ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK

- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We’re hiring our first Product Enablement specialist. You will join the Product & Technical Enablement team and help our go-to-market teams get ready for every product launch, across Agents, APIs, and Creative.
You will support our global go-to-market teams. Your mission: help sellers understand, demo, and sell each new launch with confidence, with preparation that starts well before launch day.
What sets this role apart: we’re looking for someone who knows our products well enough to demo them and sell them. You have used agents, APIs, or creative tools hands-on, and you can explain how they work and why they matter to customers. You blend that with sales, solutions engineering, or product marketing experience, so you can teach sellers how to use a product, how to demo it, and how to pitch it.
This role sits within GTM Enablement and reports to the Product & Technical Enablement Lead. You will work in close partnership with:
- Product marketing and engineering teams (keeping content accurate as the platform ships)
- GTM enablement (aligning on shared onboarding infrastructure)
You will support product enablement for our go-to-market teams across Agents, APIs, and Creative, with the most day-to-day focus on API and Creative launches. This is a full-stack role on a lean team: you’ll build content, deliver training, design practice environments, and flex across products as needed.
What you’ll do
- Support new product launches: get an early heads-up from product marketing, research, and engineering, follow releases from alpha through GA, and have training ready before launch day, not the week of
- Build launch workshops: go beyond what shipped and why it matters, with hands-on workshops on how to use the product, how to demo it, and how to pitch the value
- Support competitive enablement: turn product marketing battlecards into trainings, simulations, and demo workshops, so sellers can answer parity, differentiation, and value questions with confidence
- Support product certification: help define what “product certified” means for GTM teams, and build the playbooks and training content that raise product confidence across the whole field, not only new hires
- Support everboarding and onboarding: keep training tied to new releases and capabilities, and keep content current as products ship
- Craft realistic practice environments: demo certifications, role-play scenarios, and customer simulations with scored feedback, built on our own agent technology
- Operate AI-natively: use ElevenLabs’ own voice and agent technology to build training and practice environments; default to AI tools to build faster, and teach others to do the same
- Measure what matters: define and track the percent of sellers certified within 2 weeks of GA, demo and pitch quality scores, and win rate and stage progression against named competitors, and use the data to improve each launch
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who knows our products well and can teach sellers to demo and sell them. You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 4-7+ years as an enterprise seller or solutions engineer, or as a seller who moved into product marketing or enablement, at a SaaS, platform, or API-first company
- Are hands-on with agents, APIs, or creative tools, and understand at a conceptual level how they work
- Have demoed and pitched technical products to customers, and can explain the value, not only the features
- Have a track record of teaching, mentoring, or building training, in addition to your customer-facing work
- Are comfortable building a program from scratch, with no playbook to inherit
- Have credibility with sellers, built from time in the seat or supporting sellers directly, and work well with product marketing, research, and engineering teams
- Communicate clearly and can adapt product material for different audiences without diluting it
Bonus
- Experience at a high-growth AI/ML, developer tools, or API-first company
- Background in voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology
- Vertical depth in financial services, healthcare, telecom or CCaaS, or at other AI companies
- Hands-on experience with competing voice and agent platforms
- Experience running workshops or labs for sellers or customers
- Experience building role-play, simulation, or demo practice environments

You'll lead the first phase of every launch: taking new products to market through our direct-to-consumer and e-commerce channels, including Amazon and TikTok Shop. Your job is to prove each product works: real consumer demand, product-market fit, and a healthy margin structure. Once a product is proven, you'll hand it off to our commercial team to scale into retail, with the story and data they need to start early retailer conversations.
This role is ideal for a marketer who loves launching products, reads the numbers closely, and can orchestrate many teams toward one clear outcome.

