About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the global leader in tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and are building the future of institutional-grade financial services onchain.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to help build Ondo’s mobile experience. You’ll own features from early product discussions through release and improvement, working closely with design, product, and engineers across the stack.
Financial software asks a lot of its interface. People need to understand what they own, what an action will do, and whether it succeeded. You’ll bring strong iOS judgment to those moments: making complex flows feel clear while treating security, accessibility, performance, and reliability as core parts of the product.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain native iOS features in Swift, from architecture and implementation through App Store release.
Partner with design and product to turn complex financial workflows into clear, responsive mobile experiences.
Shape how the app handles authentication, account state, transactions, errors, and interrupted flows.
Work with backend and platform engineers to define reliable app-facing contracts.
Improve quality through thoughtful testing, observability, code review, and attention to real user behavior.
Help set technical direction for iOS and mentor other engineers through collaboration and feedback.
What you bring
A track record of shipping and improving production iOS apps with Swift.
Strong command of SwiftUI and practical experience with UIKit where it serves the product.
Sound judgment about app architecture, asynchronous work, state management, networking, and persistence.
Experience designing for security, privacy, accessibility, and performance.
The ability to take ownership of an ambiguous problem, make clear tradeoffs, and bring others along.
Care for the details users notice and the failure cases they should never have to think about.
Experience with financial products, trading, digital assets, or wallets.
Experience building apps that handle sensitive account or transaction flows.
Familiarity with release automation, analytics, and crash monitoring.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — We are well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Remote-first team across many countries — You will be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — Our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.

The role sits at the intersection of Tax, Equity, Finance, Payroll, People, Legal, Accounting, Data and external advisers. You will help establish clear ownership, translate technical tax requirements into workable processes, and support the resolution of historic and live compliance matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with process improvement, remediation, stakeholder management and continuous improvement in a business that values pace, curiosity and better ways of working.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
GLOBAL EQUITY TAX
- Act as the key equity tax specialist within the Tax team, providing practical and commercially focused advice on the employment tax treatment of equity arrangements and related events across their lifecycle.
- Provide tax input into plan design, country implementation, employee events, cross-border situations, liquidity activity, system changes and other business initiatives.
- Assess the tax treatment of equity activity across relevant jurisdictions, including sourcing, apportionment, withholding, payroll and reporting requirements.
- Identify when matters can be handled internally and when specialist local advice is required.
- Monitor legislative and business changes affecting equity taxation, withholding, reporting and cross-border treatment, translating them into clear actions for the business.
PAYROLL, REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE
- Work closely with Equity and Payroll to support accurate and timely withholding, payroll processing, payslip reporting, employee funding and downstream reporting.
- Maintain or support the global equity tax compliance calendar, coordinating returns, notifications, reporting packs, approvals and supporting evidence.
- Review the quality and completeness of equity tax data used for payroll, reporting, tax calculations and compliance submissions.
- Identify, assess and remediate historic or live issues, including missing or late filings, incorrect withholding, incomplete reporting, data weaknesses and participant-level exceptions.
- Support tax authority enquiries, audits, voluntary disclosures and other remediation activity, coordinating facts and evidence across teams and external advisers.
OPERATING MODEL, PROCESSES AND CONTROLS
- Build and continuously improve the global equity tax operating model, including ownership, hand-offs, escalation routes, service expectations and control requirements.
- Create and maintain practical country guidance, process documentation, decision logs, filing trackers, data specifications, exception logs and evidence trails.
- Help develop a scalable and audit-ready approach to managing equity tax across jurisdictions, while maintaining appropriate flexibility for local requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of system or process changes that affect equity tax, payroll, reporting or employee communications.
STAKEHOLDER AND ADVISER MANAGEMENT
- Partner with Finance, Treasury, Payroll, People, Legal, Equity, Accounting, Strategic Finance, Data and other teams so that equity tax considerations are understood early and embedded into business decisions.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisers and other providers where required, setting clear briefs, challenging advice and deliverables appropriately, and converting external support into practical internal processes and retained knowledge.
- Develop and maintain employee-facing equity tax guides, FAQs and other explanatory materials, explaining tax mechanics clearly without presenting Checkout.com http://Checkout.com as providing personal tax advice.
