Location: Remote; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. *Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers. ABOUT THE ROLE Preferable to have someone near an office in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate. Runway Creative is an all-in-one platform giving creators and businesses endless ways to generate and edit video, images, and audio. Our user base spans across professional creatives, as well as business owners and enterprise marketing and merchandising teams that come to Runway to generate videos, ads and other content to promote their products and services. We're hiring for a Senior Product Manager to build agent products. You’ll own new product development end-to-end, from customer and technical discovery, to product shaping and viability, to quality and feedback loops that make these products better. You’ll work at the frontier of agentic product development, shaping how Runway Agents help our customers grow their businesses. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Represent the customer: develop deep understanding of creative and marketing workflows through frequent customer engagement; synthesize findings on agent performance and behavior, and lead a team with clarity and conviction. - Lead Agent Development: run user interviews, competitive research, eval analysis, and prompt experimentation. Shape your findings into new product offerings that solve customer problems in new and novel ways. - Own agent quality: create eval infrastructure, monitor regressions, and ensure that agents improves with every release. - Shape the scope: scope ruthlessly to deliver exceptional user value on a fast paced release. - Ship, hands-on. ship your own PRs to improve the product experience. You'll be in the details daily and shipping regularly. - Create compelling launch moments: enable sales, support, and marketing with the context they need to communicate new agent capabilities effectively WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 8+ years in the software industry, with direct ownership of an AI or LLM powered product in a product management or engineering leadership role. A track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features. - You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate towards shipping today, not writing docs for tomorrow. - Hands-on experience building and shipping agent-products - you understand tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and how and why agents fail. You have deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks. - Excellent written and verbal communication. You can make a sharp, written argument and tell a compelling launch story. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges and articulate your plans to solve them. Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates. Location: Oakland, California, United States, AMER From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven. About Us Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites. About the Role Fivetran + dbt Labs is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Senior Staff Systems Engineer, Data and Integrations to join our Systems Engineering team and set the technical direction for the data that runs Fivetran's business. In this role, you will own the data architecture behind our marketing, sales, billing, and product operations: the canonical data models, the contracts between systems, and the pipelines and transformations that move data reliably between them. You will lead our largest and most consequential data initiatives, such as system migrations, org consolidations, and re-platforming of core integrations, from design through validation and cutover. This position sits at the crossroads of data engineering, data modeling, and business process. You will partner closely with our Systems, Analytics, and Engineering teams, as well as Marketing, Revenue Operations, Accounting, Product Operations, and other business partner teams, and you will mentor the engineers who build within the standards you set. This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland, California office. Technologies You’ll Use Our core systems are Salesforce, Netsuite, Coupa, Workday, and Zendesk, with BigQuery as our data warehouse. Our current integration stack includes Celigo and Fivetran itself. You should be an expert in SQL and strong in a general purpose programming language such as Python or TypeScript, and comfortable evaluating and adopting new tools when necessary. A data engineering background is required, with expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, data quality testing, and data validation at scale. Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework, and with API-based and event-driven integration patterns, is preferred. Help us bring established data engineering practices to internal business systems, and define what those practices should be here. What You’ll Do Data Architecture and Standards Own the canonical data models for Fivetran's marketing, sales, billing, and product operations integrations, and define how business concepts map to data across our core systems. Define team-wide standards for data modeling, data quality, testing, governance, and documentation, and drive their adoption across Systems Engineering and partner teams. Contribute to the design of integration architecture, establishing guidance for when to use batch, real-time, and event-driven data movement. Delivery of Complex Initiatives Lead the design and execution of our most complex data initiatives, including bulk migrations, system consolidations, and re-implementation of core integrations, from target-state design through validation, cutover, and stabilization. Build, review, and ship the SQL and Python transformations and pipelines behind these initiatives, setting the bar for code quality on the team. Design the validation and reconciliation approach for migrations and pipeline changes, and sign off with stakeholders that record counts, values, and business rules reconcile. Reliability and Observability Design the monitoring, alerting, and data quality framework that gives end-to-end visibility into data freshness and accuracy across systems, and define the KPIs used to measure integration and data health. Lead root cause analysis on the most complex cross-system data issues, and drive the systemic fixes that prevent recurrence. Business Partnership Technical Leadership Translate ambiguous requirements from cross-functional business partners into data models and technical designs, and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities. Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for business data within the Systems Engineering team. Mentor other engineers and review their designs and code, raising the team's proficiency in data modeling, testing, and pipeline design. Write and maintain design documents and data flow documentation for current and target state, so decisions are legible to the team and to partners. Skills We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a similar role, with a deep focus on modeling and transforming business data and a track record of technical leadership on complex, multi-team initiatives. Expert SQL proficiency, including complex transformations, performance tuning, and large-scale data reconciliation. Strong proficiency in a general purpose programming language such as Python or TypeScript, with experience building production-grade, tested data pipelines. Hands-on experience with business systems data models such as those for Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, or Zendesk, including a data migration, org merge, or major re-implementation. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering large-scale ETL/ELT solutions and the data quality, validation, and governance frameworks around them. Ability to evaluate trade-offs between short-term delivery and long-term data architecture health, and to communicate those decisions clearly. Ability to lead through influence, driving alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority. Bonus Skills Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework. Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Workato, or Boomi, and with reverse ETL tools, including experience choosing between them. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD for data pipelines. Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities to augment data quality, matching, and automation. By stepping into this role, you will define how Fivetran's + dbt Labs business data is modeled, governed, and moved, and lead the initiatives that make it scale. #LI-HYBRID #LI-VA1 The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role. Location: Remote (United States | Canada) Workplace: Remote 1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing. About 1Password At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. Our Infrastructure Services organization is responsible for the underlying infrastructure that powers the 1Password application. It includes Compute Services, Network and Edge Services, and Stateful Services. As a Senior Staff Cloud Platform Engineer, you set the multi-year technical strategy for Infrastructure Services. You decide where the organization invests, define the architecture and standards that every infrastructure team and internal tenant builds on, and make sure our compute, network and edge, and stateful platforms evolve as one coherent system rather than three separate ones. You partner with engineering and product leadership, security, and finance to balance reliability, security, cost, and delivery speed, and you are the senior technical voice for infrastructure across the company. This is a hands-on role. You write design docs, prototype, review the hardest designs, and step into the most serious incidents. But your main impact comes from making many teams more effective and from the decisions that hold up for years. How we’re using AI today Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for: - You have set technical direction across multiple teams. You have owned an infrastructure strategy or architecture spanning several teams or an entire organization, and you can point to the multi-year outcomes: what others adopted, what shipped, and what measurably improved. - You have operated Kubernetes at production scale. This includes multi-cluster, multi-tenant, customer-traffic-bearing environments (EKS or similar managed platforms preferred). You know it deeply, from autoscaling and admission control to GitOps, workload identity, and fleet-wide cluster upgrades. - You combine depth with breadth. Beyond Kubernetes, you have working fluency in networking and edge and in stateful data systems, and you understand how a decision in one layer affects the rest. - You have made reliability a standard, not a project. You defined SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and you got multiple teams to adopt them. You have improved incident response, post-incident learning, and disaster recovery across an organization, not just on your own team. - You have cut cloud costs through engineering. You can show measurable, real-dollar impact from work such as capacity automation, right-sizing, architecture changes, or commitment strategy, and you have worked with finance on forecasting and tradeoffs. - You build security in by design. You have driven practices such as workload identity, least-privilege IAM and RBAC, credential rotation, and strong isolation in multi-tenant environments, and you have partnered with security teams on risk decisions and compliance requirements. - You still build. You are proficient in Go (or a similar language) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and you have a track record of automating complex, high-toil operational workflows at fleet scale. - You influence without relying on authority. You write clear strategy and design documents, present to senior leaders, resolve technical disagreements between teams, and build alignment on difficult tradeoffs. - You grow other engineers. You have mentored Senior and Staff engineers, raised the bar on design review, and helped shape how your organization hires and evaluates technical talent. Bonus points for: - Hands-on experience with service mesh and service-to-service networking, such as Linkerd or Amazon VPC Lattice. - Experience operating scalable database technology, such as MySQL, Postgres, or DynamoDB. - Designing developer platform abstractions for internal teams, such as paved-road service toolkits and production readiness frameworks, that measurably improved usability and productivity. - Helping build AI-assisted operations tools, such as auto-remediation or AI-assisted diagnosis, rather than only using them. - Operating highly available, multi-region services in a large SaaS environment, including capacity planning and performance optimization at scale. - Experience in a