WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
This role will be based in Paris, France. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in English and French.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
- Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle

About the Team and Role:
We are hiring a senior/staff software engineer to help design and build core components of our next-generation knowledge retrieval system built for the AI era – search and retrieval infrastructure that powers high-quality, scalable, and enterprise-grade agentic systems. You’ll build the framework that allows our customers to connect knowledge–synthesized from structured and unstructured data–to modern LLM-powered applications, leveraging the world’s best-in-class vector DB supporting semantic search and hybrid retrieval. This role is ideal for someone who loves backend system architecture, distributed systems, and applied AI infrastructure. It is a high impact role with significant ownership across architecture, performance, and system reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable platform components leveraging advanced retrieval via query planning, semantic and hybrid search, metadata-aware search, and LLM generation
- Design and build optimized indexing pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Build backend services for semantic and hybrid retrieval, knowledge graph construction, and retrieval orchestration
- Improve retrieval quality through evaluation and observability frameworks
- Design APIs for internal and external user and agentic consumers
- Optimize latency, throughput and cost across large-scale inference and retrieval workloads
- Drive technical direction for reliability and security
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
To thrive in this role, you don't need to check every single box, but you should be deeply passionate about how to turn data into knowledge.
Systems Expertise
- Architectural Depth: You have a proven track record (typically 6+ years) of shipping production-grade backends for large-scale systems. You don’t just write code; you design for high throughput, low latency, and long-term maintainability.
- Data Engineering Savvy: You’re comfortable building high-throughput indexing pipelines that handle both the messy world of unstructured data and the rigid world of structured schemas.
AI & Retrieval
- Retrieval Intuition: You understand that "search" is more than just a keyword match. You have direct experience (or deep theoretical knowledge) in semantic search, vector databases, hybrid retrieval strategies, or with traditional search engines like Elastic or OpenSearch.
- RAG & Orchestration: You understand the nuances of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, from embedding pipelines and hybrid search techniques to how query planning and metadata filtering can make or break an LLM's performance.
Technical
- Language Fluency: You are an expert in at least one major language like Go, Rust, C++, Java, or Python.
- Infrastructure: Familiarity and experience with modern infrastructure tools, such as Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and observability frameworks, as well as infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
Ownership & Impact
- Product Thinking: You don't just build to spec; you build for the user. You can design clean, intuitive APIs that both human developers and autonomous agents will love.
- Ambiguity Navigator: You’re comfortable in a high-growth environment. You prefer "owning a problem" over "executing a ticket."
Bonus Points
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Experience with retrieval evaluation frameworks—knowing how to actually measure "good" search results.
- Experience with query planning or agentic reasoning loops (e.g., teaching a system how to break down a complex prompt into multiple specific steps).
Perks & Benefits:
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and mental health resources
- 401(k) Plan
- Equity award
- Flexible time off
- Paid parental leave
- Annual Company Retreat
- WFH Equipment Stipend

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing to join our Data Intelligence team and build the measurement foundation that tells us what's actually working across paid and PLG channels. You'll work closely with Marketing, Growth, and channel owners, helping us move past platform-reported metrics and vanity numbers into causal, trusted answers about what drives pipeline and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments, is AI-forward in how they work, and is excited about building a measurement function from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Marketing Measurement Strategy
- Own the end-to-end marketing measurement strategy across experimentation, media mix modeling, and attribution for paid and PLG channels
- Establish and evolve the attribution framework: how platform data, multi-touch attribution, MMM, and experiments work together to inform decisions
- Translate complex measurement outputs into clear recommendations on where to invest, what to cut, and how to hit pipeline, revenue, and efficiency targets (CAC, payback, LTV to CAC)
- Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing measurement, educating stakeholders on causality, model uncertainty, and the limitations of platform-reported metrics
Incrementality and Experimentation
- Design and run always-on incrementality tests, user-level and geo-level, to quantify the causal impact of key channels, campaigns, and tactics
- Calculate incremental lift, incrementality percent, and incremental ROAS/CPA, and use these to guide budget reallocation
- Build repeatable analysis templates and playbooks for experiment design, analysis, and readouts so results are consistent across teams
