Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
We're looking for someone to own the finance function across our entire portfolio. Every entity, every bank account, every QuickBooks file, every payout. When a partner asks what they're owed, you know. When we ask where the money went last month, you already have the answer.
About our client:
Ecom Business (
ecombusiness.com
) is a portfolio of ecommerce companies doing multi-eight figures a year across US and international entities. We're the founders behind
Evolve
and
Origins
, the #2 & #11 communities on all of Skool (we consult over 2,500 brands). We're building
ecomuniversity.com
, an education platform teaching ecommerce skills at the highest level that has already trained over 1,000+ editors. We run
ecombounty.com
, where trained editors create ads for brands through performance. And we're getting ready to launch our first direct to consumer brand. Every company we launch adds more entities, bank accounts, partners and payouts. And our finance function hasn't kept up.
Responsibilities
Own the books for every entity, US and international, in QuickBooks Online. Clean entity and class structure, reconciled every month.
Direct our accounting assistant on categorization, receipts, invoices and reconciliations, and QA their work.
Run payouts with our accounting assistant for the whole team: contractors, partners and distributions. Right person, right amount, right time, documented.
Track ownership splits and distributions so every partner knows exactly what they're owed and why.
Build dashboards showing cash, revenue, costs and margins by entity and across the portfolio.
Build projections and cash flow forecasts so we make decisions before problems show up.
Bring the partners a monthly read on the business: what's growing, what's leaking and what to do about it.
Review costs, subscriptions and vendor spend, and work with the team to optimize them.
Set up finance for every new company from day one: bank accounts, QuickBooks file and structure.
Requirements
2 to 3+ years in accounting or finance, ideally owning the books for a multi-entity business at eight figures or more
Expert in QuickBooks Online: classes, multiple entities and consolidated reporting
Comfortable across US and international entities and currencies. US tax knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.
Ecom experience is a bonus, not a requirement. It helps you understand Shopify payouts, Stripe, ad spend and contractor payments faster.
CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent strongly preferred
AI-native. You use AI to build models, dashboards and workflows faster, and you know what never gets uploaded. Our financial data stays private.
Available during our core hours, with strong async communication
References from founders or owners whose books you've run are a big plus
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
You need someone to tell you what to do next
You're a bookkeeper who enters transactions and never asks why
"Close enough" is fine with you on a reconciliation
You've never owned the books for a business doing eight figures or more
You would describe yourself as Type B

Competitive salary in USD + performance bonus

FP Markets Group of Companies
is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Paid Social & Mobile App Growth Manager.
You will own two of our biggest growth levers: paid social across web and app, and mobile app growth from install to first-time deposit (FTD). Sitting in the Growth Team (Global Paid Growth), you will set strategy, run a multi-channel budget and decide each month where spend goes, web sign-ups or app installs, based on cost per FTD and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will own the numbers from impression to FTD and beyond.
How success is measured
Leads and FTDs from paid social (web) and from the app, by source and region.
Cost per install, cost per registration and CPA per FTD against target, by region and platform.
Install-to-FTD conversion rate.
30 / 90-day ROAS on web and app cohorts.
Spend within the approved monthly budget.
App store conversion rate (page view to install), keyword rankings and average rating.
Responsibilities
Strategy and budget
Own the paid social and mobile app acquisition strategy, budget and forecast across all target regions.
Decide each month how spend splits between web and app objectives, based on cost per FTD, ROAS and install-to-FTD conversion.
Manage monthly budget pacing with Marketing Operations, reallocating spend weekly based on CPA, ROAS and cohort quality, and report performance against objectives.
Paid social (web and app)
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and Reddit, for both web leads and app installs.
Own account structure, audiences, bidding and campaign naming across all paid social platforms.
Optimise beyond installs and leads to registration, KYC completion and FTD, using value-based and event-based bidding.
Run a continuous creative testing programme with the Creative and Content teams: briefs (video, playables, static, store assets), variants, learnings and fatigue tracking.
Mobile app acquisition
Plan, launch and optimise app install and in-app event campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC) and selected programmatic / mobile ad network partners.
Source, onboard and manage app networks and agencies, with strict fraud controls.
ASO and organic app growth
Own App Store and Google Play optimisation: keyword research, metadata, screenshots, preview videos and localisation for priority languages.