- Provide clear updates on risks, decisions, dependencies, remediation activity and recommended actions to the Employment Tax Manager and relevant stakeholders.
WIDER EMPLOYMENT TAX CONTRIBUTION
- Support the Employment Tax Manager with wider global employment tax advisory, compliance, risk management and process-improvement priorities where appropriate.
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture by taking ownership, sharing knowledge, challenging existing approaches constructively and improving how we work.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Significant experience in global equity tax, gained in an advisory and/or in-house environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of the employment tax treatment of equity arrangements across multiple jurisdictions, including cross-border employees, sourcing, apportionment, withholding, payroll and reporting.
- Practical understanding of how equity tax interacts with payroll, employee data, finance processes and local compliance requirements.
- Experience managing or supporting equity tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, with sound judgement about when local advice is needed.
- Experience identifying and remediating compliance gaps, including missing filings, historic withholding issues, late or inaccurate reporting, participant-level issues and weaknesses in data or controls.
- Demonstrable experience building processes, controls, documentation, country guidance and operating models in an environment where responsibilities or ways of working are still developing.
- Confidence working with data and financial systems, including the ability to interrogate and validate large datasets and use spreadsheets, equity administration platforms, Workday and other reporting tools effectively.
- Experience working with external advisers, with the ability to brief, challenge and manage them effectively while retaining ownership of the technical position and business outcome.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues clearly and influence a wide range of partners.
- A qualified accountant or tax adviser, or equivalent professional experience.
- Private-company equity experience would be advantageous, particularly where the role has involved complex data, evolving processes, employee liquidity activity or significant change.
- Experience in financial services, payments, fintech or another complex, multinational or regulated environment would be advantageous.
- An interest in using approved technology and AI-enabled tools to improve quality, insight and efficiency.
- Hands-on, curious and delivery-focused, with sound judgement and the ability to balance detail, pace and competing priorities.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
OKX is building out its equities and tokenized securities business. This is a post-trade and brokerage systems product role — you will own the layer that sits between our users and the securities markets: order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation.
We have strong crypto product and engineering talent. What this role brings is depth in brokerage architecture and securities market structure: how these systems are built, why they are built that way, and what breaks at scale. You will be the internal authority on that, and your judgment will shape decisions that are expensive to reverse.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the brokerage core
— order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle and trading status, settlement and reconciliation.
Shape account, custody and clearing architecture
, along with the operating model required to run it.
Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end
, in both conventional and on-chain form.
Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist
with those of a 24/7 digital asset market.
Bring market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early
, before they become blockers.
Set the standard for rigour
— write PRDs precise enough to build from, and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury.
What We Look For In You
Domain Depth
5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management.
We strongly prefer candidates from internet and licensed brokerages — Futu, Tiger, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Webull, Longbridge — as well as clearing firms and brokerage infrastructure providers.
Architectural perspective.
You have a clear view of where responsibility belongs across the order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing and ledger layers, and of what goes wrong downstream when a boundary is drawn in the wrong place.
Depth across the order and execution path.
Order types and parameters, state machine design, idempotency across an external execution boundary, cancel/replace and partial-fill semantics, timeout and exception recovery. This is the core craft of the role.
End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path
— clearing and settlement, corporate actions and asset servicing, margin and risk, securities lending, or position and cash reconciliation.
Commercial and historical perspective.
You understand how a brokerage actually earns, how each revenue line constrains the systems beneath it, and why the industry made the structural choices it did.
Ways of Working
Strong technical intuition.
You are comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers. You do not need to be a developer, but you think with the rigour of one.
You design for the exceptions
— the halted symbol, the timed-out counterparty, the partial fill, the corporate action mid-flight — not just the order that goes through.
You run programs, not just write specs.
You produce rigorous PRDs independently, drive alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury, and own the full lifecycle from requirements through post-launch review.
You write precisely
, and can make complex mechanics legible to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
High agency.
You are comfortable taking an open question all the way to a shipped, reconciled system, and making calls with incomplete information.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves
Product experience with margin financing or securities lending.
Exposure to tokenized securities, digital asset custody, or on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with broker-dealer or clearing APIs, as either the integrator or the provider.
Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdiction regulatory frameworks — SEC/FINRA, MiFID II, or equivalent.
A track record of launching a brokerage product in a new market from zero.
