Location: New Jersey; New York; Pennsylvania; Connecticut; Massachusetts Workplace: remote About the role: At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. Why Provectus Frontier access — Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems. Real tasks (not scope), real deployment. You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive. Embedded, not engaged. You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented. Autonomous. You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. Your experience stays portable. Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack. Craft & growth — build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name. We give you a stage: Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name. Requirements: Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way. Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly. Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works. You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why. Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack. Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits. Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room. Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job. Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses). Nice to have Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production. IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform. Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI. What you’ll do: Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it. Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously. You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it. Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare. Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice. What We Offer: Full-time. On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week Unlimited Vacation policy. Generous health, vision, and dental insurance. 401(K) matching plan. Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data. No Visa sponsorship We’re real: A person reads your application. We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team. We may ask for a quick ID verification. Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates. You’ll meet the people you’d work with. We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO. How we hire: Recruitment interview. Tech interview with our FDE (30 min). A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked. Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows. 4. Soft skills interview. 5. Offer discussion.

We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! WHY THIS ROLE? This role is for a highly experienced Back-End Software Engineer who wants to work on core systems that shape how the platform (Model Vault) operates. You will help define the architecture of the platform where reliability, security, performance, and simplicity all matter, and where many of the problems do not have off-the-shelf solutions. Model Vault is Cohere’s inference platform for deploying and operating models securely at enterprise scale. The team owns the systems between a customer and the underlying AI infrastructure, including identity, deployments, metering, billing, security, privacy, and confidential computing. We are strengthening these systems as Model Vault grows, with the goal of scaling to millions of users and supporting some of the world’s most demanding enterprise workloads. AS A SENIOR/STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER, YOU WILL: - Evolve and scale the backend systems that power Model Vault, including authentication and authorization, deployment management, billing, metering, and customer lifecycle. - Lead major architectural initiatives across identity, payments, usage systems, platform scalability, and other core product foundations. - Build highly reliable control-plane services for provisioning, configuring, scaling, and operating model deployments across clouds and hardware platforms. - Design APIs and distributed systems with strong guarantees around correctness, consistency, isolation, failure recovery, idempotency, and observability. - Build security and privacy into the platform architecture, including tenant isolation, least-privilege access, auditability, secrets management, encryption, and confidential computing boundaries. - Solve complex problems that span backend systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI inference, where conventional SaaS patterns are often not enough. - Drive projects end-to-end, from architecture and threat modeling through implementation, rollout, production operations, and iteration based on real customer workloads. YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF: - You are a strong backend engineer with excellent fundamentals in distributed systems, databases, networking, operating systems, and security. - You have strong programming fundamentals and experience building production systems in languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar. You write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and make thoughtful tradeoffs between simplicity, performance, and correctness. - You have designed and operated production systems where correctness, availability, security, and performance mattered at significant scale. - You can take ambiguous, high-impact technical problems, define the right architecture, and drive them through to reliable production systems. - You have strong systems-design instincts and understand concepts such as concurrency, consistency, caching, queues, rate limiting, backpressure, failure domains, idempotency, and graceful degradation. - You think deeply about security boundaries and understand authentication, authorization, identity, cryptography, secrets, tenant isolation, and how small implementation choices can create significant security risks. - You are comfortable reasoning across backend services, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and the cloud infrastructure they run on. - You are comfortable diving into unfamiliar codebases and debugging complex problems that cross service or system boundaries. - You care about the details of production engineering, including instrumentation, capacity planning, migrations, backwards compatibility, incident response, and safe rollouts. - You are comfortable challenging existing architecture and evolving foundational components when the system’s needs change. - You have a track record of taking technically difficult projects from an unclear starting point to systems that other engineers and customers depend on. