OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who loves opening doors, building relationships and winning new business? We’re looking for an
Account Manager
to join our growing sales team. This is a
hunter-focused role
for someone who is energised by prospecting, creating opportunities from scratch and turning conversations into revenue. You’ll be responsible for developing new business across the ASEAN market, while also building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll need to be comfortable owning the
full sales cycle — from prospecting and first conversation through to negotiation, close and account growth.
If you’re ambitious, resilient and enjoy the thrill of winning, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Hunt for new business:
Identify, prospect and engage new clients across your target market, building a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound activity.
Own the full sales cycle:
Take opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through presentations, proposals, negotiation and close.
Create your own opportunities:
Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and develop creative approaches to open new conversations rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
Build senior relationships:
Develop trusted relationships with marketing, demand generation, sales and other senior stakeholders within target accounts.
Understand client challenges:
Uncover business objectives, pain points and priorities and translate these into relevant solutions.
Drive revenue growth:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Grow existing accounts:
Identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within existing clients while continuing to prioritise new business acquisition.
Build and manage pipeline:
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline, with a strong focus on conversion, deal velocity and revenue generation.
Partner with internal teams:
Work closely with campaign, marketing, delivery and client success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sale through execution.
Stay commercially curious:
Keep up to date with trends across B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM and the broader technology landscape so you can bring value to client conversations.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
, ideally within technology, media, marketing, advertising, demand generation, SaaS or a related environment.
A
proven hunter mentality
— you enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
A track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets
and consistently delivering revenue.
Experience managing the
full sales cycle
, from prospecting to closing.
Strong commercial and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions against business challenges.
Confident engaging with
senior decision-makers
and navigating multiple stakeholders within an organisation.
Resilient and persistent — comfortable hearing “no” and finding another way in.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders while taking
full ownership of their number
.
Experience or understanding of
B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM or digital marketing
is highly advantageous.
The Person We’re Looking For
You’re not someone who waits for an SDR to hand you a meeting.
You’re naturally curious about businesses, know how to identify an opportunity, and are confident picking up the phone, sending the message or finding the right person to start a conversation.
You’re competitive but collaborative, commercially minded and motivated by results. You take ownership of your pipeline, your clients and, most importantly,
your number
.
What We Offer
Career Growth:
Join a high-growth organisation with genuine opportunities to develop your sales career.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives tied to your success.
Autonomy & Ownership:
The opportunity to build your own pipeline, develop your territory and make a visible impact on revenue growth.
Collaborative Culture:
Work alongside an experienced, supportive team that values ambition, accountability and teamwork.
Regional Exposure:
Work with leading technology and B2B brands across the ASEAN and APAC markets.
If you’re a natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, winning new business and building something of your own, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the Role
The Account Manager will be instrumental in helping grow and retain Clipboard's existing markets. Healthcare providers are core to the Clipboard marketplace — the Account Manager is in charge of nurturing and expanding relationships with current users, going deep with those users to understand their needs, and ensuring they're consistently successful on the platform. There's no ceiling to what you can achieve in this role — if you're highly motivated to go above and beyond, a diligent executor, and a strong written/verbal communicator, Clipboard is the place for you to excel.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing relationships with an existing portfolio of healthcare providers and dental offices
- Clearly articulating the value proposition of the app to current users to drive continued engagement and expansion
- Going deep with healthcare providers and dental offices to uncover their evolving needs, understand their challenges, and find ways to genuinely help them succeed on the platform
- Establishing credibility and rapport with providers, which includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the app
- Being the go-to point of contact for users that need help navigating the app, resolving issues, and getting the most out of the platform
- Helping fill new and urgent shifts in your assigned markets
Qualifications
- Willingness to hustle / lack of fear
- Experience texting, emailing, and talking with English-speaking clients and prospects
Requirements
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- A computer workstation (laptop or desktop)
- Internationally located (not in US, CA, UK, NZ, or AU)
- Availability to work US working hours
- Fluency in English speaking and writing
Beyond the Basics — What Will Make You Successful
- Noticing & Curiosity — You pick up on things others miss and ask "why" more than once because the first answer is rarely the whole story. You dig to understand the root of a problem or situation rather than accepting things at face value, and you're constantly updating your understanding of the customers you serve.
- Initiative & Persistence — You have a bias for action. You know that our customers are dealing with real problems today, and you don't wait for perfect information before making a move. You're scrappy and self-reliant, you find ways through obstacles rather than around them, and you bring solutions instead of asking "what should I do?"