- Partner with channel owners (paid search, paid social, lifecycle, website/SEO) to build and prioritize a experimentation roadmap, embedding it into campaign planning, creative testing, and audience strategy
Media Mix Modeling and Forecasting
- Build and maintain media mix models using historical data to estimate channel contribution, marginal returns, and optimal budget allocation
- Incorporate seasonality, adstock, and saturation effects, and continuously validate model performance through backtesting and reconciliation with experiment results
- Turn MMM insights into budget scenarios and forecasts across channels and regions, communicated in a way non-technical stakeholders can act on
Context, Tooling, and Data Integrity
- Own and build the context and skills that let marketing teams run accurate self-serve analytics: metric definitions, model documentation, and reusable analysis patterns, not just dashboards
- Use AI tools as a core part of daily work to accelerate analysis and go deeper than a traditional analyst workflow allows, and help establish AI-forward practices across the marketing org
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in marketing data (tracking, spend, platform exports) and work cross-functionally to fix them at the root rather than patching around them downstream
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 6+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or a related role, with a focus on performance marketing and/or PLG growth
- Deeply understand marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling, and how they complement each other rather than compete
- Are advanced in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (Python or R) for experiment analysis and modeling
- Have hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments across digital marketing channels: search, social, display, email, in-product
- Have built or worked closely with MMM and/or advanced attribution models, ideally in a consumption or BaaS environment
- Have strong business acumen and fluency in growth metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, funnel performance
- Think in terms of self-service and scale: your instinct is to build tools and frameworks that make marketing teams independently capable, not to become the bottleneck for every "did this work" question
- Can hold technical and strategic context at once: you're as comfortable in a model's residuals as you are in a conversation about budget tradeoffs
- Are AI-forward in how you work: you use LLMs and AI tooling habitually and have a clear point of view on how it changes what an analyst can do
- Communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders and know how to make causal nuance land in a business conversation
- Thrive in async, autonomous environments and are energized by building a measurement function from the ground up
Nice to Haves
- Experience in BaaS, DevRel or open source dev tool companies, connecting marketing spend to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience with applied econometrics, time-series modeling, or Bayesian methods for MMM and experimentation
- Familiarity with common marketing and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, web analytics, CDPs, BI/visualization tools)

Own the end-to-end events strategy and portfolio for PlanetScale, spanning owned developer experiences, conference presence, sponsored/partnered events, executive dinners, pop-up activations, meetups, field programs, and hybrid/digital formats.
Set the creative and experiential bar, bringing a strong point of view on design, storytelling, branding, and details so every touchpoint (booth, merch, venue, food, etc) reflects PlanetScale’s brand and stands out.
Drive measurable outcomes in developer acquisition, product adoption, community growth, pipeline, and brand love. Define the metrics that matter and hold the program accountable to them.
Build and manage a global events calendar. Evaluate, prioritize, and execute a disciplined portfolio of events.
Own and manage the events budget with clear ROI frameworks, financial discipline, and the ability to reallocate based on performance data.
Manage vendors, agencies, venues, AV, and creative partners; hold external partners to the same quality standard expected internally.
Operate as a highly hands-on individual contributor while setting strategy. This is a lean role where you’ll both define the vision and drive the majority of the execution yourself, while building the foundation to grow the function over time.
Innovate on format: bring fresh thinking beyond traditional conference booths (hackathons, build-alongs, intimate technical roundtables, hybrid experiences, unique activations, executive events).
These attributes best describe you
You have experience running or heavily contributing to events for developer or highly technical audiences, whether from an events, experiential marketing, field marketing, or Developer Relations background. You know what resonates with engineers and builders versus what feels like generic marketing.
You have strong taste and creative vision. You can point to events you’re proud of and articulate why specific design, content, experience, and logistical choices mattered.
You are both strategic and highly operational. You’re comfortable setting direction and then rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
You thrive in cross-functional, matrixed environments and can influence without pure authority across Sales, DevRel, Marketing, Brand, and leadership.
You are comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and high ownership. PlanetScale moves fast. You bias toward action while protecting quality.
You enjoy wearing multiple hats and are energized by a high-IC role rather than pure people management.
