ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We are bringing our people systems in-house on Workday, and we are hiring our first dedicated Workday Analyst to make it excellent. You will join while the implementation is underway, ramp alongside our deployment partner, and own the tenant from go-live onward. This is a hands-on configuration role: you will build business processes, manage security, load data, and test releases yourself, and you will teach others on the People team to do the same as we grow. If you want to shape a Workday environment from its first day in production instead of inheriting years of someone else's decisions, this is that rare opening.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own day-to-day Workday configuration: business processes, security groups and roles, custom reports, calculated fields, and tenant settings
- Build and run EIB loads for data changes, mass updates, and audits
- Own the twice-yearly Workday release cycle: evaluate new features, regression-test, and roll out changes safely
- Shadow the implementation build, then take over tenant ownership at go-live
- Monitor integrations and triage issues with our IT team and vendors
- Support payroll configuration in partnership with our Accounting team and payroll services provider
- Field and resolve system requests from employees, managers, and the People team
- Mentor teammates so Workday administration becomes a team capability, not a single point of failure
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years administering a live Workday tenant in-house (customer side, not consulting)
- Deep Workday HCM core: business process configuration, security administration, and Report Writer
- Fluent with EIBs and comfortable owning data loads end to end
- Have shipped multiple Workday releases and know how to test them
- A builder's temperament: you do the configuration yourself and like it that way
- Clear written communication for documentation and change notes
- Excitement about a pace that's faster than anywhere you've worked before
- You'd rather improve on your old playbooks than reuse them as-is, and you're interested in AI tools that help you do it
NICE TO HAVE
- Workday Payroll configuration experience
- Workday Benefits module configuration (plan and enrollment event setup)
- Workday Absence Management configuration (time off and leave plans)
- Workday Pro or similar certifications
- Commutable to our San Francisco or New York office
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
About KIRA
Our mission is to make money smart, reliable and within reach for everyone. In 2019, we built the first mobile-first insurance platform, enabling insurance to be accessible online by millions in the region. Today, it's the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. We are expanding ways to help people in Asia including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more. Our objective is to build tools that help people get more from their money, become experts with ease and self-reliance. We believe AI will help us achieve this in our generation.
The Role
KIRA is building an AI Stockbroking Superapp for Southeast Asia across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. These products move real money. Reliability, regulatory requirements, and third-party financial rails are fundamental to the product.
The Technical Product Manager owns a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery, and launch. We are AI-native by default, but AI is a means, not the goal. The bar is knowing where AI genuinely improves an outcome, where deterministic systems must remain in control, and how to build products that are reliable, auditable, and trusted.
What You'll Own:
— Owning a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery.
— Shaping technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security and scalability.
— Driving trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements and user experience.
— Building regulatory requirements into the product across KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing.
— Applying AI where it improves outcomes, with clear evaluation, safeguards, human oversight and failure handling.
— Shipping products around external dependencies, including regulatory approvals, financial rails and third-party partners.
— Aligning Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance around clear product decisions and launch requirements.
What We're Looking For:
— 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production.
— Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes and distributed systems.
— Experience working closely with engineers and ability to review, challenge and contribute to technical designs.
— Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated, high-consequence product domain.
— Strong product judgment and ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory and operational constraints.
— Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability and understanding when AI should not be used.
Nice to have:
— Engineering or highly technical product background.
— Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
— Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products.
Outcome:
— Clear vertical strategy and legible roadmap.
— Ships fast and clears the gates that actually block launch.
— Money is correct and users are never misled about the state of their funds.
— AI features are valuable, predictable and trusted.
— Trade-offs made deliberately under uncertainty and hold up when challenged.
— Engineering, design, compliance, and operations are aligned with minimal friction.
Location:
This is a remote role. We hire globally and work across multiple countries and time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international team and collaborating with colleagues across different locations.
Language:
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
Interview Process:
Our process is designed to move fast:
— Online assessment or practical task
— Technical interview
— CEO / final round
For strong candidates, we aim to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week from the start of the interview process. Candidates who complete assessments quickly will be prioritized.
Задачи:
— Формализация процессов и управление требованиями к продукту (анализ документов и спецификаций, интервью, работа со стейкхолдерами, написание SRS);
— Разработка схем процессов и архитектуры сервиса (BPMN 2.0, PlantUML (диаграммы классов, последовательностей, компонентов, состояний), С4, ERD);
— Описание интеграционных взаимодействий (REST API, Kafka/RabbitMQ);
— Описание интеграций back-to-back (маппинг полей, сценарии ошибок, retry-логика, idempotency, rate limiting, форматы обмена);
— Проведение рабочих встреч, коммуникация с партнерами и оформление протоколов;
— Участие в подготовке проектной документации (Jira, Confluence, SDD).
