About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia. We leverage a modern technology stack — including our in- house Marketing OS and AI content pipelines — to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are hiring two junior specialists to own link placements end-to-end across the group’s websites — from research and first contact to price negotiation and a verified live link. You work from our vetted publisher database plus your own research, order the articles from our content pipeline, and build up to ~20 quality links a month once you find your rhythm. You report to the Head of Search, who trains you on our quality rules and works the pipeline alongside you.
This is an ownership role, not a list-scraper role. Within our quality rules, you decide which sites to pursue, what price to accept, and when to walk away — and report after, not before. If a publisher goes quiet, you chase them. If a link you paid for disappears, you get it
restored or replaced.
Note: This role does not include writing articles — our content team and AI pipeline produce them.
Key Responsibilities
Research and find link opportunities
• Work the prospect queue from our vetted publisher database and add opportunities from your own research.
• Qualify every site before contact: real traffic, a related subject (property, travel, business, the Gulf), and no seller footprints.
• Apply our quality bar on every placement — DR 40+ for main websites, and never more than 3 links a month from one site.
• Spot new site types, niches, and sources the database does not cover yet.
• Flag price and quality patterns you see in the market so we adjust the plan with real data.
2. Outreach and negotiate
• Contact site owners and pitch the placement in clear, personal English — not a template blast.
• Negotiate the price on every deal and record asking price vs final price.
• Decide when a deal is bad and walk away — an overpriced or off-quality link is worse than no link.
• Keep many conversations moving at once without dropping any of them.
• Build repeatable relationships with the publishers worth returning to.
3. Place and verify
• Order the article from our content pipeline with the right anchor and target page.
• See every placement through to publication — chase until it is live.
• Confirm every link is live, do-follow, and indexed before counting it.
• Run the 90-day live check on your placements and get dead links restored or replaced.
• Build up to ~20 quality links a month after your ramp-up period.
4. Monitor performance and run your pipeline
• Keep every prospect, conversation, and order at the correct status in Marketing OS — the pipeline is the single source of truth.
• Record every cost against every placement; no untracked spending.
• Watch how your placed links perform and report what is moving rankings.
• Have your weekly numbers visible without being asked for them.
• Escalate blockers to your lead the day they appear, not at the end of the month.
Required Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of hands-on link building — with placements you personally won and can show us (send 3–5 live links).
• Working SEO knowledge: you understand how links, on-page, and technical SEO fit together, even if links are your specialty.
• Written English strong enough to pitch and negotiate with international site owners without a template for every message.
• Pipeline discipline: you can run many open conversations at once and drop none of them.
• Decisive operator — you make the routine calls yourself and can give references who confirm it.
• Based in Armenia and able to work 2 days a week from our Yerevan office.
• Comfortable working to monthly numbers that are openly tracked.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on on-page SEO experience — audits, titles and meta, internal linking.
• Russian and/or Arabic — our sites run in three languages and both are a real advantage.
• Familiarity with the main SEO research and backlink tools.
• Experience buying placements through link marketplaces.
• Daily use of AI tools in your current work.
• Agency background — you have built links across many different websites and industries.
What We Offer
• A ready system, not a blank page: a vetted publisher database, a Marketing OS pipeline, and AI-produced articles — your time goes on winning placements, not admin.
• A specialist lead who trains you, clear quality rules, and honest monthly targets.
• Hybrid working in Yerevan (2 days office / 3 days home), employment through our Dubai company, and leave per Armenian labour law.
• A real growth path: language ownership, wider SEO scope, and a senior track as the search team scales.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base.
You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem.
This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio.
- Co-create sales plays tailored to each partner’s customer base, vertical focus, and services capabilities. Author Working Backwards outcome proposals for strategic partner-customer combinations that translate AI Development Infrastructure into deal-level urgency.
- Develop and deliver workshops, Builder Labs, and partner-hosted enablement sessions as the primary awareness and demand generation vehicle for the EMEA ecosystem. Build hands-on demonstration environments and interactive experiences that partners can use independently.
- Intervene directly on the highest-value partner-attached deals across EMEA: co-sell calls, technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture review, and technical win support. Own the engagement until the partner’s team can carry it independently.