security, identity, or other high-trust product environment. What you can expect: - Set the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for Infrastructure Services, working with directors and senior engineering leadership to shape roadmap and investment decisions, including build versus buy. - Define the patterns, standards, and guardrails across compute, network and edge, and stateful services that internal teams depend on for years. - Represent Infrastructure Services in cross-organization reviews with product engineering, security, and finance, and serve as the senior technical voice for the platform. - Serve as an escalation point for major incidents, and drive organization-wide improvements to incident management, reliability targets, and disaster recovery. - Lead cost, capacity, and efficiency strategy for our cloud footprint, with measurable goals. - Drive adoption of automation and AI-assisted operations to reduce toil across the organization. - Mentor Staff and Senior engineers, raise the bar on design review and engineering practice, and help us hire and develop the next generation of infrastructure leaders. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $230,000 USD and $334,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. How we work with AI We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. Our approach to remote work We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events. What we offer We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. These roles will specify on the posting. You belong here. 1Password is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace that is built on trust, support and respect. We welcome all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, sex, citizenship, education, languages spoken or veteran status. Be yourself, find your people and share the things you love. Accommodation is available upon request at any point during our recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please speak to your talent acquisition partner or email us at nextbit@agilebits.com and we’ll work to meet your needs. Remote work is a part of our DNA. Given that our company was founded remotely in 2005, we can safely say we're experts at building remote culture. That said, remote work at 1Password does mean working from your home country. If you've got questions or concerns about this, your talent partner would be happy to address them with you. Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check that may consist of prior employment verification, reference checks, education confirmation, criminal background, publicly available social media, credit history, or other information, as permitted by local law. 1Password uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, including natural language processing and predictive analytics, to assist in the initial screening of employment applications and improve our recruitment process. Location: San Francisco Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US: AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. THE ROLE: Modal’s Inference Runtime team owns the container runtime stack used to run inference and training workloads across our fleet. We work at the boundary of Linux, containers, filesystems, storage, GPU drivers, and distributed systems. Our goal is to make demanding ML workloads start quickly, run efficiently, and remain securely isolated, whether they use a single GPU, hundreds of gigabytes of memory, or multiple GPUs connected with RDMA. We’re looking for a systems engineer who enjoys working deep in the stack. You’ll build production runtime infrastructure in Rust and Go, diagnose difficult Linux and performance problems, and help determine the architecture of Modal’s container platform. You’ll also work closely with maintainers of gVisor and contribute to the runtime itself when the right fix belongs upstream. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON: - Make container startup, checkpoint, and restore dramatically faster for large inference and training workloads - Build multi-GPU and accelerator-aware snapshotting, including efficient handling of GPU memory and RDMA-enabled workloads - Design zero-copy and low-copy data paths between container memory, filesystems, storage, and Modal’s runtime - Optimize large snapshot pipelines using techniques such as parallel uploads, direct I/O, incremental snapshots, and more efficient memory handling - Improve container image and filesystem performance across EROFS, FUSE, page caches, overlay filesystems, and remote storage - Extend our sandboxed runtime to support new GPUs, drivers, profiling tools, and device capabilities across NVIDIA and AMD hardware - Debug complex failures involving system calls, virtual memory, process lifecycle, kernel behavior, GPU drivers, and container isolation - Safely roll out runtime and kernel changes across a heterogeneous fleet using compatibility controls, scheduling constraints, feature flags, and observability - Work across the runtime, scheduler, storage, and GPU infrastructure, and take ambiguous production problems from investigation through deployment YOU MAY BE A FIT IF: - You have strong Linux systems knowledge, particularly processes, virtual memory, filesystems, system calls, scheduling, namespaces, cgroups, and signals - You’ve built or debugged container runtimes, sandboxes, the Linux kernel, or similarly low-level infrastructure - You have strong programming ability in Rust, Go, or another systems language, and an interest in becoming productive in both Rust and Go - You’ve profiled and improved systems where memory movement, I/O, synchronization, or kernel interactions dominate performance - You’re comfortable debugging across abstraction boundaries, from application behavior down through runtimes, drivers, and the kernel - You can turn loosely defined production problems into well-designed, reliable systems - You want to own important infrastructure and work closely with both internal teams and customers NICE-TO-HAVE: Any of the following would be helpful, but none is required: - gVisor, runsc, runc, OCI runtimes, seccomp, or checkpoint/restore systems - Linux kernel development, virtualization, sandboxing, kernel modules, or device proxying - CUDA, ROCm, GPU drivers, accelerator virtualization, or GPU profiling - RDMA and high-performance networking - FUSE, EROFS, direct I/O, mmap, page-cache behavior, or storage engines - Large-memory or multi-GPU inference and training systems - Contributions to open-source systems software Prior gVisor or machine-learning experience is not required. We care more about strong systems fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to learn unfamiliar parts of the stack. WHY THIS ROLE: The container runtime is directly on the critical path for inference performance. Improvements here can substantially reduce cold starts, increase token throughput, unlock new accelerator types, and make previously impractical workloads possible. This is an opportunity to work on unusually deep systems problems with immediate production impact. You’ll have room to shape the architecture, contribute to open-source runtime technology, and take ownership of foundational infrastructure used by every inference and training workload on Modal.

