By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to support the general ledger, the close, and our accounting processes and controls as Baseten scales. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants full ownership of the core accounting function at a company where the entity structure, transaction volume, and reporting requirements are growing quickly.
You’ll join the corporate accounting team and take on the general ledger, vendor contract review, the close calendar, and our internal control environment as the business grows. We are focused on tightening close procedures, strengthening controls, and building reporting rigor to support the scale ahead. You’ll partner closely with FP&A, Data, and cross-functional partners to make sure the books close on time and accurately every cycle.
Baseten is building the infrastructure layer for AI-native companies, and we're scaling quickly - in headcount, entity structure, transaction volume, and contract complexity and volume and vendor size. If you want real ownership over a growing function on a lean team, this role offers real scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General Ledger and Financial Reporting
- Own day-to-day execution of general ledger journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation as the entity structure grows
- Own recurring close areas, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and equity compensation
- Lead month-end and year-end close, setting the calendar and holding FP&A, Data, and cross-functional partners so the books close on time every cycle
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and flux analysis for accounting and finance leadership
- Identify and automate the manual, error-prone steps that slow the close down
Controls and Audit
- Partner directly with cross-functional teams and external auditors to keep internal controls tight and the company audit-ready
- Own audit deliverables, including technical accounting memos, schedules, and sample testing support
Systems and Cross-Functional Partnership
- Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of our accounting systems stack, including NetSuite and our spend management platform, and push for automation over manual workarounds
- Partner with FP&A on reporting, forecasting inputs, and variance analysis
- Support FP&A, Legal, and Procurement on the accounting implications of new entities, contracts, and programs
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years focused specifically on corporate accounting, general ledger, and close management
- Deep working knowledge of US GAAP across core corporate accounting areas, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, debt and leases
- Hands-on experience owning account reconciliations and preparing monthly financial statements
- Experience owning the close calendar directly, not just contributing to a close run by someone else
- Public company or audit-ready private company experience (Big 4 or industry, with audit exposure)
- Builder mentality with a bias toward execution; comfortable operating on a lean team relative to company scale
- Experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP) and a modern spend management platform
- Based in San Francisco or New York, with the ability to work in-person 3+ days per week
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed infrastructure or cloud company
- Experience supporting multi-entity or international consolidations
- Integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
- CPA
- Exposure to SOX or SOX-readiness controls work
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

In the LATAM region, you will help crypto-native organizations (exchanges, Web3, DeFi) and large-scale enterprises confidently and securely adopt blockchain technologies. As the digital asset landscape evolves rapidly across Latin America—driven by institutional interest, the growth of Web3 ecosystems, and evolving regional regulations—you will be at the forefront of helping these organizations execute their cryptocurrency strategy.
Strategic Account Executives are experienced in high-stakes new business creation and deep account management. They are market specialists who understand the unique cultural and business nuances of the LATAM region. They establish trust and build long-term customer relationships within their target market, tailoring their sales approach to the specific economic drivers of the region and evangelizing Chainalysis solutions in a compelling, approachable way. Success is measured by the attainment of assigned quota, new logos, and the strategic expansion of our footprint within the region’s most influential accounts.
In this role, you’ll:
- Drive Regional Growth: Exceed your quota and substantially increase our foothold in the LATAM Enterprise and Crypto-native markets through aggressive prospecting, pipeline development, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Strategic Account Planning: Create and execute sophisticated go-to-market plans for the LATAM territory that result in predictable, increasing quarterly forecasts and long-term partnerships.
- Build Executive Trust: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to build relationships with CXOs and Founders based on trust and transparency, positioning Chainalysis as a critical partner in their growth.
- Market Intelligence: Help us develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to LATAM market trends, such as the rise of DeFi, Web3 innovation, and regional enterprise adoption drivers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Solutions Architects, Product, and Marketing) to provide expert advice to prospects regarding technical concepts, product roadmaps, and solutions implementations.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting through disciplined use of enterprise sales methodologies.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
We’re looking for candidates who have:

- Bilingual/Trilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a significant advantage.
- Proven Sales Excellence: 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically selling complex software to large-scale enterprises or high-growth technology companies.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own a high-performing Mid-Market territory in the US, creating pipeline from the ground up and converting technical buyers into high-value n8n customers.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth:
Own your pipeline from scratch
- Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events.