- Transform bespoke partner enablement sessions into structured LMS modules and certification tiers that scale across the EMEA partner base without requiring live PDE support for each new partner.
- Produce “better together” reference architectures for strategic partner combinations across cloud providers and AI platforms. Include deployment diagrams, network topology, IAM patterns, and operational runbooks that partner SAs can hand directly to customers.
- Codify each successful partner engagement into a repeatable GTM play: trigger conditions, discovery questions, positioning framework, demo script, PoV scope template, and expected outcomes. Build a playbook library that a new PDE or partner seller can pick up and run.
- Build AI-powered self-service tools that automate high-volume PDE activities: Opportunity Brief Generator, PR/FAQ Generator, Workshop-in-a-Box deployment, and demo site builder.
- Produce a monthly partner intelligence digest from EMEA engagements: what customers are asking for, how competitors are positioning, where integrations are missing, which vertical use cases are emerging. Distribute to Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.
- Own the EMEA-relevant portions of the joint technical integration roadmap with strategic partners. Define priorities cross-functionally with Product and Engineering based on field signals from the EMEA market.
- Create and publish Partner Relations content, the ecosystem equivalent of Developer Relations: technical blog posts, cookbooks, partner ecosystem conference talks, enablement videos, and workshop recaps. Build Coder’s technical brand within the EMEA partner community.
- Contribute to cloud marketplace product listing stewardship, competency maintenance documentation, and CSP co-build technical requirements as they apply to EMEA-specific partner and compliance contexts.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a combination of Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations roles at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI company
- Demonstrated experience helping partners or customers understand and adopt products in emerging or undefined categories, not just executing playbooks for established ones
- Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), with production-level Kubernetes and Terraform depth. You have done the work and can speak to it with specificity.
- 2+ years deploying or operating AI coding agents in a production or near-production environment: you understand how agent loops execute, where credentials live, and what governance and audit requirements look like in a European enterprise context
- Ability to articulate the architectural difference between workspace-local agent tooling and a centralized agentic harness, and to explain why that distinction matters to a security, compliance, or data sovereignty stakeholder
- Experience working with channel or technology partners in a co-sell model: hyperscaler partner programs, GSI/RSI partnerships, or VAR/distributor ecosystems in EMEA markets
- Experience building repeatable technical GTM assets that scaled beyond your personal delivery: sales plays, enablement curricula, reference architectures, or technical content programs
- Executive communication and Field CTO credibility: you can hold a technical vision conversation with a partner CTO and a deal-level architecture review with an SE in the same day, in English and ideally at least one additional European language
- Strong written communication: you can produce a Working Backwards PR/FAQ, a technical architecture document, and a blog post without those being separate skills requiring separate people
- Self-directed, analytically minded, and comfortable operating with full autonomy. You will define processes that don’t exist, build tools that haven’t been scoped, and create a function from first principles in a new region.
Bonus Points
(Bonus tacos? That’s how we say thanks at Coder. Ask us about it.)
- Prior Forward Deployed Engineer experience at a platform company (Palantir, Scale AI, frontier AI lab, or equivalent embedded deployment model)
- Track record of public technical advocacy: blog posts, conference talks, open-source contributions, or developer/partner community engagement
- Experience with hyperscaler partner programs (e.g., ISV Accelerate, strategic collaboration agreements, co-sell programs) at an operational level
- Familiarity with European regulatory environments: GDPR, DORA, NIS2, AI Act compliance requirements, and data sovereignty patterns for cloud-native deployments
- Experience with air-gapped or network-isolated deployments common in European financial services, government, or defense contexts
- Background in AI governance frameworks, session audit requirements, or SIEM integration for AI workloads
- Experience with LLM gateway or proxy infrastructure (LiteLLM, OpenRouter, or equivalent) in a multi-team or enterprise context
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop breakpoints or escalation patterns for autonomous agent workflows
- Kubernetes certification (CKA, CKAD, or CKS)
- Experience with Tailscale or similar overlay networking tools
- Open-source contributions, particularly in CNCF, MCP, or AI agent ecosystems
- Existing relationships with hyperscaler EMEA solutions architecture teams, European GSI technical practices, or AI infrastructure partner ecosystems
- Fluency in German, French, or a Nordic language in addition to English
What Success Looks Like
- You have done the hard technical work before: deploying cloud-native infrastructure, navigating Kubernetes in production, building with Terraform, and operating in the complexity of large European enterprise environments. You bring that credibility into every partner conversation.
