THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.

- Represent Kraken Pro's derivatives suite — perpetual futures, prop trading, margin — to top regional creators
- Fix on-the-ground execution issues that block program performance and iterate fast
- Set and own regional KOL acquisition targets and CAC efficiency [A]
- Partner cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and compliance teams
- Benchmark and adapt a proven KOL playbook
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven track record building an influencer/KOL/creator network from scratch in Spain and/or the Iberia region
- Fluent Spanish (Portuguese a plus), deep fluency in the local crypto/trading creator ecosystem
- Experience acquiring trading users at scale with a clear eye on CAC

- High agency — owns regional strategy without waiting for global direction
- Understanding of perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous, 24/7 crypto environment
- Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills with creators/KOLs
NICE TO HAVES

As Director of SMB Sales, EMEA, you'll lead a team of frontline managers and Account Executives responsible for helping growing businesses adopt Figma's Organization and Enterprise plans. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Sales, you'll play a critical role in scaling a high-volume, specialized sales motion while partnering closely with leaders across the Americas and JAPAC to drive consistency, share best practices, and evolve how we serve SMB customers globally. Built and scaled teams of Sales Managers and Account Executives in a high-growth company. Ideally, you also have experience with SMB or Commercial SaaS sales, particularly in a product-led growth business.
You know how to coach leaders, develop talent, and create inclusive teams that perform consistently. You’ve exceeded revenue targets while improving forecasting and building dependable sales processes.
Confident using data to make decisions and have worked closely with Marketing, Operations, Enablement, Product, and other go-to-market teams.
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
Additional European language fluency (e.g. French, German, Spanish)

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER B2C OPPORTUNITY
Building the engagement engine with Alan Play that makes 500k members come back to their health every single day, a key differentiator for Alan.
Today, 25k Alan members open Alan Play every day (120,000 every month) to walk, meditate, breathe, compete with their colleagues, build healthy habits. Play is Alan's #1 source of traffic and the retention engine of all our health services. And we are B2B2C: companies pay, members choose to engage. Play is a differentiator in deals, and at renewal. HR admins are also an underused distribution channel to reach members. Two audiences, one product story. By 2030 we want 500k daily users, across all our countries
The challenges: Our lifecycle is greenfield. Onboarding, activation, reminders, reactivation and win-back are owned by nobody today. We run events rebuilt almost from scratch, so the tenth Alan Cup costs as much as the first. We measure opens and clicks, not what a campaign actually did to daily engagement. And on the B2B side, our pitch goes stale between releases, as Play ships fast, so the sales argument does not keep up.
The future: A lifecycle layer designed for personalisation, running on the segmentation and experimentation platform Play has been building. Campaign machinery that gets cheaper every quarter. A measurement loop we trust, with holdouts and real incrementality. A live Play pitch that updates as features ship, so the field walks into a renewal or a deal with the current product. And HR admins turned into a real, measured distribution channel rather than a mailing list.
The hard parts: This role is horizontal, and vertical. Many member segments, many admin segments, several countries, coordination with Product as well as Sales, KAM and CSM, as well as other products teams who communicate with members.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
MUST HAVES
- Retention and lifecycle marketing at scale on a consumer product - subscription, gaming, social, media, health and fitness. Where engagement and retention are the business.
- You build systems, not just campaigns - you can walk us through machinery you built that made the next campaign cheaper, and tell us what it cost you to get it adopted.
- Analytical rigour - you read a funnel, design a segment, set up a holdout, call a result. You are comfortable being accountable to a product metric.
- Horizontal operator - you have held many audiences and several countries at once. Volume and context switching, not depth on a single vertical.
- Genuinely hands on - you want to run the campaigns yourself at the start. This is the ramp up, and the condition for standardising well afterwards.
- Branding sensitivity : you can express the personality of the product you market and create great moments
- You write well and fast. Emotion generating copy and branding is a real part of the job
- Marketing automation at scale - Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable or equivalent.
- Missionary mindset and a real attachment to the health mission.
- B2B2C sensibility: you can maintain weigh in both segments
NICE TO HAVES
- French, Spanish or Dutch on top of English, for four-country localisation
- HR tech, employee benefits or workplace wellbeing
- Gamification, challenges or social mechanics
- Experience standardising something that other teams then reused
NOT A FIT IF
- You describe success in open and click rates
- You only want to talk to members, and see commercial side as somebody else's job
- You need a brief, or someone who writes the strategy for you
- You want to delegate execution from day one
- You treat positioning as PMM-only territory, or platform teams as a service desk
- You are uncomfortable with ambiguity, or need a big team to be effective
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.

- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Transport. Country-specific commuter benefits.

- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.

If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.

Direct and produce cinematic AI content end to end: concept, story, shot list, generation, edit, sound and final delivery.
Build multi-shot sequences with consistent characters, wardrobe, world, lighting and geography across cuts.
Design each shot deliberately: lens, framing, blocking, lighting, colour and grade, and camera movement.
Create the hero shots and set pieces that anchor a launch, and the showcases that demonstrate stylistic range.
Define cinematic directions, including camera moves, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks, transitions and VFX beats, specified clearly enough to be productised.
Prototype new cinematic capabilities and prove what is possible before it becomes a feature.
Set and document the quality bar for the video work we ship.
Test each new video model on release, reporting on strengths, failure modes, prompt behaviour, motion quality and temporal consistency, and track where AI filmmaking is going.
What You'll Bring
A body of work:
film, series or episodic work, commercials, music videos, short films, branded or short-form content; whatever best shows your craft, alongside AI-native work.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling: story structure, plot, pacing, shot design, blocking, performance and the edit.
Command of cinematography fundamentals (cameras, lenses, lighting, colour, grading, composition and camera movement), and the vocabulary to direct them precisely in a prompt.
Hands-on experience with generative video models and how they behave in practice, and with the image models that feed them.
Prompting skill for video: motion description, camera control, identity and style preservation, and first/last-frame and reference-driven workflows.
End-to-end post capability in editing, grading and sound, and the ability to run a full production cycle alone.
Awareness of internet culture and what makes cinematic content travel.
The judgement to hold a quality bar, including on your own work.
Fluency in English.
Good To Have
Background in VFX, animation, motion design, concept art or 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Nuke, Unreal).
Experience directing hybrid productions that combine live footage with generative work.
ComfyUI or node-based video pipelines, and LoRA or character-consistency training.
Interest in shaping AI creative tools rather than only using them.
A public presence as an AI filmmaker or creator.

Aleph is launching Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay. As the first Client Partner on the ground, you'll be building the portfolio from scratch — a rare opportunity to introduce a platform to an entire market and own the results.
Pinterest is one of the most distinctive platforms in the digital landscape: highly visual, deeply intentional, and uniquely positioned at the intersection of inspiration and purchase intent. Users come to plan their next trip, home renovation, or outfit. For the right advertiser, that mindset is gold. Your job is to help them see it.
What you'll do
Lead the commercial launch of Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay — evangelizing a platform with no prior commercial presence in these markets.
Build a pipeline from zero: prospect, prioritize, outreach, and close.
Educate advertisers and agencies on Pinterest's formats and performance potential, acting as much as an educator as a salesperson.
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at agencies and direct clients across both markets.
Partner closely with the CSM team for seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize strategy, and exceed KPIs including sales growth, client retention, and platform adoption.
What you need for this role
3 to 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, media, or marketing.
Real, existing relationships with marketing decision-makers in Uruguay (Paraguay is a strong plus).
Proven ability to hunt new business — you build your prospect list and work it.
Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: performance, display, video, native, programmatic.
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
Organized, data-driven, and comfortable in a build-from-scratch environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
You're genuinely drawn to Pinterest's world and you can translate that into an advertiser pitch.
You anticipate challenges and take initiative before things become problems.
You thrive on teamwork but bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You have genuine tech curiosity — you adopt new tools, test them, and make them part of your workflow.
You leverage AI for research, briefs, and prep — then apply your judgment to build the relationship.
You think analytically: data and pipeline signals drive your decisions, not just gut feeling.
You're comfortable being the first — first call, first pitch, in a market that's never been approached before.