Run store-listing experiments (Google Play Experiments, Apple Product Page Optimisation) and Custom Product Pages aligned to paid campaigns.
Grow ratings and reviews through in-app prompts and review management.
Drive web-to-app and cross-channel installs with SEO, Content, CRM and Partnerships (IB/affiliate) teams, including deep links and QR flows.
Measurement and attribution
Own mobile measurement through our MMP (AppsFlyer): SDK events, deep links, SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit, Google Privacy Sandbox for Android, and UTM / tracking-link standards.
Keep web (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) and app (MMP) attribution aligned and deduplicated, so paid social results are counted once.
Work with Data Engineering on cohort, CAC, LTV, ARPU and ROAS reporting (30- and 90-day) that ties installs and sign-ups to FTD and net deposits.
Keep event tracking, postbacks and attribution windows accurate across all partners.
Funnel and conversion
Partner with Product and Dev on onboarding, KYC and first-deposit flows in the app to lift install-to-FTD conversion.
Work with the CRM & Lifecycle manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) on push, in-app and email journeys for new app users.
Compliance
Ensure all ads and app store assets meet the requirements of each regulator (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA and others), platform ad policies for financial products, and Apple / Google app store guidelines, including risk warnings and country restrictions.
Out of scope
Organic social and community (Discord, Reddit communities, Telegram), owned by the Organic Social & Community Growth Manager.
Candidate profile
Must have
4+ years in paid acquisition, covering both paid social (Meta, TikTok and at least one other platform) and mobile app user acquisition.
Proven experience in online retail trading (FX/CFDs), iGaming or crypto: you understand regulated, high-CPA acquisition, deposit-driven funnels and the ad-platform restrictions these verticals face.
Hands-on ownership of a multi-channel paid budget of USD 250k+ a month.
Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, MetaAds, LinkedIn, X and ASO, with proven results on both App Store and Google Play as well as driving Web/Desktop Leads and FTDs
Deep working knowledge of an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred), SKAdNetwork, post-ATT measurement and deep linking, plus Meta Pixel / Conversions API.
Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modelling, incrementality thinking and ROAS-based budget decisions; comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets and BI dashboards.
Experience optimising to down-funnel events (registration, deposit), not just clicks or installs.
A track record of running structured creative testing at scale.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
Experience with programmatic and mobile ad networks.
Experience with Snapchat, Reddit and other social or new ad channels such as ChatGPT.
Knowledge of financial-promotion rules (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA) and Apple / Google policies for financial apps.
SQL or BigQuery; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A second language relevant to our key markets (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese).
Personal attributes
Commercial and numbers-driven: you decide on cost per FTD, not clicks or installs.
Comfortable owning a large budget and explaining every euro of it.
A fast tester who learns from failures and scales winners quickly.
Collaborative with Creative, Product, CRM and Data Engineering.
Our offer
A welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership.
Real autonomy over a large growth budget, and the chance to contribute to a dynamic business in a growth phase.
Support for your ideas and room to put your expertise into the company's best practices.
Continuous personal development, a training and development budget, growth with the company and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders.
Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemes.
A vibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrations.

The Role
Intellect is a workplace mental health and EAP provider that is growing quickly across Australia and New Zealand. We're competing for larger enterprise and government contracts, and the operational and strategic workload behind those deals now outstrips the commercial team's capacity.
This role is the ANZ General Manager's right hand. You take ANZ market priorities (a product gap, a compliance requirement, a go-live risk, a new market opportunity) and drive them to a finished outcome across Intellect's regional functions: Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal and Revenue. You do this without the GM chasing each step.
This isn't a sales role and it isn't a tender-writing role. It's the operating and strategy engine that lets the ANZ commercial team spend its time winning and keeping clients. The target: this role helps unlock AUD 1.5M in additional new business for ANZ within 12 months.
What You'll Do
Drive ANZ priorities through regional HQ (core of the role)
Turn the GM's priorities into clear, structured requests for Product, Ops, Clinical, Legal and Revenue, and track each one to completion.
Run the ANZ-to-HQ rhythm: a weekly status on open items, with escalation to the GM only when a decision is needed.
Own a live register of ANZ strategic initiatives showing owner, status, dependency and next action.
