Phantom users are able to discover the markets that matter and the cultural moments that shape them, building conviction through real-time data and the verified performance of top traders. With self-custody and access to open networks at its core, Phantom lets them control their financial moves in the same app they use to safely store or spend money worldwide.
Phantom has reached #1 in Google Play's finance category and consistently ranks in the top 50 apps across all categories. Check out our Forbes Fintech 50 https://www.forbes.com/sites/ninabambysheva/2026/02/23/inside-phantoms-battle-plan-to-win-the-crypto-fueled-superapp-war/ and CNBC and Statista's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 https://www.cnbc.com/worlds-top-fintech-companies-2026/!
We are around 180 people, fully remote, backed by a $150M Series C investment from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm.
Our most active users deserve a relationship with Phantom, not a ticket queue. We are launching an invite only VIP program in app messaging with a real person, enhanced support, and exclusive experiences. You will be its first dedicated hire.
As a VIP Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for VIP members inside the app. You will own these relationships end to end: welcoming new members, resolving issues personally, pulling in support and engineering when a case needs them, and staying with it until it is closed. You will help shape the playbook for the team we build around you as the program scales toward round the clock coverage. You will work closely with the VIP program lead, support, marketing, product, and design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the personal, named contact for VIP members in our in-app messaging hub
- Own member relationships end to end: onboarding and welcome, proactive check-ins, and follow through on every issue until it is resolved.
- Handle high stakes situations such as compromised wallets, missing funds, and large transactions with urgency, precision, and discretion.
- Triage and escalate: bring in support agents, engineering, or leadership when a case warrants it, and own the communication back to the member.
- Meet members where they are: in-app chat first, plus email, X, Telegram, and Discord.
- Coordinate the moments beyond support: welcome gifts, event experiences, and early access to new features.
- Turn conversations into leverage: channel member feedback to product, build playbooks, and help define the response time and satisfaction standards for the VIP team.
- Help design and scale the program from a small founding cohort to thousands of members, and eventually 24/7 coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in premium or VIP support, account management, or customer success, ideally at a sports betting platform, crypto exchange, wallet, brokerage, or fintech app.
- Deep crypto fluency: you understand self custody and can navigate multiple chains, reading a block explorer, tracing a transaction, and telling an L2 gas issue apart from a bug.
- Exceptional written communication: warm, concise, and human, even under pressure.
- Absolute discretion: for high value users, privacy and trust are the product.
- Security first instincts: you know the social engineering patterns targeting crypto users, and you would never ask anyone for a seed phrase.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you are the first hire in a new function and will build much of the process yourself.
- Time zone flexibility: our members are global and markets do not close, so some evening and weekend availability is part of the job.
- Nice to have: experience serving high net worth clients at an exchange or brokerage.
- Nice to have: hands on experience with Zendesk and AI support tooling.
- Nice to have: fluency in more than one language, or an active Phantom user with real on chain history.
The target base salary for this role will range between $75,000 to $100,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
Why Work With Us
Phantom's journey to becoming a global trading app began with making crypto easier to use. Today, we’re building on that foundation to help people discover the markets that matter, make informed financial moves, and safely store or spend their money worldwide. Joining Phantom means helping shape that next chapter: building products that bring the freedom of open markets to more people.
- Build for global impact: Create products used by tens of millions of people, making innovative financial markets more accessible to users around the world.
- Make complexity feel simple: Solve meaningful challenges across design, engineering, and user experience to make discovering markets and managing money seamless.
- Put users in control: Help build a future where people have greater freedom over their assets and financial decisions, with security and self-custody at the foundation.