Provide input on pricing, bundles, and assortment in partnership with Product and Finance.
Orchestrate launches across our D2C store, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
Prove Product-Market Fit
Define success metrics before launch, such as demand, conversion, attach rate, ratings and reviews, return rates, and contribution margin.
Design and run tests across pricing, bundles, offers, and creative to learn quickly.
Build clear recommendations to scale, iterate, or sunset each product based on results.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
Partner with our growth and performance marketing experts to plan and optimize paid, social, and marketplace programs.
Work with Creative, Content, and Social teams on assets for PDPs, TikTok, email, and the Nex website.
Coordinate with Product and Operations on launch timing, inventory, and forecasts.
Brief and manage vendors and partners for merch and apparel programs as needed.
Handoff to Scale
Package results, consumer insights, and the sell-in story so our retail management team can begin early retailer conversations.
Transition proven products to the commercial team with a repeatable launch playbook.
Consumer Insight
Bring the voice of the customer into every decision, using reviews, social listening, and community feedback.
Identify gaps and opportunities that shape the future accessories roadmap.
What You'll Bring
Experience
8+ years in product marketing or go-to-market roles for consumer products, ideally in accessories, consumer electronics, gaming, toys, or lifestyle brands.
A proven track record of launching products through D2C and Amazon.
TikTok Shop or social commerce experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with merchandise or apparel programs is a plus.
Skills & Strengths
Strong commercial acumen across unit economics, pricing, margin, and demand forecasting.
Data-driven decision maker who is comfortable with marketplace, e-commerce, and marketing analytics.
Excellent writer and storyteller who can make simple products feel compelling.
Highly organized, with the ability to run several launches at once.
Collaboration & Mindset
A natural orchestrator who aligns people without needing direct authority.
Test-and-learn mindset, with the judgment to move fast and the discipline to measure.
Comfortable in a small, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
Passion for building products and experiences that families love.
What Success Looks Like
A clear accessories roadmap that has cross-functional alignment of new accessories and merch that compliment our platform & ecosystem strategy
A customer-led insights process that guides and supports key decisions on new products, driven by tangible market and customer research
Business plans and GTM plans that are fully documented and positioned for success with sign-off from the leadership team before new accessories move into production and marketing team action around the plan
Clear messaging, value proposition, and pricing recommendations for new products that support the business plan/thesis
Successful GTM orchestration across multiple internal teams, from the product teams to the marketing communications teams that assemble the creative and deliverables to drive new launches, meet the sales goals, and sustain the business plan
Initial learnings in market with a first launch phase of growth to validate the business contribution of the accessory and establish a growth path before broader commercial business development (retail development, international expansion, etc)

The Role
Nex is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our US TA team through it. You’ll drive how we find, engage, and win top talent across technical and non-technical functions, including GTM, Creative, and G&A, while building a high-performing team and recruiting engine that keeps pace with our growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on speed and ambiguity. You’ll partner closely with business leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and workforce planning. You’ll challenge assumptions and push for data-informed hiring decisions.
You’ll lead and develop the recruiting team, driving execution, performance, and consistent hiring standards. You’ll also lead complex technical, GTM, G&A, and executive searches yourself. The goal is a talent function that moves fast without compromising on quality.
What You'll Do
The role is about 60% hands-on recruiting and 40% people leadership. As we scale, expect the balance to shift toward leadership.
Recruit directly for executive, senior leadership, and hard-to-fill roles across technical, GTM, and G&A functions, from market mapping through closing.
Lead the day-to-day of the US Talent Acquisition team, keeping recruiting priorities, resources, and capacity aligned with changing business needs.
Coach, develop, and grow a team of recruiters. Set goals, drive accountability, and build their business acumen and influencing skills, while creating a team culture of ownership and continuous learning.
Deliver against quarterly and annual hiring targets, with proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Own the talent attraction strategy, using competitive intel, market research, targeted sourcing, and activations to build top-of-funnel pipeline in competitive markets.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and hiring approach.
Challenge hiring assumptions and influence decisions on role requirements, leveling, interview process, and candidate selection.
Use data to spot talent trends, benchmark against competitors, measure how well each sourcing channel works, and flag hiring risks and bottlenecks before they affect the business.
What You Bring
8 - 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 - 5 years managing and growing recruiting teams at a company in rapid growth.
A proven track record of leading complex executive, senior-level, and hard-to-fill searches across technical, GTM, Creative, and G&A functions.
Hands-on experience designing sourcing and talent attraction programs from the ground up. You’re fluent in employer brand, recruitment marketing, and modern recruiting tech, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
Comfort with numbers. You use recruiting data to understand what’s working, anticipate hiring demand, and give leadership clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong influence with senior leaders. You build credibility quickly, give candid advice, and aren’t afraid to challenge a hiring decision when it matters.
A solid understanding of US recruiting compliance, and experience partnering with People, Legal, and other stakeholders.
You thrive when things are moving fast: you’re comfortable with shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rolling up your sleeves.

