From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

- Preferred: hands-on experience building referral, affiliate, or rebate programs — reward mechanics, attribution method, commission settlement, and anti-fraud.
- Deep, first-hand familiarity with the latest wave of social and copy-trading apps and on-chain discovery tools — you use them yourself and have your own perspective on them.
- Solid understanding of on-chain trading: DEX and aggregator routing, slippage, gas, MEV, token market data (price, liquidity, holders), and memecoin/launchpad dynamics.
- Proven execution and strong communication — shipping fast, running multiple workstreams in parallel, writing clear PRDs, and staying resilient in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
- Strong growth and data sense — metrics, funnels, cohorts, viral coefficient, LTV/CAC, and experiment design, to understand users and improve the product.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annualized revenue, 32M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Growth Marketer to own demand generation for our B2B and enterprise business.
Our GTM team already has sellers closing deals, creators producing cinematic content for enterprise audiences, and an email engine reaching thousands of prospects. Your job is to build the machine that feeds all of it: campaigns, funnels, and channels that turn attention into qualified pipeline. You are judged on pipeline and revenue influenced, not on clicks or impressions.
This is a hands-on operator role. There is no playbook to execute; you will be writing it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
GENERATE PIPELINE
- Plan, launch, and scale integrated campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, X), retargeting, and content distribution that convert into qualified meetings.
- Build account-based programs on target enterprise accounts together with sales: the right message, to the right buyer, at the right moment.
BUILD THE B2B FUNNEL
- Own landing pages and conversion paths from first touch to booked meeting: copy, creative briefs, forms, routing, follow-up.
- Launch webinars, showcases, and campaign moments using the cinematic work our creators produce.
MEASURE, ITERATE, SCALE
- Own funnel metrics end to end: cost per meeting, conversion by stage, channel ROI, attribution. You pull your own numbers and tell an honest story with them.
- Run a constant experiment loop: test messaging, audiences, and channels weekly; kill what doesn't convert, scale what does.
- Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, automation, AI tools) instead of doing the same work by hand every week.
RUN THE GTM LOOP
- Sync campaigns with our sales, email, and creative teams so every touch a prospect sees tells one story.
- Feed market signal back to product and leadership: what resonates, what objections repeat, where demand is forming.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 3+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing at a SaaS or AI company.
- A measurable result you can walk us through: pipeline or revenue you generated, which channels drove it, and what part of it was yours.
- Hands-on paid channel experience (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with real budget ownership.
- Full command of your data: funnels, attribution, dashboards. You don't wait for an analyst to tell you what happened.
- Excellent written English and strong copy instincts: you can write a landing page, an ad, and a nurture email yourself.
- AI-native: you use LLM tools daily and automate before you hire out.
- High agency, fast execution: you ship, iterate, and don't wait for perfect.
NICE TO HAVES
- ABM and marketing ops tooling: HubSpot or Salesforce, Clay, 6sense or similar.
- Experience marketing to enterprise and Fortune 500 buyers.
- Webinar or event program experience.
- Experience in creative tools, generative AI, or the broader martech ecosystem.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office.
- Relocation to Almaty from anywhere: we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in.
- Full-time position.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Vercel's compute platform — Fluid compute, Vercel Functions, Sandbox, and more — the layer that runs every workload our customers deploy. You will set the direction for how developers configure, scale, and run code on Vercel, from a single function, to multi-service architectures, to agents. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
Vercel invested in its own microVM-based compute infrastructure externally called “Fluid compute”. Fluid changed what’s now possible to run on Vercel. For example, we’ve delivered Sandboxes, a new primitive to run untrusted and agent-generated code. We are just scratching the surface of what Fluid can deliver. This is a senior role with wide latitude: you'll decide where that platform goes next.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Vercel's compute platform.
Define how Vercel serves AI and agent workloads, where long-running, I/O-bound, and code-executing tasks have a fundamentally different compute profile than traditional request/response traffic.
Shape the developer experience of running workloads on Vercel: resource model, attributes, API and config files.
Partner with Engineering on the performance and reliability bar for compute, including cold starts and creation time latency
Define pricing for new products and resources.