- You can walk a partner CTO through how Coder enables parallelized AI agents in a regulated European enterprise, covering credential isolation, audit lineage, GDPR-compliant data handling, and escalation design, and turn that conversation into a joint GTM play their sellers can run next quarter.
- You can walk into an unstructured partner relationship, assess the technical and commercial opportunity, and chart a path from first enablement session to first co-sourced deal without waiting to be told what to do.
- You translate deep technical knowledge into assets that scale: reference architectures partners hand to their customers, enablement modules partners consume on their own, and GTM playbooks partner sellers run without PDE involvement.
- You are as invested in the pattern behind the engagement as you are in the engagement itself. Every bespoke partner interaction produces a reusable artifact. Every field insight feeds back to product. You codify by instinct.
- You make the ecosystem and the product better: your field experience shapes how Coder builds integrations, how partners deliver, and how the EMEA market understands AI Development Infrastructure as a category.

WHOOP is on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. Our Health Machine Learning team develops the algorithms and models that power health features used by millions of members. This role exists to scale that work: building and leading the engineering and science teams that bring SaMD products from research through validation, submission, and production deployment.
As a Senior Manager, SaMD, you will own delivery and people outcomes across the machine learning engineers and applied ML scientists developing WHOOP's regulated health features. You will set direction for your teams, develop the next generation of leaders within the function, and partner deeply across regulatory, quality, clinical science, product, software, and firmware to deliver health products that meet a clinical-grade bar. You will be accountable for both the engineering velocity of your teams and the rigor required to operate inside a regulated medical device development environment (FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
Success in this role requires a profile with both ML and SaMD depth to evaluate your team's most important decisions, plus the people leadership skill to grow ICs, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver with both pace and rigor in a regulated environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own delivery, team health, and people outcomes across multiple workstreams within ML SaMD team
- Translate department strategy into clear quarterly plans, milestones, and success criteria; align the team on the highest-leverage work and adapt deliberately as the business evolves
- Build the team: lead hiring at scale, calibrate the bar for regulated development, and shape onboarding, leveling, and growth practices
- Develop the next layer of leadership, coach junior and seniorICs, manage performance with clarity and care, and create the conditions for people to operate above their level
- Set the standard for how regulated ML gets built at WHOOP: methodology, work quality, validation rigor, and audit readiness
- Partner directly with regulatory, quality, product, software, and firmware leaders to align on roadmap, dependencies, and submission timelines; broker trade-offs between iteration speed and regulatory rigor
- Own the risk posture for your function; anticipate execution, technical, and regulatory risks, design mitigation into the operating model, and keep senior leadership clearly informed of the most consequential decisions
- Define and own the operating model for your function; planning cadences, design reviews, decision forums, data governance, and quality gates appropriate to a SaMD context
- Build and continuously raise AI-enabled workflows that create measurable leverage across the team; for development, evaluation, documentation, traceability, and stakeholder communication
- Represent the team's work credibly to executive and cross-functional audiences with brevity, evidence, and clarity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in ML, applied science, or software engineering, with 3+ years managing engineering and/or science teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record junior and senior ICs, including hiring, performance management, and developing people who in turn raise the bar around them
- Deep familiarity with the ML development lifecycle: data collection, model training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring, sufficient to evaluate the most important technical and methodological decisions your team makes
- Direct experience shipping algorithms or ML-enabled software in a regulated environment (Software as a Medical Device, medical device development, or comparable QMS-controlled product development under FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)
- Fluency operating across regulatory, quality, and clinical stakeholders, including familiarity with V&V, traceability, change control, design history, and audit readiness in fast-moving ML programs
- Demonstrated ability to set strategy and make timely prioritization calls under uncertainty, keeping the team focused on the highest-leverage work
- Demonstrated AI-tooling sophistication: a track record of building or adopting AI-enabled workflows that materially improved team speed, quality, or decision confidence
- Clear, high-signal communicator who can move fluidly between deeply technical ML/regulatory discussions and executive-level summaries of risk, trade-offs, and direction.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
1Password is opening a new flagship office in Toronto, and we need a senior technical leader to own the workplace technology that powers it. As a member of the IT team, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously evolving the technology experience across network infrastructure, AV and collaboration systems, physical security technology, and workplace endpoint services.