Benefits (only available to full-time employees)
- Competitive salary and equity
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision): base plan 100% covered
- Flexible hours and a long-standing, supportive remote environment
- Unlimited vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Wellness stipend
- Weekly meal stipend
- Learning & Development stipend
- Remote / WFH set-up stipend
We strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply. We believe that our work is stronger with a variety of perspectives, and we’re eager to further diversify our company. If you have a background that you feel would make an impact at Phantom, please consider applying. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
We're hiring a Head of Investor Relations to join our Finance team, based in London, reporting to the CFO. In this role, you'll own Humanoid's investor relationships and communications end to end — building the cadence, materials, and infrastructure that keep existing and prospective investors informed and engaged as we scale from fast-growing startup to IPO-ready public company.
What You’ll Do
Investor Relations & Communications
- Own investor relations: Own day-to-day investor relations, serving as the key point of contact for existing and prospective investors and managing the cadence of updates, reporting, and communications.
- Build investor relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, understanding their priorities and proactively addressing their needs.
- Prepare investor updates: Prepare regular investor updates and communications that clearly and consistently represent Humanoid's performance and strategy.
Board & Capitalisation Reporting
- Prepare board materials: Prepare board materials and capitalisation reporting in partnership with finance and legal, ensuring accuracy and a consistent narrative.
- Manage the cap table: Own management of the capitalisation table and equity-related processes, working closely with Legal, Finance, and People teams on option grants, RSUs, and related administration.
- Maintain governance records: Maintain investor-facing governance records and disclosures in line with Board and regulatory expectations.
Fundraising & Investment Narrative Support
- Support fundraising rounds: Partner with the CFO, Treasurer, and founders on equity fundraising rounds — contributing to pitch decks, investment memos, and financial narratives.
- Support diligence: Support data-room management and investor diligence processes during fundraising, ensuring investors get clear, timely, well-organised information.
- Track market context: Track investor sentiment, comparable company performance, and market conditions relevant to fundraising and positioning strategy.
Process & Systems
- Build IR infrastructure: Establish scalable investor-relations processes, tools, and reporting cadences appropriate to a fast-growing, international business.
- Own IR tooling: Build and manage IR/cap-table tooling to track investor engagement and manage relationships as the group scales.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure investor communications and disclosures comply with relevant regulatory and reporting requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a closely related field, ideally within a high-growth or newly public company.
- Raised series A-C rounds or invested in these rounds
- Worked at or raised from Top tier Bay Area VCs
- Direct experience managing investor relationships and a regular communications cadence.
- Experience preparing board materials, investor updates, and capitalisation reporting.
- Familiarity with cap-table management and investor-relations tooling.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with excellent written communication for investor-facing materials.
- Experience supporting equity fundraising rounds — pitch decks, investment memos, and diligence processes.
- A builder's mindset — comfortable establishing IR infrastructure and process in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline; a professional qualification (e.g. CFA or IR Society accreditation) is a plus.
- Experience in a venture-backed, high-growth startup or scale-up, ideally in hardware, robotics, deep tech, or manufacturing.
- Exposure to IPO readiness or public-company investor relations is a strong plus.
What We Offer
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.

- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll lead the Finance side of the core banking system project — turning accounting needs, regulatory obligations, and product-administration realities into system requirements, and delivering against them.
What you'll do:
- Lead the core banking system project from the Finance side: own the plan end to end — scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking — and act as Finance's subject-matter voice across vendor selection, design, and rollout.
- Run UAT, data-migration validation, and cutover planning from the Finance side, coordinating closely with IT/Engineering and vendors.
- Connect the dots across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance — surfacing regulatory gaps tied to system limitations and helping close them, and keeping Finance leadership informed on progress, risk, and dependencies.
What you'll own:
- Turn accounting needs, regulatory obligations (such as BSP/MORB), and product-administration realities into concrete system requirements, and manage delivery against them.
- Build and drive the accounting-backlog remediation plan with real milestones, pulling in Finance colleagues and outside help where it makes sense.
- Get month-end and period-end close and reporting, based on the core banking system, integrated directly with the GL — and keep it that way.
- Take the Odoo accounting-automation work into properly owned, documented, controlled, and audit-ready process.
