HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤖 WHO WE ARE
Alan Clinic. A health companion and a digital clinic for everyone.
We're a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. The Clinic is two crews building one experience:
- Mo. An intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care. We kicked off in 2023 and launched Mo to all our French members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
- Clinic Platform. The medical services behind the conversation: chat with health practitioners, teleconsultation, and care programs across primary care, mental health, and physiotherapy.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise (through chat, voice, or video) with AI agents working in tandem with real doctors and the health system. That's what we are building 🤖🏥.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
We're building a medical experience that works reliably, safely, and at scale. An AI agent, and the clinic behind it. You'll lead the engineering team and you'll keep building alongside them.
The crews work at the intersection of product engineering, ML engineering, and medical expertise. As their engineering leader, you own:
- 💬 The team behind the most memorable chatting experience. Hiring, onboarding, honest feedback, and the mix of skills Mo needs as it grows. Talent density is yours to own.
- ➕ The architecture for Mo's next chapters. More context, new skills, new countries. You guide the calls on our architecture and agentic framework, and you stay close enough to the code to make them well.
- 🏥 The platform that turns conversations into care. Chat with health practitioners, teleconsultation at national scale, and the tooling doctors and therapists use every day. You drive alignment with the crews and medical teams on the other side, so members get from words to actions.
- 🛡️ Operational excellence. Mo and teleconsultation are real-time services that have to be live 24/7. Latency, error rates, incident response, and an on-call rotation that doesn't burn people out.
If you're excited by the idea of building the future of healthcare, this is the team for you. We're at the start of the journey. If you're curious, here https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.12808 is a paper we published recently.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Dual impact: Shape both technical excellence and team growth - your engineers become better while building better products
- Leadership growth: Influence engineering culture, mentor future leaders, and drive technical strategy that shapes the future of healthcare delivery
- Startup speed, Alan's platform. Mo operates with the focus of a startup, on top of Alan's infrastructure, distribution, and health expertise. Small team, huge reach.
- Stakes that make the work matter. In medical AI, reliability and safety are the product. Every call you make on quality, architecture, and evaluation is a call about our members' health.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an engineering leader who gets excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
- You partner with other product functions as a true equal: you shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
TECHNICAL FOUNDATIONS
- Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
- First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
- You're excited and eager to keep writing code. You still review it, and you still ship some yourself.
- Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
- You develop people as much as you develop products.
- Ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team.
MISSION ALIGNMENT
- Healthcare technology and innovation excite you
- You understand that great engineering teams are built on psychological safety and continuous learning
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply!
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Head of Solutions Architecture, EMEA to join our global Field Engineering organization. You will build and lead the technical sales organization behind our customer relationships across Europe, a region where some of the most ambitious web and AI products are being built on Vercel, Next.js, and our AI stack. The architecture decisions our Solutions Architects shape early, in the first review and the first migration plan, often determine how far a customer scales with us.
You will lead the Solutions Architecture organization across EMEA, a team of Solutions Architects and the managers who lead them. You will set the bar for technical excellence across the deal cycle, coach the team through strategic accounts and critical deals, and step in yourself when it matters most: architecture reviews, migration plans, and high-stakes executive presentations. You will shape how Vercel wins in the region, turning patterns from the field into repeatable plays, adapting our motion to the realities of selling across European markets, and carrying what customers tell you back to our product and engineering teams so it shows up in the platform. You will drive org planning, staffing, budgeting, and recruiting as you scale the team the region needs, partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership to win new business and expand existing accounts, and report directly to our Global VP of Field Engineering.
This is a hybrid position based in our London or Berlin office, with three days per week onsite.
What you'll do
Lead, develop, and manage our team of pre- and post-sales Solutions Architects across EMEA.
Provide hands-on support for key accounts as needed (presentations, architecture reviews, migration plans).
Oversee and coach Solutions Architects on strategic accounts and other engagements across segments.
Partner with our engineering org to provide product feedback from the field.
Develop repeatable plays from trends you are seeing across your team.
Track and report SA performance to Sales and Field Engineering leadership quarterly.
Own org planning, staffing, budgeting, and regional recruiting.
What you need
10+ years of experience in Solutions Architect, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-sales roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Strong background in modern web technologies (JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, cloud infrastructure).
Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale technical teams in a high-growth environment.
Demonstrated success working with enterprise and commercial customers across diverse industries.
Strong understanding of modern software development workflows (CI/CD, DevOps, frontend frameworks, etc.).
Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer success.
Bonus if you
Have hands-on experience building with Vercel, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
Have led SA teams at a high-growth SaaS or cloud infrastructure company.