Fluency in English to support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
Genuine curiosity about what happens when securities markets meet 24/7 markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the Opportunity
We are building a scalable financial operations platform to support the accurate movement, recording, reconciliation and reporting of fiat and digital assets. The Head of Financial Operations Platform will define and deliver the architecture that connects our trading, payment, banking, custody, blockchain, wallet and finance systems.
This is a senior, hands-on platform leadership role. The successful candidate will establish trusted books and records, automate settlement and reconciliation, create effective exception workflows and give Operations and Finance the tools required to maintain accurate client and corporate asset records on a daily and, where feasible, near-real-time basis.
The role owns platform capability and delivery. Client Asset Operations and Finance retain responsibility for executing, reviewing and signing off the underlying operational and accounting controls.
What You Will Own
Product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the financial operations platform.
The canonical transaction and financial-event model across fiat and digital assets.
Client and corporate asset subledgers, balances, positions, journals and transaction histories.
Settlement and asset-movement workflows across banks, payment providers, custodians, wallets, blockchains and trading venues.
Multi-way transaction- and balance-level reconciliation across operational sources, internal records and the finance system.
Exception management, operational dashboards, control evidence, audit trails and management reporting.
Build-versus-buy assessments, strategic vendors, migration, backfilling, parallel runs and legacy-process retirement.
First Year Outcomes
Document the end-to-end transaction, asset and accounting architecture.
Establish an approved platform roadmap and target operating model.
Define the canonical financial-event, subledger and reconciliation data model.
Deliver systematic reconciliation for the highest-risk fiat and digital asset flows.
Introduce centralized exception ownership, ageing, escalation and evidence.
Reduce spreadsheet dependency and engineering-dependent investigations.
Improve alignment between operational records, customer liabilities, external asset records and the finance system.
Deliver a credible path from daily controls to near-real-time monitoring for material flows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Strategy and Architecture
- Establish the target vision, operating principles and roadmap for ledger, settlement, reconciliation and client asset controls.
- Map end-to-end funds and asset flows across deposits, withdrawals, trades, fees, transfers, financing, staking and other relevant products.
- Partner with Architecture and Engineering to define scalable services, APIs, event schemas, data contracts, system boundaries and resilience requirements.
- Make evidence-based build-versus-buy decisions and prevent fragmented point solutions from becoming the operating model.
Ledger and Books and Records
- Define requirements for double-entry ledgering, journals, balances, positions and transaction traceability.
- Establish clear lineage from the originating operational event through the subledger and financial reporting environment.
- Ensure the platform handles reversals, corrections, fees, foreign exchange, internal transfers, failed transactions, duplicated events and delayed events.
- Work with Finance to maintain controlled alignment between operational books and records and the ERP or general ledger.
Settlement and Reconciliation
- Design workflows for fiat and digital asset settlement, including cut-offs, confirmations, status management, retries and failure handling.
- Build automated multi-way reconciliation across trading engines, payment systems, banks, custodians, wallets, blockchain records, subledgers and ERP systems.
- Define configurable matching rules, tolerances, materiality levels, frequencies and escalation thresholds.
- Create near-real-time detection for missing, duplicated, delayed or incorrectly recorded transactions where feasible and proportionate.
Operational Tooling and Controls
- Build operator interfaces that support investigation and resolution without routine dependence on engineering queries or spreadsheets.
- Incorporate maker-checker approvals, role-based access, segregation of duties, evidence retention and complete audit histories.
- Define monitoring and alerting for data completeness, balance integrity, settlement failures, reconciliation breaks and control execution.
- Support audit, regulatory examination and financial-reporting requirements with reproducible system evidence.
Delivery and Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, testing, rollout and post-launch improvement.
- Write clear product requirements, workflow diagrams, data definitions, control requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate operational readiness across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Custody, Risk and Compliance.
- Lead data migration, backfilling and parallel-run validation before replacing existing controls or processes.
- Communicate roadmap priorities, risks, dependencies and measurable outcomes to senior management.
What We Look For In You
Eight or more years in fintech, financial services, digital assets, brokerage, custody, payments or capital-markets technology.
Five or more years of product-management, platform leadership, technical program leadership or comparable engineering experience.
Demonstrated delivery of a ledger, reconciliation platform, settlement system, payments infrastructure, brokerage books-and-records platform or digital asset back office.
Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, balances, positions, journal entries, reconciliation and financial controls.
Technical fluency with APIs, event-driven systems, data schemas, batch and streaming pipelines, integrations, idempotency and failure handling.
Ability to work directly with transaction-level data; practical SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
Track record of delivering mission-critical systems in regulated or control-intensive environments.
Strong written communication, structured problem-solving and senior stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Haves
Experience with both fiat and digital asset transaction flows.
Knowledge of blockchain transactions, wallets, custodians and on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with client asset segregation, safeguarding, books and records or comparable regulatory requirements.
Experience with high-volume, continuously operating financial platforms.
Knowledge of double-entry accounting and financial-close processes.
Experience replacing manual reconciliation with automated platform capabilities.
Experience assessing or implementing platforms such as Crypto or comparable ledger, reconciliation and digital asset accounting solutions.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions

Working at Bitso
Bitso is Latin America's largest crypto-powered financial services platform. Bitso Business serves corporates,
liquidity providers, importers and exporters, credit companies and payment firms that move money across
borders and settle at scale. We are building the most recognized FX franchise for corporates in the region, on
rails that are faster and more transparent than the correspondent banking system they replace.
Your Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive owns a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX
and cross-border payment relationships. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who
has sold spot and forward FX, SPEI and mass-payment flows to treasurers and CFOs, and who is comfortable
explaining stablecoin settlement rails to a compliance committee the same week they quote a USD/MXN
spread to a trading desk.
Reports To
Head of Sales
Who You Are
Must have
10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, FX or banking institutions, with a consistent record
of carrying and beating quota.
Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing
conversations with treasurers and trading desks.
Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and
collections.
Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico.
Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance
in parallel.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
Strongly desirable
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company.
Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly
to a non-crypto CFO.
Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia.
Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes.
Soft skills
Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as
partners in the deal, not obstacles to it.
Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond
personal quota.
Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight
settlement windows.
Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk.
Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee.
What You Will Do
Commercial ownership
Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned
corporate portfolio.
Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly
forecast within plus or minus 10%.
Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and
referral partners.
Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury
and Legal.
Client management and structuring
Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at
corporates and financial institutions.
Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the
right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement.
Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own
quarterly business reviews with top clients.
Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation so time-to-first-transaction is
measured in days, not months.
Market and product
Bring structured market intelligence back to the business: competitor pricing, bank behaviour, corridor
dynamics and regulatory shifts.
Work with Product to translate recurring client needs into roadmap input, and be an early voice on new FX
and payment capabilities.
Represent Bitso Business at industry events, panels and client forums in Mexico and the region.
Compliance and risk
Sell within Bitso's regulatory perimeter at all times; partner with Compliance on KYB, onboarding and ongoing
due diligence rather than working around it.
Escalate risk signals early and maintain complete, auditable records of client interactions and commercial
terms.
What we offer
A category-defining seat: Bitso is the largest crypto-powered financial platform in Latin America, and the
corporate franchise is the fastest-growing part of it.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue and volume.
Direct access to the Head of Sales and FX business leadership, and real influence on product direction.
A regulated, compliance-first operating environment - you sell on solid ground.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join Ramp's Legal team and own the operational backbone of how we govern and structure the company. Ramp runs a growing portfolio of U.S. and non-U.S. entities — including regulated and licensed subsidiaries — across a business that ships constantly and raises, acquires, and expands on short notice. You will be the person who keeps that machinery accurate, current, and audit-ready.
This is a broad generalist role. You'll sit at the center of corporate governance, entity management, equity administration, and litigation/employment and you'll partner directly with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Equity Admin, and People, and outside counsel. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you'll cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Corporate governance: Prepare board and stockholder meeting materials, agendas, minutes, written consents, resolutions, secretary's certificates, and incumbency certificates. Track and calendar governance obligations across the entity portfolio.
- Entity management: Own the full lifecycle of entity administration — formations and dissolutions, foreign qualifications, annual reports, franchise tax filings, registered agent management, signatories, officer and director lists, post-integration cleanup.
- KYC, UBO, and diligence: Respond to KYC/UBO and diligence requests from bank partners, regulators, auditors, insurers, and counterparties, and build reusable packages.