This is an onsite, senior individual contributor role based in Toronto, reporting to the Manager of IT Support. You will serve as the company's primary subject matter expert for workplace networking and AV technologies, establishing the technical standards that will be replicated across future office locations. Beyond building the Toronto office, you will provide ongoing engineering leadership, drive technology improvements, mentor Workplace Technology Specialists supporting regional offices, and act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and workplace technology issues. If you enjoy owning systems end to end, building scalable solutions, and solving challenging technical problems, we'd love to hear from you.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is an onsite opportunity within Toronto, Canada.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, routing, switching, and WAN/ISP redundancy using platforms such as Cisco Meraki or Aruba.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise workplace AV environments, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital signage, and room control systems.
- Experience administering MDM platforms and managing endpoint lifecycle, provisioning, automation, and deployment workflows.
- Experience implementing and supporting physical security technologies, including access control and camera platforms.
- Experience delivering new office builds or major workplace technology projects while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Experience building automation workflows and operational tooling that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to support office builds, technology standardization, and regional workplace initiatives.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in a remote first organization supporting distributed workplace infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and physical security governance requirements.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and establishing engineering standards across multiple office locations.
What you can expect:
INFRASTRUCTURE
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve the Toronto office network, including wired, wireless, dedicated IT room infrastructure, and redundant internet connectivity with automated failover.
- Serve as the technical owner for workplace networking across the company, developing scalable standards and reference architectures for future office builds.
- Own the physical security technology stack, including access control, camera systems, and integrated workplace technologies.
- Partner with the Security team on governance, compliance, audit requirements, and building integrations while driving long term platform reliability and lifecycle planning.
- Own vendor relationships, technology evaluations, hardware standards, monitoring, capacity planning, and ongoing infrastructure performance across networking, AV, and physical security systems.
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and employee experience.
WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
- Design, deploy, and continuously optimize AV and collaboration technologies across a variety of meeting spaces, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital displays, and proactive monitoring.
- Own the technology behind the end to end onboarding experience for Toronto employees, including device provisioning, MDM workflows, automation, deployment standards, and lifecycle management.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex networking, AV, workplace infrastructure, and endpoint issues, while providing hands on support when required.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workplace Technology Specialists supporting other regional office locations, helping establish consistent engineering and operational standards across the company.
- Build and maintain engineering documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, automation workflows, and operational standards.
- Provide onsite coverage for workplace technology operations during planned absences and support additional office builds and major technology initiatives as needed.
What success looks like:
- The Toronto office launches with resilient, well designed networking, AV, and physical security systems that become the blueprint for future 1Password offices.
- Workplace infrastructure continues to evolve through proactive engineering, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle improvements rather than reactive support.
- Regional Workplace Technology Specialists are enabled through mentorship, documentation, and standardized engineering practices.
- Employees have a seamless workplace technology experience, while complex technical issues are resolved through thoughtful engineering solutions.
- Routine operational work becomes increasingly automated, allowing more time to focus on strategic infrastructure improvements and future office expansion.

About Ondo
Ondo Finance is building institutional-grade financial infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets. We operate at the intersection of traditional finance and on-chain systems, which means our product surface has to hold up against both the ordinary threats that hit any high-value fintech and the specific ones that follow value on-chain.
About the Role
We are hiring a
Senior Security Engineer - Product Security
to own how we ship secure products at Ondo. You will be a security partner for our product engineering teams, driving threat modeling, owning secure code reviews for new products or feature expansions, maintaining and tuning AppSec tooling, and improving the existing SSDLC. You can expect to take ownership of the bug bounty program, new feature to existing product reviews, and similar broad ownership of critical functions paired to a dedicated ProdSec lead. An AI-native approach is welcome, paired with AI-driven approaches should expect to be justified by describing how doing so enables risk outcomes.
