An overview of this role
As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at GitLab, you'll work directly with customers to deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services that help them adopt GitLab successfully. You'll lead engagements from single-node Omnibus installs to large reference architectures built with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration as code. You'll also guide migrations from other systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments, and help customers make practical decisions that improve reliability, security, and day-to-day workflows.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers and GitLab's product and engineering teams to drive customer success and share feedback that improves GitLab and how we deliver services. You'll manage multiple projects at once, mentor other Professional Services Engineers, and help streamline how we deliver consistent outcomes in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Some examples of our projects:
Designing and delivering GitLab installations and reference architectures using tools like Terraform and Ansible across major cloud providers
Leading migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, and turning customer feedback into actionable improvements for GitLab's product and engineering teams
What you’ll do
Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements, including installation, migration, training, and advisory services across GitLab capabilities.
Plan and execute deployments ranging from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
Lead migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, helping customers adopt secure, reliable workflows.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.
Must be located in Japan and have full working rights in Japan

The Role
The Director of Sales, Asia will drive Intellect’s enterprise sales growth across our core Asian markets through direct sales and strategic alliances.
This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability for regional sales performance and an individual new business revenue target. You will lead and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs while personally originating, owning and closing a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise opportunities.
We are looking for a strong enterprise seller and people leader who understands how to win complex deals, lead competitive RFPs and build trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers. You should be equally comfortable setting market priorities, coaching a salesperson, leading an executive presentation and negotiating a contract.
You will work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations and Partnerships to shape our sales go-to-market strategy, strengthen commercial discipline and build repeatable routes to growth. You will also partner with Clinical, Operations, Product and Finance to ensure our proposals deliver value for customers and are commercially sustainable.
Your Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Enterprise Selling
Own regional new business sales performance, translating revenue targets into clear market priorities, account plans and execution.
Carry an individual new business revenue target and personally own a focused portfolio of strategic deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, contracting and close.
Build qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, executive networks, referrals and partner channels, alongside Marketing and SDR-led activity.
Navigate complex buying groups, uncover customer priorities, develop compelling business cases and secure access to economic buyers and executive sponsors.
Build and deepen relationships with CHROs, Chief People Officers, Total Rewards and Benefits leaders, and other senior stakeholders involved in enterprise buying decisions.
2. Sales Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach and develop Account Executives and SDRs, setting clear expectations for pipeline creation, opportunity progression and revenue delivery.
Run effective pipeline reviews, deal reviews and individual coaching, identifying performance gaps early and taking action to address them.
Develop the team’s capabilities in discovery, stakeholder mapping, multithreading, value articulation, executive engagement and negotiation.
Establish clear account and territory ownership; help shape hiring, team structure and incentives as the business scales.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance through direct feedback, recognition and timely performance management.
3. RFP Leadership & Complex Deal Strategy
Lead priority enterprise RFPs and tenders end to end, including bid qualification, go/no-go decisions, win strategy, proposal development, presentations and commercial negotiations.
Build each bid strategy around the customer’s priorities, evaluation criteria, competitive landscape and Intellect’s differentiated value.
Coordinate solution specialists and cross-functional contributors to deliver accurate, compelling proposals on time, with clear ownership of deliverables.
Lead customer engagement throughout the process, navigating procurement requirements and aligning stakeholders around the proposed solution.
Use win/loss reviews to improve bid selection, sales execution, proposals and competitive positioning.
4. Go-to-Market Strategy & Marketing Collaboration
Shape and execute the sales go-to-market strategy across Asia, prioritising markets, industries, customer segments and direct versus partner-led routes.
Partner with Marketing on target account selection, account-based campaigns, events and demand generation, with shared focus on qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Establish clear lead handovers and follow-up standards, using conversion data and sales feedback to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Work with Marketing and Product to sharpen enterprise positioning, value propositions and sales narratives based on customer insights and competitive intelligence.
Translate market feedback into practical recommendations on offerings, packaging and growth opportunities.
5. Alliances & Ecosystem-Led Growth
Work with the Partnerships team to turn broker, insurer and other strategic relationships into qualified enterprise pipeline and revenue.
Develop joint account plans and sales initiatives that improve access to priority customers and markets.