- Ownership — The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You take full responsibility for your results, fix problems when you see them — even outside your immediate area — and put processes in place to make sure those problems don't happen again.
- Customer-Centric — You feel your customers' situations genuinely and care about improving their lives, not just hitting a number. Talking to customers and solving their problems isn't a task on your list — it's the job.
- Humble — You're low ego and care about getting to the best outcome, not about being right. You readily admit when you don't know something, you actively seek out feedback, and you're always looking to become a better version of yourself.
Benefits
- Do great work that matters for customers who could really use your help
- Competitive pay
- Unlimited PTO
- Fully Remote

AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Our Platform and Core Engineering teams build the systems that make Kraken secure, resilient, and scalable. Their impact isn’t measured by customer-facing features, but by the strength, correctness, and leverage of the foundations they create. These teams power Kraken systems behind the scenes — enabling product teams to move fast while meeting the highest standards for reliability, compliance, and security.
Engineers design shared services, internal platforms, and critical infrastructure that support company-wide initiatives. They optimize for safety, scalability, observability, auditability, and operational excellence — often operating in regulated, security-sensitive, and risk-heavy environments where precision matters.
We’re looking for engineers with deep systems ownership and an architecture-first mindset — builders who take pride in long-lived services, thrive in complex environments, and are motivated by strengthening the backbone of the crypto ecosystem.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design and implement robust Rust services and foundational libraries that power Kraken’s core infrastructure, prioritizing correctness, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Write reusable, testable, and highly efficient code built for scale, observability, and operational resilience in production environments.
- Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture, shaping low-latency, fault-tolerant services that support global trading and internal platforms.
- Work alongside hundreds of experienced Rust engineers, contributing to a high-bar engineering culture grounded in ownership, rigor, and craftsmanship.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building and scaling shared systems, internal platforms, and supporting multiple product roadmaps
- Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust
- Have a security-first mindset during system design to ensure robustness
- Demonstrate the ability to autonomously debug issues across the stack (OS, network, application)
- Apply a solid understanding of distributed systems and technologies, including RPC protocols, Kafka, and Event-Driven Systems, to design scalable solutions
- Collaborate effectively with product teams to gather requirements and constraints for designing appropriate systems
- Take complete end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n’s most strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site, solving real customer problems, and building reusable automation patterns that shape our product.
To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:
Drive high-impact enterprise deployments
Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements, arriving with a hypothesis and leaving with production workflows in place.
Partner closely with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities, stakeholder needs, and adoption goals.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders by turning complex customer environments into clear, actionable solutions.
Build production-grade automation solutions
Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to each customer’s environment and scalable beyond the initial use case.
Extend existing n8n nodes or add missing functionality where needed to unlock high-value enterprise use cases.
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize real customer value over technical complexity.
Work across industries and tech stacks, getting productive quickly in new environments.
Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement, product feature, or platform capability.
Create a clear feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, custom nodes, and integration patterns to an internal playbook library.
Turn customer learnings into product and playbooks
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a core product feature and document it clearly for Product.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
Help ensure every engagement makes the next one faster, stronger, and more productized.
Keep engagements focused and scalable
Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes, rather than open-ended professional services work.
Build solutions that customers can own and operate themselves.
Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
🧩 Integration-building expertise: You can create custom nodes, extend existing integrations, and work confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
🔧 Product-minded technical execution: You can distinguish between a one-off customer workaround, a reusable node improvement, and a product feature worth escalating.
🤝 Customer-facing confidence: You’re comfortable working directly in customer environments and can build trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.
⚖️ Strong technical judgment: You know when to build, when to push back, and how to avoid gold-plating solutions that should stay simple.
✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements.
⚡ Speed to productive: You can quickly understand new industries, tech stacks, and customer environments without needing everything to be neatly defined.
Nice-to-haves
🔁 Workflow automation experience: You have familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
🏢 Enterprise deployment experience: You’ve worked with strategic enterprise accounts in complex technical environments.
🧱 Node or connector development: You’ve built custom nodes, connectors, plugins, SDKs, or reusable integration frameworks.
🚀 Forward deployed experience: You’ve worked in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role at a product-led technical organization.
