About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Scientists use Claude across the life sciences, from drug discovery and research biology to clinical development and manufacturing. To support that work, Anthropic introduced the Life Sciences Verification Program (LSVP), which gives verified life science professionals access to Claude with a refined set of safeguards that is more permissive for biology-related work. The program is in beta. We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the program of work that expands that access and helps scale it with safety in mind.
Each expansion depends on many teams at once and no single team owns the path end to end. You'll become the single owner of that program, the person who knows what each expansion requires, where every workstream stands, what it is waiting on, and who needs to decide. This is a cross-org execution role, not a research role, and it does not require a life sciences background. LSVP is the starting point, and the scope will grow alongside Anthropic's broader work in the life sciences. Over time, more of the life sciences community can get verified access, and each new expansion takes less bespoke effort than the last.
Responsibilities
Own the program for expanding access to Anthropic's life sciences verification programs: scoping, sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across safeguards, platform, and product engineering teams
Scope and drive the cross-org engineering work that each expansion requires, from new plan and account types to new platforms
Partner with the product manager to turn program goals into a sequenced plan with clear owners and dates
Drive clarity on data access, retention, and review requirements, and on the changes they require across safeguards, access, and provisioning
Drive user experience scoping across the Claude product surfaces where the program is available
Find and remove the technical blockers that keep eligible organizations from accessing life sciences capabilities
Establish the operating rhythm: a single view of workstreams, owners, dependencies, risks, and status, with planning, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs
Convert recurring efforts into documented, repeatable processes so that each new expansion requires less bespoke coordination
You may be a good fit if you
Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs
Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously, including safeguards, platform, and product partners
Can engage meaningfully with the engineers doing the work, from platform and access systems to product surfaces
Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams
Thrive in unstructured environments with a knack for bringing order to chaos and creating clarity in ambiguous situations
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Have worked on cloud or platform programs (preferred but not required)
Do not need a life sciences background. This is not a research role, and no life sciences experience is required
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission and interested in the challenges of bringing AI capabilities to the life sciences community safely and reliably

Location and Working Hours
This role is based in the APJ region and requires substantial daily overlap with APJ business hours. The Territory Operations team works asynchronously across regions, so comfort with written handoffs and documentation is more important than real-time availability outside your local hours.
About the Role
This is an early-career role designed for someone with foundational operations, analytics, or CRM experience who wants to build depth in sales systems and territory management. You will learn our territory carving and account routing processes from the ground up, with structured onboarding, a defined ramp plan, and close support from the broader Territory Operations team. Prior territory operations experience is not required — curiosity, care with data, and clear communication matter more.
Responsibilities
Support cross-functional annual planning activities related to territory carving and deployment in Salesforce for the APJ region, with guidance from senior team members
Help maintain and document territory operations processes, including runbooks and onboarding materials for APJ stakeholders
Respond to account routing questions from the APJ field, escalating complex or ambiguous cases to senior analysts
Support recurring territory reporting and ad hoc analysis requests for APJ sales leadership
Partner with APJ Field Sales, Sales Operations, and Revenue Strategy to understand regional coverage needs and surface opportunities to improve territory processes and tools
Assist the Sales Systems team on automation improvements enabled by territory management (such as automated opportunity assignment)
Support data hygiene and enrichment for APJ accounts using tools such as RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, and Openprise, including validating account data across multiple APJ countries and markets
Document questions, edge cases, and process gaps encountered in day-to-day work so they can be addressed systematically
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in an operations, analytics, business support, or CRM-adjacent role — sales operations experience is welcome but not required
Based in the APJ region, or able to maintain consistent overlap with APJ business hours
Working familiarity with Salesforce (navigating records, reports, and list views); exposure to Salesforce Sales Territories, Salesforce Maps, or similar tools is a plus
Comfortable working in spreadsheets — sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables; advanced modeling is not expected
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to working with data
Clear and concise written communication, particularly in asynchronous settings across time zones
Collaborative and comfortable asking questions; you will be supported, not left to figure things out alone
Interest in learning sales operations systems and processes in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple APJ countries or working with multilingual account data
Exposure to data enrichment or data quality tools (RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, Openprise, or similar)
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other reporting tools
Salesforce Administrator certification or coursework in progress

Description
As a key member of our growing research team, the Market Intelligence Expert serves as the company's eyes and ears across the global iGaming landscape. This role is responsible for tracking industry movements, competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, and market-level signals that inform Digitain's strategic direction across Sales and Product functions.
The Market Intelligence Expert occupies a critical position at the intersection of research and strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring and synthesizing information across competitors, emerging markets, regulatory bodies, and industry events — transforming raw intelligence into actionable insights that power Digitain's commercial and product teams.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze emerging trends in the iGaming industry — including regulatory changes, technological advancements, market shifts, and upcoming innovations
Track major players in the iGaming ecosystem by reviewing quarterly and annual reports, financial performance, revenue growth, and strategic announcements
Evaluate sales and market growth by region, assessing key growth indicators, player acquisition trends, and penetration in both regulated and emerging markets
Research product developments across the iGaming industry, including new tools, features, and integrations, and their potential market impact
Assess operational network expansion — tracking growth in B2C operator networks and B2B partnerships, including platform adoption rates
Monitor industry activity across public sources, including websites, conferences, press releases, and social media
Identify early signals of market expansion across the industry
Conduct competitive analyses of key iGaming players, including performance benchmarking and threat/opportunity identification
Prepare and deliver high-quality research outputs: detailed reports, trend summaries, competitive landscapes, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Source and validate data from industry reports, financial filings, news platforms, conferences, and proprietary tools
Collaborate with team members to translate research findings into strategic recommendations and contribute to BRD/PRD preparation
Proactively anticipate industry shifts (e.g., new regulations in Latin America, Asia, Africa) and alert relevant teams to emerging risks or opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, business analysis, or strategic research, with a strong preference for candidates from iGaming, fintech and e-commerce
Proven track record of owning market intelligence or competitive analysis functions and reporting insights as market conditions change
Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the global iGaming ecosystem: sportsbook and casino platforms, B2B/B2C business models, payment solutions, and regulatory frameworks across key regions is preferable
Experience analyzing financial/annual reports, investor disclosures, industry publications and market data to assess and validate competitor performance and strategic direction. Strong strategic and critical thinking skills — able to identify and connect non obvious signals (regulatory shifts, hiring trends, product launches, social/media activity) into them into early-warning insights
Ability to turn complex research into clear, decision-ready reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
Experience with competitive intelligence platforms (e.g., Similarweb, H2gc, LinkedIn Talent Insights) is a strong plus
Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the market intelligence function, setting priorities with minimal oversight
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to balance competing requests from Sales and Product teams and prioritize based on strategic impact
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent research streams under tight timelines in a fast-moving, competitive industry
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (Russian, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
