Location: Australia
The Role
Intellect delivers a clinically governed mental health programme to enterprise clients in the mining and resources sector, supporting remote and fly-in fly-out workforces across Australia, with international expansion in progress. This is not a standard EAP. Cases begin with acute risk assessment on remote sites and run through structured treatment, fitness-for-work assessment and return-to-work clearance, in direct coordination with the client's chaplaincy, medical and people teams.
The Care Account Manager is the clinical coordinator and case manager for high-risk employee cases, and the single owner of the journey from initial risk assessment through to reintegration and case closure. They hold clinical oversight of risk across the caseload, shape treatment planning with treating providers, co-develop the clinical protocols and SOPs the client operates to, and turn case activity into clinical insight the client can act on. The role is consultative, and includes delivery of counselling and psychotherapy where required. It is distinct from commercial account management, which is held separately.
Flexible hours with availability for urgent escalations during client business hours.
Responsibilities
End-to-end case management and coordination
Manage the full lifecycle of high-risk cases, from handover after the initial risk assessment through escalation, support, fitness-for-work assessment and case closure.
Monitor incoming care requests, ensure appropriate response, and assign cases to approved clinicians with the right competency and registration.
Ensure therapy sessions are scheduled, completed and documented within agreed SLAs, and coordinate with care navigators on booking.
Review the open case list for stalled items and follow up with clinicians, network partners and client contacts to keep cases moving.
Act as the third line of escalation for the helpline, after ranger and supervisor, for case clarifications and complex issues.
Treatment planning and clinical support plan orchestration
Liaise with client contacts and on-site teams for situational updates, and align an initial support plan with the treating clinician, including session volume and cadence.
Work with treating providers on case formulation and treatment goals, oversee implementation of the support plan, and track employee progress.
Manage support plan adjustments, including requesting and aligning additional sessions with the client where clinically indicated.
Support provider re-matching where the therapeutic fit is not working.
Apply cultural and contextual formulation, including for First Nations employees and isolated site-based workers.
Clinical risk oversight and governance
Review and sign off risk assessments, confirm risk tiering against the client's framework, and set review cadence and monitoring requirements.
Make the clinical decisions the pathway requires: disputed risk ratings, medical evaluation pathways where an employee declines therapy, and session credit decisions.
Ensure clinical documentation and risk assessments are completed and categorised to the client's framework and to internal SOPs.
Co-develop and maintain the clinical protocols, risk frameworks and SOPs the client's on-site teams operate to, and keep them current as the programme expands.
Hold clinical standards where operational or commercial pressure runs the other way.
Fitness-for-work and reintegration
Initiate and coordinate fitness-for-work assessments on completion of clinical support, liaising with doctors and clinical psychologists.
Communicate assessment outcomes to the client's chaplaincy and people teams and align on next steps.
Develop the reintegration plan in collaboration with client contacts, and maintain regular check-ins through reintegration, monitoring progress and flagging deterioration.
Stakeholder relationships, clinical insights and reporting
Act as the named clinical contact for the client's chaplaincy, medical and health and safety leads on individual cases, responding within the programme's operating window to queries that are frequently unscheduled and time-critical.
Produce the case tracker and monthly clinical reporting, moving beyond utilisation to presenting issues, risk patterns, outcomes and service-level themes.
Present clinical insight at client review meetings and translate it into recommendations the client's health and safety and people teams can act on.
Design and deliver clinical training and framework guidance to client-side staff who are not clinicians, and support training of internal clinicians and rangers on client-specific protocols.
Work closely with helpline operations, care excellence, clinicians and network partnerships, and feed service quality issues back to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Registered clinical psychologist or qualified counsellor, with current registration in your jurisdiction.
Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling or a related field.
Three to five years in clinical case management, ideally within EAP, corporate wellbeing or a high-acuity mental health setting.
Proven experience managing complex, high-risk cases from assessment to closure, in a setting where you held the decision rather than advised on it.
Experience of structured return-to-work, fitness-for-work or occupational mental health pathways.
Experience contributing to clinical protocols, risk frameworks or SOPs, and working within strict guidelines.
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders in a corporate or large-organisation client-facing role.
Based in Australia with the right to work. Perth or another AWST location strongly preferred; other states considered only where 07:00 to 19:00 AWST can be reliably worked.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey clinical concepts clearly to non-clinical stakeholders, and written English that stands up in client-facing clinical documentation.
Desirable
AHPRA registration.
Understanding of fly-in fly-out and mining culture, and the pressures of remote, high-risk work environments.
Familiarity with Australian psychosocial risk and work health and safety obligations.