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS: - A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch. - Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health. - RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme. - 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent. - Annual enrichment benefits: Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit. Location: Argentina; Ukraine; Poland; Brazil Workplace: Remote Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively. We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a team building and validating AI-powered and traditional features for a leading personal finance platform. You’ll own quality across web, mobile, and API — with a particular focus on testing AI/LLM-integrated components where standard deterministic methods don’t apply. This role requires someone who understands the fundamental difference between testing software that has a right answer and evaluating AI outputs that have a probability distribution — and who has done both in production. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Plan, design, and execute test cases for AI-powered components and traditional features, applying the appropriate methodology — eval-based or deterministic — based on the target behavior. - Analyze traditional functional requirements as well as AI model behavior specifications, prompt outputs, and edge-case scenarios. - Turn business requirements, user flows, and business process procedures into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Perform manual feature testing across platforms and verify bug fixes. - Create clear, detailed defect reports and document unexpected AI model responses, hallucinations, and performance regressions. - Assist in developing QA practices for emerging technologies including AI frameworks, and disseminate best practices across the team. - Become a subject matter expert in core systems, interfaces, business processes, and reporting tools. - Partner closely with functional teams, engineers, and IT in a global environment with aligned LATAM working hours. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - 5–7 years of experience in software testing across web, mobile, and API. - Hands-on experience with Playwright in a production testing environment — this is a primary requirement for this role. - Hands-on AI feature testing experience — validating AI/LLM-integrated products for accuracy, relevance, robustness against adversarial prompts, edge cases, and safety/toxicity. - Clear understanding of eval vs. deterministic testing — the difference between pass/fail based on exact input/output and evaluating probabilistic AI outputs using human-in-the-loop evaluations, score metrics, benchmark datasets, and semantic evaluation. - Strong understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycles including iOS and Android specifics. - Proven experience in integration, regression, performance/load, and UAT. - Hands-on knowledge of browser DevTools and log monitoring. - Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence. - Experience with test management systems. Recently named a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we’re scaling fast. The Impact You’ll Make Everyone in our Mexico City office relies on IT to get their work done. As our IT Support Engineer , you'll be the main onsite contact for escalated (Level 2) issues, handling the more complex problems across identity, laptops and devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, networking, and office technology. Day-to-day support is only part of the role. You'll also work on automation and process-improvement projects that make onboarding, access requests, asset tracking, and ticket routing faster and more reliable. The goal is simple: fix issues when they come up, and improve our processes so they happen less often. What You’ll Own & Drive Level 2 onsite support — Handle escalated and more complex issues for the CDMX office, across identity, devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and the office network. Automation and process improvement — Work on projects that automate onboarding and offboarding, access requests, asset tracking, and ticket routing, so there's less manual work and a better experience for employees. Okta — Manage user accounts, groups, app assignments, and access policies. Device management — Manage Mac and Windows devices in Iru (Kandji) and Intune, including enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployment. Microsoft 365 and Exchange — Manage licenses, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail flow, and troubleshoot tenant-level issues. Ticketing — Set up and maintain ticket workflows, queues, SLAs, and the request catalog so requests reach the right person and get resolved on time. Asset inventory — Keep an accurate, automated record of hardware, software, and licenses, from purchase through reassignment, wipe, and retirement. Meeting rooms and office technology — Set up and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms, video conferencing, and AV equipment. Support the office network (Meraki access points, switches, and security appliances) and Wi-Fi. Work with Security, Facilities, and outside providers on access control and CCTV. Local vendors — Find vendors, get quotes, negotiate, create purchase orders, and check invoices and billing. Documentation and mentoring — Write procedures, runbooks, and help articles, and set guidelines for user administration and security. Support office events and important business activities, and help train Level 1–2 support staff. The Qualities That Set You Apart You follow through — You stay with an issue until you find the root cause and it's properly fixed. You look for ways to automate — If a task keeps coming up, you find a way to stop doing it by hand. You stay calm under pressure — Outages, important meetings, or busy office days don't throw you off. You care about the people you support — A good experience for employees matters to you as much as the fix itself. You communicate clearly — You can explain technical issues in simple terms, in English and Spanish, and you write documentation others can follow. You improve how the team works — You leave behind processes, runbooks, and guidelines that make the team better. Your Background 5+ years in IT Support, IT Operations, or related roles, including Level 2–3 support — and the ability to work onsite from our Mexico City office . Okta administration — hands-on SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, groups, and policies. MDM — solid experience with Iru (Kandji) and Microsoft Intune for macOS and Windows. Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online — administration and troubleshooting of mail flow, licensing, and security/compliance settings. Ticketing & service management — experience working with ticketing systems and designing or improving flows, queues, and service workflows. Vendor management — billing, invoice validation, and contract management. Tools — proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Notion, macOS, and Windows. Language — fluent English (spoken and written) and Spanish.