📣 Product feedback experience: You’ve helped turn customer learnings into clear product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specifications.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000 across Sweden, Denmark and Norway in telecommunications, financial services, industrial manufacturing, energy and utilities, and healthcare and life sciences. Sovereignty and control over where data and models reside are growing priorities across these sectors, and Cohere is well positioned to meet that need with private, on-premise and in-country deployment built for enterprise scale. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across Sweden, Denmark and Norway via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
- Support coverage of adjacent Nordic accounts as territory priorities require
- Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
- Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
- Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
- Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Fluent in at least one Nordic language – Swedish, Norwegian or Danish – in addition to English; additional Nordic languages are a strong advantage
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
- Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
- A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
- A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
- Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
Additional Requirements:
- Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
- Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
- High tolerance for ambiguity - this is an early-stage territory without an established local playbook, and you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist
- Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.

- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE USER RESEARCHER ROLE ⭐️
At Alan, research is not a checkpoint. It's a compass. Our User Research team sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, making sure every decision is grounded in what our members actually need, feel, and experience.
As a User Researcher at Alan, you will gather and prioritize the most important questions from across the company, and design the right research to answer them. That means running interviews, diary studies, surveys, and usability sessions throughout the full product cycle, not just at the end. You'll then turn those findings into insights that are clear, compelling, and genuinely useful to the teams who need them.
You'll work hand in hand with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, and collaborate closely with our analytics and data science teams to tell a complete story about our product. You'll also help grow research culture across Alan, sharing your craft and mentoring teammates along the way.
At Alan, great research drives great product. If you love figuring out what people truly need and translating that into decisions that matter, this role is for you.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- 4+ years of experience as a product/user researcher in a tech environment, with strong hands-on expertise in qualitative methods: interviews, diary studies, think-aloud usability testing, and direct observation
- Solid quantitative research skills: you're comfortable with survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and core statistical concepts
- Sharp critical thinking: you quickly identify what research is worth doing, scope it efficiently, and deliver insights that are focused and actionable
- A strategic mindset: you know how to partner with product stakeholders, communicate the value of research, and tie your findings to concrete business impact
- Compelling communication skills: you turn complex findings into clear narratives that resonate with any audience
- Experience mentoring junior researchers or non-researchers, with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback that helps others grow
- You're close to AI. Either you've built AI products, or you follow the space closely and have a clear view on where to leverage and how LLM systems behave in production.
- You care about healthcare. Alan's mission has to genuinely matter to you. For us this is essential, not a nice-to-have.
- English fluency, written and spoken
- (As a plus) Fluency in French, Spanish, or another European language
For this role, we hire within the D-E level range.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Based in (or within commuting distance of) one of our hubs (Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona), with the ability to work onsite twice per week.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

We are looking for a CMS & DAM Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. There is no legacy system, no migration burden — this is a new platform built from scratch, video-first and breaking-news-first, designed to sustain extreme traffic during major events and support complete newsroom workflows from draft to publish.
You'll own the CMS configuration and digital asset management layer end-to-end — from content models and editorial workflows through DAM taxonomy, rights management, and integrations with video, search, and distribution services. This is a full-lifecycle engagement: discovery, build, launch, and multi-year support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Support breaking-news and major-event editorial capabilities, including homepage mode-switching under high traffic.
- Implement taxonomy and structured-content models.
- Configure permissions and newsroom roles.

- Define duplicate and near-duplicate asset handling approaches.
- Design asset usage and reference tracking.
- Establish replacement, restriction, and takedown workflows.
- Integrate DAM with CMS, video pipeline, and distribution services.
- Support asset migration, editorial training, and operational governance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing on AEM or Amplience in a production environment.
- Experience implementing content models, editorial workflows, and publishing pipelines for a content-heavy platform.
- Strong understanding of DAM concepts — metadata, taxonomy, rights management, renditions, and asset lifecycle.
- Experience integrating CMS and DAM systems with third-party services — video platforms, search, CDN, or distribution APIs.
- Ability to configure permissions and role-based access for multi-user editorial teams.
- Experience working on structured, phased delivery programmes with clear milestones and launch targets.
- Strong communication skills — able to work with editorial, product, and engineering stakeholders.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on migrations to join our growing team in India. You will help deliver complex, production-grade data migrations, integrations, and automations for customers across APAC.
This is initially an internally focused, hands-on engineering role. You will partner closely with regional Forward Deployed Engineers, who own customer discovery, solution architecture, stakeholder communication, risk management, and final customer validation. You will own the behind-the-scenes technical execution layer from feasibility assessment and implementation through testing, production rollout, QA, reconciliation, reporting, and operational handoff.
You will work across multiple customer environments and source systems, often with incomplete requirements, imperfect data, and real-world constraints. Success requires strong engineering fundamentals, sound judgment, careful validation, and the ability to turn one-off delivery work into reusable tools and repeatable playbooks.
