About The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Senior Growth BI Project Manager
to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of data intelligence and execution — covering OKX's key regulated markets globally.
You will own the full loop:
identifying growth problems through data, diagnosing root causes, shaping recommendations, and driving outcomes through cross-functional execution.
Beyond technical and operational skills, what will set you apart is who you are. We are looking for someone with an exceptional ability to learn fast and operate in unfamiliar territory without losing direction. Someone who does not wait to be told what matters — you find it yourself. Someone who genuinely cares about the work and brings energy to problems that others find too messy or too ambiguous to touch.
What You'll Be Doing
Growth Analytics & Insight
Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Conduct structured root-cause analysis on growth performance — moving beyond data description to diagnosis: why did this happen, and what should we do about it.
Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and local market growth teams.
Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of market health and growth efficiency.
Program Management & Execution
Own the end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives: from scoping and planning through to delivery and outcome tracking.
Drive cross-functional coordination across growth, product, engineering, and operations teams — ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery.
Define measurable success criteria for each initiative and close the loop on results.
AI-Augmented Ways of Working
Actively apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting cycles, and operational workflows.
Champion AI-native practices within the team and demonstrate productivity gains through concrete examples.
What We Look For In You
At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management — ideally from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting background.
Exceptional learning agility — able to rapidly absorb new domains, connect the dots across unfamiliar data, and develop informed views in areas where you had no prior expertise.
Strong logical and quantitative thinking — you break complex problems into structured components and form conclusions grounded in evidence, not assumption.
Extreme self-motivation and ownership — you take full accountability for your workstreams, set your own direction, and are not satisfied until you see measurable outcomes. A genuine drive and passion for the work — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and find clarity and momentum where others find friction.
Excellent communication skills; able to adapt between technical and non-technical audiences, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred to work with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry, or as a user of crypto products — genuine familiarity with the space is a meaningful advantage.
Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex workflows, beyond general tool usage.
Experience working within international or multinational organizations, with cross-regional stakeholder exposure.
Solid track record in growth analytics or channel analysis — comfortable working with acquisition, retention, and channel performance data, and experience translating analytical work into growth decisions.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Experience with Linux systems administration and automation
Solid background with git
Well-organized, self-starting and able to deliver to fixed schedules
Professional written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Ability to travel twice a year, for company events up to two weeks each

Knowledge of kernel tracing and observability tools (e.g. ftrace, perf, bpftrace, eBPF)
Familiarity with static analysis tools (e.g. sparse, smatch, Coccinelle) as part of a testing workflow
Experience with fault injection frameworks (e.g. failslab, fail_make_request) for reliability testing
Prior experience with test infrastructure at scale (provisioning, orchestration, result aggregation)
Experience with Ubuntu/Debian packaging or Snap
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (KVM, QEMU) and container runtimes
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack)
Prior involvement with open source testing communities or projects

Our team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, producing hyper-realistic digital clones for high-profile business owners to scale their social media presence. As we expand, we need a seasoned professional to take full ownership of the client journey. Oversee social media scheduling across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Identify operational bottlenecks and create SOPs to move the business toward a more mature, scalable infrastructure.

Exceptional professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to manage client expectations with authority and empathy.
High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
Experience working directly with founders in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Medical, Finance).