What you will need
3+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, field marketing, Developer Relations, or developer community roles, with meaningful ownership of strategy and execution.
Experience working with developer, engineering, or technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage event budgets and deliver measurable results.
Experience producing or significantly contributing to a mix of owned events, conference presence, executive/customer dinners, meetups, and field activations.
Excellent project management, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently (often 30%+ depending on the calendar) to attend, oversee, and host events.
Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Strong communication skills and the ability to represent PlanetScale with polish and authenticity in high-stakes settings.
This job requires you to work from our San Francisco office at least 3 days a week.
What else will help you be successful
Prior experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or databases.
Background in Developer Relations or developer community building.
Experience with hybrid or digital-first formats alongside in-person.
Existing relationships in the developer conference and events ecosystem.
Comfort creating or guiding technical storytelling and working closely with DevRel and Product on content and speakers.

What we haven't fully built yet is the real-world version of that, and as Field Marketing Manager, that vision is yours to own.

💡 This role requires deep Google Ads expertise. Please note that this is an absolute requirement. If Google Ads isn't your passion and honed skill, please don't apply!
Hi there, I'm Mehak, interim Head of Marketing at TestGorilla. We’re excited to share more about the Sr. Demand Generation Manager role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we’re on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we are building the world’s leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We are AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we are now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you’ll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You'll own our largest acquisition lever, a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment, along with the lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems that turn that spend into revenue. This isn't just a role, it's your chance to make a real difference by proving, with data, that every dollar of spend becomes pipeline. You'll directly contribute to sustainable, cost-efficient growth as TestGorilla scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Owning the demand generation number across paid and organic channels, including managing and scaling paid spend across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and adjacent channels, while testing and developing emerging acquisition opportunities such as advertising on ChatGPT and other AI-native platforms. Setting the channel mix, budget allocation, and account structure required to hit MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets.
- Building and owning source-of-truth reporting across paid and organic funnel performance, including SQL, dashboards, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing, so channel investment decisions are backed by evidence rather than platform screenshots.
- Owning the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, and running rapid A/B tests to lift conversion with proper statistical rigor.
- Designing and owning automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure (n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay) so paid-sourced leads convert, and feeding that data back into targeting and ICP decisions.
- Partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and conversion by campaign, and presenting performance and recommendations to marketing and GTM leadership in clear, business-first language.
- Staying ahead of advertising platform, AI ecosystem, and privacy changes, and turning successful tests into repeatable, automated systems rather than one-off wins.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, async-first, remote-only environment.
- Has proven experience in performance or growth marketing, including hands-on ownership of a Google Ads budget of at least six figures per month (B2B SaaS strongly preferred), and a track record of scaling spend while holding or improving CAC and ROAS.
- We typically expect 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing to have developed the core skills necessary for this position. But it may be more or less than that, according to your career journey so far.
- Has deep expertise across the Google Ads stack, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
- Working knowledge and hands-on expertise of Clay, HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and GA suite.
- Has a solid grasp of funnel and unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period, cohort analysis) and comfort with experimentation design, including significance, sample sizing, and reading results honestly.
- Has hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build real growth workflows, from lead scoring to automation logic, not just surface-level use.
- Has an ownership mentality: treats this budget like their own P&L, ships the workflow, dashboard, and test themselves, and is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration as pipeline needs shift.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply.
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren’t a requirement, we’d be very interested to hear from you if you have:
- Experience managing an agency or freelancers alongside in-house execution.
- Exposure to PLG or hybrid PLG/sales-led GTM.
- Experience presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders on performance and budget.
- Experience owning SEO or content-led demand generation programs alongside paid channels.
- Has strong working SQL, fluency in GA4 and at least one BI tool
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Please note: Some specifics, particularly around leave, may vary depending on your country of residence. This will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world
- Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay (€65,650-€84,500 per annum) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
* Check out the countries we currently hire from here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing
- Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you're buying a laptop!
- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget per year and clear growth opportunities
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being

ABOUT BUFFER
We create social media and brand-building software for small businesses, creators, and individuals. Our mission is to provide essential tools to help small businesses get off the ground and grow. Through exceptional customer service and uplifting content, we help our customers believe they can succeed and do good along the way.