Set the compute primitives that adjacent product areas build on, and work with those teams on what they need from the platform
Work directly with Enterprise customers and the field on compute requirements that block adoption or scale
What you need
You've built and shipped infrastructure or developer platform products, ideally compute, serverless, containers, or runtime platforms
You have the technical depth to reason about concurrency, cold starts, isolation models, and the cost and performance tradeoffs of a compute platform
You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted
You have experience with AI or agent workloads and how their resource profile differs from conventional web traffic
You have experience working directly with Enterprise customers on infrastructure requirements
You have experience using usage and product analytics data to drive roadmap decisions
Bonus if you
Have worked at a cloud provider or on a serverless, container, or edge compute platform
Have an engineering background or have built software yourself
Have worked on multi-runtime platforms and the tradeoffs of supporting several language runtimes
Have worked on sandboxing, isolation, or secure execution of untrusted code
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

Docker is looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to own internal and external partner enablement and drive aligned GTM outcomes across our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement, you will design and deliver the training, certification, and enablement programs that connect Docker’s partner community — Channel partners, Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Global System Integrators, and Technology ISVs — to a shared, coordinated go-to-market motion.
Every program you build, every piece of content you ship, and every internal enablement session you run exists to accelerate GTM outcomes: more partner-sourced pipeline, stronger co-sell execution, and faster revenue through the ecosystem.
Docker’s partner ecosystem is a strategic growth lever, and AI Governance (AIG) is our primary co-sell motion. You’ll ensure every partner type understands Docker’s AIG value proposition, knows how to run joint sales plays, and is ready to engage customers alongside our field teams. Equally, you will serve as the internal GTM connector for Docker’s own sellers — equipping AEs, SEs, and CSMs with the partner playbooks, account mapping skills, and co-sell readiness they need to drive pipeline through the ecosystem. If you love building from scratch, orchestrating complex programs across diverse partner types, and making an entire ecosystem move toward a common GTM goal, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
External Partner GTM Enablement — Training & Certification
- Design, build, and continuously improve training and certification programs tailored to Docker’s partner community across Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and Technology ISV partners — all anchored to enabling partners to execute Docker’s GTM motion.
- Develop role-based learning paths that give partners the product knowledge, messaging fluency, and technical depth they need to sell and support Docker effectively — with AI Governance as the primary GTM anchor.
- Leverage and extend Docker’s Accreditation Platform to scale partner certification, track completion, and recognize partner expertise across the ecosystem.
- Manage certification tracks end-to-end — from curriculum design and facilitation to assessment, badging, and ongoing recertification — tying completion to measurable GTM readiness.
External Partner GTM Enablement — Content & Programs
- Develop and maintain a library of partner-specific GTM content including joint sales plays, co-sell decks, competitive positioning, product overviews, and objection handling guides — all built to activate partners in the field.
- Partner with the Partner team to identify enablement gaps across each partner segment and build scalable programs to close them in service of shared pipeline goals.
- Own and administer Docker’s partner enablement infrastructure, with Impartner as the primary partner management and learning platform.
- Establish Impartner as a world-class partner portal — driving adoption, improving the partner experience, and continuously optimizing the platform for discoverability and GTM engagement.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate new launches and messaging — especially around AIG — into partner-ready GTM materials that are accessible, timely, and field-tested.
Internal GTM Enablement — Enabling Docker’s Field to Win with Partners
- Own the internal side of partner GTM: equip Docker’s AEs, SEs, and CSMs to confidently work alongside partners and drive joint pipeline.
- Build and maintain “How to Win with Partners” resources for Docker’s field teams — covering account mapping, co-sell cadences, joint pipeline management, and partner engagement models tied to GTM outcomes.
- Build co-sell plays and joint sales materials that connect Docker’s AIG story to each partner type’s unique value proposition (e.g., Hyperscaler integrations, G/SI delivery models, Channel resell motions).
- Develop and deliver enablement on how to run effective account mapping sessions with partners — including preparation, joint prioritization, and follow-through.
- Support account mapping in Salesforce (SFDC) between Docker AEs and partner sales teams, ensuring the right structure and training exists to make joint pipeline sessions productive.
- Run internal enablement sessions on partner engagement models, referral and resell programs, and co-marketing strategies to drive joint pipeline and GTM velocity.
