrets management.
— Consumption-, usage-, or outcome-based pricing models alongside seat-based subscription.
— Working knowledge of CPQ (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus); pricing through M&A integration or a major commercial model transition. MBA a plus.
Why Now:
Pricing at Delinea has been carried by people doing it well alongside a full portfolio, and the surface area keeps growing. The opportunity is to make monetization a professional discipline, with a decision forum that already works. This role is built for owning monetization end-to-end rather than managing an approval queue.
Why work at Delinea?
— Meaningful work, a culture of innovation and great career progression.
— Core values: Spirited, Trust, Respect, Ownership, Nimble, Global.
— Competitive salaries, meaningful bonus program, excellent benefits including healthcare insurance, pension/retirement matching, life insurance, employee assistance program, time off plans, and paid company holidays.
Delinea is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer prohibiting discrimination and harassment of any type.
Candidates are required to complete comprehensive criminal background check, verification of education, and employment, and social media sites may be reviewed upon conditional offer of employment.