As a founding engineer in India, you will help build a new regional engineering capability from the ground up. You will create migration infrastructure, standards, and reusable tooling used by FDEs across APAC, while establishing practices that can scale globally. The role offers an opportunity to become a technical authority for production migration delivery, shaping how Notion approaches reliability, validation, and operational quality across complex customer environments. As the team grows, the role may also expand toward customer-facing FDE work, technical leadership, or a deeper engineering path, depending on business needs and demonstrated capability.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the technical execution layer after customer requirements, scope, and solution architecture have been established with the regional FDE. Contribute to feasibility assessment, estimation, implementation planning, and risk identification while the regional FDE remains accountable for customer discovery, scope, architecture, stakeholder communication, and final acceptance.
- Apply a repeatable migration lifecycle covering source inventory and sampling, scope and pruning decisions, compatibility and degradation assessment, transformation design, pilot or dry run, user acceptance testing, production cutover, reconciliation, remediation, hypercare, and documented handoff.
- Translate approved customer and regional FDE requirements into clear technical designs, implementation plans, test strategies, runbooks, and delivery estimates.
- Build production-quality migration utilities, backend services, data pipelines, integrations, and automations using Python, SQL, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Investigate source-system behavior, data quality issues, permissions, rate limits, authentication constraints, and edge cases, then recommend practical solutions.
- Design and validate permissions, ownership, and inheritance mappings against the approved migration plan. Make unsupported or ambiguous access requirements explicit, obtain the required decision or approval, and preserve evidence of validation.
- Design migrations for reliability, scale, security, observability, idempotency, failure recovery, and safe reruns.
- Execute migrations only through approved environments, devices, accounts, and tooling. Follow least-privilege access, customer-specific security and data-residency requirements, and approved handling procedures. Do not store customer data in unmanaged local or external systems, and escalate privacy, security, or sovereignty concerns before execution.
- Build validation and reconciliation frameworks that provide clear evidence of migration completeness, accuracy, and exceptions.
- Debug failures across application code, infrastructure, customer data, third-party systems, and the Notion platform, then drive issues through resolution.
- Manage multiple implementation workstreams, dependencies, and priorities while communicating scope, progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
- Surface scope changes, unsupported requirements, timeline risks, and material effort increases early. Document assumptions and trade-offs, and escalate with options and a recommended path rather than silently absorbing additional work.
- Maintain an auditable record of scope, decisions, risks, approvals, validation evidence, and customer acceptance criteria in the agreed shared workspace or channel.
- Convert repeated delivery patterns into reusable components, automation, documentation, and playbooks that improve speed, quality, and cost over time.
- Bring field learnings back to Notion's Product and Engineering teams as actionable platform feedback and technical requirements.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, data engineering, integration engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on Python development experience.
- Working experience with Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience owning a production migration, integration, or technical implementation through mapping, transformation, testing, rollout, validation, and handoff.
- Experience taking a technical problem from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production operation.
- Experience with Git, code review, automated testing, release practices, and production deployment.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills across code, data, infrastructure, and external systems.
- Evidence of working on production systems, not only prototypes or proof-of-concept projects.
- Clear written and verbal English communication, with the ability to explain technical decisions, constraints, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High agency and ownership. You are comfortable making progress with incomplete information, challenging assumptions, and escalating with options and a recommendation.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, job orchestration, or infrastructure automation.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with message queues, event-driven systems, distributed-system patterns, retries, concurrency, and rate limits.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, or other observability tools.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS applications, professional services, or large-scale customer implementations.
- Experience migrating large volumes of content or structured data between enterprise platforms.
- Experience with AI or LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, or agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with MCP, tool calling, Notion Workers, Custom Agents, or similar extensibility platforms.
- Experience working with distributed global or APAC teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Learn Notion's migration and implementation ecosystem, engineering standards, and APAC delivery model.
- Establish a productive working rhythm with regional FDE partners.
- Contribute to at least one migration or integration workstream through production delivery.
- Leave behind clear technical documentation, validation evidence, and an operational runbook.
Within your first six months, you will:
- Independently own production migration or integration workstreams from technical design through rollout and handoff.
- Deliver measurable improvements in migration turnaround time, validation quality, delivery cost, or regional FDE execution hours through reusable engineering.
- Help establish repeatable quality controls, code review practices, runbooks, and observability patterns for the India team.
- Demonstrate effective prioritization and communication across multiple concurrent APAC engagements.