- Identify and prioritise efficiency gains — automating manual entries, reconciliations, and reporting, using AI where it applies — to cut team effort and errors.
- Contribute to IPO-readiness work wherever it touches financial systems and controls.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 10+ years of experience with a strong track record in finance/accounting project management.
- A solid grip on accounting fundamentals and the close process.
- Proven automation experience — you've led or driven process-automation initiatives, not just used automated tools — including practical Odoo (or a comparable ERP) experience for accounting automation.
- Strong IT literacy: comfortable with system architecture, data flows, and technical requirements — enough to bridge Finance and IT/Engineering without a translator.
- Strong project-management discipline: scoping, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance.
- Ability to turn messy, ambiguous problems into a plan with real milestones.
What we offer:
OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (900+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Operations Specialists to own device security, SaaS platforms, identity & access, and the daily IT experience of every Alaner, while contributing to build projects that remove operational toil.
IT at Alan is more than just a helpdesk. Operations and support ('Run') take roughly 60% of your time initially, while the rest goes toward owning project-based initiatives ('Build') tailored to your experience level.
As you ramp up alongside senior engineers, your focus will naturally shift toward more build-focused work with wider impact.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. We staff people according to their strengths and interests, and it evolves over time.
SCOPE
🛟 SUPPORT & ONCALL
- Own L1/L2 oncall for 900+ Alaners across 5+ countries, with a clear escalation path to engineers
- Triage, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately
- Document recurring issues and reduce ticket volume through self-service
💻 DEVICE LIFECYCLE & ENDPOINT COMPLIANCE
- Own the full device lifecycle: procurement, zero-touch enrollment (Apple Business Manager, Kandji), repair, retrieval
- Maintain role-based Kandji blueprints and least-privilege configurations
- Contribute to device compliance across all countries (MDM, EDR, FileVault) and to audit evidence
- Own the physical side: laptop locker, hardware inventory, office equipment
- Take over day-to-day device operations as we bring them back in-house from our outsourced provider
🔑 IDENTITY, ACCESS & SAAS PLATFORMS
- Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, across both automated and manually-managed tools
- Administer Google Workspace, SSO/SAML, licences and access reviews
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and procurement on your scope
⚙️ BUILD
- Own a build project end-to-end, with a more experienced engineer to pair with and learn from
- Examples from the current roadmap: rebuilding the onboarding intake, the meeting room audiovisual equipment and room-booking revamp, the IT playbook for new offices, ISO 27001 / ACPR evidence collection
- Ship automation and self-service tooling that measurably reduces IT toil
MILESTONES
First 2 months
- Join IT oncall rotation (helpdesk) with buddy/shadowing support
- Discover Alan's processes, stack (Kandji, Apple Business Manager), SaaS ecosystem, and identity tools (Google Workspace, SSO, Alan Home)
- Handle most typical IT operations issues autonomously (equipment, SaaS access, account provisioning)
First 6 months
- Handle IT oncall shifts autonomously, solving most problems that do not require engineer input
- Own onboarding/offboarding workflows end-to-end
- Have wide knowledge of Alan's processes, equipment, and tools
- Ship a first project
First year
- Be regarded as an expert on at least one topic beyond the oncall rotation (e.g. MDM, SaaS admin, compliance documentation)
- Contribute on device compliance improvements (MDM, EDR, FileVault) across all countries
- Ship automation or self-service projects that measurably reduce IT toil, with limited guidance
- Lead small to medium IT projects end-to-end
3 years
- Fully autonomous on the User Experience & Platform workstreams
- Lead medium to high-complexity IT projects end-to-end
- Mentor newer team members, reduce bus factor through documentation, automation and knowledge sharing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 1-3 years in IT operations (or strong internship / student association background in a tech environment): device management (MDM, ideally Kandji), SaaS administration, basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO)
- Operational reflexes: can triage issues, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately. Has oncall or production support experience
- Automation & AI appetite: scripting basics (Python, Bash) or low-code, and an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
- Documentation mindset: writes clear, structured documentation
- Learning velocity: Picks up new tools and processes quickly.