Location: Canada Workplace: remote About Xsolla Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game. For more information, visit xsolla.com. About the Role We're looking for a Staff Engineer to own the smart wallet and account abstraction layer of Xsolla's Web3 platform. This is an individual contributor role with outsized technical scope: you'll be the technical anchor for how millions of players get an on-chain account they never have to think about — setting direction, making hard architectural calls, and raising the bar across the org. Concretely, you'll own the account model behind Xsolla ZK, our zkSync-based L2, and the wallet that sits inside Xsolla App. Every player who signs in with Xsolla ID receives a deterministic, non-custodial smart account — derived from their identity claim, identical on every device, with private keys that never leave the client. That account is not a separate "wallet" screen: it is the player's inventory, and it backs minting, gifting, trading on our Bazaar marketplace, Merkle-based reward airdrops, gas sponsorship, and an in-app dApp browser that exposes the same signer to third-party applications through an EIP-1193 provider. You'll own the primitives underneath all of it: the ERC-4337 user operation lifecycle, EIP-7702 delegation, session keys and origin-bound Smart Sessions, paymaster and gas abstraction strategy, and the custody and recovery roadmap — including the move from raw key export to MPC custody. You will own the strategy behind account abstraction, signing, and session management at scale, and evolve our smart account and permissioning model to meet both product and compliance needs. You operate with significant autonomy, but your decisions ripple across teams — so you'll spend real time building buy-in with engineering, product, security, and legal stakeholders, not just designing in isolation. You are technically deep, calm under pressure, and comfortable being the escalation point when production wallet issues get hard — because in this domain, "hard" means a stuck user operation, a drained paymaster, or a signing prompt a player didn't understand. You write the RFCs and design docs that people actually read, and you create leverage for the broader engineering org through documentation, tooling, and mentorship — without needing a management title to do it. Responsibilities Own Smart Wallet & AA Architecture — Own the technical strategy and architecture of our smart wallet platform, covering the account model, signing, session management, and gas abstraction at scale. Design the Account & Signing Model — Design and evolve our ERC-4337 user operation lifecycle (prepare → sign → submit → confirm), EIP-7702 delegation, deterministic address derivation from identity, and the session-key and permission primitives that let players act without a prompt on every transaction. Own Gas Abstraction — Set the paymaster and gas-sponsorship strategy: what we sponsor, how we meter and cap it, how we defend it from abuse, and how it degrades when sponsorship is unavailable. Harden the dApp-Facing Surface — Own the security model where our signer meets third-party applications: EIP-1193 / EIP-6963 provider behavior, origin-bound and policy-versioned sessions, trust tiers, and the transaction and signature confirmation flow. Define what a player is actually approving, and make sure the UI can prove it. Drive Custody & Recovery — Lead the custody roadmap from today's interim mechanisms toward MPC-based custody, and design recovery paths (passkeys, guardians, social recovery) that a non-crypto-native player can complete without losing assets. Drive Cross-Team Technical Decisions — Drive decisions on account architecture, SDK contracts, data modeling, and platform reliability, and build buy-in across the wallet, marketplace, SDK, mobile, and security teams. De-Risk Proactively — Identify systemic risks — key management, signature phishing, reorgs and indexer staleness, bundler and RPC dependencies, contract upgrade paths — and lead initiatives to resolve them before they become incidents. Set Engineering Standards — Define engineering standards, review critical code, contracts, and designs, and create leverage for the team through documentation, tooling, and mentorship. Align with Stakeholders — Collaborate with product, security, legal, and infra teams to align on roadmap and translate business and regulatory needs into well-scoped technical plans. Own Production Escalations — Serve as the go-to escalation point for complex production issues in the wallet and account abstraction domain. What You Bring Account Abstraction & Smart Wallets ERC-4337 Depth — Deep, hands-on understanding of ERC-4337: EntryPoint (v0.6 through v0.8), the UserOperation lifecycle, bundler and paymaster roles, validation rules (ERC-7562), gas estimation and its failure modes, counterfactual deployment, and signature validation for undeployed accounts (ERC-6492). EIP-7702 & the Post-Pectra Landscape — Working knowledge of EOA delegation, its interaction with ERC-4337 EntryPoint v0.8, and the trade-offs and risks it introduces (residual key authority, delegation phishing, storage collisions). Smart Account Implementations — Experience building on or extending production smart account implementations (Safe, Kernel, Biconomy, Coinbase Smart Wallet, or equivalent), and familiarity with modular account standards (ERC-7579 / ERC-6900). Session Keys & Delegated Permissions — Experience designing scoped, time-limited, policy-bound authority: session keys with TTL and contract allowlists, origin binding, permission revocation, and delegated-permission standards (ERC-7710 / ERC-7715). Signature Schemes & Wallet Interfaces — Practical command of EIP-712 typed data, ERC-1271 contract signatures, WebAuthn / passkey (P-256) signers, and the wallet-facing standards: EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-5792 batched calls, ERC-7677 paymaster interfaces. Production Wallet Experience — Experience designing or operating a production smart wallet or account abstraction system serving real users and real value. Production Crypto Track Record Scale in a Major Crypto Organization — Substantial engineering experience at a large crypto product or protocol organization — for example Coinbase, Kraken, Base, Safe, the Ethereum Foundation, Consensys / MetaMask — or a comparable wallet, exchange, or account-abstraction infrastructure team where wallet correctness and custody were core to the product. Operational Judgment Under Value at Risk — You have shipped and operated systems where a bug meant lost funds, and you can talk concretely about the guardrails, reviews, and rollback paths you put in place. Smart Contracts & EVM Solidity & EVM Fluency — Ability to read, review, and write account, paymaster, and module contracts; gas-aware design; upgradeability and migration patterns; working effectively with external auditors. L2 Specifics — Understanding of L2 execution differences and how they affect wallet design: native account abstraction on zkSync-family chains, transaction and fee models, finality and reorg behavior, and RPC and indexer semantics. Backend Engineering Go Engineering — Strong Go (Golang) engineering skills: idiomatic code, concurrency patterns, performance profiling. TypeScript & SDK Design — Ability to design and own client-side SDK surfaces in TypeScript that other engineering teams — internal and external — build on top of. Distributed Systems — Experience with distributed systems and their trade-offs (consistency, availability, failure modes), and with reconciling off-chain state against an authoritative on-chain result. Data & Infrastructure PostgreSQL — Schema design, query optimization, migrations at scale. Kubernetes — Deploying, operating, and debugging services in a k8s environment. Message Streaming — Kafka or NATS — event-driven patterns, consumer groups, at-least-once delivery. Git & CI/CD — Git and modern CI/CD practices. Security Key Management — Hands-on experience with key material in production: platform secure storage (Keychain / Keystore), HSMs, MPC or threshold signing, and the operational discipline around each. Wallet Threat Modeling — Solid grasp of the wallet attack surface: signature and delegation phishing, malicious dApp origins, replay and cross-chain replay, token approval abuse, and paymaster griefing and DoS. Leadership Cross-Team Initiative Leadership — Proven ability to lead multi-quarter technical initiatives across teams. Architectural Influence — Track record of influencing architecture and standards beyond your immediate team. Written & Verbal Communication — You write RFCs and design docs that people actually read. Nice to Have Experience working in the video game industry, building or operating platforms for game developers, publishers, or players Hands-on experience with the zkSync / Elastic Chain ecosystem (ZKsync OS, Matter Labs stack, native AA and paymaster flows, custom L2 operations) Experience with embedded and ecosystem wallet providers or AA infrastructure vendors (thirdweb, Privy, Dynamic, Turnkey, Pimlico, Alchemy, Biconomy, ZeroDev, Safe{Core}) — and clear views on where to build versus buy Experience with MPC / threshold custody, social recovery, or guardian-based recovery in a consumer product Experience with NFT and token infrastructure at scale: ERC-721 / ERC-1155 / ERC-20 mechanics, marketplace contracts, Merkle-based airdrop and claim distribution, chain indexing services Contributions to open-source wallet, security, or identity projects — including authorship or review of ERC / EIP standards Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to crypto consumer products: KYC / AML, geofencing, MiCA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR data minimization, audit logging Experience with identity and auth integration for wallet derivation (OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, JWT verification, token scoping) Background in platform or infrastructure engineering — building systems other engineers build on top of Experience owning a mobile wallet surface (React Native / Expo, WebView provider injection, native signing UI) Hands-on, up-to-date experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, Cursor) for code generation, review, and accelerating day-to-day engineering work How We Work Xsolla operates across multiple time zones, and the smart wallet underpins identity, ownership, and value transfer for every Web3 product we ship. Strong written communication is essential — your architectural decisions and designs need to stand on their own and be actionable without you in the room. We value directness, technical depth, and follow-through. In this domain that means saying plainly when a design has custody, security, or reversibility implications, defending your position with evidence, and staying engaged until it's resolved. Where a decision touches player funds or key material, we expect the conservative call to be argued for explicitly rather than assumed. Benefits We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

Location: Seattle, WA Workplace: Remote ABOUT DOCKER Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout. We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default. _______________________________________________________________________ We're building AI-native development practices into how this team works at a foundational level. That means infrastructure design needs to account for a new kind of collaborator: AI agents that generate, deploy, and operate software. The Staff Infrastructure Engineer on this team will keep systems running, define what safe, observable, AI-assisted infrastructure operations look like in practice, and set the standard for how the broader engineering organization follows. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON The Billing Platform Engineering team owns the systems that make Docker's commercial model real. You'll work on problems like: - How do we design infrastructure that makes AI-generated deployments safe to ship and easy to roll back? - How do we instrument billing systems so that failures — billing miscalculations, entitlement gaps, payment errors — are detected immediately and unambiguously? - How do we build infrastructure that scales with usage-based billing workloads without manual intervention? - How do we make the developer experience on this team faster and more reliable — local environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling? RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and evolve the infrastructure supporting Billing Platform services: compute, storage, networking, CI/CD, and observability - Design and maintain IaC (Terraform) for billing system infrastructure on AWS; set module patterns and standards for the team - Build and own observability systems — metrics, logging, alerting — with a focus on billing accuracy and payment reliability - Define deployment patterns and runbooks that work well in an AI-agent-assisted development workflow: clear rollback procedures, safe promotion gates, automated validation - Partner with software engineers on service design — bringing infrastructure constraints and operational requirements into the conversation before code is written - Identify systemic risks and drive improvements that span team or organizational boundaries - Lead incident response for billing system issues. This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. - Mentor engineers across the team; your technical judgment should raise the floor for everyone QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles supporting production SaaS systems at scale - Deep AWS expertise: ECS or EKS, RDS (Postgres preferred), networking, IAM, cost management — you've operated these systems under real load and real incidents - Expert-level Terraform; you've designed reusable module patterns and set standards others follow - Experience building and owning observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, or similar) at an organizational level — not just using them - Strong familiarity with CI/CD systems — Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent — including pipeline design and developer experience ownership - Kubernetes at an operational and architectural level - A track record of identifying systemic risks and driving improvements that span team or organizational boundaries - Security-first mindset: threat modeling, blast radius analysis, least-privilege by default, audit trails as a design requirement - Strong written English; at Staff level, written communication is how you scale your influence across teams - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience WHAT SETS YOU APART You don't wait for problems to be handed to you — you find them, frame them, and drive the solution. You've operated at a scope where your decisions affected multiple teams or systems, and you know how to build consensus and move work forward without direct authority. You've thought seriously about what infrastructure needs to look like when AI agents are generating and shipping code — safe deployment patterns, strong observability, clean rollback — and you want to help define that standard here. Experience with billing, payments, or financial systems infrastructure is a meaningful plus. WHAT TO EXPECT FIRST 30 DAYS You will ship code in your first week. We run an agent-first development workflow — infrastructure changes start with a plan, specifications are written before generation, and every change is reviewed before it merges — and onboarding is no exception. You will get hands-on with the infrastructure supporting Billing Platform services early, shadow on-call, and build a clear picture of the system before you start making bigger changes. By the end of 30 days you will have shipped real work and know where the most important problems are. FIRST 90 DAYS You will have taken ownership of one or more infrastructure components and delivered an improvement from design to production with measurable impact. You will be an active participant in deployment and reliability discussions, bringing infrastructure constraints and operational requirements into the conversation early — before code is written. You will be a full participant in the on-call rotation and have begun shaping the team's technical direction. ONE YEAR OUTLOOK You will be the team's trusted authority on billing infrastructure. You will have driven meaningful improvements to observability, deployment safety, or platform reliability — and your work will be directly visible in the resilience and correctness of systems that handle real financial transactions for millions of Docker users. You will have helped define what AI-agent-assisted infrastructure operations look like done right, and that standard will be visible beyond this team. Docker considers sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs. Compensation & Equity United States: $170,350 – $275,550 + equity ______________________________________________________________________ POSTING INFORMATION - Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role. - AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process. - Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent. ______________________________________________________________________ PERKS & BENEFITS - Remote-first by design – Work from your home, with offices in Seattle and Paris for connection and collaboration. - Flexibility that fits your life – We trust you to manage your schedule while delivering great work. - Time to recharge – Generous PTO, designated quarterly Whaleness Days, and a designated end-of-year Whaleness break. - Home office support – Set up your workspace for comfort and success. - Technology stipend – Equivalent to US$100 net per month to help support your work. - Learning & development – Annual stipend for conferences, courses, certifications, and continued learning. - Parental leave – 16 weeks of paid parental leave after six months of employment. - Equity for all full-time employees – Share in Docker's long-term success as we continue to grow. - Comprehensive benefits – Medical, retirement, and paid holidays vary by country. - Docker swag – Because representing the whale never gets old. Docker is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe diverse teams build better products, make better decisions, and better serve our global community. #LI-REMOTE

