- Rapid Prototyping Agility: Proven ability to quickly build prototypes, experiment boldly, and iterate based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
- Modern Tech Fluency: Proficiency in our core tech stack, including frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend development (Next.js, TypeScript).

As a founding member of our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world impact. This is not a plug-and-play role with a pre-written playbook. You will work hand-in-hand with our most forward-thinking, strategic customers to transform complex L&D workflows into autonomous, high-impact AI agents. By translating customer challenges into reusable platform capabilities, you will play a central role in establishing our FDE function from the ground up, defining what success looks like, and shaping the future of AI-first learning.
🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY

- Deploy Autonomous Intelligence: Partner directly with our strategic enterprise customers to map complex L&D workflows, pin-pointing high-impact opportunities for agentic AI integration.
- Architect Custom AI Agents: Design, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents that integrate seamlessly with customer systems and the Docebo Agent Hub.
- Drive Platform Evolution: Translate hands-on customer insights into foundational platform enhancements, turning bespoke client solutions into scalable features for our broader ecosystem.
- Own the Product Lifecycle: Take full ownership from discovery and system architecture to production deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
- Build the Discipline: Shape the founding FDE team culture, operational rituals, and internal playbooks while defining our technical roadmap and cross-functional org design.
💪 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Full-Stack Craftsmanship: 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
- Agentic AI Expertise: Prior experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications in production environments.
- Product-First Mindset: A strong customer-centric focus with the confidence and communication skills to engage directly with enterprise stakeholders.
- Founder Mindset & Ambiguity Tolerance: You don't wait for clear specs or structured hand-offs. You are energized by undefined problems, comfortable making high-stakes decisions with partial information, and obsessed with taking complete ownership from zero to one.
- Systems Architecture: Strong architectural background with solid experience navigating distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.

- Engage directly with key policymakers and regulators, starting with Singapore (MAS and other government bodies), the Philippines, Vietnam, South Korea and others
- Gain external visibility working with trade associations and other external players
- Monitor, analyze, and advise internally on legislative and regulatory developments across the region, keeping a global view
- Partner closely with colleagues in the regulatory, compliance, communications, product, and engineering teams
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5–9 years of hands-on experience with financial services policy and regulation in APAC, gained at regulators or government bodies (e.g. MAS or peer authorities in the region), in similar in-house roles, political consultancies, or relevant trade associations

NICE TO HAVES
- Knowledge of payments, AML, cyber, or other financial services and digital policy frameworks in the region
- Experience with drafting responses to public consultations

OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. Coder is growing from about 220 to 500 people by the end of 2027, and our People team is growing with us. We work in pods (GTM, R&D, G&A), each with its own HRBP and Generalist, so leaders always know who to call.
You'll be the HR partner for our R&D leaders, and the international employment expert for the UK, our Employer of Record (EOR) countries, and APAC. This is a foundational hire for our London entity buildout, and you'll work alongside a London-based Generalist and outside UK counsel.
What you'll do
- Partner with R&D leaders on performance, org design, employee relations, and people strategy, and flag risks early
- Advise on international ER and org changes under local law, and know when to bring in outside counsel for high-risk matters such as redundancy and terminations
- Help build our UK employment infrastructure with Legal and Finance: contracts, probation and notice terms, right to work, statutory leave, policies, and benefits
- Manage our EOR relationships (Deel, Rippling) and plan the path from EOR to direct employment in key markets
- Track regulatory changes in the UK and our active EOR countries, including the Employment Rights Act changes, and proactively flag risks
- Own performance, compensation cycles, promotions, and leveling for the pod with the HR Manager and Total Rewards
- Build repeatable country playbooks so each new market doesn't start from scratch
- Keep international employee data accurate in Rippling and Deel, and support audits and reporting
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of HRBP experience, including employee relations, with meaningful UK and/or international exposure
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, and familiarity with EOR models and their limitations
- Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel
- Comfort working independently across time zones, with early UK-hours overlap and occasional UK travel
- Detail-oriented enough to catch a contract or comp error before it ships, and strategic enough to know when to escalate
- Extremely collaborative, working closely with a US- and London-based team
Bonus tacos if you have
(Tacos? Ask us how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent hands-on HR experience
- Experience supporting a company through a legal entity launch
- Exposure to APAC or EMEA employment law beyond the UK
- Experience partnering with engineering or R&D teams in a high-growth SaaS company
As our international footprint grows, this role is expected to grow in scope and strategic ownership.

Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Employment Counsel to join Ramp's Legal team. This is a generalist employment role with broad scope. You will handle U.S. employment counseling as your base load, cover non-U.S. jurisdictions as needed, and own immigration and global mobility. You will partner directly with People, Talent, Total Rewards, Finance, Tax, Equity Admin, Compliance, and business leaders, and you will manage outside counsel in jurisdictions where we do not hold the expertise in house. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you will cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

ABOUT THE TEAM
At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. Growth Marketing sits inside Product and owns how people discover Mural and decide to start. Paid is a core acquisition engine for the business, working across both our self-serve and sales-assisted motions. You will own it end to end and work closely with partners across Product, Marketing, and Sales to turn demand into teams that rely on Mural.
YOUR MISSION
You will own Mural's paid marketing end to end: the channels, the budget, and the results. Paid plays a role across the full funnel and supports the different ways Mural grows, from building early awareness to reaching people when they are ready to act. You will bring these efforts together into one connected program, lean on experimentation and measurement to learn what works, and help turn marketing investment into durable growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own strategy, budget, execution, and reporting for paid across search, paid social, and video and display, running it as one connected program across the full funnel.
- You will own Mural’s paid marketing end to end, with a focus on generating efficient growth across self-serve acquisition and sales-assisted demand. Success will be measured by the quality and volume of activated users, qualified pipeline, and revenue generated from paid investment.
- Build and run a continuous experimentation program across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers.
- Lead agency and vendor partners to execute and scale the program.
- Partner with our Data team on attribution and measurement to connect paid spend to real outcomes.
- Partner across Marketing and Web on messaging and the post-click experience.
- Set performance targets and expand the program into new regions and languages, including EMEA and APAC.
- Support account-based and demand generation programs in close partnership with the Sales and RevOps teams.
- Use AI in your daily workflow to move faster across keyword, creative, analysis, and reporting work, with a point of view on where AI is changing paid marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital and performance marketing, owning paid search, paid social, and video or display with real budget responsibility.
- A full funnel operator comfortable across both self-serve growth and sales-assisted demand. You have owned awareness and demand creation, not only bottom funnel capture, and can show how top of funnel and account-based work pay off downstream.
- You design and read clean tests across audiences, creative, and landing pages, and you know what to do with an inconclusive result.
- Comfort living in the performance data, with hands-on fluency in SQL, product analytics, and BI tools.
- A real point of view on measurement. You know where last-click falls short and have used holdouts, incrementally, or media mix testing to judge channels that do not attribute cleanly.
- Experience running paid inside a self-serve or freemium model, with a feel for how acquisition connects to activation and retention.
- A self-starter who is motivated and scrappy, thinks through problems, and brings innovative solutions in a high-growth environment.

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Global GTM Talent Lead to own hiring for the Revenue organization worldwide. You will serve as the CRO’s primary talent partner and lead regional Talent leaders and their teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC. Your mandate is to bring global cohesion to how we plan, assess, and hire revenue talent, with accountability for hiring quality, speed, and predictability. This is a high visibility role: your hiring plan underpins revenue commitments to the board.
- Set and deliver the global Revenue hiring strategy. Translate business priorities into clear plans for each team and region, building alignment with executive leaders, Finance, RevOps, and Talent. Partner with RevOps on capacity and headcount planning, connecting coverage, productivity, ramp, and attrition assumptions to hiring needs. Bring a clear point of view on priorities, sequencing, and achievable commitments, and adjust plans as the business changes.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global recruiting organization. Coach, develop, and hire regional Talent leaders, set clear expectations, and give teams the support and resources they need to succeed. Strengthen leadership capability, address performance gaps, and align recruiting capacity with business priorities.
- Own hiring outcomes and the global bar for revenue talent. Partner with Revenue leaders to define excellence by role and level, and embed it in sourcing, assessment, and hiring decisions. Build the team’s ability to attract and close exceptional sellers and revenue leaders. Own delivery from hiring plan through accepted offer and start date, meeting ambitious goals for both quality and speed.
- Make hiring measurably better. Build trusted relationships and a regular decision-making cadence with the CRO, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional partners. Set clear metrics, track progress, and act early on risks. Partner with Talent Ops to improve systems, tools, processes, and the use of AI, so hiring is demonstrably faster and more efficient.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have led Talent through hypergrowth at a company that grew 3x or more in two years, owning delivery of hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones. You have maintained a high talent bar while meeting aggressive hiring goals.
- You have built and led teams of recruiting leaders, with a track record of developing strong managers, improving performance, and making necessary people decisions. You lead through your teams and are fully hands on, holding yourself to an even higher standard than those around you.
- You have been a trusted advisor to executives, shaping decisions and changing plans through your insight and judgment. You can credibly partner with C-Suite, RevOps, and Finance on workforce assumptions, translate them into achievable hiring commitments, and bring stakeholders into alignment.
- You bring deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent, alongside a clear view of how recruiting should evolve. You have improved hiring speed and efficiency through better processes, tools, and data, and can articulate where AI should change the work and where human judgment remains essential.