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Written-First Communication: Clear, effective written communicator who instinctively documents workflows, shares knowledge transparently, and thrives in an asynchronous work culture.
- Empathetic Problem-Solving: Balanced user-first service mindset with operational pragmatism—delighting colleagues while diagnosing root causes rather than applying band-aid fixes.
- Autonomous Growth: Self-directed problem solver who takes early project ownership, learns rapidly alongside senior engineers, and actively seeks feedback to level up.
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- macOS fluency: comfortable troubleshooting macOS, understands the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment)
- Experience with Kandji specifically
- Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HDS), even just awareness
- SaaS vendor management and/or license administration
- Interest in automation and coding (even from college/school projects)
- Experience in a fast-growing, multi-country tech company

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our Accountant Partnerships team in France, specifically focused on building and developing relationships with accounting firms and accountant networks.
The core purpose of this role is to turn accounting firms into long-term Alan partners and advocates. You will help them recommend Alan to their clients, improve their day-to-day experience with health insurance and payroll administration, and generate qualified business opportunities for Alan’s Sales teams.
The accountant ecosystem represents a significant growth opportunity for Alan. France has approximately 22,000 accounting firms supporting around 3.5 million companies, and Alan’s existing Accountant Partnership channel has already generated significant ARR through a relatively small number of partners.
The team is now entering a new phase of development. We are hiring new Partnership Manager to help build a scalable, high-performing partner network and contribute to Alan’s ambition to make Accountant Partnerships a strategic growth channel.
Here is how your key outcomes will look like:
1. Build and grow a strong partner network: Identify, prioritise and develop relationships with high-potential accounting firms and networks.
2. Drive partnerships from discussion to activation: Lead partnership discussions, onboarding and launch, ensuring that Alan creates value for both accountants and their clients.
3. Activate partners and generate business opportunities: Build engagement plans, support partner enablement and work closely with Sales to turn recommendations into qualified opportunities.
4. Help scale the Accountant Partnerships model: Manage partner performance, share insights with internal teams and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, tools and processes.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone who combines strong partnership and commercial skills with the ability to build trusted relationships in a complex and evolving B2B ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing partnerships from initial contact to activation and long-term development. They should enjoy working autonomously in an environment where there is still a lot to build.
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management or customer success in a B2B environment
- Experience managing partnerships throughout the full lifecycle, from prospecting and closing to activation and ongoing relationship management
- Experience managing a portfolio of partners, ideally in a fast-growing company
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- A data-oriented mindset, with the ability to track performance and prioritise opportunities
- The ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data and Operations teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and the ability to work autonomously
- Full professional fluency in French and professional fluency in English
Experience working directly with accounting firms, payroll providers, HR software or insurance companies would be a strong plus.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with B2B distribution partnerships, where a third party recommends or distributes a solution to its own customers. Experience limited to technology integrations, co-marketing or visibility partnerships would be less relevant for this role.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Everything else is a plus. We care about having a diversity of experiences, profiles and backgrounds in our team.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Federal/Public Sector to join our Solutions Engineering team. You will partner with Account Executives to qualify, progress, and close revenue opportunities with civilian, defense, and intelligence community agencies, guiding them through demos, architecture discussions, and proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value for both human developers and the AI coding agents working alongside them, often inside classified or air-gapped networks.