Location: Novi Sad, South Bačka, Serbia, EMEA From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven. About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join Systems Engineering and own the roadmap for the capabilities and technology that power Fivetran’s global Customer Support organization. You’ll sit at the intersection of Support and Engineering, partnering with Support leaders to understand their biggest challenges, define what we should build, and work with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll work across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and automation, with Zendesk at the center of a broader ecosystem of APIs, integrations, and custom services. You’ll work with a diverse, global group of stakeholders and need to build trust quickly, flex your communication style, and confidently guide teams toward the right solution rather than simply taking requests at face value. This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly, asks great questions, and can bring structure to loosely defined problems. You’ll need strong technical instincts and the confidence to go beyond the initial request, understand the underlying problem, and recommend a simpler or more scalable approach. Technologies You’ll Use Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Slack workflows, APIs and integrations, Lucidchart, SQL, Looker, Google Workspace, AI and automation technologies, and other systems supporting Fivetran’s customer experience. What You’ll Do As a TPM for our Support systems, you'll be responsible for defining what we build, shaping how we deliver it, and driving alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Product Management Partner with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain the Customer Support systems roadmap. Intake, evaluate, and prioritize requests across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and support automation. Own requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution scoping for prioritized initiatives. Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product, process, and systems requirements, asking the right questions to uncover the broader problem behind the request. Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve agent and customer experiences, and increase Support efficiency through automation and better systems. Technical Leadership Partner with Systems Engineering to design scalable solutions across Zendesk and its broader integration ecosystem. Develop deep expertise in Support processes, Zendesk capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation, and data flows to support solution design, systems analysis, testing, and implementation. Shape technical tradeoffs that balance business value, customer experience, delivery effort, quality, scalability, and maintainability. Evaluate opportunities to use AI, automation, and evolving support technologies to improve service delivery while thoughtfully incorporating human oversight where needed. Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations through active participation in testing and validation. Stakeholder Management & Delivery Build trusted partnerships across a diverse, global stakeholder group spanning Support, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and other teams. Adapt your communication and working style across stakeholders while confidently providing recommendations and constructively challenging ideas when needed. Drive alignment on priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches. Partner with technical and business teams throughout design, testing, rollout, enablement, and adoption. Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Skills We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Technical Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Implementation Consulting, or a related technical role. Experience working with customer support, customer experience, or other complex business workflows in a SaaS or technology environment. Strong technical foundation with experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows, automation, and interconnected business systems. Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined stakeholder requests, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear problems, requirements, and scalable solutions. Strong product judgment with the ability to look beyond a requested solution, understand the underlying need, and recommend simpler or more effective approaches. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and adapt your approach across technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests and competing priorities. Strong execution skills with experience carrying initiatives through requirements, design, testing, rollout, and adoption. Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can improve customer and employee experiences. Bonus Skills Hands-on experience administering Zendesk or building applications and integrations using the Zendesk API. Experience with AI-enabled customer support, agent-assist, or workflow automation technologies. Experience with workforce management, premium support, or differentiated service models. Experience supporting Professional Services or other post-sale customer workflows. Experience integrating or consolidating customer support platforms, portals, or processes. #LI-DC1 #LI-HYBRID Perks and Benefits 100% employer-paid medical insurance * Generous paid time away from work, including paid vacation or flexible/unlimited vacation depending on role and country, plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave, paid holidays, including a year-end Global Week of Rest, and volunteer days off. About the Role We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the smart wallet and account abstraction layer of XsollaZK, Xsolla's Web3 platform on a zkSync-based L2. This is an individual contributor role with a large technical scope. You are the technical anchor for how millions of players get an on-chain account they never have to think about. The product. Every player who signs in with Xsolla ID receives a deterministic, non-custodial smart account. The account is derived from their identity claim, is identical on every device, and its private keys never leave the client. It is not a separate wallet screen: it is the player's inventory. It backs: minting and gifting; trading on our Bazaar marketplace; Merkle-based reward airdrops; gas sponsorship; an in-app dApp browser that exposes the same signer to third-party applications through an EIP-1193 provider. Responsibilities The technical strategy and architecture of the smart wallet platform: account model, signing, session management and gas abstraction at