This is a hands-on IC role. You will read code, run threat models, review architecture proposals, own tooling, and push engineering teams to build products that are secure by default. You partner closely with adjacent security function like AppSec, Infrasec, and SecOps.
What You’ll Do
Drive threat modeling for new features, integrations, and architectural changes across the product surface. Push threat models past templates into decisions that engineering teams actually implement.
Own secure code review for high-risk changes — authentication, session management, cryptographic paths, wallet and signing flows, RPC and third-party integrations, permission and consent surfaces.
Expand the AppSec tooling stack and treat “reducing false positives” as a first-class deliverable. AI-native integrations are welcome.
Design and evolve our secure SDLC: where security fits in the dev workflow, what triggers a review, what a lightweight security sign-off looks like versus a full one, and how do we validate controls.
Run our responsible disclosure and bug bounty program. Set scope, triage inbound reports, decide payouts, and drive findings to closure with engineering.
Support and own appropriate scope for the intake and closure of findings from external audits and pentests — coordinate with audit vendors (Coinspect, Cantina, NCC Group, and others), organize findings into our internal risk register, and drive remediation with engineering owners.
Partner with engineering leads to align o secure-by-default patterns - libraries, templates, sensible defaults, and paved-road implementations of anything security-relevant.
Threat model blockchain-integrated components like wallet flows, RPC integrations, signing infrastructure, on-chain admin actions triggered from off-chain systems in partnership with engineers who own the on-chain code.
Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and pushing the technical bar on the Security team.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in Product Security or Application Security, including senior IC time at a fast-moving product company.
Deep secure code review skills in at least one modern stack (TypeScript / JavaScript, Python, or Go). Ability to move across stacks at the level required to threat model.
Strong threat modeling skills, appropriate to experience - you can drive a real threat model with an engineering team, not just fill in a template. In practice, we look for core understanding of industry-relevant TTPs and IoCs and strong intuitions on how to apply those lessons learned to our products.
Practical experience owning or majorly contributing to an AppSec tooling program. You have shipped rules, tuned noise, and measured impact.
Comfortable running or building a bug bounty / responsible disclosure program end-to-end assuming properly resourced to do so.
Strong working knowledge of modern web and API security - session and auth flows, OAuth and OIDC, browser security model, common web/API vulnerability classes, and their less-common variants.
Comfortable reading Terraform, cloud IAM policies, and CI/CD configuration well enough to reason about how a product vulnerability crosses into an infra risk.
Strong engineering partnership skills - you engage constructively, understand the “why” before proposing risk controls, you know when to accept risk, and you write things down.
Willing to grow into blockchain-adjacent product security on the job, including the specific attack surface introduced by wallet, signing, and on-chain-integration code.
Blockchain Exposure Note
This role firmly lives in Web2 prodsec. But, it also requires someone who understands what “Web2 vs Web3” terminology means. In other words, how our products interact with blockchains creates unique threat models that all product security teammates must grasp. At a minimum, by Day 1 you should have strong intuitions about how blockchains will make your prodsec experience unique, you should grasp the common terminologies, and you should be able to discuss with colleagues several incident post-mortems that demonstrate how Web2 compromises lead to Web3 funds losses.
You do not need to be an expert in smart contract auditing, blockchain security architectures, or decentralized consensus-driven risk controls.
Nice to Have
Prior work at a crypto, fintech, or other company where products handle high-value or irreversible actions.
Familiarity with wallet, signing, or key-management flows.
Reading-level familiarity with Solidity or Rust, target: when ProdSec intersects with smart contracts or other on-chain applications, you can parse what the code is likely doing, and work with blockchain security subject matter experts from there.
Bug bounty history - reports, CVEs, or published write-ups.
Familiarity with browser-extension security, mobile app security, or account-abstraction wallet designs.
Public output - talks, blog posts, open-source tools, CVEs.