Bring expertise in developer tooling, edge computing, or performance optimization.
Are comfortable presenting at conferences, webinars, or large-scale customer events.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re building a founding team of Strategic Account Executives in London.
Strategic accounts at Baseten are the largest and fastest-growing AI companies in the world. These are the teams defining the future of what AI products and services look like. These accounts can scale rapidly from one token to billions of tokens in a matter of weeks. This role owns these relationships, working directly with founders and engineering leaders on mission-critical and large-scale-AI problems in production—and shaping what we build next.
This is a highly technical sale. You’ll trade opinions on the latest open-source model releases, run fast and nuanced evaluations alongside customer engineering teams, and often pulling in SMEs from applied research to infrastructure engineers to win. You’ll bring tight sales fundamentals and process discipline, while maintaining flexibility and creativity in how you run each cycle.
This role is pioneering what sales looks like at the bleeding-edge of technology sales. This is a front row seat to the most consequential decisions made at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence. There is no faster place to learn and make an immediate impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a focused portfolio of high-growth, strategic AI-native accounts end to end — from technical evaluation and initial workload landing through expansion as inference usage scales.
- Lead technical evaluations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation through close. Bring strong sales fundamentals and process discipline, while staying flexible and creative in how you run each sales cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with founders and technical leaders, becoming a credible partner on model, infrastructure, and inference decisions.
- Orchestrate stakeholders across applied research, engineering, and leadership to win technical evaluations and solve customer problems.
- Bring customer signal back to product, shaping roadmap priorities through the needs and patterns you see in the field.
- Stay close after close: help customers expand from an initial workload into additional use cases across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of sales experience in infrastructure, developer tools, data, or another consumption business, with a record of closing complex technical deals.
- Proven net-new experience selling complex technical products in fast-moving environments.
- Strong sales fundamentals across discovery, multi-threading, champion-building, and deal momentum.
- Genuine curiosity for open-source models and the AI infrastructure landscape. You follow model releases and can hold your own with engineers.
- Highly dynamic: comfortable when a deal goes off-script, able to meet customers where they are, and willing to change your approach without losing rigor.
- Strong technical project management: you can run a thorough evaluation across multiple workstreams and create clarity and direction for Baseten to win..
- Proven ability to sell internally, earning engineering time, aligning leadership, and getting cross-functional teams to move
- Scrappy, low-ego, collaborative operator. You run toward ambiguous problems, create structure where none exists, and earn internal support without relying on rigid swim lanes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Founding Sales Leader in EMEA to build our business in the region from the ground up. We already have EMEA customers and real demand — today it’s served from the US. You’ll be our first person on the ground in London, and your job is to localize that business and turn it into a region.
This is a founding-leader role, not inheriting a machine. You’ll be in deals directly while making your first hires, with a mandate to scale the EMEA team to 20+ people this year across front-line leaders and sellers.
The right person for this role is a player-coach who has managed managers, sold to technical buyers, and hired quickly — and who wants to run a region before a bigger company would hand them one. If you’re energized by ambiguity, an unformed market, and building with what’s in front of you, this is one of the most consequential GTM roles at Baseten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own EMEA: all segments, all markets, top to bottom.
- Build the team. Recruit, hire, and onboard 20+ people this year, including the front-line leaders who will run it with you.
- Carry the number. Build pipeline, run deals, and close business yourself while the team is coming together.
- Establish our presence in the region — the London footprint, our reputation with EMEA buyers, and the local playbook for how enterprise buying works here.
- Adapt the motion. Take what works in AMER and tune it to how technical buyers in EMEA actually evaluate and purchase infrastructure.
- Partner closely with a US-based org across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Solutions, and Recruiting, with significant US timezone overlap.
- Set the bar for execution, forecasting rigor, and speed as the region scales.
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven hiring track record. You’ve built teams quickly and hired leaders, not just ICs, and you can point to the people you’ve developed.
- Second-line leadership experience. You’ve managed managers and owned a multi-team org.
- Enterprise selling experience against a technical line of business. You can hold your own with engineering and infrastructure buyers and want to go deeper on inference.
- Scrappiness. You’re comfortable being the only Baseten person in the region on day one — building pipeline, closing deals, and recruiting at the same time, without the bells and whistles.
- EMEA fluency. You know the regional markets and how enterprise buying differs from the US.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment. Here, that means you Slack faster than you talk.