scale The smart account and permissioning model, evolved to meet both product and compliance needs The security model where our signer meets third-party applications: what a player is actually approving, and proof that the UI shows it The custody and recovery roadmap, from today's interim mechanisms (including raw key export) to MPC -based custody Cross-team technical decisions on account architecture, SDK contracts, data modeling and platform reliability, with buy-in from the wallet, marketplace, SDK, mobile and security teams Engineering standards in the Web3 domain Production escalations in the wallet and account abstraction domain WHAT YOU WILL DO Design and evolve the ERC -4337 user operation lifecycle (prepare → sign → submit → confirm), EIP -7702 delegation, deterministic address derivation from identity, and the session-key and permission primitives (including origin-bound Smart Sessions) that let players act without a prompt on every transaction Set the paymaster and gas-sponsorship strategy: what we sponsor, how we meter and cap it, how we defend it from abuse, and how it degrades when sponsorship is unavailable Define EIP -1193 / EIP -6963 provider behavior, origin-bound and policy-versioned sessions, trust tiers, and the transaction and signature confirmation flow Design recovery paths (passkeys, guardians, social recovery) that a non-crypto-native player can complete without losing assets Identify systemic risks (key management, signature phishing, reorgs and indexer staleness, bundler and RPC dependencies, contract upgrade paths) and lead initiatives that resolve them before they become incidents Write RFCs and design docs; review critical code, contracts and designs Work with product, security, legal and infra teams to align on the roadmap and turn business and regulatory needs into well-scoped technical plans Create leverage for the engineering org through documentation, tooling and mentorship Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues: a stuck user operation, a drained paymaster, a signing prompt a player didn't understand Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively REQUIRED Experience 8+ years of engineering in the Ethereum ecosystem working with crypto wallets and smart wallets Designing or operating a production smart wallet or account abstraction system serving real users and real value Shipping and operating systems where a bug meant lost funds. You can talk concretely about the guardrails, reviews and rollback paths you put in place Account abstraction and smart wallets ERC -4337 in depth: EntryPoint (v0.6 through v0.8), the UserOperation lifecycle, bundler and paymaster roles, validation rules ( ERC -7562), gas estimation and its failure modes, counterfactual deployment, signature validation for undeployed accounts ( ERC -6492) EIP -7702 and the post-Pectra landscape: EOA delegation, its interaction with EntryPoint v0.8, and the risks it introduces (residual key authority, delegation phishing, storage collisions) Building on or extending production smart account implementations; modular account standards ( ERC -7579 / ERC -6900) Session keys and delegated permissions: scoped, time-limited, policy-bound authority; TTLs and contract allowlists, origin binding, permission revocation; ERC -7710 / ERC -7715 Signature schemes and wallet interfaces: EIP -712 typed data, ERC -1271 contract signatures, WebAuthn / passkey (P-256) signers; EIP -1193, EIP -6963, EIP -5792 batched calls, ERC -7677 paymaster interfaces Smart contracts and EVM Solidity and the EVM : reading, reviewing and writing account, paymaster and module contracts; gas-aware design; upgradeability and migration patterns; working effectively with external auditors L2 specifics and their effect on wallet design: native account abstraction on zkSync-family chains, transaction and fee models, finality and reorg behavior, RPC and indexer semantics Backend Go: idiomatic code, concurrency patterns, performance profiling TypeScript and SDK design: client-side SDK surfaces that internal and external teams build on Distributed systems and their trade-offs (consistency, availability, failure modes); reconciling off-chain state against an authoritative on-chain result Data and infrastructure PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, migrations at scale Kubernetes: deploying, operating and debugging services Asynchronous messaging and event-driven design (Kafka or NATS ): consumer groups, at-least-once delivery Git, CI/CD Security Key management in production: platform secure storage (Keychain / Keystore), HSMs, MPC or threshold signing, and the operational discipline around each Wallet threat modeling: signature and delegation phishing, malicious dApp origins, replay and cross-chain replay, token approval abuse, paymaster griefing and DoS Leadership Leading multi-quarter technical initiatives across teams Influencing architecture and standards beyond your immediate team RFCs and design docs that stand on their own and are actionable without you in the room AI-assisted engineering Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository English English at C1 level Nice to Have Hands-on experience with ZK Stack and zk -rollups Hands-on experience with embedded and ecosystem wallet and AA infrastructure technologies (thirdweb, Privy, Dynamic, Turnkey, Pimlico, Alchemy, Biconomy, ZeroDev, Safe{Core}), with clear views on build versus buy MPC / threshold custody, social recovery or guardian-based recovery in a consumer product NFT and token infrastructure at scale: ERC -721 / ERC -1155 / ERC -20 mechanics, marketplace contracts, Merkle-based airdrop and claim distribution, chain indexing services Contributions to open-source wallet, security or identity projects, including authoring or reviewing ERC / EIP standards Compliance requirements for crypto consumer products: KYC / AML , geofencing, MiCA , SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR data minimization, audit logging Identity and auth integration for wallet derivation: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC , JWT verification, token scoping Platform or infrastructure engineering: building systems other engineers build on Owning a mobile wallet surface: React Native / Expo, WebView provider injection, native signing UI Gaming industry experience: platforms for game developers, publishers or players How We Work Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We work across time zones, so a design has to stand on its own.