GTM Velocity & Impact
- Drive velocity in Docker’s partner program by ensuring partners are enabled, certified, and ready to engage customers at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Track partner readiness KPIs — including pipeline contribution, certification completion, co-sell engagement, and account depth — and tie every enablement investment to measurable GTM outcomes.
- Use partner performance data, completion metrics, and field feedback to identify gaps and continuously sharpen programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, or partner programs in a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable partner training and certification programs anchored to GTM outcomes — not just content management.
- Proven experience managing a partner portal or LMS — Impartner experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem economics across Channel, Hyperscaler, and G/SI partner types.
- Experience building or supporting account mapping processes and joint pipeline programs between a vendor’s field team and partner sales organizations.
- Excellent communicator — able to engage and build credibility with both external partners and internal field stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset — you use metrics to prioritize, measure, and connect enablement investment to GTM results.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Experience building partner enablement programs from scratch in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message or other structured sales methodologies.
- Exposure to AI, containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms — Docker experience a significant plus.
- Experience enabling partners around a primary GTM motion or strategic product category (e.g., AI/ML, security, cloud infrastructure).
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to align enablement with go-to-market priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships with partner stakeholders and influence GTM execution without direct authority.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s platform, partner ecosystem strategy, and the current state of partner enablement across Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and ISV segments — with a specific eye toward GTM alignment gaps.
- Audit existing partner programs, content, and the Impartner platform — understand what exists, what’s missing, and what partners actually need to execute Docker’s AIG GTM story.
- Build relationships with the Partner team, Sales leadership, and key partner stakeholders to understand the ecosystem’s GTM motion from the inside out.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Take full ownership of the Impartner platform — establish governance, improve the partner experience, and begin driving adoption tied to GTM engagement.
- Deliver the first partner training or certification module (with AIG as the GTM anchor) and gather field feedback to iterate.
- Launch at least one “How to Win with Partners” internal enablement resource and one account mapping framework for Docker’s field teams.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE GTM IMPACT
- Operate a fully functioning partner enablement program with measurable readiness scores, certification completion rates, and partner-sourced pipeline contribution.
- Be recognized by the Partner team, partner community, and Docker’s field teams as the go-to resource for partner GTM enablement, co-sell readiness, and joint pipeline execution.
- Demonstrate clear linkage between partner enablement investment and partner-driven GTM outcomes — pipeline generated, quota retired, and account depth increased.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Runway is looking for a Marketing Manager to help build and scale high-impact marketing programs across our creator, partner, sponsorship, and growth ecosystem.
This is a generalist marketing role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. Some immediate areas of focus include influencer creator partnerships, sponsorships, and partnership marketing.
The right person is commercially minded, highly organized, creative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. We are looking for someone who can build repeatable programs, manage relationships, and execute campaigns to turn marketing ideas into measurable growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will own and support marketing programs that help Runway reach priority audiences, grow demand, and deepen our presence among our target audiences.
- In the near term, this will include managing creator and influencer partnerships including affiliates, evaluating sponsorship opportunities, and building co-marketing programs with customers, technology partners, model providers, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
- You will work across the full program lifecycle: identifying opportunities, developing briefs, managing outreach, coordinating execution, tracking performance, and recommending what to scale, change, or stop.
- You will partner closely with growth, creative, comms, events, PMM, sales, business development, legal, and finance to make sure programs are clear, on-brand, operationally sound, and connected to business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- We’re looking for a marketing generalist with strong executional judgment and enough strategic range to work across multiple types of programs for a range of B2C and B2B audiences.
- Experience managing creator partnerships with a clear view of how long-form content performs differently from short-form and other social channels.
- 4+ years of experience building marketing campaigns, influencer, affiliate, or growth programs from 0 to 1.
- Experience managing external relationships: creators, sponsors, agencies, freelancers or vendors.
- Experience writing briefs, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and translating broad goals into concrete plans.
- Strong taste, communication skills, and judgment around brand, audience fit, creator quality, partner value, business impact, and operational tradeoffs.
- You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to build from scratch. This role requires someone who can create structure where it does not yet exist, but without slowing the team down with unnecessary process.