- A builder’s mentality. You own problems and their solutions, and you’re at your best in high-change, unstructured environments.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

THE ROLE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

You'll help recruit the first reps, run deals alongside them while the team ramps, and contribute to the playbook for how Baseten wins European enterprises. It's a founding seat with real influence on how we build here, close to our founders and GTM leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and ramp the founding team of Enterprise AEs in London. This is your highest-leverage work in year one
- Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles: multithreading across buying committees, navigating security and procurement, and closing seven- and eight-figure deals
- Raise the bar on consultative selling. Your reps should be advising customers on AI strategy, not just running a product evaluation
- Partner on shaping and executing go-to-market strategy for the region, including which verticals to attack first
- Operate as a player-coach early on, carrying deals yourself while the team builds
- Stay deep enough on the product to guide reps through technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews alongside our forward-deployed engineers
- Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to turn European enterprise requirements into roadmap and GTM input
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration from the first hire forward
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of closing experience, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Proven success in Enterprise sales, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals inside large organizations
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- A track record of recruiting strong sellers, ideally as a first or early hire in a new team or region
- Strong technical acumen, ideally in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms. You're comfortable in the weeds
- Willingness to sell as well as manage while the team is small
- Based in London and able to be in office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
BENEFITS

- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents

Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: CX Associates work a set 40-hour/week schedule assigned through a schedule-bid process. Evening working hours span 6:00 PM–2:30 AM EST, and your shift will likely include a weekend day (either Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat). Associates also cover 2–3 company holidays per year on a rotating basis. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.
- The product changes frequently. If you need a stable, predictable environment, this isn't it. If you like learning new things every week, it is.
- This role is a launchpad for your career at one of the fastest-growing companies in fintech.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Staff Security Engineer on Security Incident Response, you'll serve as a senior technical leader and builder for the team, helping shape both how we respond to incidents today and how our response capabilities evolve over time. This role is about advancing what the team is capable of, not just responding when something breaks. You'll design and build the AI-assisted systems that extend the team's reach, lead the response to the most complex incidents, and own programs that make the organization more prepared over time, from tabletop exercises and gamedays to the continued advancement of threat hunting and insider risk capabilities.
You bring engineering depth, sound incident judgment, and the ability to plan, and deliver complex work against a longer-term maturity roadmap not just execute against a queue.
This is a senior individual contributor role with organization-wide impact on how 1Password investigates, contains, and learns from security incidents.
This role reports to the Manager, Security Incident Response.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience leading complex, high-severity security incidents across multiple environments, including serving as an incident commander or equivalent technical lead.
- Experience designing and building AI-assisted or agentic automation for security operations (triage, investigation, containment), with sound judgment about where automation should and shouldn't hold decision authority.
- Strong software engineering skills, and experience building production tooling, automation, or systems rather than only operating existing security platforms.
- Experience owning a security program or capability roadmap end to end, including planning, sequencing, and delivering multi-quarter work.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native, SaaS, and identity-driven attack techniques and response approaches.
- Experience designing and running tabletop exercises, gamedays, or comparable readiness programs and translating findings into improvements..
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent technical tradeoffs to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring engineers or otherwise raising the technical and investigative capabilities of a team.
How you'll work:
- You look for opportunities to build systems that scale the team's capabilities rather than relying on repeated manual effort, and you're interested in thoughtfully applying AI and automation where they can improve security outcomes.
- An experienced incident commander who brings structure to complex incidents, makes sound decisions with incomplete information, and helps teams move forward during high-pressure situations.
- You're comfortable taking ownership of a capability from strategy through execution, including defining priorities, sequencing work, navigating dependencies, and delivering against a longer-term roadmap.
- You can operate as a technical partner to leaders and cross-functional teams, independently representing technical priorities, risks, and tradeoffs.
- You value continuous improvement and contribute to an environment where teams can examine incidents, decisions, and failures openly and turn what they learn into stronger systems and practices.
What you can expect:
- Serve as incident manager and technical escalation point for complex, high-severity events, bringing structure, sound judgement, and clear decision-making under pressure.
- Design and build AI-assisted and automated systems that improve how quickly and consistently the team can triage, investigate, and contain incidents.
- Establish appropriate safety controls, approval gates, auditability, and rollback mechanisms for automated and AI-assisted actions, ensuring high-impact decisions remain appropriately human-controlled.
- Own the team's readiness programs, including tabletop exercises and incident gamedays, from scenario design and execution through debriefing and translating finishes into concrete (or measurable) improvements
- Advance the team’s threat hunting and insider risk capabilities by identifying opportunities, defining priorities, and delivering roadmap work that improves investigative depth and coverage
- Plan, sequence, and deliver multi-quarter initiatives that mature the team's capabilities, bringing project management discipline to work that doesn't fit neatly into a sprint.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to other engineers, strengthening engineering rigor and investigative judgement across the team.