Project-manage the HQ side of new client go-lives: product configuration, clinical resourcing and operations set-up.
Execute strategic initiatives from idea to outcome
Own 3–5 ANZ initiatives at a time, such as new service lines, critical incident service improvements, and psychosocial risk products. Define scope, timeline, dependencies and success criteria for each.
Write structured requirements for Product rather than making verbal requests, and flag slippage before it becomes a client risk.
Research the market: competitor proposals and pricing, value proposition and pricing strategy for 2027, and SLA gaps against what the market expects.
Build business cases and briefing packs for leadership forums.
Run pipeline and reporting operations
Keep the ANZ HubSpot pipeline accurate every week: stage, close date, ACV and last activity.
Own the data for the ANZ section of the monthly business review (MBR), in the regional standard format.
Flag pipeline coverage gaps three months ahead of quarter end.
Coordinate tender compliance and capacity
Chair Go/No-Go decisions on new tenders and maintain the criteria.
Own compliance pre-checks before any submission, including insurance, the Fair Jobs Code, data sovereignty and accreditation.
Back up the dedicated RFP specialist on priority bids, and manage external bid consultants' scope and cost.
Handle people and business administration
Coordinate ANZ people processes with the People team, scope office and operating requirements, and keep the GM's calendar clear of non-commercial administration.
Requirements
The deciding trait is operating with authority. You'll lead conversations with people more senior than you, push an agenda they may not want, and hold the line when they push back, all without the GM in the room.
Must-haves
3–6 years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations or commercial roles, ideally at a scaling B2B or SaaS company
A track record of taking an initiative from an incomplete brief to a finished outcome with little supervision. You can describe one in detail.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, including telling a senior person "no" or "not now" and making it stick
Comfort with ambiguity: you make a call on partial information and adjust, rather than waiting for certainty
Strong commercial and financial skills: pricing, margin, business cases and pipeline analysis
Disciplined project management: registers, cadences and follow-through without reminders
Clear, concise writing for executive audiences
Nice-to-haves
Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, and with reporting and dashboard tools
Exposure to tenders, procurement or regulated industries (health, insurance, government)
Knowledge of the Australian market, or of EAP, workplace mental health or psychosocial risk
Confident, practical use of AI tools to move faster

Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3
rd
party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.
Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.

Who You Are:
The TradFi/Settlement Principal Lead is the specialist voice on how traditional financial infrastructure actually works, and what it takes to rebuild it for digital assets. This is a deep-domain role, not a generalist PM function: you need hands-on experience on both sides — settlement, custody, and post-trade flows inside a TradFi institution, and the equivalent flows inside a digital asset or blockchain environment (tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody). You understand the full institutional trade lifecycle end to end, and how it maps — and doesn't map — onto digital asset rails.
You will partner directly with DIS leads on the vision and strategy for our custom build engagements, co-own product direction for those builds, and translate complex institutional requirements into specs that engineering can execute against without guesswork. You are comfortable challenging assumptions — client-side and internal — and pushing back when a requirement doesn't hold up against how the lifecycle actually operates, on either side of the TradFi/digital asset divide.