How We Work
The Security team values a high trust team environment where respectful candor can thrive. We expect senior engineers to have an opinionated take on how to accomplish a task, accept feedback from the team and other external stakeholders and return it in kind, and to always assume positive intent. Professionalism, ethics, and enabling stakeholders towards common goals are important always.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior GRC Engineer (Security)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Product Security
- Reports to: VP Product Security
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Senior GRC Engineer (Security), you'll mature ICEYE's Security Governance, Risk and Compliance program across a multi-country, multi-regulator footprint, including Finland, Germany, Spain, Poland, the UK and Greece amongst others. ICEYE operates at the intersection of commercial space technology and sovereign defence, so our compliance posture (ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, and national frameworks) has to be credible to customers who include governments and defence agencies. You'll be the person who keeps that posture accurate, current and audit-ready, maps client and national requirements to internal ICEYE requirements, as a senior individual contributor. This role will be working closely with all the ICEYE Security team domains, ICEYE IT, ICEYE product management and the Program Management Office, Engineering and Sales.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will evolve according to the needs of the company and the growing team. Initially, the position has two main aspects, which are adjacent and many initiatives will cross both, especially in terms of overlapping requirements and compliance evidence:
- Product requirements and compliance:
- Ensure clients’ and their national security requirements are at all times clearly translated accurately to ICEYE internal requirements across product, IT, and other ICEYE functions, and we can clearly communicate those towards existing and new clients.
- Ensure ICEYE has evidence of fulfilling and complying with the requirements, preferably as compliance-as-code whenever possible.
- Support ICEYE’s Product, the Missions business line, PMO and Sales on client requirements. Produce material to support accreditation and acceptance requirements.
- Wider Iceye and regulatory compliance:
- Continuously improve ICEYE's ISO 27001 ISMS, including risk assessments, the risk register, Statement of Applicability, internal audits and certification/surveillance audit cycles.
- Track and operationalise NIS2, CRA and other EU product security obligations across ICEYE's in-scope entities, translating regulatory requirements into concrete policies, controls and evidence.
- Prepare clear, concise compliance and risk reporting for senior leadership, including status against certifications, audits and remediation plans.
- Maintain information security policies, standards and supporting documentation, ensuring they stay practical and enforceable rather than shelfware.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies and regulators on GRC matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Eligible for being cleared for a Personal Security Clearance as necessary as well as a citizenship or a permanent residency in the European Union.
- Technical skills that allow you to interpret compliance requirements towards the product function; this includes being able to fluently discuss modern software architecture and development, deployment and release concepts.
- Proven hands-on experience running ISO 27001 (implementation, internal audit, or certification maintenance) in a real organisation, not just theoretical knowledge or external auditing experience.
- Working knowledge of NIS2, CRA, and how their obligations translate into practical controls and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product management, engineering, IT, legal and leadership without formal authority.
- Experience building or maintaining a risk register and running quantified risk assessments.
- Comfortable operating independently across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.

About us
OpenZeppelin is the security standard onchain finance is built on. Founded in 2015, our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to an open financial system, built on open standards and secured by rigorous research.
Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The Ecosystems Team
OpenZeppelin's libraries and standards are the trusted foundation of onchain development across Ethereum, Stellar, Canton and beyond, powering the majority of the world's most valuable protocols and a new generation of institutional-grade financial infrastructure. The Ecosystems team builds the long-term partnerships behind that position: we work directly with L1 and L2 foundations, protocol teams and technology providers on security audits, secure development, reference implementations and strategic open-source programs that help entire ecosystems grow securely. As tokenization and institutional adoption accelerate, the team sits at the center of some of the most consequential projects in the industry. You will report to our Ecosystem Development Lead and work alongside senior sellers, our CTO office, and our solutions and delivery teams.
What you'll be doing
You will own a portfolio of ecosystem accounts and be responsible for growing it. This is a senior, full-cycle sales role for someone who is technical enough to lead discovery and scoping conversations with CTOs and core developers directly. You will deepen relationships with some of the most important foundations and protocol teams in the industry, and open doors to new ones.
Own and grow a portfolio of ecosystem accounts (L1/L2 foundations, protocol teams, infrastructure providers) through renewals, expansion into new services, and multi-year partnerships.
Win new business through targeted, research-driven outreach to foundations and protocol teams, typically six to seven-figure engagements.
Lead the full sales cycle, including technical discovery: scoping security audits, secure development engagements and open-source partnership programs, and translating protocol roadmaps into compelling proposals.
Build and maintain strategic account plans for your portfolio, staying close to your customers' roadmaps and identifying opportunities early.