- Partner with Security Operations, Product Security, and Engineering teams to close gaps surfaced through investigations, hunting, and simulations.
- Foster psychological safety and blameless learning across incident retrospectives, gamedays, and tabletop debriefs.
- Extend strong incident response practices beyond the immediate team by building reusable systems, tooling, and operating patterns that strengthen response capabilities across areas such as PSIRT, Privacy, and Engineering.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit, and to find new incremental channels. You'll take early experiments and turn them into measurable programs and build the operating model that makes successful channels part of Ramp's evergreen performance marketing mix.
This is a high-autonomy role. You will evaluate channel opportunities, design tests, launch campaigns, and analyze full-funnel performance. You'll work with Growth, Creative, Data, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for measurement & efficiency.
You’ll use AI as a practical part of the job: building systems that speed up research, campaign creation, performance analysis, and day-to-day channel operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own performance on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit. Understand how conversion events, value signals, and lookalike audiences work at a technical level and use that to make channels more efficient over time.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new performance marketing channels and acquisition opportunities.
- Build the path from experiment to evergreen program: prove incremental SQLs and pipeline impact, hit LTV-to-CAC efficiency targets, and document a repeatable operating playbook.
- Own channels as they mature. Decide when a program stays with you and when it transitions to a dedicated owner so you can keep finding new ones.
- Analyze performance across the full funnel. Turn incomplete or noisy data into a clear call on what to scale, improve, pause, or stop.
- Partner with data and engineering to improve tracking, attribution, and reporting, and with Creative on messaging, format, and ad concepts across surfaces, audiences, and channels.
- Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that help the team test more ideas and operationalize channels faster.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in a performance / quantitative marketing, growth, or comparable decision-science role, where you’ve owned numbers and shaped meaningful outcomes.
- Strong analytical judgment. You can define success metrics, diagnose and isolate performance issues, and make decisions with imperfect information.
- You enjoy designing experiments and translating results into a clear call on what to fund, scale, or kill.
- You've built AI workflows, automations, or agents to improve marketing execution and you have good judgment about where AI accelerates the work and where human review is necessary.
- You move projects from ambiguity to a clear outcome with limited direction and you're detail-oriented in campaign setup, tracking, and measurement.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- B2B experience.
- Experience bringing an experimental channel into a scaled program.
- Familiarity with attribution, incrementality testing, randomized controlled tests (RCTs), MMM, and marketing measurement.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to candidates based near our NYC office or those willing to relocate.
We're looking for a Workplace Lead to own Runway's offices: where they are, how they get built and how they feel to work in.
Today that means New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, & Tel Aviv. Over the next few years it means more room in those cities and new locations elsewhere. You'll handle the real estate and the buildouts, what it costs to run each site, and the events and visits that happen in these rooms. You'll work with cross functional partners including People and Finance on how much space we need and when, and with IT and Security on what it takes to make a site usable.
Expect to be close to the work itself, not only the strategy behind it. Things are always moving quickly at Runway, so this role calls for exceptional organization and the judgment to know what needs a plan and what just needs doing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle the daily operation of each office: cleaning, repairs, food, supplies, access control, and health and safety
- Own the workplace budget and the reporting behind it, from rent and capex through daily operating spend
- Run Runway's onsite programming, including all-hands, offsites, team events, screenings and visits from partners and press
- Decide how much space Runway needs in each city and by when, working from hiring forecasts with People and Finance
- Take new offices from shortlist to signed lease, working with brokers, Legal and Finance on terms
- Manage design, construction and furniture projects to move-in dates that hold
- Work with IT and Security on network, AV and physical access ahead of each opening
- Set up local vendors, services and compliance in markets where Runway hasn't operated before
- Travel occasionally to Runway's other offices, usually around an opening or a large onsite event
- Decide what good looks like for a Runway office, then keep checking each one against it, from the perspective of both the people working there and the people visiting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years in corporate real estate, facilities or workplace operations
- Deep project management experience across construction schedules, permitting and short-notice logistics
- Hands-on lease and vendor contract experience, and a budget you personally signed off on
- Cross-functional experience with teams such as Finance, People, IT and Security
- At least one office you took from first site visit through opening day
- International real estate, employment or compliance experience is a plus
- Comfort writing the process docs, service standards and vendor scorecards a workplace function depends on
- Accountability for offices you don't sit in every day
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

THE ROLE
Our Sales and Solutions teams navigate hard technical conversations spanning inference performance, GPU economics, latency budgets, deployment shape. As Baseten’s platform matures, we need a dedicated owner to translate launch velocity into field readiness. As our first Product Enablement Lead, you'll sit between Product, Marketing, and Sales GTM and own how Baseten's products, features, campaigns, and market moments like the launch of GLM-5.2 https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-we-built-the-worlds-fastest-api-for-glm-52/ or Kimi K3 https://www.baseten.co/blog/making-kimi-k3-tokenization-18x-faster-for-million-token-agentic-workloads/ or the sudden evolution of Tokenomics https://newsletter.semianalysis.com/p/tokenbudgeting-our-conversations as a discipline get translated into field execution. You will own how these launches land with the field, how AEs and SAs stay credible on a highly dynamic technical ecosystem, and how what the field hears from customers makes it back to Product.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You are the bridge between product, marketing, and sales. You'll build the system and run it, which includes cross-functional program leadership, direct training and enablement of in-seat reps, and content and curriculum development for managers, sellers, and new hires. Success here will depend on your ability to build repeatable systems and rhythms and to partner across the business and with your enablement colleagues to ensure alignment and speed of execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own launch readiness: partner with Product and Marketing on positioning, write internal launch comms, and run readiness sessions so AEs and SAs can sell new products on day one.