- Equity support: Support equity administration, option and RSU grants, board approvals of equity awards, secondaries, and equity plan recordkeeping in partnership with Finance and People.
- Transaction support: Run diligence support, signature collection, closing checklists, closing binders, and post-closing obligations for financings, credit facilities, M&A, real estate, and insurance renewals.
- Commercial and cross-functional support: Assist with powers of attorney, delegations of authority, and corporate approvals needed by the business.
- Employment support: Support employment- and immigration-related requests and filings.
- Litigation support: Support subpoena and law enforcement requests, legal holds, e-discovery, and document production. Review and respond to garnishment orders and UCC liens. Serve as Ramp’s custodian of records and as Ramp’s representative in small claims court cases.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a major law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth technology or financial services company.
- Deep working knowledge of corporate governance, entity formation and maintenance, corporate recordkeeping, and secretary's office functions.
- Excellent drafting skills across resolutions, consents, certificates, and corporate documentation, with genuine precision — you catch the wrong entity name, the stale date, and the missing signature block.
- Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive workstreams without dropping threads or waiting to be asked.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to work directly with executives, board members, outside counsel, and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built — and a bias toward action.
- High judgment around confidential and sensitive corporate information.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company, including support for licensed entities (money transmitter, EMI, or similar).
- Experience supporting venture financings, secondaries, M&A integration, or IPO readiness.
- International entity management experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada.
- Experience with equity administration and cap table platforms (e.g., Shareworks).
- Experiencing with litigation or employment matters.
- Notary Public commission (NY or CA), or willingness to obtain one.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
- A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite
- Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi
- Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay
REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS
If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.
OTHER NOTICES
Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
Beware of recruiting scams: Ramp will only contact you through official @Ramp.com http://Ramp.com email addresses and will never ask for payment or sensitive personal information during the hiring process.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Role
AI agents are already booking travel, subscribing to software, running procurement end to end, and moving money on behalf of users — much of it through Rain. Our Agent Control Layer is the governing surface for that activity: it enforces approved counterparties, amounts, merchants, and task scope at initiation, before a transaction ever occurs, rather than reconciling damage after the fact.
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own that platform. This is a 0-to-1 role inside a category being defined in real time. You will own the developer-facing surface — APIs, SDKs, controls, docs — that teams building agents use to give them spending power safely. McKinsey projects $3–$5 trillion in global agentic commerce by 2030. The primitives that make it trustworthy have not been built yet. You will build them.
You will report to the Head of Product and work daily with engineering, risk and compliance, network partnerships, and the developers shipping on us.
What you'll do
• Define the primitives for agent authority: spend scopes, merchant and counterparty allowlists, velocity and amount ceilings, task-bound credentials, human-in-the-loop approvals, and clean revocation.
• Own scoped virtual cards for agents — cards provisioned for a single merchant, amount, and task, retired the moment the task completes.
• Extend the rest of Rain's stack (wallets, virtual accounts, onramps, offramps, cross-border payments) to agent initiators within the parameters our customers define.
• Treat the API as the product. Own endpoint design, error semantics, idempotency, webhooks, sandbox and simulation tooling, SDKs, and reference agents.
• Own documentation and the onboarding path with the same rigor as the product itself. Time-to-first-authorized-agent-transaction is your metric.
• Run a tight design-partner loop with agent builders — read their integration code, sit in their debugging sessions, ship against what you find.
• Build the roadmap from first principles: form a thesis on where agentic commerce goes next, sequence bets accordingly, and kill what isn't working quickly.
• Partner with risk and compliance on Know Your Agent — agent identity, attestation, delegated authority, auditability, and dispute handling in a world where the cardholder wasn't the one who clicked.
• Represent Rain's technical point of view in Agentic Payments Alliance working groups and with Visa, Mastercard, and stablecoin partners as standards take shape.
• Write the specs, launch posts, and positioning that teach the market what controlled agentic payments actually means.
You’ll likely succeed if you have
• 8+ years in product management, with meaningful time on a developer-facing platform, API, or infrastructure product. You have shipped something engineers chose to build on.
• Technical depth. You read API diffs, write your own queries, prototype against your own endpoints, and hold your own in an architecture review. You don't need to have been an engineer; you do need engineers to take you seriously.