Buffer is a fully distributed team, and we’ve always aimed to do things a little differently at Buffer. Since the early days, we’ve focused on building one of the most unique and fulfilling workplaces by rethinking a lot of traditional practices. We also default to transparency, so you can read all about our metrics, and our successes and failures along the way on our Transparency Dashboard https://buffer.com/open.
We're united by Buffer's values https://buffer.com/about#values, and we hire and work from all over the world. We strive to create a diverse and inclusive work environment, and we are building a culture where underrepresented groups are welcome and can flourish. Please note that we do travel to work together in person once or twice per year, and those events are highly encouraged to build deeper connections among our small team.
As you get to know Buffer and consider joining the journey, you can learn more about Buffer on our Journey https://buffer.com/journey page. Still curious to learn more about the experience on the Buffer team? Feel free to read more from Kirsti https://buffer.com/resources/first-30-days-buffer/ and Sabreen https://buffer.com/resources/joined-3-days-before-the-retreat/ as they share their first experiences with Buffer, as well as from Hailley https://buffer.com/resources/8-years-at-buffer/, who captured why she still calls Buffer home after 8+ years.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Buffer's next Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll join two seasoned Infrastructure Engineers on a small, deliberate, high-leverage team. Together, you'll run the platform that lets every Buffer engineer ship, and that indirectly lets millions of creators publish, grow, and earn a living on the social web. When our infrastructure is fast and reliable, creators get features sooner and outages less often.
You'll own a meaningful slice of three shifts the team is making.
- Keeping the lights on at a higher bar. You'll make our CI/CD pipelines faster and even more anti-fragile, ship boring deploys, and turn each incident into a new lesson rather than a repeat.
- Modernizing the foundation. Buffer is not new, but our Infra is in continuous improvement. From deploying KEDA and Argo Rollouts to improving our signal-to-noise ratio in monitoring, there is plenty to do. One cannot talk about modernization without mentioning AI. We're already leaning on it for investigations and boilerplate, and want to bring it deeper into our day-to-day.
- Treating engineers across Buffer as customers. You'll evolve the developer tooling that makes the inner loop fast, with documentation that holds up at 2am or when consumed by an agent.
We're remote-first with a preference for at least 4 hours of overlap with EMEA time zones, but we're open to strong candidates anywhere in the world.
It's an exciting time to join. Buffer is a profitable, 15-year-old company innovating at the edge of AI-assisted development, and there's lots of impactful work to do.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
In this role, you'll report to Miguel https://www.linkedin.com/in/migueldavid/, the Infrastructure Engineering Manager.
Day-to-day you'll work closely with Peter https://www.linkedin.com/in/peter-emil/ and Steven https://www.linkedin.com/in/stevenc81/, who have helped build the infrastructure we run on since the beginning of Buffer. We're looking to round out the team with someone who sits between infra and developer experience: deep infra expertise paired with an infra-as-a-product mindset.
You'll also work daily with all of EPD (Buffer's unified Engineering, Product, and Design team). EPD are the internal customers of the platform you maintain, and they contribute to it too.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Own the day-to-day reliability of our production platform. Keep EKS, ArgoCD, and the AWS surface area boring, tune autoscaling so the system adjusts well under load, and approach incident response in a way that each incident teaches us something new instead of repeating itself. (On-call is distributed across all engineers at Buffer, a week-long shift roughly once a quarter.)
- Build progressive delivery into something the rest of engineering trusts. Implement Argo Rollouts with clean rollback paths, so the time between "this deploy is bad" and "this deploy is reverted" measures in seconds to minutes.
- Build developer tools as products, instead of loose scripts. Evolve our in-house local development environment, BIBEs https://peteremil.com/buffers-bibes/ (Buffer Isolated Build Environments, per-PR full-stack staging deployments), and our CLI tooling so the inner loop is fast, frictionless, and parallel-friendly for AI agents. Measure adoption, talk to your users, iterate.
- Reduce operational toil with AI. Automate low-risk workflows end-to-end so the team spends its time on the hard problems, not the repeat ones. AI doesn't touch infrastructure directly, it speeds up the humans who do.