The role & impact
As an Engineering Manager, you will drive the delivery of high-quality software by leading a high-performing inclusive team. You will act as the technical anchor, balancing predictable roadmap delivery with a relentless focus on team growth, technical excellence, and system health.
Your work requires a delicate balance between short-term product delivery velocity and long-term operational excellence. The team & how they connect
You will lead a results-driven team that operates with clear goals and ownership, fostering a high-trust environment where "blameless" problem-solving is the norm. The team works closely with Product and Design partners to shape solutions that truly matter to our customers.
The team is currently working on
- Modernising architectures and improving CI/CD maturity to reduce operational risk.

- Hands-on experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production code, with the technical credibility to guide engineering decisions.
- Experience building and supporting high-scale, high-availability distributed systems, including leading or overseeing incident response.
- Experience leading teams in the adoption of AI-native engineering workflows to improve developer productivity and quality.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

About the role:
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
Requirements:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What We Offer:
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
No Visa sponsorship
We’re real:
A person reads your application.
We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification.
Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with.
We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
4. Soft skills interview.
5. Offer discussion.

About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

Experience with vulnerability management across cloud infrastructure, containers, and code, including SAST, SCA/dependency scanning, container image hardening, and penetration-test remediation tracking;
Experience routing cloud security signals to a SIEM or security-monitoring platform, such as Wazuh, Microsoft Sentinel, Google Security Operations, or Datadog Security Monitoring, and integrating actionable alerts with PagerDuty and Slack;
Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and security reporting;
Security incident-response experience in a production environment, including developing runbooks and managing vendor escalations;
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train engineering teams and document security decisions;
Nice To Have
Experience automating security workflows, such as report generation and issue triage, with AI-assisted or LLM-based tooling;
Experience working across both GCP and AWS, experience with Azure;
Familiarity with Rego, OPA, or other policy-as-code languages;
Experience with identity and access-management tooling, including Okta SSO/SCIM, PAM solutions, and least-privilege reviews for cloud IAM;
Experience facilitating OWASP SAMM assessments, threat-modelling sessions, or security-champions programs;
Airline or travel-industry experience, including PCI-scoped payment flows, partner integrations, and customer-facing security reporting;

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Partner Account Manager for AI-Native and Boutique SI Partners at Anthropic, you will own the relationship with a portfolio of our key AI-native and boutique systems integrator partners. These are the specialist services firms enterprises turn to when they want to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI with Claude, and they are among the fastest-moving partners in our ecosystem. Your job is to turn each of those relationships into a growing joint business: a shared plan, a healthy pipeline, and customers in production.
This is a commercial role first. You will build joint business plans with partner leadership, work with your partners' sales teams on live opportunities, team up with Anthropic's Partner Sales team to bring those partners into the right accounts, and keep a clear, accurate view of how each partner is performing. You will work closely with our Partner Sales, Partner Programs, Partner Support, Partner Activations, and Partner Success teams so your partners get the full value of what Anthropic offers, and you will bring what you hear from partners back to those teams.
This role reports to the Head of Boutique & AI-Native SIs and works closely with sales, product, and applied AI teams to make sure our SI partners are equipped to win and deliver transformative AI solutions for their clients.
Responsibilities
Partner Development and Go-to-Market
Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of key AI-native and boutique SI partners, from practitioners through to founders and executive leadership
Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
Lead partner business planning, including setting mutual goals, identifying target accounts, and defining success metrics
Work directly with your partners' sales teams to identify opportunities and support deal progression
Partner closely with Anthropic's Partner Sales team, who lead introductions and co-sell with our account executives and account teams, so your partners are positioned on the right accounts and opportunities
Run a regular operating cadence with each partner, including business reviews against the joint plan
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work hand in hand with Partner Sales as your primary go-to-market counterpart. You own the partner relationship and the joint business plan; Partner Sales works with Anthropic's sales leaders, account executives, and solutions architects to bring your partners into deals at the right time with clear roles, and owns co-sell execution and the partner-linked pipeline and forecast
Work side by side with Partner Success Leads on the partners you share. You own the overall partner relationship and the commercial plan; the Partner Success Lead owns each customer engagement from partner match to completed outcome, including delivery quality and the customer's Claude usage
Build executive-level trust with each partner's practice and delivery leadership together with Partner Success, so that when an engagement needs the partner to restaff, escalate, or invest, the ask is taken seriously
Align with Partner Success on how each partner's Claude practice is growing, including certified bench depth, a repeatable offering in a chosen industry lane, and published customer stories, and carry that into the joint business plan and go-to-market
Bring the commercial view to the quarterly practice reviews Partner Success runs with each partner, so the partner hears one set of joint goals across pipeline, completed engagements, customer adoption, and certified practitioners

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