- Build and deliver technical enablement that makes the field credible on inference, GPUs, latency, and deployment. Raise the floor for AEs; give SAs the depth they need.
- Produce the customer-facing collateral that comes out of this work: decks, battlecards, and demos that hold up in front of an engineer.
- Build repeatable systems, not just content, so enablement keeps pace with the product roadmap.
- Own the Product Feedback system from customers and the field back to Product and Marketing. Help identify what is resonating with customers and what isn't, in order to shape positioning, packaging, and roadmap.
- Define and report on how we know enablement is working (ramp time, adoption of new products in deals, win rate on launches).
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in product enablement, GTM enablement, field enablement, or product marketing at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI-native company.
- Experience enabling an internal sales field (AEs, SAs), as opposed to onboarding customers' engineers.
- Technical depth: a CS or engineering background, prior SE/SA experience, or a track record of building demos and technical content yourself. You can hold your own in a conversation about model serving.
- Hands-on track record. You have personally written the collateral and run the sessions, and can point to programs, talks, docs, or certifications you built.
- Systems mindset: you think in repeatable workflows, not one-off deliverables, and you're comfortable defining success and measuring it.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity as the first hire in a function.
- You actively use AI tools to drive your own productivity - in how you draft content, translate technical detail for different audiences, and accelerate your work.
- Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.
Role Summary
We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English

We’re seeking an Intermediate Developer with a full-stack or backend-focused background to join our Enterprise Tenants and Policies team,
This team focuses on the B2B side of our Enterprise Password Manager. We build features that help large organizations manage 1Password at scale. Our team focuses on multi-tenancy and linked accounts, policies that give businesses control over how 1Password operates across their organizations, and intuitive admin experiences for managing groups, teams, and other configurations. As we continue moving from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture, you’ll help evolve our policy services and build enterprise features that work across multiple services and codebases.
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development
- Experience with a modern backend language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python)
- A drive for and proven experience in software development best practices and coding standards
- You enjoy solving moderately complex problems and have demonstrated an ability to propose effective solutions
- You enjoy communicating and collaborating, with experience working effectively across teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners
- You’re passionate about testing methodologies and debugging techniques that ensure high-quality code
- You’re comfortable working across multiple services and collaborating with other teams to deliver complete, impactful solutions
Bonus points for:
- Experience with DevOps practices while also contributing to application development
- Experience working with Kubernetes and infrastructure configuration
- Experience working with microservices or distributed systems
- Experience building frontends with TypeScript and React
- Exposure to security, enterprise, or admin-focused products
What you can expect:
- Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new and existing enterprise features
- Build features that support multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and the admin console experience
- Contribute to the team’s transition from a monolithic application toward a microservice architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development cycle to ensure smooth releases
- Coordinate with partner teams working in areas such as authentication and authorization, insights, and managed service providers

- Contribute to design and architecture documents, helping ensure solutions are thoughtfully planned and deliver their intended impact
- Mentor junior and new team members by helping them understand team expectations, providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and engaging in pair programming sessions
- Participate in planning by identifying major tasks and breaking down, estimating, and planning work
- Write comprehensive tests during various stages of the development cycle, ensuring code functions as expected
- Review code for others to maintain high code quality, share knowledge within the team, and support a safe environment for giving and receiving feedback
- Generate and review documentation on code and development processes to ensure scalability
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and development best practices