This is a client-facing role. You will run discovery directly with Tier-1 institutional stakeholders, from operations and engineering teams to senior executives, and you will be the person in the room who can tell the difference between a real settlement constraint and an assumed one — in both the TradFi world and the digital asset world.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with DIS leads on the product vision and strategy for custom build engagements, owning prioritization and direction as the work moves from concept to delivery
Serve as the team's specialist on settlement, clearing, and post-trade flows across both TradFi and digital assets — bring deep, current knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle (custody, settlement cycles, corporate actions, reconciliation) and how it translates on-chain, into every requirement
Translate institutional and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable specs and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute against with minimal rework
Run discovery and requirements sessions directly with client stakeholders, from engineers to senior operations and technology leaders, and define success in their terms
Challenge ideas and assumptions — both the client's and the team's — pressure-testing every requirement against how TradFi infrastructure actually behaves today and where it needs to change for digital assets
Partner closely with the Architect and engineering leads to make sure product decisions hold up technically, and stay in the details when it matters
Serve as the voice of the client internally and the voice of the roadmap externally, keeping delivery and client expectations aligned as requirements evolve
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI tools to improve team performance, decision-making, and output quality
What We’re Looking For:
Deep, hands-on TradFi experience with settlement systems, post-trade flows, and the full institutional trade lifecycle — custody, clearing, settlement, reconciliation
Equally deep, hands-on experience with digital asset or blockchain infrastructure — tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody. This role requires genuine fluency in both worlds; a TradFi background alone, or a digital-assets background alone, is not sufficient
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead who has shipped complex, regulated financial infrastructure, not just consumer or generic B2B products
Comfort operating as a specialist rather than a generalist — real depth in one domain matters more here than breadth across many
Client-facing experience with Tier-1 financial institutions; credible in working sessions with engineers and in briefings with senior stakeholders
A strong point of view and the willingness to challenge requirements, assumptions, and even senior stakeholders when the details don't hold up
Ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional institutional requirements into structured specs engineering can build against
Experience partnering closely with technical leadership on vision and strategy, not just backlog execution
Bonus Points:
Background at a custodian, clearinghouse, prime broker, or other post-trade infrastructure provider on the TradFi side, or a digital asset custodian/exchange on the crypto side
Formal product management experience inside a regulated fintech or capital markets environment
Fluency in payments rails and trading systems alongside settlement
Experience having personally led a build that bridged a TradFi institution onto digital asset rails (e.g., a tokenization pilot, on-chain settlement project
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Director, Engineering
Location: Remote US, Only
Compensation:
$215,000 to $240,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Huntress is building an Agentic SOC. When our detection pipeline raises a signal, an LLM-based agent picks it up and investigates it end-to-end. It gathers telemetry across our products, reconstructs what happened, and makes a well-documented determination about whether the activity is malicious. Over time, it will take on more of the work itself, growing from resolving routine cases to acting fast when it finds an attack and handing analysts cases with the evidence already assembled. We’re hiring a Principal Software Engineer to head this effort.
This system is meant to augment our analysts, not replace them. It takes the high-volume, repetitive work off their plates so they can focus on complex cases and hands-on keyboard intrusions where human expertise matters most. It also reduces toil in the rest of their day by using LLMs to pre-process the output of the tools analysts use constantly, so they start from a clear picture instead of raw telemetry.
This isn’t a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. The system investigates a large volume of signals a day across thousands of customer organizations. Many signals are benign, but some are live intrusions where minutes matter. The telemetry the system reads comes from environments in which attackers are actively operating. Because the system makes real decisions, like closing an investigation or isolating a host, it has to be right, it has to show its work, and it has to know when to hand off to a person.
As the technical lead, you’ll own the system’s architecture and direction. That means deciding how an investigation is structured, where deterministic code ends and model reasoning begins, what the agent can and can’t touch, how we know it’s working, and which decisions it makes on its own as it proves itself. You’ll work closely with SOC analysts, detection engineers, product, and other engineering teams. You’ll go deep in the code and help the engineers around you grow. Your work will directly shape how Huntress scales
protection for the 99%
.
We make full use of AI coding tools to enable you to accelerate your development. We don’t cap token usage. We expect you to use AI and all tools responsibly.
Responsibilities:
Own the architecture of agentic investigation. You help define how signals move from detection into investigation, how investigation state is managed, how tools are designed and exposed to agents, and what a finished investigation contains: the verdict, the timeline, the scope, and the evidence behind every claim. When the team is stuck between options, you make the call, and the foundations you set are what others build on for years.
Build agents that investigate like a strong analyst. You work alongside our SOC and product researchers to learn how experienced analysts actually triage and investigate, then turn that into agent behavior: which questions to ask, which evidence to gather, when to dig deeper, and when to stop and hand off to a human.
Take toil off analysts’ plates. Beyond full investigations, you build LLM-powered pre-processing for the tools and data sources analysts rely on every day. It summarizes, correlates, and highlights what matters, so analysts spend their time on judgment instead of assembly.
Bring a security mindset to the agent itself. The agent reads attacker-influenced data, runs across thousands of customer tenants, and can take action in customer environments. You design as if someone is trying to manipulate it, because someone will. Trust boundaries, tenant isolation, and auditability are part of the architecture from the start.
Treat evaluation as a core part of the product. You define how we measure whether an investigation is correct, well-reasoned, and well-documented, and you make sure no prompt, model, or tool changes without evidence that it helps.