- Keep the stack current. Drive lifecycle upgrades: application runtimes (Node.js, Python), Kubernetes, EKS, Helm versions, and the Terraform-managed surface area. Own infra-side security vulnerabilities.
- Improve the economics of our platform. Lead visibility work on Datadog, AWS rightsizing, and log filters so observability and cloud spend grow slower than the company does.
- Partner with EPD on the platform they build on. Raise the documentation bar with the team, carry your share of weekly security work (dependency and vulnerability management is everyone's job), and help the infra team grow toward shared ownership and fewer single-person dependencies.
HELPFUL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Very few people match every line here. If most of the core list sounds like you, apply. The bonus list is genuinely bonus.
CORE EXPERIENCE
- You've worked as an Infrastructure Engineer, SRE, or in a DevOps or platform engineering role, on systems real people depended on.
- You've run production Kubernetes. You've authored and maintained Helm charts, tuned autoscaling and resource requests, and kept it standing under real traffic.
- You know AWS and Terraform well. You default to modules, keep the code readable and adaptable, and can say what happens when a plan touches something load-bearing.
- You've operated production CI/CD and GitOps, including a rollback path you'd trust when something breaks in production.
- You've carried the pager for something you built. You've run an incident, written the follow-up, and turned off the alert nobody trusted anymore.
- You've built internal developer tooling. CLIs, dev environments, per-PR environments. You've felt the difference between something that ships and something that gets used.
- You thrive in remote, async environments. You're clear in your thinking and generous with context.
- Slow and flaky bothers you. You ship something rough teammates can react to, then keep going until the whole class of problem is gone, not just the one bug in the ticket.
- You're fluent with modern AI tools. You use them to debug, document, and reduce toil, not just to generate code.
- You make pragmatic build-vs-buy calls, you weigh what things cost to run, and you revisit both when conditions change. You'd rather invest in fundamentals that compound than chase the newest tool.
- You have a personal stake in making and publishing things. What that looks like is yours to choose: writing, video, code, photos, music, a niche account with twelve followers. Audience size is not the point. We're a Team of Creators, and infra gets better the closer it sits to that experience.
BONUS POINTS
- You're already a Buffer user, or you know the social media management space.
- You've worked with Datadog, Sentry, or a similar observability stack, and you design logs and metrics with cost in mind.
- Prior Cloudflare experience across Workers, Zero Trust, and DNS.
- An open source Terraform module or tool you've contributed.
OUR TECH STACK
- Cloud and IaC. AWS, GCP, Cloudflare. Products you'll find in use here: EC2, EKS, S3, SQS, SNS, ECR, IAM, ALB, BigQuery, mostly managed in Terraform.
- Container orchestration and delivery. Kubernetes on EKS, Helm for charting, KEDA for SQS-driven autoscaling. ArgoCD for deploys from git. An in-house canary system that we want to augment with Argo Rollouts. BIBEs and frontend branch deployments for per-PR previews.
- CI/CD. GitHub Actions, with self-hosted AWS runners (including KVM-capable instances for Android UI tests). Our monorepo is the consolidation target, and we're moving more services into it over time.
- Observability and incidents. Datadog for logs, metrics, APM, and spans. Sentry for errors. Incident.io https://incident.io (and a bit of PagerDuty) for the incident lifecycle and postmortems.
- Networking and DNS. Cloudflare across Workers, Zero Trust, DNS, and more. CloudFront for AWS-side distribution. VPC peering for cross-account connectivity. OctoDNS for DNS-as-code.
- Data stores. MongoDB fronted by GraphQL, Elasticsearch, Redis.
- Local development. Hermes (our in-house environment that mirrors production) running in OrbStack, pre-built production containers from ECR.
- Languages and runtimes. Node.js and TypeScript across most services, Python in selected services and tooling, and PHP for legacy services that are still load-bearing and being gradually replaced.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Do you believe you're a fit for this role and want to join the Buffer team? We'd love to hear about you!
Here's what the hiring process will look like:
1. Application. Apply to join the team through the form below.
- When submitting your application and resume, take your time. This is your chance to make a strong first impression.