- You should care about measurement and be able to connect marketing programs to outcomes such as subscriptions, ARR, and enterprise pipeline influence.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in AI, SaaS, subscription products.
- Experience creating partner-facing materials such as briefs, sponsorship packages, or co-marketing materials.
- Familiarity with Runway, AI video, creator communities, internet culture, and the broader creative technology ecosystem.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
WorkOS has a strong bottom-up, developer-focused GTM motion. Our growth team sits at the center of it, running the campaigns, events, and demand programs that put WorkOS in front of technical buyers. As those programs have grown, so has the volume of work that makes them happen, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Generalist to own it.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll work across campaign management, events, and content, taking programs from brief to live and getting the details right. One week that means running a developer event in San Francisco; the next, pulling together campaign assets. You'll get clear direction and real ownership.
This is a great fit if you like variety, move fast, and want to build range across every part of a growth function. You'll work directly with the Growth lead and partner closely with sales, design, and product. You don't need to have marketed to developers before, though it's a plus. What matters is that you come from a technical or B2B software environment where you understood what the product did and who was buying it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Events and Field Marketing: Support with logistics and execution of our developer events, conferences, and dinners, including venue and vendor coordination, invite and registration flows, on-site support, and follow-up.
- Project Management: Own timelines for creative assets and copy for growth programs (e.g. newsletter sponsorships), keeping designers and campaigns on schedule so deliverables are ready and submitted on time.
- Copy and Content: drafting variations of email copy, social posts, invites, and event materials, keeping it clear and on-brand for a technical audience
- Reporting: Track performance across programs and report on what worked, surfacing what we should do more or less of.
- Measurement & Tracking: A clean tracking foundation across UTMs and campaigns so we can confidently measure performance.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work with sales on event follow-up and pipeline handoff, and with design and product on assets and messaging.
- Continuous Learning: Build real knowledge of WorkOS products, our developer audience, and the AI-native companies we sell to.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: a marketing role at a B2B software or technology company, ideally one selling to a technical audience.
- Executional Strength: A track record of reliably shipping marketing work end to end, on time and with the details correct.
- Project Management: Run several programs at once, keep track of the moving pieces, and follow through without needing to be chased.
- Writing Ability: Clear writer who can adapt to a brand voice and write for a smart, skeptical, technical reader.
- Events Experience: Hands-on experience running or supporting events, from small dinners to conferences.
- Tooling: Comfortable in a modern marketing stack, including marketing automation or email tooling, a CMS, and analytics.

From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma's Business Development & Partnerships team aims to advance our company goals by working with partners to augment product experiences, drive user engagement, accelerate user and revenue growth, distribute our products and services, and raise brand awareness. As Figma's product portfolio and user base continue to evolve, the team plays a critical role in connecting our platform to a broader network of builders, developers, and solution partners.
We're looking for a thoughtful people leader and product partnerships operator to help scale the impact of our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Partnerships, you will initially lead a small, growing team of Partner Managers responsible for product-area portfolios and scaled programs. You will translate Product Partnerships priorities into clear portfolio plans, coach the team to deliver excellent partner outcomes, and build the operating rhythms, standards, and cross-functional alignment that allow the organization to scale. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong people leadership with product judgment, operational rigor, and a track record of bringing complex technology partnerships to life.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead, coach, and develop an initial team of 3-5 Partner Managers who own product-area portfolios and scaled partnership programs; set clear expectations, provide actionable feedback, and support strong performance and career growth
Partner with the Director of Product Partnerships to translate organization-wide strategy and priorities into focused portfolio plans, resource allocation decisions, and measurable goals for the team
Create leverage across the organization by ensuring Partner Managers can independently drive day-to-day partner strategy, execution, communications, and decision-making, while maintaining a high and consistent quality bar and communication about their work
Oversee the health and impact of the team's partner portfolio, helping partner managers prioritize the highest-value opportunities and guide strategy, unblock complex workstreams, and navigate risks, tradeoffs, and escalations
Build strong relationships with leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Research, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align partnership priorities with company and product goals
Define and track portfolio-level success metrics, review progress with the team, and deliver concise business updates to Partnerships leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of escalation and step into the highest-leverage partner moments when leadership, negotiation support, escalation management, or cross-functional alignment is needed, while preserving clear ownership for the Partner Manager