Partner with our CTO office and solutions teams on strategic proposals, and help shape the institutional-grade solutions emerging from our largest partnerships.
Represent OpenZeppelin at ecosystem conferences, technical workshops and community events worldwide.
You have
6+ years in sales or commercial roles, including 3+ years owning and exceeding revenue targets for technical products or services (Web3, security, developer tooling, or infrastructure).
A track record of closing six and seven figure deals with blockchain foundations, protocol teams, or technology companies.
Real technical fluency: you understand smart contract development, EVM architecture and blockchain infrastructure well enough to lead technical conversations, read documentation and EIPs/ERCs, and earn credibility with engineering audiences.
Full-cycle ownership: you prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate and close, and you run your pipeline with discipline.
An established network across blockchain ecosystems, foundations and protocol teams.
Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
Nice to have
A background as a developer, solutions engineer or security researcher before moving into sales.
Experience selling security audits or security services.
Familiarity with ecosystem funding mechanics: foundation budgets, grant programs, treasury-funded partnerships.
Exposure to financial institutions, tokenization or RWA projects.
Experience with onchain analytics (Dune, Nansen, block explorers).

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Security Engineer to own the hands-on engineering and operational work within our security program. You will be embedded in the Cloud Engineering team, report into the Security Officer, and work closely together to identify risks, set priorities, and drive security issues through remediation. You will act as a security enabler across all Product & Engineering.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Run our public bug bounty program: triage reports, reproduce and validate findings, communicate clearly with security researchers, and drive remediation through to closure.
- Investigate reported vulnerabilities at the code level, including our Rust core, Go and Python tooling.
- Enable engineers to build secure systems: provide tooling, paved-road defaults, documentation, and practical guidance so security is the easy path, not a checkpoint.
- Partner with engineering teams to design, review, and verify fixes, and set clear security requirements on changes where the risk warrants it.
- Harden and maintain our GitHub organization’s security posture, including secret scanning, push protection, branch protection and rulesets, dependency alerts, and code scanning, in partnership with the engineering teams that use these repositories daily.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and related infrastructure.
- Track and report security metrics (vulnerability remediation SLAs, MTTR, patch latency, critical findings) and keep reporting current for the Security Officer.
- Implement, configure, and maintain security tooling across our development and cloud environments.
- Support security incident response, including investigation, containment, remediation, and follow-up.
- Maintain clear, complete, and auditable records of vulnerability and incident work in our tracking systems.
- Build security automation and guardrails that scale across the development lifecycle: CI/CD security checks, policy-as-code, GitHub automation, and automated cloud security controls, so secure defaults are enforced by tooling rather than review.
- Participate in threat modeling and architecture reviews for new services and major changes.
We are also building out our ISMS, which creates opportunities to contribute to security-tooling evaluations, technical vendor assessments, and proof-of-concept work. Formal compliance ownership, vendor risk assessments, and customer security questionnaires remain with the Security Officer.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on security engineering, vulnerability management, and incident response. The Security Officer owns compliance, formal third-party risk assessments, and customer security questionnaires, allowing you to focus primarily on engineering work. On-call expectations are low: there is no formal rotation, though occasional availability for high-severity incidents is expected.
WHO YOU ARE
- You can read and navigate an unfamiliar codebase (Rust, Go, Python) well enough to validate a vulnerability report, trace its impact, and judge whether a proposed fix actually closes it.
- You write and maintain automation and security tooling comfortably, and can hold a credible technical conversation in code review.
- Experience triaging vulnerability reports or working with a bug bounty program, vulnerability disclosure program, product security team, or similar function.
- Practical knowledge of cloud and container security, particularly AWS and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with GitHub security features and securing CI/CD pipelines.
- The ability to investigate alerts and vulnerabilities methodically, distinguish genuine risk from noise, and recommend proportionate remediation.
- Clear written communication skills for working with external researchers and internal engineering teams.
- A self-directed approach and comfort independently managing a security queue.
- 3+ years in a hands-on security engineering, product security, or vulnerability management role.
Nice to have
- An offensive security background, such as penetration testing, CTF participation, vulnerability research, or exploit analysis.
- Experience working in an open-source company or contributing security improvements to open-source projects.
- Familiarity with cloud-native incident response.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