Experience of multi-stakeholder coordination across internal clinicians, external partners, HR and client contacts.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join the Figma Brand Studio and focus on designing for the web. This role will help up-level some of our most important surfaces—our marketing websites—in brand-forward, novel, and unexpected ways.
This role sits at the intersection of web design, software storytelling, and brand. You’ll need expert visual and UX instincts, a deep curiosity about our products, and a point of view on how to make product stories land on the web—showing what Figma can do, not just telling. You’re someone who loves to tinker and experiment. You have a deep understanding of accessibility, and you’re comfortable taking ideas from early sketch to working prototype, partnering with web engineers to bring new patterns and interactions to life. Working closely across Brand and Marketing, you’ll shape everything from site structure and navigation to launch, campaign, and event experiences. You’ll also help evolve the web design system that helps the team ship quality work at speed. You’ll play a central role in defining how Figma shows up on the web through experiences that are inventive, accessible, and beautifully crafted.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own and drive best-in-class UX and visual design across Figma’s marketing websites, from concept through prototype and production
Tell Figma’s software story on the web in compelling, inventive ways, working with Product Marketing and Content Strategy to show (not just tell) what our products can do
Prototype and develop new web patterns and interactions that move past standard SaaS conventions, and partner with web engineers to make them real
Design brand-forward web experiences for launches, campaigns, and events that feel novel and unexpected, while staying accessible and performant
Shape site structure, information architecture, and navigation to better bring our content strategy to life and serve customers’ needs
Evolve and contribute to our web design system, including templates and components that help the team ship quality work at speed
Share learnings, experiments, and techniques with Brand Studio and partners to raise the bar across the org
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years designing websites, with a portfolio that shows creative range, strong visual, interaction, and typographic craft, and a clear point of view on telling software stories on the web
Fluency designing, prototyping, and building with Figma, and curiosity about new design, build, and AI tools, with clear opinions on how and when to use them
Strong systems thinking, grounded in information architecture, UX and accessibility best practices, and experience contributing to and evolving design systems and templates
Experience using research and data to run experiments and drive decisions
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive concepts from start to finish on your own, partnering closely with design, copy, strategy, engineering, product marketing, and growth along the way
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
At Figma we celebrate and support our differences. We know employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, our product and our community to flourish. Figma is an

HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a RevOps Systems Architect to design and build the systems behind a modern, AI-powered go-to-market engine. This isn’t a Salesforce admin role, and it isn’t a support function. You’ll be the technical owner of how our GTM stack fits together: Salesforce at the core, surrounded by the data, enrichment, engagement, billing, and AI tools our revenue teams depend on.
You’ll operate as an architect and a hands-on builder. You’ll set the technical direction for our CRM and GTM tooling, then ship it yourself with Flows, Apex, SQL, and custom services, including Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that make our CRM a first-class participant in AI-driven workflows. For larger efforts, you’ll partner with our engineering team, scoping, designing, and delivering together as a technical peer.
In this role, you will:
- Own the architecture of our GTM systems: the Salesforce object model and data architecture, how data moves between Salesforce and the rest of the stack, and the standards that keep it all healthy and scalable.
- Design and build integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools (data warehouse, enrichment, sales engagement, billing/CPQ, internal apps), choosing the right tool for each problem, whether that’s native Salesforce, Apex, middleware, or custom services.
- Build and maintain automations using Flows, Apex, and custom services that power GTM processes end to end, with a bias toward solutions that are intelligent, observable, and maintainable.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI agents that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows, and define how AI fits into our revenue operations over time.
- Design and own SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting, making sure the numbers leadership relies on are trustworthy and traceable to source.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical strategy, from stakeholder conversation through design, build, rollout, and adoption.
- Raise the bar for the team: establish best practices for change management, testing, documentation, and technical debt, and mentor teammates on systems thinking.
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to prioritize the systems work with the highest business impact.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years in Salesforce administration and development, with a track record of owning a complex, high-growth org and its architecture, not just maintaining it.
- Strong Apex skills: you can design, build, debug, and maintain triggers, custom logic, and integrations independently, and you know when not to write code.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs, middleware, or custom services, and designing for failure modes, data integrity, and scale.
- SQL proficiency: you decompose ambiguous questions into well-structured queries and are comfortable with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- A systems mindset: you can hold an end-to-end GTM process in your head, trace a field from origin through every downstream dependency, and anticipate what breaks when something changes.
- Strong judgment and ownership: you scope problems yourself, make sound build-vs-buy and architecture calls, and drive projects to completion with little direction.
- Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and earn trust across teams.