Lead sales execution for agreed alliance-led opportunities, coordinating partner introductions, joint pitches and negotiations.
Establish clear opportunity ownership and handovers with Partnerships, aligning direct and partner-led activity to avoid channel conflict.
Evaluate alliance-led sales activity through pipeline quality, conversion and revenue contribution.
6. Revenue Operations & Commercial Discipline
Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen the foundations for scale: CRM standards, pipeline stages, qualification criteria, forecasting, account planning and performance reporting.
Own adoption of these standards within Sales, maintaining accurate opportunity data, realistic forecasts and clear next steps.
Use pipeline coverage, conversion, sales cycle and productivity data to identify bottlenecks and improve performance; build repeatable playbooks across priority segments.
Help shape pricing, packaging and deal structures with Finance and relevant teams, balancing customer value, competitiveness, delivery requirements and sustainable margins.
Lead deal negotiations within agreed approval frameworks and ensure effective handovers to Client Success and Operations, with clear customer commitments and ownership of follow-on opportunities.
Requirements
Proven Enterprise Sales Leader
You have a track record of delivering B2B new business growth and leading sales teams against clear revenue targets. You have personally originated and closed complex enterprise deals and can explain your contribution to those wins.
Hands-On Player-Coach
You enjoy leading a team while continuing to own and close your own opportunities. You can balance personal selling with coaching, delegate effectively and step into team deals without creating confusion over ownership.
Experienced RFP Leader
You have led and won competitive enterprise RFPs or tenders. You bring sound judgment on which bids to pursue, how to differentiate a proposal and how to coordinate teams through demanding timelines and commercial negotiations.
Strong Enterprise Seller & Executive Relationship Builder
You understand long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, from discovery and business case development through procurement, legal review and contracting. You can engage credibly with C-suite leaders, develop executive sponsors and build new relationships through outreach, networks and partner introductions.
Disciplined Sales Operator
You understand pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, territory planning, sales methodologies and performance management. You use data to improve decisions and execution, supported by sound judgment and a close understanding of your customers.
Commercially Strategic & Collaborative
You bring strong judgment on market priorities, pricing, positioning and deal economics. You work effectively with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships and delivery teams, aligning different perspectives around clear commercial outcomes.
Experienced Across Asian Markets
You have meaningful experience in Asian enterprise markets and understand differences in buying behaviour, procurement practices and market maturity. Experience across Singapore and other major Asian markets is strongly preferred.
Experience in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, professional services or another complex B2B category is advantageous. Direct mental healthcare experience is not required.
Builder Mindset & Mission Alignment
You are comfortable in a growing business where processes continue to evolve. You bring structure, take ownership and adapt as you learn. You are motivated by expanding access to quality mental healthcare while building a commercially sustainable business.
What Success Looks Like
Delivery against regional and individual new business revenue targets.
A healthy enterprise pipeline, stronger conversion and reliable forecasting.

The Product Innovation & Research Analyst is responsible for deep-diving into the iGaming product ecosystem — evaluating competitor features, identifying innovation opportunities, and translating market insights into structured product intelligence that drives Digitain's roadmap and competitive positioning.
This role sits at the crossroads of product thinking and competitive intelligence. You will work closely with Digitain's cross-functional product teams — Platform, Sportsbook, Live Casino, Relum, and Paydrom — to evaluate what competitors are building, what operators need, and where the greatest opportunities for differentiation lie.