This is not a scripted-demo-only role. You are equally comfortable running a deep technical proof-of-concept inside a disconnected or classified environment and stepping back to translate a technical win into a business case a federal decision-maker will act on. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by winning deals the right way, and capable of bringing the voice of the agency back into how Coder builds and sells.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the technical relationship with agency prospects through pre-sales, and efficiently manage towards a technical win
- Lead or support post-sales relationships and renewals when needed
- Demo the Coder platform from the developer, administrator, and AI agent workflow perspectives, including in classified and air-gapped settings
- Install Coder on cloud (including GovCloud) and on-prem Kubernetes or VM infrastructure, up to and including air-gapped and disconnected networks
- Run proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value, including for agentic and LLM-powered development workflows, and accelerate deals
- Evolve into a subject-matter expert on Cloud Development Environments, agentic AI development, and their impact on mission delivery
- Serve as the agency’s voice, routing insights to Engineering and Product
- Log feature requests and issues in our public/private Git repositories
- Troubleshoot Coder deployments, networking, and Kubernetes components during evaluation, including within classified networks
- Contribute pull requests to Coder’s documentation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required at time of hire; U.S. citizenship required
- Physically based in the DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV) area, with ability to travel to customer sites as required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer selling infrastructure or developer tooling, ideally into federal, defense, or intelligence community customers
- Experience with AI tooling at both the user level and infrastructure level, including coding agents and assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as well as LLM infrastructure such as model proxies and LLM routing layers (e.g. LiteLLM), and the ability to speak credibly to how agencies evaluate and adopt them, including in classified environments
- Strong customer-facing skills that win trust with technical stakeholders and program offices
- Ability to translate technical hurdles into mission value in real time
- Understand agentic AI software development use cases and advocate passionately where appropriate
- Comfortable leading architecture demos and deep-dive troubleshooting sessions in secure, restricted-access environments
- Deep Linux fundamentals and comfort at the command line
- 3+ years hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or on-prem/air-gapped Kubernetes deployments
- 3+ years with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Solid grasp of networking: ingress controllers, proxies, load balancers, and operating within DoD/IC network boundaries
- Startup-speed execution, ownership mindset, and a player-coach attitude
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You can walk into an ambiguous agency conversation, diagnose the real technical, security, and mission blockers, and design a proof-of-concept that proves value fast, even inside a classified network.
- You translate deep technical fluency, including on agentic and LLM-based development workflows, into a business case that resonates with program managers, security officers, and mission owners alike.
- Agencies leave your demos and PoCs with a clear, credible picture of how Coder fits their environment, their developers, and their AI agents, without compromising their security posture.
- You are as invested in winning the account the right way as you are in closing the current deal; you spot risks early, whether technical, security, or procedural, and loop in the right people.
- Your field experience feeds back into product and marketing, sharpening how Coder demos and sells into the public sector.
BONUS TACOS
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Success at both high-growth startups and larger software vendors
- Direct experience deploying or supporting AI coding agents in customer environments (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, or similar autonomous/semi-autonomous dev tools)
- Prior military, intelligence community, or federal civilian service background
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, or ATO processes
- Background in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer-platform products
- Experience in platform engineering or developer platform teams
- Kubernetes, AWS, or related certifications

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a VP, Mid-Market Sales in the Pacific Northwest region, you’ll report directly to the SVP, Mid-Market Sales.
As an integral member of our sales leadership team, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives. Your team will focus on sales within the 50 to 9,999 life segment, making significant contributions to our overall growth and success.
What you will do

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives
Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region
Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers and partners in your region
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas
Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation
The target total comp (inclusive of base + commission) range for this role is $375,000 – $410,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan and benefits package, including: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health, and more.
Few roles offer this combination: work that is genuinely hard, a mission that is genuinely important, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. If that’s what you’re looking for, we’d love to meet you.

At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Designer, Content Design & Language Systems, you’ll lead ambiguous product problems where workflow, interaction, information architecture, and language need to work together. You’ll help make Docebo’s complex enterprise experiences clearer, more consistent, and easier to use for admins, creators, managers, and learners.
This is not a traditional UX writing role or a localization-operations role. You’ll be a hands-on Product Designer who shapes product behaviour as well as product language. You’ll design complete workflows, build reusable terminology and content patterns, improve AI review and confidence experiences, and embed language guidance into our design system and delivery practices.
