Location: Remote (Global) Workplace: Remote ABOUT CLIPBOARD Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S. Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities. About the Role The Account Executive will be instrumental in growing Clipboard's footprint by bringing new dental offices onto the platform. Dental offices are core to the Clipboard Dental marketplace — the Account Executive is responsible for identifying prospective dental offices, initiating contact, and guiding them through the full sales cycle from cold outreach to activation. This is a full-cycle sales role where you own your pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, handling objections, negotiating, and closing. There's no ceiling to what you can achieve in this role — if you're highly motivated, fearless on the phone, and a strong communicator, Clipboard is the place for you to excel. Responsibilities - Cold calling dental offices that have not yet posted shifts to introduce them to Clipboard's staffing services - Clearly articulating the value proposition of the platform and overcoming objections to drive new office activations - Managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through onboarding — ensuring a smooth transition for new offices onto the platform - Leading price negotiation conversations with dental office decision-makers - Building and managing your own pipeline, consistently following up with leads and maintaining organized records of outreach activity - Persisting through longer sales cycles and re-engaging offices over time to convert them into active customers Qualifications - Willingness to hustle / lack of fear - Fluency in English speaking and writing with experience communicating with English-speaking clients - Proven experience in a sales role where you were responsible for generating your own leads - Demonstrated experience managing your own pipeline and following through on a full sales cycle Requirements - Stable high-speed internet connection - A computer workstation (laptop or desktop) - Internationally located (not in US, CA, UK, NZ, or AU) - Availability to work US Pacific Time working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT) Beyond the Basics — What Will Make You Successful - Noticing & Curiosity — You pick up on things others miss and ask "why" more than once because the first answer is rarely the whole story. You dig to understand the root of a problem or situation rather than accepting things at face value, and you're constantly updating your understanding of the customers you serve. - Initiative & Persistence — You have a bias for action. You know that our customers are dealing with real problems today, and you don't wait for perfect information before making a move. You're scrappy and self-reliant, you find ways through obstacles rather than around them, and you bring solutions instead of asking "what should I do?" - Ownership — The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You take full responsibility for your results, fix problems when you see them — even outside your immediate area — and put processes in place to make sure those problems don't happen again. - Customer-Centric — You feel your customers' situations genuinely and care about improving their lives, not just hitting a number. Talking to customers and solving their problems isn't a task on your list — it's the job. - Humble — You're low ego and care about getting to the best outcome, not about being right. You readily admit when you don't know something, you actively seek out feedback, and you're always looking to become a better version of yourself. Benefits - Do great work that matters for customers who could really use your help - Competitive pay - Unlimited PTO - Fully Remote Estimated annual compensation: $12,000–$15,600 USD. Each candidate's compensation offer within this range will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and geographic location.
