Kaizen Asset Management Services · Dubai, covering the UAE · Full-time · Mid level
Kaizen is seeking a commercially driven, Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to grow its asset management portfolio across the UAE. This is a newly created role with a mandate to win new asset management mandates from landlords, family offices, private capital, institutional owners and developers with rental stock, and to generate pipeline for Kaizen’s owners association, unit management and capital markets teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business development and pipeline
Identify and target whole-building residential and mixed-use assets across the UAE, focusing on landlords managing their own buildings or using smaller local operators, family office portfolios, institutional owners and developers’ retained stock.
Build and manage a structured pipeline in the CRM, converting relationships into signed asset management mandates.
Make the case for outsourced asset management: NOI and value growth, compliance, reporting and governance.
Attend building handovers, developer launches and industry events to secure opportunities ahead of the market.
Asset reviews, proposals and contracts
Sell the paid asset review, Kaizen’s entry point for new clients, delivered by the Director of Asset Management.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations and fee structures with the Director, Finance and operations, and take every deal through Kaizen’s deal desk.
Negotiate contracts and hand each client cleanly to the asset management team, with a full handover pack and a warm introduction.
Cross-service referrals
Introduce owners association, handover, unit management and capital markets opportunities to the relevant Kaizen teams.
Market intelligence and client relationships
Track new supply, competitor activity, ownership changes and rental trends across the UAE, and report pipeline and market intelligence to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships, and act as a cultural and linguistic bridge to the Arabic-speaking landlord and family office community.
Requirements
At least 5 years in UAE real estate, including at least 3 in business development for property or asset management, leasing or investment.
An established network of landlords, family offices and developers across the UAE.
A solid grasp of property and asset management economics: rent roll, NOI, yields and service charges, and the regulatory differences between emirates.
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles: block mandates typically take three to six months from first meeting to signature, family offices longer.
Fluent Arabic and English.
Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal skills; CRM discipline (Pipedrive; Yardi or Goyzer an advantage); Microsoft Office.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Benefits
Competitive base salary plus commission on mandates when they go live.
A newly created role at the start of Kaizen’s asset management growth, with direct access to senior leadership.
Part of an international asset management group.
Professional development and training support.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd Cloud, Infra, Data & Security is growing fast, and our architecture leadership needs to keep up. We need someone who can take an unclear problem, define it, design the answer, and make sure it ships. You'll set technical direction across cloud, infrastructure, and data. You'll shape engagements and roadmaps before they're committed. And you'll stay close enough to delivery that what we design is what gets built. We operate AI-first: you'll use AI as a daily tool to move faster and multiply what you and the teams around you can deliver.
There will be ambiguity. That's the job. The plans don't exist yet, and you'll help write them.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW:
- You'll help define the business, not inherit it. The Cloud BU is rapidly scaling. The patterns, standards, and team habits you set now become how we operate.
- The scope is broad on purpose. It covers cloud foundations, Kubernetes platforms, data, and AI workloads, so you won't be boxed into one layer.
- Decisions move quickly. You'll work directly with BU leadership, and decisions take days, not quarters.
- The problems are current. The work is getting AI workloads into production safely, building data platforms that are governed, and keeping cloud spend under control.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Architecture direction. You'll define reference architectures, landing zones, and standards across AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code. You'll decide what we standardize and what we leave flexible.
- Data and AI platforms. You'll design lakehouse and warehouse, streaming, and governance patterns. You'll also design the platform layer that moves GenAI and agentic workloads from prototype to production, covering access control, evaluation, observability, and cost guardrails.
- Solution shaping. You'll lead technical discovery, size and de-risk the work, and write the solution designs and technical scope that teams commit to.
- AI-accelerated delivery. You'll use AI tools across the architecture lifecycle: discovery synthesis, design drafts, IaC and code generation, review, documentation, and estimation. You'll turn what works into repeatable patterns and prompts the team adopts. You'll also set the guardrails for how AI is used with client and production data.
- Security and compliance by design. You'll own IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and logging. Your designs need to hold up to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulated-industry scrutiny without slowing delivery down.
- Cost and operability. Every design ships with a run cost, reliability targets, an observability plan, and a rollback path.
- Raising the bar. You'll run design reviews, mentor architects and senior engineers, and turn repeat solutions into reusable accelerators.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Have 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or data engineering, including several years as the accountable architect for production systems at scale.
Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, production Kubernetes, and Terraform (or an equivalent IaC tool). You can still review a pull request credibly.
- Have designed and shipped modern data platforms, such as [Databricks / Snowflake / Fabric / Redshift], including governance and data quality, not just pipelines.
- Think security-first. IAM design, zero-trust networking, encryption, and audit readiness are defaults for you, not afterthoughts.
- Use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty. You can show concrete examples of AI shortening your delivery timelines or expanding your output. You also know where it fails, and you verify what it produces before anything reaches production.
- Can explain a tradeoff to a CFO in the morning and debug it with an engineer in the afternoon.
- Act under ambiguity. You write the first draft of the plan instead of waiting to be handed one, then adjust it as you learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- You've put GenAI or LLM systems into production (RAG, evaluation, guardrails, agent orchestration).
- You have multi-cloud or hybrid experience at enterprise scale.
- You've worked in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
- You hold AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CKA. These help but aren't required.
- You've built an architecture practice or center of excellence from an early stage.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Travel & Expense, you will run the day-to-day financial controls, audit program, and executive reporting behind Anthropic's T&E function. T&E touches every employee, every legal entity, and every executive, and it runs on Navan, Brex, and negotiated supplier agreements. Spend and transaction volume have grown several-fold in the past six quarters, and the controls need to scale to meet a public-company standard.
You will report to the Head of Travel & Expense in Finance Operations and work daily with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Talent, Security, Legal, Finance Systems and Administrative Business Partners.
Responsibilities
Controls & SOX Compliance
Own the day-to-day operation of key T&E controls, including approvals, card issuance and spend limits, segregation of duties, and policy exceptions, within the control framework set by the Head of T&E, who owns the overall T&E process
Maintain the T&E process narratives and risk and control matrix, and keep them current as systems and policies change
Ensure correct GL coding and complete, accurate month-end reconciliations across Navan, Brex, and Workday, and support close, flux analysis, and accruals
Act as the preparer for T&E controls and the day-to-day contact for internal and external auditors: gather and retain evidence, support walkthroughs and sample requests, and track remediation, escalating significant issues to the Head of T&E
International Expansion Controls
Set up and maintain entity-level coding and approval flows in Brex and Navan as new legal entities and countries come online
Document and operationalize country-specific rules for per diems, VAT reclaim, non-USD cards, receipt requirements, and local tax treatment
Partner with Tax, Payroll, and Global Mobility to ensure compliance
Support accurate intercompany treatment of T&E costs across entities
T&E Audit Program
Help design, build, and run a risk-based audit program covering sampling, anomaly detection, misuse escalation, and remediation tracking
Define and monitor pre-spend rules, duplicate and split-transaction checks, and receipt and 30-day submission compliance
Build dashboards and reporting on policy compliance, exceptions, and control performance for Finance leadership
Partner with the Head of T&E to deploy Claude to review transactions, flag policy exceptions, and automate recurring reporting
Program Operations
Own day-to-day T&E operations, supporting the growing volume of travel and expense activity and platform configuration and automation, so operations keep running without pulling focus from controls
Own transaction-level review and receipt follow-up, and help shape what should be automated rather than staffed
Partner with Benefits, Payroll and Legal to ensure the T&E program is compliant with relevant local and country requirements
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in travel and expense, corporate accounting, internal audit, or finance operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company
Hands-on SOX or internal-controls experience: writing process narratives, testing or operating key controls, and working with external auditors
Strong accounting fundamentals, including GL coding, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close support
Deep platform expertise in Navan and/or comparable TMC platforms, plus Brex or equivalent expense management tools, and working knowledge of ERP integrations (Workday preferred)
Strong analytical skills: comfort with large transaction datasets, sampling methods, and anomaly detection
Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to work credibly with senior executives and their support teams
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain a control or an exception to Finance leaders, auditors, and employees
An AI-curious, builder mindset: experience automating finance workflows with AI tools, or real enthusiasm for doing so, and comfort creating structure where none exists
CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments, including per diem rules, VAT reclaim, and cross-border tax considerations
Experience with pre-IPO or newly public company readiness
M&A integration experience a huge plus