Decide with data what the system does on its own. Based on measured performance, you decide where it acts autonomously, where a person reviews its work, and how that changes over time. You also recognize when a problem doesn’t need an agent at all.
Build for production, not for demos. You design for reliability, latency, and cost at scale. The system keeps working when models are slow, wrong, unavailable, or quietly changed underneath you, and anyone can trace exactly why an investigation reached its conclusion or why an action was taken.
Augment analysts, don’t replace them. You design the handoff between agent and analyst so that when a case reaches a person, the agent’s work makes them faster and better informed. You consider how analysts’ work changes as agents take on more of it, and how we explain agent decisions to partners and customers in a way they can trust.
Prototype your way through hard problems. When the team hits something genuinely uncertain, you dig in first: derisk it, prove out the approach, then hand it off clearly.
Be the engineering face of the Agentic SOC. In conversations with SOC leadership, other engineering teams, product, and executives, you represent the team’s technical perspective clearly and credibly. You drive alignment on key decisions, carry context in both directions, and protect the team from unclear scope.
Balance technical rigor with pragmatism. You push back when a shortcut creates real risk, and you also push back on over-engineering when the goal is discovery. You have a bias for action and frequent feedback from analysts and customers, and you can explain your tradeoffs to engineers and non-engineers alike.
Raise the floor and the ceiling. Your technical leadership is measured by how the whole team performs, not just by what you personally ship. That shows up in thoughtful code review, pairing on problems others are stuck on, and creating leverage through better patterns, tooling, and shared understanding. You partner with the engineering manager on team health, give direct feedback, and model the judgment and accountability you want the team to have.
What You Bring To The Team:
15+ years of experience developing complex software products, including significant time as the technical lead on production systems
Hands-on experience designing, shipping, and operating LLM-based agents in production, covering tool use, context management, structured output, guardrails, and evaluation, along with a clear-eyed understanding of how they fail
A track record of building evaluation for non-deterministic systems, such as labeled datasets, offline evals, and regression gates, and of measuring quality over time rather than at launch
A security mindset: experience building systems that handle untrusted input, enforce multi-tenant isolation, and produce an audit trail that holds up under scrutiny
Experience building systems that make automated decisions with real consequences, and the judgment to know what to automate and what to leave to people
Curiosity about how security analysts think and work, and a willingness to spend real time learning from them
Deep backend expertise in distributed systems, queues, and durable workflows, and concurrency, with a track record of designing for throughput and correctness under load
Strong skills in one or more backend languages and the ability to pick up new ones quickly. Our primary stack is Ruby on Rails, and we expect you to become fluent in it
Experience with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud environments, and with data stores such as Postgres and Redis
Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code
BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
Bonus Points:
Experience working in or building for a SOC, incident response, threat hunting, or detection engineering. It isn’t required, but it helps a lot, because we build these workflows around how our analysts actually investigate
Familiarity with endpoint and identity telemetry and with attacker tradecraft
Experience attacking or adversarially testing ML or LLM systems
Experience with Ruby on Rails
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are looking for an Affiliate Growth Lead, US to build and scale our relationships with finance and investing creators and affiliates across the US market. The role combines business development, creator and affiliate partnerships and performance marketing, with a clear commercial mandate: drive attributable funded accounts and trading volume from active traders and investors, starting with Margin.
This is not a crypto-native KOL role. The audience we want to reach already trades and invests, and we reach them through the creators and publishers they trust in traditional finance, trading education and wealth management.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own business development for US finance and investing creators and affiliates, building a high-quality pipeline of trading educators, finance YouTubers and podcasters, newsletter authors, and wealth-management and advisor-creators.
- Develop and execute the US creator and affiliate strategy, starting with a focus on driving Margin trading volume and funded accounts, with the scope to expand across Kraken's other trading products.
- Own partner acquisition and relationship development, from initial outreach and commercial conversations through activation and ongoing growth.
- Structure CPA, revenue-share and hybrid partnerships that tie partner incentives to funded accounts and trading activity.
- Set up and manage the tracking, attribution, payout and reporting needed to measure partners through funded and traded accounts.
- Work with Legal and Compliance on disclosure, content review and approved messaging, so that promotion of leveraged products is responsible and consistent.