• 0-to-1 instincts. You have taken a product from a blank page to real usage in an ambiguous market, and you're comfortable with a roadmap that changes because the ground moved.
• Payments or fintech fluency, or the obvious appetite to acquire it fast. Authorization flows, issuing, interchange, chargebacks, settlement, KYC/KYB - you know these, or you'll learn them in weeks rather than quarters.
• Judgment under risk. Every control you design trades capability against loss. You can reason about that tradeoff explicitly and defend where you landed.
• Strong writing. At Rain, specs, docs, and launch narratives are the job, not overhead.
• Bias for motion. You would rather ship a narrow thing this month and learn from it than scope a broad thing for two quarters.
Bonus attributes
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents - tool use, orchestration frameworks, MCP, evals.
• Stablecoin or onchain payments background: settlement, custody, treasury operations, or wallet infrastructure.
• Experience working directly with card networks, issuing processors, or sponsor banks.
• Time at an early-stage company during a period of fast scaling.

About KIRA
Our mission is to make money smart, reliable and within reach for everyone. In 2019, we built the first mobile-first insurance platform, enabling insurance to be accessible online by millions in the region. Today, it's the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. We are expanding ways to help people in Asia including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more. Our objective is to build tools that help people get more from their money, become experts with ease and self-reliance. We believe AI will help us achieve this in our generation.
The Role
KIRA is building an AI Stockbroking Superapp for Southeast Asia across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. These products move real money. Reliability, regulatory requirements, and third-party financial rails are fundamental to the product.
The Technical Product Manager owns a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery, and launch. We are AI-native by default, but AI is a means, not the goal. The bar is knowing where AI genuinely improves an outcome, where deterministic systems must remain in control, and how to build products that are reliable, auditable, and trusted.
What You'll Own:
— Owning a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery.
— Shaping technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security and scalability.
— Driving trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements and user experience.
— Building regulatory requirements into the product across KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing.
— Applying AI where it improves outcomes, with clear evaluation, safeguards, human oversight and failure handling.
— Shipping products around external dependencies, including regulatory approvals, financial rails and third-party partners.
— Aligning Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance around clear product decisions and launch requirements.
What We're Looking For:
— 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production.
— Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes and distributed systems.
— Experience working closely with engineers and ability to review, challenge and contribute to technical designs.
— Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated, high-consequence product domain.
— Strong product judgment and ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory and operational constraints.
— Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability and understanding when AI should not be used.
Nice to have:
— Engineering or highly technical product background.
— Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
— Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products.
Outcome:
— Clear vertical strategy and legible roadmap.
— Ships fast and clears the gates that actually block launch.
— Money is correct and users are never misled about the state of their funds.
— AI features are valuable, predictable and trusted.
— Trade-offs made deliberately under uncertainty and hold up when challenged.
— Engineering, design, compliance, and operations are aligned with minimal friction.
Location:
This is a remote role. We hire globally and work across multiple countries and time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international team and collaborating with colleagues across different locations.
Language:
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
Interview Process:
Our process is designed to move fast:
— Online assessment or practical task
— Technical interview
— CEO / final round
For strong candidates, we aim to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week from the start of the interview process. Candidates who complete assessments quickly will be prioritized.

Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps)
About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across many countries.
About the role
As an Infrastructure Engineer at Ondo, you'll help build and run the platform our financial products run on. Our team owns the cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, delivery pipelines, monitoring, and tooling that every engineering team at Ondo depends on, so you'll see a wide range of systems rather than one.
You won't do this alone. You'll work closely with a diverse team of infrastructure engineers and developers. Expect to debug real production problems, write code and configuration for user-facing applications, and see your changes running in production early. You'll start with well-scoped work and take on more ownership as you learn our systems.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with development teams to build reliable financial services for our customers.
* Help the team build and improve release processes, continuous integration, and deployment automation.
* Extend application monitoring and alerting.
* Participate in an on-call rotation together with infrastructure engineers and developers.
* Troubleshoot issues with user-facing and internal services, and debug production incidents.
Requirements
* Genuine curiosity and desire to learn new technologies and break things.
* Hands-on Kubernetes experience: you can deploy, inspect, and debug workloads, even if you've never run a cluster yourself.
* Understanding of operating systems, especially Linux internals.
* Experience with "infrastructure-as-code" or "infrastructure-as-data" approaches to infrastructure management.