- While we have a couple of engineering roles open, we recommend applying to only one role. If during our review or interviews we think you'd be great for a different position, we'll re-route your application internally.
- Response times can take a few days to weeks. We're a small team reviewing every application carefully.
2. Hiring manager interview. Chat with the hiring manager for your role (Miguel, Engineering Manager https://www.linkedin.com/in/migueldavid/) and another Engineering Leader to understand what it takes to work at Buffer. This is an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other and determine whether our expectations align.
3. Take-home exercise. We'll send you a two-page max asynchronous assignment to review a system or scenario to help us understand how you think about systems, assumptions and communication of technical ideas.
4. Technical interview. Interview with two Infrastructure Engineers from Buffer (Peter https://www.linkedin.com/in/peter-emil/ and Steven https://www.linkedin.com/in/stevenc81/) focusing on your technical experience and approach.
5. Leadership interview. A conversation with one or two Engineering Leaders to discuss your approach to leadership, how we drive value and impact in a cross-functional company, and to really get into how you think about approaching work and collaboration.
6. Final interview. You will have the opportunity to meet with our Executive Leadership team. This is a great chance for you to gain a deeper understanding of Buffer's strategy, values, and work processes.
7. Collaboration period. This is a stage where you would work with us on a real project over two days (fully paid). The goal is to see how it feels to work in the team, both for us and for you. You'll meet a few Bufferoos, we'll kick off the project, invite you to a Slack channel, and you'll collaborate with the team on it.
8. Offer. We wrap it up with an offer and discuss the final details. We would align on the last bits before we make you part of the Buffer team 💛
At Buffer, we value diversity of experience, and we understand that comes in many forms. We’re dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team. So, if your experience is close to what we’re looking for, please consider applying.
By submitting the application, you consent to Buffer collecting and processing your personal data for recruiting purposes, find more details in our Privacy Policy https://buffer.notion.site/Privacy-Policy-for-Applicants-230a7f5a00fd80e48478f09171d18a24?pvs=143.

ABOUT US
Constructor powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you’ve probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We’re approximately doubling year over year despite the market slowing down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical. We’re a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a highly technical, systems-minded Senior Product Manager to lead two critical search intelligence teams: Machine Learning & Recall and Query. Search at Constructor is fundamentally an ML challenge, and this role sits at the absolute entry point of our discovery pipeline, right where shopper intent meets candidate retrieval.
In this role, you will bridge the Query team (understanding what a shopper means across intent, entities, and language) with the Machine Learning & Recall team (retrieving the exact right set of candidate products across massive catalogs). You will define strategy across both domains, balancing state-of-the-art techniques, such as vector search, semantic parsing, dense embeddings, and LLM-assisted query interpretation, with low-latency production execution. You won’t be measured on shipping features for the sake of it; you’ll be measured on candidate quality, query accuracy, and driving business outcomes like conversion rate, search-attributed revenue, and revenue per visit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set a unified roadmap: Define the multi-quarter vision and strategy across both the Machine Learning & Recall and Query teams, ensuring query understanding and candidate generation evolve hand-in-hand.
- Drive Query intelligence: Lead the Query team to push boundaries in tokenization, spell correction, entity extraction, intent classification, and LLM-assisted query parsing across multiple languages.
- Advance Recall systems: Lead the Machine Learning & Recall team in evolving candidate generation architecture, seamlessly combining traditional keyword search with modern dense embeddings, vector retrieval, and hybrid recall models.
- Move core business metrics: Own measurable lift in search-attributed conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV across all retail customer verticals.
- Turn research into production wins: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with ML researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to take SOTA models from research to low-latency, cost-effective production systems.
- Balance ML performance trade-offs: Make data-backed decisions balancing model complexity, accuracy, inference latency, compute costs, and real-time execution constraints.
- Build evaluation frameworks: Establish robust offline and online measurement systems to evaluate retrieval precision and query understanding accuracy against customer revenue outcomes.
- Orchestrate pipeline handoffs: Ensure candidate product sets and query context flow cleanly into downstream ranking and search quality models without signal loss.
