We are looking for a specialist to support and further develop a customized PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environment within a public sector organization. The role covers application development, change management, platform maintenance, support activities, and migration initiatives.
Responsibilities:
— Support development, enhancement, and change management activities within PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
— Provide application management, technical support, and corrective maintenance.
— Perform platform updates and ensure stability of PeopleTools 8.62 and related components.
— Support migration and decommissioning activities across the existing environment.
— Work with SQL Server, Oracle WebLogic, BI Publisher, and Microsoft Azure hosted services.
— Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve HR-related business processes and system functionality.
Requirements:
— Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
— Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.62.
— Experience with SQL Server administration and development.
— Understanding of Oracle WebLogic and BI Publisher.
— Experience supporting enterprise application maintenance, upgrades, and change management.
— Familiarity with Microsoft Azure hosted environments.
— Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