* Understanding of the GitOps approach to application management.
* Experience with the Prometheus stack or another monitoring solution.
Nice to haves
* Experience building infrastructure in a major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
* Programming ability in Go, Python, or another modern, widely adopted language.
* Experience running stateful workloads in production, not only stateless services.
Our tech stack
AWS, GCP, Azure | Terraform | Kubernetes, Flux | Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
What we offer
* Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
* Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
* Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
* A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
* Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
📈 FINANCE COMMUNITY AT ALAN
Finance & Strategy exists to enable better decisions, faster, at every level of the company, in a regulated, diverse and ever changing business.
We succeed when ambitious goals become credible plans, when strategic bets are grounded in financial reality, and when the entire company (not just Finance!) speaks the language of performance.
We set the right ambition, we monitor whether we're getting there, and we raise our hand when something needs to change.
We are not record-keepers. We are builders, partners, and challengers. We are looking for people who want to build, support decision making processes and challenge the status quo.
The core responsibilities of the Finance & Strategy community are:
- Strategy & Planning: steers Alan's financial performance through business planning, financial and operational monitoring, investor relations and financing
- Financial Reporting: is the steward of Alan's financial truth, ensuring that we produce accurate, timely financial data. It owns the reporting to all key stakeholders (board, leadership team, tax authorities, and regulators like the ACPR) and ensures that financial data is the single, uncontested source of truth for the company's performance.
- Finance Data and Operations: Build and own the core finance data and tooling infrastructure (models, pipelines, and concepts that connect business operations to financial reality). This is where Finance meets product thinking
- Functional poles with end-to-end ownership of their domain: Treasury, Procurement, M&A
⭐️ YOUR MISSION ⭐️
We are looking for a rigorous and hands-on accountant to help shape and run Alan's closing production process.
You will be part of our Financial Reporting area, focusing on Financial production. This area ensures that every number in our books is accurate, timely, and trustworthy, and serves as the source of truth for all financial decisions across the company.
Your role will be twofold:
- Run our key accounting processes: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Ensure a feedback loop to drive process improvements, surface anomalies, flag data gaps, and actively contribute to making the closing faster, more automated, and more reliable over time. You will be a key partner to our Financial Operations and Data teams.
⭐️ WHAT YOU WILL DO ⭐️
- Month-end close: own the end-to-end closing cycle across multiple legal entities; push pre-formatted journal entries into NetSuite, ensure completeness and accuracy, and deliver on schedule every month (target: J+5)
- Accounting review: perform a thorough first-level review of balance sheet and P&L accounts at each close; identify unusual movements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the overall reliability of the financial statements; build processes (routines, verification files, control procedures)
- Account and bank reconciliation: maintain clean, up-to-date reconciliations across all balance sheet accounts and entities on a daily basis;
- Contribute to finance transformation and system improvements: identify manual or repetitive tasks and collaborate with Financial Data to drive automation and reduce closing friction over time ; translate new business streams and P&L lines into accounting (acting as an interface between business teams and Finance)
- Tax and statutory compliance: prepare and file VAT returns, URSSAF declarations, and other statutory filings accurately and on time; coordinate with external advisors where needed
⭐️ QUALIFICATIONS ⭐️
Experience and technical skills
- 4 to 6 years of accounting experience minimum, in an accounting firm or in-house at a fast-paced startup/scale-up
- Languages: full fluency in French and English
- Deep command of French accounting standards: VAT rules, URSSAF declarations, bank reconciliation, general ledger management, and month-end close processes
- Proven ability to own a closing cycle end-to-end, including identifying and resolving issues independently
- Hands-on experience with an ERP (NetSuite is a strong plus)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel); familiarity with modern accounting tools (Pennylane, Payflows, etc.) is a plus
Mindset and soft skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented: you deliver on time, every time, and keep a clean audit trail
- Autonomous and self-directed: you don't wait to be told what to do next; you manage your priorities, make decisions independently, and know how to take a step back to distinguish what truly matters from day-to-day noise
- Process-driven: you naturally question how things are done and come with concrete ideas to improve them
- Curious about automation and tooling; comfortable working in a data-driven environment
- Clear communicator: you know when to move independently and when to escalate
For this role we are looking to hire within the B0-C0 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!
