HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ WHY WE ARE HIRING ⭐️
We’re opening an Enterprise Sales Team Lead role in France to lead a growing team of 4 Senior Account Executives, who are in charge of acquiring customers with more than 3,000 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
In this role, you will own acquisition on the Enterprise segment in France and run the business end‑to‑end: you will be hands-on on the field while coaching and scaling a team of Account Executives to win this market.
This position sits at the heart of our growth ambition: We have just passed the one million member milestone – and this is only the beginning! We’re accelerating acquisition in France and doubling down on our portfolio — and the Enterprise segment is one of the core pillars of that plan.
ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE SEGMENT
- Perimeter: companies of 3000+ employees
- Verticals: all Verticals (Tech, Retail, Industrial Companies etc)
- Total Addressable Market: ~7M members in France
WHY ENTERPRISE SALES IS EXCITING AT ALAN
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers, Unions, long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise Account Executives.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
⭐ WHAT YOU WILL DO ⭐
You will be the Sales leader of the Enterprise Sales team in France, responsible for both hitting the numbers and scaling the machine.
More precisely, you will:
- Own the Enterprise acquisition plan in France. Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for 3000 employee customers, from targeting to closing, to reach ambitious acquisition targets and scale the segment.
- Lead & coach a team of 4 Account Executives (and likely more to come)
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development as we scale the crew and the segment.
- Help each team member reach their targets with clear expectations, rigorous follow‑up, and ongoing coaching on methodology, deal execution, and pipeline management.
- Be on the field with the team: prospecting, joining key meetings, supporting tough negotiations, and owning strategic opportunities to maximize win rates.
- Empower every member of the team: Create the conditions for everyone to reach and exceed their goals: strong feedback culture, coaching, clear ownership, and autonomy.
- Ensure market fit and remove blockers: Surface customer expectations, patterns, and blockers, and ensure they’re addressed through the right strategic and execution plans (product, pricing, ops, marketing, etc.).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-G level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
⭐ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐
You may be a great fit at Alan if you:
- Have at least 10 years experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets as an Account Executive and Sales Leader
- Have experience leading and coaching sales teams, with the ability to set a high bar, give clear direction, and help people grow
- Have full working proficiency in French, and advanced level in English for internal communication
- Have a very hands‑on mentality: you love being on the field with your team, joining customer meetings, helping on tough negotiations, and sharing what works
- Have experience selling to Enterprise level companies (3000+ employees and above) in multi‑stakeholder deals
- Are comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, and can prioritize ruthlessly
- Are data‑driven and analytical: you know how to leverage KPIs to drive performance, run analyses, and make decisions
- Have strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and appetite for building things with others (sales ops, marketing, etc.)
- Are based (or willing to relocate to) the Paris area
Nice-to-have:
- Experience selling to HR or Finance

ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.

Alongside incredible flexibility and autonomy, we offer a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing, and professional growth. Meet the team 👥
Hi, I’m Taten 👋 Chief Operating Officer at Cleo. I lead the teams that help Cleo operate and scale effectively, spanning People & Talent, Legal, Compliance & Policy, Operations, and Partnerships. Together, these teams build the capabilities, relationships, processes and foundations that enable Cleo to grow responsibly while delivering for our customers.
We’re looking for people with strong judgment, deep curiosity, and a drive for getting things right. You’ll own your area, move quickly, and stay close to the details all while partnering with leaders and teams across Cleo to solve complex problems and drive meaningful progress. This is a great environment for thoughtful, enterprise-minded people who know when to bring others along and when to seek a different perspective. If you can balance principle with pragmatism, bring clarity to complexity, and want to help build a company that grows with intention, Cleo is a place where you can have real impact.
About the Role ✍️
We’re looking for a People Partner to join our Partnerships team. You’ll collaborate closely with the wider team and the Head of People Partnerships, supporting all aspects of the People Agenda. You’ll provide consultative advice to leadership, tailored coaching, drive positive change, and lead on complex Employee Relations matters in the departments you support. You will also play a role in company-wide people initiatives, including learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Partnering with business areas to align their people strategies with the goals of those departments, becoming a trusted, expert advisor.
- Supporting key company wide programs like the Talent Review Cycle and Talent Check Ins, supporting data collation and integrity, fostering a culture of high performance and growth.
- Managing employee relations, providing expert support and recommending appropriate actions to address queries or problems. Proactively reviewing data to spot employee relations trends and suggest solutions, coaching Managers to tackle issues early on.
- Working closely with client groups on engagement data, supporting positive advancement and wider company initiatives. Reviewing engagement over time and conducting 121s and group forums during onboarding and exit points.
- Providing tailored coaching to help up skill our leaders in a meaningful way.
- Delivering tangible impact to your business areas: regretted attrition, engagement scores, organisational health and performance are all metrics you will be measured on, and that you should always have front of mind.
- Creating and delivering Learning and Development initiatives to enhance skills across the organisation.
- Ideating and execute key work streams and projects within the People Roadmap, autonomously and collaboratively.
- Acting as a valuable support and subject matter expert to various teams within the People department, addressing queries and challenges.
What We're Looking For 🕵️
- 2+ years of experience working in a People Partner role within a fast growth, technology-led organisation, ideally supporting multiple geographies.
- Experience with Executive Coaching would be a great advantage but not essential.
- Hands‑on experience managing complex employee relations and case management, including knowledge of UK and US employment laws and regulations.
- Great attention to detail, a passion for delivering great customer experience and you can spot an opportunity to improve a process at a mile off.
- Experience in handling sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy, you are comfortable having difficult conversations, working professionally and discreetly with sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Both the what and the how matter to us: explaining requirements and processes is key, but first comes the critical step of gaining stakeholder buy-in. You’ll build strong relationships based on trust and confidence, and have the ability to influence.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.

- Lead and project manage small bulk offboardings (5+ team members), coordinating requirements asynchronously and synchronously with internal cross-functional partners;
- Identify opportunities to tweak existing playbooks and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and boost operational efficiency;
- Maintain exceptional data accuracy on the Oyster platform and keep all ticket communications clear and up to date;
- Participate in small project initiatives, contribute to internal knowledge bases & help center articles and support team members through peer learning.

- An empathetic, human-centred approach to customer support, particularly during sensitive employment transitions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication for customers, team members and internal stakeholders across different cultures and jurisdictions.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgement when working with sensitive, confidential or compliance-related information.
