Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Responsibilities: — Lead and develop a team of 5–8 recruiters, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and individual development planning. — Drive team performance and engagement by managing workload, motivation, retention, and addressing challenging performance situations. — Improve recruitment processes and practices by identifying bottlenecks, addressing recurring challenges, and implementing scalable solutions. — Monitor recruitment performance and quality using data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure hiring goals are met. — Build a culture of continuous learning by organizing training, sharing best practices, and developing recruitment competencies across the team. — Drive recruitment initiatives including process automation, new tools, analytics, and operational improvements. — Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, People Partners, and leadership to align hiring priorities, team capacity, and business needs. — Support complex situations and escalations by balancing the needs of recruiters, hiring managers, and the business.