Help evolve the Product Partnerships organization as it grows by improving processes, clarifying roles and decision rights, and supporting hiring and onboarding for new team members
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
12+ years of experience in partnerships with predominant focus in product partnerships or ecosystem partnerships, and 3+ years of direct people management experience, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
The ability to define strategy, plan, prioritize, build cross-functional alignment, execute efficiently on long-term, cross-functional projects, and iterate alongside product, GTM, and executive teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to structure frameworks, initiate an action plan, and lead complex, first-of-their-kind, technical partnerships and negotiations
Technical depth; experience contributing to and influencing product strategy, roadmap, and execution as well as analyzing data to build and share insightful business recommendations
A demonstrated ability to execute on short term business needs in tandem with driving strategic decisions that align with the broader company and partnerships roadmap
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Proven ability to create and implement product partnership strategies in enterprise SaaS
Track record of building partnership processes, programs, or teams during periods of rapid company or product growth
Demonstrated success leading teams that manage both high-touch product partnerships and scaled ecosystem programs
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Support team is at the heart of Attio’s customer experience — maintaining an exceptional 98% CSAT average over the past six months. We hold ourselves to an incredibly high standard at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to clarity, care, and quality.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the trusted voice of Attio to our customers — helping them solve problems, unlock value, and feel supported every step of the way. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, share product best practices, and act as the customer’s advocate across teams.
This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves getting into the details, and finds genuine satisfaction in turning a complex issue into a seamless experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the standards that make our customers love Attio — and help us set a new benchmark for excellence in B2B SaaS support.
This is Attio’s first hire in the APAC region, offering a unique opportunity to help establish our presence in Australia. As such, we’re looking for a self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the technical and operational processes that keep our customers successful. You’ll combine empathy, product expertise, and clear communication to deliver best-in-class support.
Customer support excellence: Provide fast, high-quality support across email, chat, and video, maintaining strong CSAT and meeting SLAs across APAC hours.
Advanced technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Attio’s API (REST payloads, authentication, error handling), webhooks, SDKs, and integrations — identifying root causes rather than surface-level fixes.
Multi-system debugging: Investigate issues spanning Attio and third-party platforms, interpreting logs, error outputs, and system behaviours to triage effectively before escalating to Engineering.
Automation & workflow support: Advise on and troubleshoot customer-built automations (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n), diagnosing failures and recommending improvements, while supporting equivalent builds within Attio’s native workflows.
AI & integrations support: Troubleshoot MCP server connections and support customers integrating Attio into AI-powered workflows and toolchains.
Autonomous regional ownership: Act as the primary technical support contact for APAC, independently managing a wide range of queries — from foundational product questions to complex technical investigations.
Customer advocacy: Surface recurring issues, patterns, and product feedback from the APAC region, acting as the voice of the customer to Support, Product, and Engineering.
Process and knowledge improvement: Contribute to Help Center content, internal documentation, and support workflows, continuously improving how we operate.
Product mastery: Build deep expertise in Attio’s product, APIs, and integrations, staying ahead of new features to support customers with confidence.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’re looking for a customer-obsessed problem solver who combines technical curiosity with empathy and a love for helping others succeed.
Proven experience: 2+ years in a technical support or customer support role within SaaS, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong technical depth: Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, and workflows; comfortable working with logs, debugging issues, and understanding system behaviour.
Automation experience: Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n — either supporting customers or building automations directly.
AI & modern tooling curiosity: Experience with AI-powered workflows and emerging technologies.
Independent operator: Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and managing complex issues without constant oversight.
Excellent communication: Able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
Customer empathy: Strong instinct for understanding customer needs and delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
Curiosity and initiative: Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
Collaborative mindset: Works effectively with Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- 12% Superannuation contribution
- 25 days holiday plus local public holidays
- Apple hardware
- Enhanced family leave
- Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)

Applicants can expect the following:
- Initial Conversations
- 30-minute introductory chat with a member of our Talent team
- 30-minute track record interview with our Technical Support Specialist Manager
- Core Interviews
- Take-home technical exercise
- 45-minute team panel interview to assess skills and collaboration style