Responsibilities
Conduct deep-dive product research across the iGaming ecosystem: platforms, aggregators, sportsbooks, live casino providers, virtual sports, and payment solutions
Analyze product innovations, features, and technologies identified through both independent research and insights from the Market Intelligence Expert
Identify product features and capabilities with proven or potential business impact: revenue uplift, player engagement, retention, or market differentiation
Initiate proposals for new product sets or market-specific solutions when research identifies them as critical to competitive success or regional growth
Evaluate potential impact, scalability, and strategic value of identified features — including quantitative assessments of revenue growth, user engagement, technical complexity, and time-to-market
Conduct market- and region-specific product gap analyses, including local player preferences, regulatory requirements, and localization complexity assessments
Assess Digitain's platform readiness for localization in specific countries; prepare initial resource estimations to support full market entry
Identify and document operator pain points via social media, conference content, podcasts, and industry news; translate findings into structured insights for the Sales team
Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to validate research, gather expert input, and present detailed analyses
Track adoption and performance of competitor product features post-launch to validate impact assumptions and refine future recommendations
Prepare comprehensive documentation of research outcomes to support BRD, PRD, and strategic planning processes
Stay current on emerging product and technology trends (AI personalization, gamification, new betting formats, alternative payments) and proactively surface high-potential opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product research, product management, business analysis, or competitive intelligence — ideally within iGaming (platforms, sportsbook, live casino, payments); experience in fintech, SaaS, or gaming related industries also considered
Demonstrated experience conducting deep-dive product research and translating findings into structured, actionable recommendations
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess product features for scalability, technical complexity, and time-to-market

Ability to prepare clear documentation to support BRD/PRD and strategic planning processes

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
We're building AI-native development practices into how this team works at a foundational level. That means infrastructure design needs to account for a new kind of collaborator: AI agents that generate, deploy, and operate software. The Staff Infrastructure Engineer on this team will keep systems running, define what safe, observable, AI-assisted infrastructure operations look like in practice, and set the standard for how the broader engineering organization follows.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The Billing Platform Engineering team owns the systems that make Docker's commercial model real. You'll work on problems like:
- How do we design infrastructure that makes AI-generated deployments safe to ship and easy to roll back?
- How do we instrument billing systems so that failures — billing miscalculations, entitlement gaps, payment errors — are detected immediately and unambiguously?
- How do we build infrastructure that scales with usage-based billing workloads without manual intervention?
- How do we make the developer experience on this team faster and more reliable — local environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and evolve the infrastructure supporting Billing Platform services: compute, storage, networking, CI/CD, and observability
- Design and maintain IaC (Terraform) for billing system infrastructure on AWS; set module patterns and standards for the team
- Build and own observability systems — metrics, logging, alerting — with a focus on billing accuracy and payment reliability
- Define deployment patterns and runbooks that work well in an AI-agent-assisted development workflow: clear rollback procedures, safe promotion gates, automated validation
- Partner with software engineers on service design — bringing infrastructure constraints and operational requirements into the conversation before code is written
- Identify systemic risks and drive improvements that span team or organizational boundaries
- Lead incident response for billing system issues. This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Mentor engineers across the team; your technical judgment should raise the floor for everyone
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles supporting production SaaS systems at scale
- Deep AWS expertise: ECS or EKS, RDS (Postgres preferred), networking, IAM, cost management — you've operated these systems under real load and real incidents
- Expert-level Terraform; you've designed reusable module patterns and set standards others follow
- Experience building and owning observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, or similar) at an organizational level — not just using them
- Strong familiarity with CI/CD systems — Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent — including pipeline design and developer experience ownership
- Kubernetes at an operational and architectural level
- A track record of identifying systemic risks and driving improvements that span team or organizational boundaries
- Security-first mindset: threat modeling, blast radius analysis, least-privilege by default, audit trails as a design requirement
- Strong written English; at Staff level, written communication is how you scale your influence across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
WHAT SETS YOU APART
You don't wait for problems to be handed to you — you find them, frame them, and drive the solution. You've operated at a scope where your decisions affected multiple teams or systems, and you know how to build consensus and move work forward without direct authority. You've thought seriously about what infrastructure needs to look like when AI agents are generating and shipping code — safe deployment patterns, strong observability, clean rollback — and you want to help define that standard here. Experience with billing, payments, or financial systems infrastructure is a meaningful plus.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
You will ship code in your first week. We run an agent-first development workflow — infrastructure changes start with a plan, specifications are written before generation, and every change is reviewed before it merges — and onboarding is no exception. You will get hands-on with the infrastructure supporting Billing Platform services early, shadow on-call, and build a clear picture of the system before you start making bigger changes. By the end of 30 days you will have shipped real work and know where the most important problems are.
FIRST 90 DAYS
You will have taken ownership of one or more infrastructure components and delivered an improvement from design to production with measurable impact. You will be an active participant in deployment and reliability discussions, bringing infrastructure constraints and operational requirements into the conversation early — before code is written. You will be a full participant in the on-call rotation and have begun shaping the team's technical direction.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
You will be the team's trusted authority on billing infrastructure. You will have driven meaningful improvements to observability, deployment safety, or platform reliability — and your work will be directly visible in the resilience and correctness of systems that handle real financial transactions for millions of Docker users. You will have helped define what AI-agent-assisted infrastructure operations look like done right, and that standard will be visible beyond this team.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangSmith team owns and builds LangChain's core platform for observability, evaluation, and production reliability of AI systems. From tracing and annotation to run rules, evaluations, and beyond, this team owns LangSmith end-to-end. If you want to define what great AI observability looks like at production scale, this is where that work gets done.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Product Manager to own key parts of LangSmith. Building AI products is changing the way software teams work; LangSmith is the observability, evals and deployment platform that makes shipping reliable AI systems possible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role sits at the intersection of user experience and production infrastructure. You'll partner with engineers to build features that feel intuitive while solving deeply technical problems: versioning complex prompt chains, debugging multi-step agent failures, or designing evaluation systems that scale from 10 to 10,000 test cases.
You'll work directly with customers — from early-stage startups shipping their first agent to enterprises running mission-critical AI systems — to understand where the platform breaks down and what capabilities unlock new workflows.
- Own the roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith platform.
- Work with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features.
- Work with engineering to define scope, make technical tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features quickly.
- Help shape product strategy alongside our founders and leadership team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of product management or engineering experience, ideally building developer tools, infrastructure products, or technical SaaS platforms.
- Deeply technical — you can hold your own in conversations about API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues.
- Bias toward action — you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than build the perfect solution upfront.
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
NICE TO HAVE
- Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications.
- Annual salary range: $180,000-$240,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Job Summary
If you like owning problems end to end, making security a default property of everything we build, and working closely with engineering, we want to meet you. Bugcrowd is looking for security engineers who move beyond standard tooling and drive measurable security outcomes our customers can rely on. You will help us shape a culture where security helps others succeed, not just points out problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner Closely with Engineering
: Refine architecture, validate new features, and drive security investment while prioritizing engineering velocity
Build Security Paved Roads
: Contribute to the secure defaults, libraries, and "paved roads" that systematically eradicate entire classes of vulnerabilities rather than fixing bugs one by one
Create Feedback Loops
: Tune security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and secret scanning to reduce noise and focus on what matters
Be our Best Customer
: Ensure our bug bounty program can be a model for other customers. Experiment with new ways to leverage the creativity of the crowd. Provide feedback on new platform features to engineering and product
Own Projects End to End
: Lead cross-functional product security projects from scoping through delivery, influencing product and engineering roadmaps and clearly communicating risk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Amplify our Impact
: Use code and automation as a lever to scale coverage and eliminate repetitive work. Build systems based on incentives and accountability rather than just bureaucratic process
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3+ years of experience in product security, application security, or secure software development
Can review code, automate tasks, and build security tooling in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby, Java)
Hands-on experience with core application security practices — threat modeling, secure code review, and automated testing (SAST, DAST, SCA) — and a solid grasp of common vulnerability classes (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional partners across engineering, DevOps, and product.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus Points (Preferred but not required)
Previous experience with Bug Bounty or vulnerability disclosure programs
A background in building "paved roads" or secure-by-default internal libraries to eliminate entire classes of vulnerabilities
Hands-on experience securing cloud-native platforms and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker)
Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth security or SaaS company
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time
Culture
At Bugcrowd, we understand that diversity in the workplace is vital to a company’s success and growth. We strive to make sure that people are included and have a sense of being part of making Bugcrowd not only a great product but a great place to work.
We regularly hear from both customers and researchers that Bugcrowd feels like a family, and we strive to maintain that internally as well.
Our team consists of a broad range of people: musicians, adventure sports junkies, nature lovers, parents, cereal enthusiasts, night owls, cyclists, artists—you get the point.
At Bugcrowd, we are solving security threats and vulnerabilities that are relevant to everyone, therefore we believe solving these problems takes all kinds of backgrounds. We value the perspectives and experiences people from underrepresented backgrounds bring.