- Excited by AI-native systems and curious about where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect. You’re already experimenting in this space.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About the Team
Our Workforce Management team's primary focus is to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time, so customers, merchants, and delivery partners get help as quickly and reliably as possible. The team brings a people-first mindset paired with strategy and operations to achieve its goals, moving quickly, applying first-principles thinking, and focusing on problem-solving to ensure seamless execution. The team manages workforce capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time operations for a large and growing global network of in-house and outsourced support centers, with the goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience reliably, at scale.
About the Role
As a Manager, Workforce Planning, you will lead planning for our rider and merchant support ops, own KPI performance, and partner cross-functionally to keep staffing supply aligned with business priorities.
This role flexes across two tracks depending on team needs and where your strengths lie: an Audience-facing track, where you act as the primary bridge between a specific line of business and the Workforce Management function, translating business goals into capacity plans and performance reporting; and a Technical track, where you directly supervise the in-house and outsourced sites, focusing on the technical accuracy of capacity models and the tools behind them. Both tracks require a leader who can navigate ambiguity, identify root causes through data, and manage up and across with clarity and confidence.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Own capacity plans and scheduling coverage across an integrated scope spanning in-house and outsourced/vendor sites
Own KPI performance — service level, occupancy, over/under staffing, and quality — and lead root-cause analysis and recovery planning when performance slips
Anticipate staffing risks and deviations before they affect service, and put proactive mitigation plans in place
Lead goal-setting for your area and track progress, translating results into clear updates for leadership
Partner cross-functionally to align staffing supply with evolving business priorities, and drive process and efficiency improvements
Communicate performance, blockers, and root causes clearly to leadership while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
Act as the primary bridge between your assigned line of business and the Workforce Management function
Translate business goals into capacity plans and performance reporting that keep service levels on track
Manage outsourced/vendor relationships tied to your audience, holding partners accountable to staffing commitments and service level targets
Build trust and influence with business stakeholders, surfacing trade-offs and risks clearly and proactively
Own the technical accuracy of capacity models, forecasting methodology, and underlying assumptions
Ensure planning tools and systems are used to their full potential, and lead improvements to the models, templates, and tools themselves
Translate high-level goals into precise, data-driven staffing blueprints the broader team can execute against
We're excited about you because…
You have 5-7 years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or operations, including experience leading or directly managing a team
You're fluent in workforce management fundamentals: capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, shrinkage, and occupancy
You bring strong analytical rigor and are comfortable with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
You have a track record of driving measurable performance improvements across cross-functional teams
You're a confident, clear communicator, able to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels
You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy solving complex problems
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
You have experience managing outsourced/vendor relationships, including staffing commitments and service level accountability
You're a skilled business partner, comfortable owning KPI outcomes and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders outside of WFM
You bring hands-on experience with workforce management software (e.g., NICE, Verint, Genesys, or Aspect) and forecasting/capacity modeling methodology
You've improved planning tools, models, or templates, and enjoy going deep on the technical mechanics behind a capacity plan
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Procurement & Sourcing Manager at OnePay, you will negotiate directly with vendors and manage the commercial outcome on technology spend, including cloud, AI/LLM, data, security, and SaaS vendors. This role is a catalyst for OnePay’s rapid growth and mission to help people save and grow their money. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders in a highly cross-functional role, and drive to execute key new vendor and renewal engagements. AI is central to how we work: you will use it daily to benchmark pricing, compare proposals, review contract terms, and prepare for negotiations. You will:
- Lead negotiations end to end on new vendors and renewals, from benchmarking and walk-away positions through final terms
- Structure deals beyond price: renewal uplift caps, usage and true-up mechanics, ramp schedules, termination rights, and auto-renewal protections
- Run competitive sourcing and building the business case for vendor selection and consolidation
- Build and share repeatable AI-assisted sourcing workflows, such as proposal comparison, price benchmarking, contract redlining, and negotiation prep, so the whole team works faster and with better data
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec teams to evaluate new vendors and structure the commercial terms
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors on all contractual matters and act as the escalation point for all employees when communicating with vendor sales reps
- Drive the timely review and approval of procurement requests, making sure there is alignment across all key stakeholders, including company C-suite
YOU BRING
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing or direct vendor negotiation experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or fintech company
- A self starter; You don’t just identify problems, you come with solutions. You don’t wait for instructions, and you feel comfortable leading an initiative end-to-end.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with senior management, enabling to creatively meet requirements from our partners without blocking innovation and creativity
- Strong negotiation skills. You have a track record of negotiating six- and seven-figure software, SaaS, or cloud agreements and of securing terms beyond price.
- Understanding of commercial contract terms (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, SOWs, licensing models) and comfort marking them up with Legal
- Hands-on AI fluency: you already use AI tools (such as LLM assistants and agents)
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