- Solve systemic issues: Lead technical triage when query interpretation or retrieval anomalies occur, building durable, automated fixes rather than one-off patches.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first year, you will have:
- Evolved our hybrid recall framework to measurably improve candidate generation precision for long-tail queries and complex catalog structures.
- Driven quantifiable lift in search-attributed conversion and revenue per visit across major customer verticals.
- Stood up an integrated evaluation framework connecting query parsing and candidate recall directly to business outcomes.
- Optimized inference latency and compute infrastructure to ensure high-capacity ML models run fast and cost-effectively in production.
BENEFITS
- Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees to take at least 3 weeks per year.
- A competitive compensation package including stock options.
- Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee).
- Fully remote team - choose where you live.
- Work-from-home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- Parental leave for qualified employees.
- Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
The Sustainability & Community Impact team at DoorDash works across our global brands — DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo — to advance the company's approach to the issues that matter most to our business, our communities, and the world we operate in. We sit within the Policy and Communications function and work closely with other teams on a daily basis.
We're hiring a
Lead, Global ESG Reporting Strategy
to build and lead DoorDash's global ESG reporting function from the ground up. This is a new role: the first dedicated strategic owner of ESG disclosures across the company. As regulations proliferate across jurisdictions (from the EU's CSRD to California's SB 253 to Australia's Modern Slavery Act), DoorDash needs someone to bring clarity, structure, and strategic thinking to a landscape that is growing in both volume and complexity.
The role spans more ground than a traditional ESG reporting function: alongside disclosure strategy and regulatory compliance, you'll own our GHG measurement program and Scopes 1 & 2 emissions strategy, and manage the growing volume of ESG data requests we receive from enterprise partners.
What you’ll be doing
You'll set the strategy, build the infrastructure, and become the internal expert on all things ESG reporting and disclosure.
Own DoorDash's
global strategy for ESG-related disclosures
— determining how, when, and at what level of ambition we respond to mandatory regulations, voluntary frameworks, and reputational expectations across all jurisdictions including the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia
Act as the internal expert and cross-functional DRI on ESG reporting, aligning Legal, Finance and Technical Accounting, IR, Communications, Policy, HR, and Operations around a coherent approach and holding the narrative and numbers together across all external-facing disclosures
Build the reporting infrastructure, processes, and governance needed for the company to meet its disclosure obligations efficiently and consistently — establishing what doesn't yet exist and improving on what does
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise partner ESG data requests, building processes to address a growing volume of vendor questionnaires, framework-specific data fields, and merchant-facing disclosures in a scalable way
Oversee GHG measurement — working closely with a measurement vendor, coordinating data collection across the business, and ensuring our approach is audit-ready as assurance requirements mature
Own DoorDash's Scopes 1 & 2 emissions strategy — building a forward-looking plan to drive operational efficiency across our facilities
Our humble expectations
Meaningful experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance, or a closely related field — with hands-on ownership of major reporting frameworks such as CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, GRI, SASB, Modern Slavery, and/or CDP
A genuine builder mindset: you've created reporting infrastructure or processes from scratch before, not just maintained what someone else built (and you're energized by that kind of work)
Strong cross-functional influencer who can align stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IR, and Operations without direct authority, and who is comfortable being the person others look to for direction rather than waiting to be told what to do
Excellent written communication skills — you can draft a regulatory disclosure, write an internal strategy memo, and brief a senior stakeholder, all with equal fluency and appropriate calibration to your audience
A principled, business-grounded view of ESG: you take compliance seriously, bring genuine expertise to the space, and can advise leadership on where to invest and lead versus where meeting requirements is the right call
What we offer
This is a rare opportunity to build a new function and strategy, with real visibility across a global company. You'll be joining at an exciting moment: before the wave of regulatory requirements fully lands. The work is substantive and growing — from CSRD groundwork to enterprise partner data requests to our Scopes 1 & 2 strategy — and the cross-functional network you'll build (Legal, Finance, IR, Comms, Ops) means you'll have meaningful exposure from day one.