Think like a territory owner, not just a closer
- Continuously refine your outbound approach based on conversion data (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity rates) to improve territory performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES

- 🚀 Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re comfortable taking ownership, building from a blank page, and finding creative ways to unlock opportunities.
- ⚡ Startup adaptability: You thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment where priorities evolve and autonomy is expected.
NICE-TO-HAVES

Why join us?
At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully defined territory and simply running an existing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to build your market, create your own pipeline, win technical customers, and directly influence how we scale our Mid-Market sales motion in the US.
You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.

Tennr prevents these delays and denials by making sure every referral gets where it needs to go, with the right info, at the right time. Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.

- Use and extend Tennr’s design system components and document new design patterns.
- Communicate rationale clearly to a variety of stakeholders, including product and engineering teams, internal leadership, and customers.

You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration in production. Translate mission goals, policy requirements, and operational workflows into an agent that performs reliably in the real world.
- Be a trusted strategic advisor to public sector leaders. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with agency executives and program leaders to define success, prioritize opportunities, and shape an AI strategy grounded in mission impact.
- Partner with working teams day to day. Run working sessions with program, operations, technology, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders; resolve issues as they arise; and make the decisions that keep deployments moving toward launch.
- Identify new ways to expand our impact. Understand our partners' most urgent needs and develop roadmaps for new use cases, including proactive outreach, multilingual access, and long-horizon agents that can support people across multi-step journeys.
- Directly shape the product and our public sector strategy. Surface unmet needs from customer work, prototype new approaches, and partner with research, product, platform, and public sector leadership to influence Sierra's roadmap, market strategy, and repeatable solutions for government.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our public sector team have worked on recently:
- Improve access to benefits and services. Launch an agent that helps residents understand eligibility, gather the right information, and navigate a complex application or recertification process across channels and languages.
- Modernize constituent support. Design an agent that answers policy and program questions, provides case or application status, and routes sensitive or exceptional situations to the right public servant with full context.
- Make critical reporting easier and safer. Build trusted conversational experiences for reporting fraud, safety concerns, or other high-stakes issues while meeting rigorous privacy, security, accessibility, and auditability requirements.
- Enable proactive government services. Create a roadmap for outbound agents that remind people about deadlines, explain program changes, or help them complete important next steps before a benefit or service is interrupted.
- Build repeatable public sector capabilities. Use a live agency deployment as a design partnership to shape new platform capabilities, evaluation standards, or implementation patterns that can serve institutions across federal, state, and local government.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of leading multiple complex, high-visibility initiatives and driving cross-functional teams from an ambiguous starting point to measurable outcomes - for example as part of an early team, consultancy, or otherwise..
- Technical aptitude. Comfort engaging directly with technical concepts, including reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering and security tradeoffs in design discussions.
- Commitment to public service. A passion for public sector work and a belief in the potential of institutions to improve outcomes for the people and communities they serve.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across executive, operational, policy, and technical audiences, with the ability to turn complexity into shared decisions.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as policy, stakeholder, or implementation conditions change.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- Experience working in or with federal, state, or local government, including familiarity with procurement, security and compliance, accessibility, policy implementation, or systems integration.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.

EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:

- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We are replacing our current payroll provider and implementing a new payroll solution across a complex U.S. and international payroll environment. The new provider will integrate with GreenLight’s proprietary platform, so this role will sit at the intersection of payroll operations, implementation execution, data validation, testing, and system integration coordination.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Payroll Implementation Support Specialist to help drive the implementation of GreenLight’s new payroll provider.
This person will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Engineering/Product, and the selected payroll provider to support implementation planning, data migration, configuration validation, integration coordination, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with complex payroll implementations, including multi-state U.S. payroll, high-volume hourly workforces, and ideally multi-country payroll exposure. This person does not need to be an engineer, but should be comfortable coordinating technical workstreams and working with internal and vendor teams on system integrations, data flows, testing, and issue resolution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the payroll implementation project plan, including workstream tracking, milestone management, dependency tracking, issue/risk logs, and status updates.
- Coordinate across Payroll, HR, Finance, Engineering/Product, the selected payroll provider, and any implementation partners to keep workstreams moving.
- Support requirements validation, payroll process documentation, system readiness, and operational handoff planning.
- Assist with payroll data migration, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Support validation of payroll configurations, including earnings and deduction codes, tax setup, payroll calendars, worker setup, and payroll processing rules.
- Coordinate with Engineering/Product and vendor technical teams on the integration between GreenLight’s platform and the payroll provider.
- Support validation of key data flows between GreenLight’s platform and the payroll provider, including worker records, payroll inputs, payroll results, tax/deduction data, payment status, and reporting outputs.
- Support user acceptance testing, integration testing, and parallel payroll testing.
- Investigate discrepancies during testing, document root causes, and track issues through resolution.
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, payroll calendar alignment, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Develop process documentation, testing materials, cutover checklists, job aids, and knowledge transfer materials for ongoing payroll operations.
- Provide hands-on support during hypercare for the first payroll cycles after go-live.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8+ years of experience in payroll operations, payroll systems, payroll implementation, or payroll implementation support.
- Hands-on involvement in at least one complex payroll system or payroll provider implementation.
- Strong understanding of complex payroll environments, including U.S. multi-state payroll.
- Experience with high-volume hourly payroll, variable pay, frequent worker changes, payroll cutoffs, exceptions, and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting data validation, payroll reconciliation, parallel payroll testing, and issue resolution.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams across payroll, HR, finance, engineering/product, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Comfortable working with technical teams on integrations, data flows, field mapping, testing, and issue tracking.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets and identify discrepancies.
- Strong communication, documentation, and project coordination skills.
- Availability for a 3–5 month contract.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting payroll implementations across multiple countries or multiple payroll providers.
- Experience with U.S. and international payroll implementations, ideally including Canada, the UK, and EU countries.
- Experience supporting payroll integrations with HCM/HRIS, time and attendance, benefits, finance, general ledger, or other operational systems.
- Experience working with API-based integrations, vendor technical teams, sandbox testing, integration test scripts, and system-to-system reconciliation.
- Experience with complex hourly, contingent workforce, staffing, EOR, or payrolling environments.
- Experience working with third-party implementation partners in a complex enterprise or multi-entity environment.
- CPP, FPC, PMP, or similar certification is helpful but not required.
ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
This is a temporary contract role expected to last approximately 3–5 months. The role will support GreenLight through implementation, testing, cutover, go-live, and initial stabilization of the new payroll provider.
The successful candidate will be practical, detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable operating between payroll operations, finance, HR, engineering, and vendor teams.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Mistral AI’s Defense team to build software for defense institutions and industry.
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with strong engineering fundamentals and a background in data engineering or transactional, analytical or distributed systems. You will help shape the architecture, write production code and own substantial software components, from design through deployment and operation.
This role offers the scope and autonomy of a senior technical individual contributor in a small team. It is particularly suited to engineers operating at Senior or Staff level in demanding product engineering environments who want broad ownership and to stay deeply involved in implementation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build services for data ingestion, transformation, storage, querying and operational workflows.
- Develop shared data models, APIs and SDKs that help engineers build applications on a consistent foundation.
- Make authorization a core part of the architecture: define and enforce which users, applications and agents can access data or perform actions, with clear audit trails.
- Solve problems involving data consistency, schema evolution, concurrency, performance and failure recovery across services and data systems.
- Turn needs from our applied engineers and defense users into reusable software capabilities, making pragmatic choices about what to build and how to evolve them.
- Own delivery end to end, including implementation, testing, observability, debugging and maintainability in demanding deployment environments.
- Use AI coding tools and coding agents extensively to accelerate implementation, testing, refactoring and debugging. Help the team improve these workflows while maintaining a high engineering standard.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong practical familiarity with AI coding tools and agentic engineering workflows. You use coding agents regularly, can break complex work into well-scoped tasks, provide effective context, review generated code and validate the result through tests and debugging. You remain accountable for the architecture, correctness, security and maintainability of what you ship.
- A strong track record of building and operating production software, with substantial ownership of complex systems.
- Experience in data engineering or in building transactional, analytical or distributed systems. You understand the trade-offs behind data models, storage, query execution and service boundaries.
- Experience building products where access control, permissions and data governance are central to how the system works. Work on platforms such as Foundry, or systems with comparable requirements, is particularly relevant.
- Broad software engineering skills and the ability to move between architecture, implementation and production debugging. You are comfortable working across unfamiliar parts of a codebase.
- Strong proficiency in Python or another programming language, solid SQL skills and the ability to become productive quickly in a Python and TypeScript environment.
- High autonomy and sound judgment: you can turn an ambiguous problem into a concrete plan, make technical decisions and deliver useful increments with limited supervision.
- A collaborative approach to technical leadership through code, design discussions, reviews and mentoring, and a clear motivation to build software for defense institutions and industry.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a data platform or developer product used by other engineering teams.
- Experience with fine-grained authorization, multi-tenant architectures, data lineage or auditable operational workflows.
- Experience with self-hosted software, restricted networks or other demanding deployment constraints.
- Familiarity with LLM applications and their integration with data and tools.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