- Partner across Growth, Marketing, Product and other relevant teams to turn creator and affiliate opportunities into effective campaigns, and bring partner and audience feedback back into the product.
- Coordinate with the NORAM Pro KOL Business Development team so each creator has a single point of contact and relationships are not duplicated.
- Track attributable trading volume, funded accounts, active-trader retention and CAC per partner, and use the results to prioritize partners and investment.
- Continuously identify emerging creators, communities and affiliate publishers that reach active traders and investors in the US.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Deep experience in business development, partnerships, influencer management or affiliate-led growth in the US, with a track record of running performance-based creator or affiliate programs for a brokerage, trading platform or investing product.
- Experience growing margin, options, futures or other leveraged or active-trading products.
- A strong existing network and understanding of the US finance and investing creator ecosystem, including trading educators, finance YouTubers, newsletter authors, podcasters and wealth-management or advisor-creators.
- Working knowledge of crypto and digital assets, with the ability to explain crypto trading products clearly to audiences who are new to them.
- Demonstrated ability to originate, negotiate and grow commercially meaningful partnerships, including CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deal structures.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
- A record of turning creator or affiliate activity into measurable outcomes such as funded accounts, trading volume, revenue or acquisition, with results you can describe in numbers.
- Familiarity with US financial advertising rules, including FTC paid-endorsement disclosure, and experience getting creator content through compliance review.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the credibility to work with creators who protect their audience's trust and are selective about the brands they promote.
- Commercial judgment: you prioritize partners based on expected impact on conversion and trading activity, not on reach or activity alone.
- Comfort using performance data to evaluate partners, diagnose results, adjust strategy and end partnerships that do not perform.
- Strong cross-functional execution skills and the ability to move opportunities from prospecting through launch and ongoing growth.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working in wealth management or fintech.
- Experience at a crypto exchange or digital-asset firm.
- Existing relationships with US crypto-native creators.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will help the sales team drive revenue growth by evangelizing our technology via demos and technical discussions. You will get to collaborate with infrastructure engineering and security teams at the most sophisticated technology companies in the world. Most importantly, you will help these companies solve problems and get exposed to the latest ideas in technology.
You will partner with account executives, other solutions engineers, and other teams to understand customer challenges, design secure and scalable solutions, and guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-value engagements.
You have experience working with AI technologies and infrastructure (LLMs, MCP, vector databases, AI tooling), and familiarity with traditional infrastructure networking and security (Linux/Unix, Windows, VPNs, bastion hosts, etc) and modern cloud-native technologies (cloud compute, containers, IaC, etc).
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to expand technical discovery, and map Teleport’s capabilities to customer initiatives.
- Architect and deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase Teleport’s differentiation with Zero Trust principles, handling of human and non-human identities, identity governance, and identity security.
- Act as the trusted advisor to engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, and security leaders.
- Advise on protecting sensitive datasets and model endpoints with Teleport’s identity-based controls.
- Position Teleport as a solution to eliminate API keys and static tokens in machine pipelines.
- Support customers exploring AI/LLM use cases, including secure infrastructure for training and inference workloads.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on feature gaps and market needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing on thought leadership around identity, human, non-human, and AI security.
- Support channel and technology partners with technical enablement.
- Help across various go-to-market activities, including marketing collateral, product positioning, customer interviews, sales cycle optimizations, traveling to conferences, brand evangelism, attending meetups, etc.
- Listen deeply and perceive feedback as an opportunity to improve.
- Demonstrate a high level of empathy, resilience, and humility.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, DevSecOps or a highly technical customer-facing role.
- Experience with using/configuring/debugging Linux machines and network issues.
- Strong understanding and experience with Kubernetes, including hands-on troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of at least one cloud computing platform
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and securing infrastructure at scale (e.g., source control, code reviews, unit testing, agile principles).
- Advanced understanding of identity security and modern Zero Trust security approaches.
- Proven ability to develop scripts and automation using Linux shell, Go, and Infrastructure as Code tools
- Strong understanding of system architecture, provisioning, and administration
- Familiarity with AI/LLM infrastructure (GPU clusters, data governance, inference workloads, ML pipelines) and associated security requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders with credibility and clarity.
- Strong presentation, demo, and white-boarding skills.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