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Ability to operate independently in a remote, asynchronous environment, with willingness to travel periodically for team offsites and occasional in-person planning/whiteboarding sessions.

As a New Business Solutions Architect, you’ll be a trusted advisor to GitLab prospects in the EMEA region, helping them understand how GitLab’s DevSecOps platform addresses both technical requirements and business objectives across the entire software development lifecycle. You’ll guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys, from planning through monitoring, using your technical expertise, understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, and strong customer empathy. Reporting to a regional Solutions Architect manager and partnering closely with New Business Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you’ll own technical evaluations (including proof of value initiatives and workshops), shape solution architectures, and serve as the voice of the customer back to Product Management. In your first year, you’ll focus on driving successful platform adoption, influencing revenue growth through solution selling, and building long-term, trust-based relationships that showcase GitLab’s differentiated position in an AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
What you’ll do
Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation (including proofs of value) to show how GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers’ technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
Drive the technical evaluation process as the Directly Responsible Individual, including solution design, POC/POV ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
Collaborate with New Business Account Executives and regional sales teams in EMEA to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion.
Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven digital transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain and extend your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies, creating reusable examples, best practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners.
Invest in your own growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve the impact of the Solutions Architect team.
What you’ll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Motivation to continuously develop professionally, including learning new technologies, deepening GitLab platform expertise, and applying transferable experience from related fields.
About the team

Our mission is to help customers realize the full value of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform by advising on architecture, running technical evaluations such as proofs of value, and guiding customers through their digital transformation. We work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, collaborating asynchronously across regions to share best practices, create reusable technical collateral, and act as the voice of the customer.
