If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career. Aleph is launching Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay. As the first Client Partner on the ground, you'll be building the portfolio from scratch — a rare opportunity to introduce a platform to an entire market and own the results. Pinterest is one of the most distinctive platforms in the digital landscape: highly visual, deeply intentional, and uniquely positioned at the intersection of inspiration and purchase intent. Users come to plan their next trip, home renovation, or outfit. For the right advertiser, that mindset is gold. Your job is to help them see it. What you'll do Lead the commercial launch of Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay — evangelizing a platform with no prior commercial presence in these markets. Build a pipeline from zero: prospect, prioritize, outreach, and close. Educate advertisers and agencies on Pinterest's formats and performance potential, acting as much as an educator as a salesperson. Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at agencies and direct clients across both markets. Partner closely with the CSM team for seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction. Use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize strategy, and exceed KPIs including sales growth, client retention, and platform adoption. What you need for this role 3 to 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, media, or marketing. Real, existing relationships with marketing decision-makers in Uruguay (Paraguay is a strong plus). Proven ability to hunt new business — you build your prospect list and work it. Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: performance, display, video, native, programmatic. Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets. Organized, data-driven, and comfortable in a build-from-scratch environment. Fluency in Spanish and English. What will make us really love you You're genuinely drawn to Pinterest's world and you can translate that into an advertiser pitch. You anticipate challenges and take initiative before things become problems. You thrive on teamwork but bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit. You have genuine tech curiosity — you adopt new tools, test them, and make them part of your workflow. You leverage AI for research, briefs, and prep — then apply your judgment to build the relationship. You think analytically: data and pipeline signals drive your decisions, not just gut feeling. You're comfortable being the first — first call, first pitch, in a market that's never been approached before. Why Join Us?   Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