Next steps
Our process includes a short screener after resume review, followed by a series of interviews.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

They don't just help surface analytic artifacts; they help transform them into a strategic asset that elevates decision making and innovation across our global operations (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, and human resources). They balance technical precision with business pragmatism, designing and iterating on experiments, automations, and products that transform insights into valued outcomes. They shape tomorrow's AI/Data stack in open source, ensuring that Canonical remains at the forefront of data-driven excellence. Strategic Insight & Business Outcomes: Move beyond descriptive metrics (e.g., turnover rate) to predictive and prescriptive insights (e.g., predicting attrition risk based on "Time-Product" engagement data).
Data Stewardship & Product Storytelling: Act as the "Translator-in-Chief". Take complex data models and turn them into compelling narratives. Lead the development of AI Agents that can surface insights to managers in real-time. Ensure the "People Data Stack" is secure, GDPR/privacy-compliant, and acts as a "Single Source of Truth" across all People related offerings, products and services.
“Effectiveness at Work” Strategy: Identify opportunities to leverage “High Tech” solutions in our People offerings, and free up more time for “High Touch”, human involvement, thereby maximizing human value.
What we are looking for in you
Background in data science, mathematics, or engineering, skilled in advanced statistics, data wrangling/science, databases (SQL, etc.) or software engineering.
Strength in coding/scripting languages (Python, R, JavaScript, etc.), software engineering, visualization (e.g. Superset, Tableau), and automation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Strategic Technical Partner to lead our strategic relationships with top AI labs and builders.
We’re looking for one of two candidate profiles for this role:
1. Partner Solutions Architect background in previous roles. You’re a technical SME and know how to build relationships with Product/Engineering and Partnerships stakeholders and can navigate a large partner organization
2. Traditional partner management background working with a top-five partner at a high-growth infrastructure technology company. You know how to navigate a large partner organization and go deep with the partner to build integrations, run co-marketing, execute joint GTM initiatives, build relationships across all levels within the partner org, and conduct QBRs.
You’ll lead 2–3 strategic partner relationships and serve as Supabase’s quarterback, driving co-build (product integration), co-market, and relationship-building across all levels of the partner organization. This includes facilitating executive touchpoints and running quarterly business reviews. This is a highly visible, execution-oriented role: you’ll work directly with partners to ship integrations, launch joint GTM motions, and drive measurable product adoption.
You’ll own your partner set end-to-end — from technical scoping and launch through post-launch growth — working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data to turn partnerships into real business outcomes.
This is a high-visibility IC role with direct impact on product adoption, ecosystem expansion, and revenue.
- This is a build and scale integration partnerships role.
- You’ll be expected to operate with a lot of ownership and little process at the start.
- If you enjoy writing the playbook and running it in-market, this role will be a good fit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
PARTNER STRATEGY & OWNERSHIP
- Own and grow 2-3 strategic partnerships for Supabase
- Develop and execute joint GTM plans with defined KPIs (0 to 1 in wins, ARR, pipeline, integrations, adoption)
- Execute expansion opportunities including co-marketing events, co-sell motions, and joint GTM initiatives
REVENUE & PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT
- Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partner relationships
- Enable Sales teams with partner positioning, playbooks, and introductions
- Collaborate with partners on co-selling opportunities and enterprise deals
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL EXECUTION
- Work closely with Product and Engineering on integration roadmaps and technical alignment
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with Marketing (launches, webinars, hackathons, case studies, events)
- Support partner enablement through training, documentation, and ongoing engagement
PARTNER MANAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIPS
- Build strong relationships across all levels within the partner organization (from Product/Eng to SA to executives)
- Track and report on partner performance metrics (ARR, usage, activation, pipeline)
- Maintain accurate forecasting and partnership health dashboards
- Identify issues/risks and proactively drive resolution
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform strategy at a developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure company
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data / infra stacks
- Demonstrated experience shipping integrations and growing them post-launch
- Experience owning partners end-to-end: sourcing, technical alignment, negotiation, launch, and growth
- Commercially minded: comfortable with deal structures, revenue models, forecasting, and KPIs
- Clear, concise communicator who can align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Highly organized operator who can build programs from scratch and iterate quickly
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving, open-source-first environment
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented
- Startup experience is a plus

We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.

- Annual Off-Sites

- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