Требования:
— Понимание архитектуры веб-приложений (клиент-серверное взаимодействие, микросервисы, базы данных, кэширование);
— Владение техниками сбора, управления и фиксирования требований (User Story, Use Cases);
— Знание нотаций моделирования процессов (BPMN, UML Sequence, UML Use Cases);
— Опыт работы с интеграциями (REST / gRPC, понимание JSON / XML, HTTP-статусы, webhook, polling, очереди (Kafka / RabbitMQ));
— Гибкость: готовность быстро переключаться между задачами в условиях большого количества параллельных интеграций;
— Высокая коммуникативность: умение вести переговоры с техническими и нетехническими стейкхолдерами, включая внешних партнёров.
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт работы с ticketing-платформами, агрегаторами (Яндекс.Афиша, Касса.РФ и т.п.) или travel-сервисами;
— Понимание специфики платёжных интеграций (3-D Secure, холды, рекуррентные платежи, chargeback);
— Умение работать с SQL и NoSQL (PostgeSQL, MongoDB);

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Field Account Development Executive at Teleport, you will own engagement with the accounts that matter most to our business in your metro. Teleport unifies identity across humans, machines, workloads, and AI agents — replacing fragmented, credential-based access with a hardware-rooted, cryptographic identity layer that scales zero trust across cloud and on-prem environments. You'll work closely with Field Marketing, Partner, Demand Gen, and the Account Executives who carry your accounts to build presence and pipeline in a single city, pairing multi-channel outbound with a heavy in-person motion across meetups, conferences, partner activations, and Teleport-hosted events. Instead of a sequence and a dial target, you'll be given a fixed book, a territory budget, an events calendar, a warm-path map, and the latitude to decide how all of it gets used. This role is ideal for a self-directed relationship builder who wants to become a field seller — someone who treats a city as a territory to be earned rather than a list to be worked.
Expect to be in the field regularly, typically a couple of evenings a week and more during conference weeks. Reaching people has never been easier; earning their trust has never been harder. That harder part is the job, and it happens face to face.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own and quarterback the development of a fixed book of named enterprise and mid-market accounts in your metro, in partnership with the AEs who carry them
- Build and defend a point of view on each account: who the buying committee is, what they care about, where the entry point is, and what the next three touches should be
- Show up. Attend and work the meetups, happy hours, conferences, partner events, and Teleport-hosted events in your territory. Become a known face in your city's infrastructure and security community
- Create reasons to engage that aren't a meeting request — event invitations, gifting, relevant third-party content, community connections, local activations
- Map warm paths into your accounts using our customer, alumni, and employee networks, and drive the referral ask to completion, including directing the AE on when and how to make it
- Run multi-channel outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) against the buying committee, with real personalization rather than volume
- Work with Field Marketing on which events are worth sponsoring in your metro, and with our Partner team on co-marketing opportunities that reach your 50
- Convert in-person contact into structured next steps: AE meetings, executive conversations, technical deep dives
- Log every touch in Salesforce and Outreach so account progression is visible and creditable
- Present a monthly account review: what you've done across the 50, what worked, what you're doing next, and where you need air support
- Use our intent, buying-committee, and enrichment tooling — including AI-assisted research and account planning — to decide where to spend your week
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Based in your metro. You live in San Francisco Bay Area and can be in the field on short notice. This role is not remote-anywhere
- Experienced: 3+ years in a role where you built relationships and pipeline in a defined territory. That could be account development against enterprise or mid-market named accounts, field or event marketing, community or developer relations, partner development, or field sales. What matters is that you've worked named accounts rather than lists, and that you've done it with real people in real rooms
- A field animal: You would rather be at a happy hour with forty engineers than on your ninth call of the morning. You are comfortable walking into a room where you know nobody and leaving with three conversations worth following up
- Self-directed: You are given a goal and a budget, not a playbook. You decide what to build. You bring ideas rather than waiting for a program
- Technically curious: You can hold a credible conversation with platform, infrastructure, and security engineers about the problems they have. You don't need to be an engineer; you do need to be genuinely interested
- Relationship-first: You measure your work in trust built, not touches logged — while still logging the touches
- Tool-fluent: You are fast with modern GTM tooling and AI assistants, and you'd rather build your own leverage than file a request
- Ambitious: You want to be a field seller. This role is the on-ramp
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities