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a mid-level Infrastructure Vulnerability Management Engineer with a strong background in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). In this role, you will bridge the gap between security, compliance, DevOps, and Platform engineering teams. You will identify infrastructure misconfigurations, secure multi-cloud environments, and manage continuous vulnerability lifecycles across cloud workloads, containers, and data repositories to satisfy strict regulatory compliance frameworks. You will also serve as a technical infrastructure responder during security incidents, deploying real-time cloud or network countermeasures to protect our production ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infrastructure Scanning & Triage: Perform continuous security scanning across our cloud posture and workloads. Review, validate, and prioritize flaws and misconfigurations based on CVSS scores, real-world exploitability, and infrastructure network exposure.
- Posture Management & Visibility: Own and optimize Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM), and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) tools to ensure uniform compliance, prevent data leakage, and maintain hardened baselines.
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Security: Configure, tune, and embed automated IaC security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines to identify architectural risks (e.g., overly permissive IAM, public S3 buckets/Cloud Storage) before they are deployed to production.
- Workload & Container Security: Manage the continuous vulnerability scanning lifecycle for container images, registries, and Virtual Machines (VMs), partnering with SRE and Platform teams to build automated base-image patching and rolling upgrade pipelines.
- Compliance-Driven Tracking: Track, document, and manage infrastructure vulnerabilities according to strict compliance SLAs (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS). Maintain audit-ready evidence of infrastructure remediation timelines and exception approvals.
- Executive Reporting & Alerting: Escalate and report critical production exposures directly to the CISO and senior leadership. Maintain dashboards and alerting mechanisms that visualize infrastructure risk trends and cloud compliance posture.
- Remediation Collaboration: Partner with SRE, DevOps, and Platform teams to provide clear infrastructure mitigation paths. Assist in writing, reviewing, or modifying cloud configuration templates directly when necessary to resolve security flaws.
- Incident Response Support: Assist Incident Response teams during active cloud or host-level breaches. Help develop and implement immediate, real-time cloud, network, or IAM configuration countermeasures to contain threats.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Cloud Infrastructure Depth: Strong foundational experience working with multi-cloud environments (Deep GCP expertise preferred, with working knowledge of AWS or Azure).
- Posture Management & Scanning Tooling: Hands-on experience operating modern infrastructure security platforms such as Wiz, Orca, Prisma Cloud, Lacework, or cloud-native options (GCP Security Command Center).
- IaC and Automation Fluency: Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code platforms (Terraform, Pulumi) and GitOps deployment workflows. Ability to evaluate and configure IaC scanners like Checkov, Tfsec, or KICS.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Deep understanding of Docker/container security and Kubernetes architectures (e.g., GKE, EKS), including runtime security, network policies, and workload identity.
- Compliance Awareness: Understanding of how infrastructure configurations and vulnerability management map to security compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, or NIST.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Systems Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture" and understand how security decisions impact the entire stack.
- Technical Influence: The ability to drive technical alignment across the organization through expertise and collaboration rather than direct authority.
- Autonomy: Comfortable leading major technical initiatives and driving outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for breaking down complex security challenges into elegant, scalable engineering solutions.

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Michael, Head of Data & Analytics at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help our teams make better decisions using customer and product data.
You'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to evaluate product changes, design and analyze experiments, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and influence roadmap and business priorities. This is a hands-on role focused on analyzing behavior, building models, and turning data into clear, actionable direction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with stakeholders, and applying data science pragmatically to support product and business decisions. We're looking for someone with an ownership mindset and a bias for action who balances technical rigor with practical decision-making.
What we value
Ownership:
You take initiative and drive analytical work from concept to implementation. You don't wait for perfect requirements — you help define the problem and move the work forward.
Curiosity:
You naturally question assumptions and dig deeper into the "why" behind user behavior. You enjoy uncovering patterns in complex data and have the persistence to work through ambiguity and messy datasets.
Analytical Rigor:
You bring a thoughtful, structured approach to analytics and decision-making. You know how to define meaningful measures of success, evaluate changes with rigor, and distinguish signal from noise in complex behavioral data so teams can act with confidence.
Communication:
You can translate complex analytical concepts into clear recommendations for Product Managers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration:
You work as a true cross-functional partner, balancing analytical rigor with practical business needs. You build trust by making data approachable, actionable, and reliable.
What you'll do
Analyze behavioral patterns across the customer lifecycle to identify trends, usage archetypes, and opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
Design experiments and measurement approaches to evaluate the impact of product and marketing changes - and help teams make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.
Build models and datasets that improve how teams segment customers, forecast outcomes, and identify trends.
Apply machine learning and AI techniques where they solve practical problems, for both internal decision-making and customer-facing scenarios.
Partner with Data Engineering to improve the quality, reliability, and accessibility of core data and metrics.
Communicate findings clearly and directly so teams can make informed decisions without needing a statistics background.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in a Data Science role within B2B SaaS or a similar product- or growth-focused environment.
Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and behavioral analytics - with the ability to apply them pragmatically to real product and business problems.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale analysis, modeling, and exploration.
Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar); familiarity with dbt is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills - you can explain complex analysis clearly to PMs, marketers, executives, and non-technical partners.