- Turn at least one repeated delivery pattern into a reusable tool, component, or playbook that is adopted by a subsequent engagement.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.

👋 A LITTLE ABOUT US
We’re building the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Our enterprise motion is growing, and the way we reach those buyers is changing. Docs are bought by engineering leaders, platform teams, and developer experience owners, people who don't answer cold emails but do show up at conferences, dinners, hackathons, and community meetups. Field marketing is how we get in front of them.
Today our event activity is opportunistic: a booth here, a sponsored dinner there, a webinar when someone has time. There's no tiering model, no consistent follow-up motion, and no reliable way to say which events created the (right) pipeline. This role owns all of it.
This is a new function at GitBook. You'd be the first person to own it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the global event calendar: Decide which industry tradeshows and conferences we show up at, at what level, and why and then run them end to end: sponsorship negotiation, booth, staffing, messaging, budget, and on-site execution.
- Build activation around the big moments: The booth is rarely where the deals happen. You'll design the side-events that surround a conference such as curated dinners, executive roundtables, breakfast briefings, happy hours, and build the guest lists around accounts we actually want in the room.
- Create GitBook's own events: Design and run owned formats that people want to attend because of what they are, not because we sponsored them. Roadshows, customer summits, docs-focused meetups, launch moments. You'll define the format, the content arc, and the experience.
- Experiment with community activation: Work with our DevRel colleagues on hackathons, docs sprints, and community events. Some will work and some won't; you'll run them as experiments with a clear read on what happened.
- Own online events: Webinars, virtual roundtables, and livestreams, you’ll be either running them yourself or coordinating the team members who do.
- Build the tiering model: Define what a Tier 1, 2, and 3 event looks like at GitBook: spend bands, staffing, pre- and post-event motion, and the bar an event has to clear to earn each tier.
- Report on pipeline, not attendance: Build the measurement model for events: cost per opportunity, event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, target-account attendance, and conversion through to closed won.
- Make the sales follow-up motion work: Build a lightweight SLA for pre-event target lists with AEs, brief the team on what to do at the event, and build the follow-up structure that turns a badge scan into a conversation.
- Act as ABM sparring partner: Our enterprise motion runs on account-based plays. You'll be the person Sales and Marketing think out loud with on account selection, buying-committee mapping, and how field programs plug into 1:1 and 1:few plays
HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS
In your first 90 days: a tiered event calendar for the next four quarters, a working measurement model in our CRM, and a follow-up motion Sales has actually agreed to.
After that: event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity by tier, target-account penetration at Tier 1 events, and speed of follow-up.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing: you need to have a meaningful stretch of that in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated demand generation. You've run international programs, including and especially in the USA.
- A ROI mindset: You talk in opportunities and cost per opportunity, not impressions and badge scans. You've defended an event budget with numbers and you've killed events that didn't earn their place.
- Real operational range: You can negotiate a sponsorship contract, argue about booth carpet, write a good invite email, and build a Hubspot dashboard or report (or know who to ask to build it for you).
- Sales credibility: AEs will trust you or route around you. You can walk into a pipeline review, take a hard question about last quarter's spend, and answer it without getting defensive.
- Taste: Most B2B events are forgettable. We'd rather run fewer things that people remember. You should have opinions about what makes an event worth attending.
- Comfort with a technical audience: Our buyers are engineers and the people who lead them. You don't need to write code, but you need to know why developer-audience marketing fails when it's too polished.
- Ownership mindset: There's no playbook here. You'll write it: defining process, flagging problems early, and not waiting to be told what to build next.
Also, you might be coming from a field marketing role at a SaaS company that got heavier on events, an event marketing role where you started owning the pipeline number, a demand gen role with a large in-person component, or a community or DevRel role that grew a commercial edge. We care less about the label than about what you can actually do. Some travel is expected, roughly a week or two a quarter, with a potential for a week a month in the conference season peak.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This isn't a role where you'll manage a team from day one, and it isn't purely strategic. You'll be on the floor at the show and in the spreadsheet the week after.
It's also not brand marketing or product marketing. You'll draw on both, and you'll partner closely with them, but you're accountable for the pipeline.
If you do this well, the function grows in scope, budget, and eventually headcount. But we're hiring for someone who wants to build it from scratch, not for the version of this role that exists in two years.
👥 Join GitBook at a pivotal time as we evolve our product and team. This is a chance to shape our product, craft, and culture https://www.gitbook.com/about#open-roles.