You’ll shape problems before solutions are fixed, choose appropriate discovery and validation methods, and connect customer evidence, product data, business context, technical constraints, accessibility, and localization risk to clear product decisions. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Elemental / Design System, Accessibility, Technical Writing / Localization, AI teams, and other Product Designers—building a shared quality capability without becoming a bottleneck or approval queue.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 💻
- Frame Ambiguous Workflow and Language Problems: Turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear problem statements, hypotheses, decision questions, and an actionable path to learning.
- Lead Discovery and Define Outcomes: Select appropriate research and validation methods; combine customer evidence, product analytics, business context, technical constraints, and localization insight to establish measurable success signals and visible trade-offs.
- Design Complete Product Workflows: Lead interaction, information-architecture, and content decisions across roles, permissions, states, edge cases, accessibility, responsive behaviour, errors, confirmations, approvals, and recovery.
- Build Docebo’s Product Language System: Establish terminology, product voice and tone, reusable microcopy patterns, audience guidance, and language principles that improve clarity across product areas.
- Design Trustworthy AI Moments: Create patterns that help people understand what AI did, what informed it, what needs attention, and how to review, edit, regenerate, approve, reverse, or recover.
- Embed Guidance into Product Systems: Partner with Elemental / Design System to create component-level guidance, default strings, usage examples, do-and-don’t guidance, and reusable quality checks.
- Design for Localization Readiness: Own product-side standards for translation-ready writing, terminology reuse, variables and placeholders, language previews, and localization constraints while partnering with Technical Writing / Localization on operational workflows.
- Prototype and Audit with AI-Assisted Methods: Use appropriate-fidelity prototypes and AI-assisted workflows to explore product behaviour, evaluate alternatives, audit language, and assess usability and technical feasibility before significant implementation investment.
- Partner Through Shipped Quality: Work closely with Engineering on implementation strategy, design QA, product polish, and post-release iteration using customer feedback and product evidence.
- Create Reusable Leverage: Turn repeated workflow and language needs into patterns, assets, documentation, terminology, prompts, or practices that improve more than one feature.
- Mentor and Facilitate: Help designers and cross-functional partners build stronger product-language judgment through critique, decision reviews, workshops, concise documentation, and practical guidance.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS 🦸♀️
- Your portfolio shows ownership of complex, ambiguous workflows or significant product-area work with visible customer and product impact—not only writing samples
- You can explain how you triangulated qualitative research, quantitative evidence, business risk, localization considerations, and technical constraints
- You demonstrate strong interaction, visual, information-architecture, content-design, accessibility, and product-language judgment across difficult states and edge cases
- You have created or contributed to product-language systems, terminology frameworks, component guidance, content pattern libraries, or other reusable product standards
- You show how prototypes, experiments, audits, or validation changed product direction before or after release
- You can define meaningful outcomes, distinguish signal from activity, and explain what the team learned after launch
- You have influenced Product and Engineering decisions early, managed disagreement constructively, and stayed accountable through implementation quality
- You understand how product language must work across design systems and languages, including translation readiness, terminology reuse, variables, layout constraints, and inclusive communication
- You use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully for research, synthesis, language exploration, prototyping, quality review, or implementation critique while retaining human judgment and accountability
- You have helped other designers or cross-functional partners build stronger judgment through mentorship, critique, facilitation, and practical guidance
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Experience designing language and interaction patterns for AI-assisted, agentic, recommendation, conversational, generated-output, or automation workflows
- Experience with localization tooling and practices such as Lokalise, terminology management, localization previews, translation-quality review, or localization-to-codebase workflows
- Contributions to design systems, accessibility maturity, product-language systems, research practices, or reusable interaction patterns
- Experience with enterprise learning, HR technology, content authoring, analytics, knowledge management, administration, or skills platforms
- Practical experiments with tools such as Codex or similar systems—for AI-assisted audits, product-language linting, prompt packs, prototypes, plugins, scripts, or app-level language guidance—that show you learn by making
