We’re looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week from our London HQ. In this role, you’ll help us lead the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across diverse briefs—from fast-turnaround sprints to global, multi-channel campaigns—while driving studio operations and process improvements. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Creative Studio team. Reporting into the PMO Lead, you'll work alongside Creative, Campaign, Design, and Creative Operations functions to power our in-house marketing and creative output.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Campaign & Project Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of creative briefs—ranging from high-volume growth marketing and CRM sprints to complex, multi-market campaigns including AV and TVC.
Develop accurate project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing budgets and resources to ensure seamless delivery across creative and marketing teams.
Stakeholder Leadership & Traffic Management
Act as the primary contact for projects, building strong relationships across internal teams and partner agencies while keeping everyone aligned on goals and milestones.
Manage traffic and intake: evaluate briefs, flag out-of-scope requests, manage sprint scheduling, and allocate resources based on team capacity.
Operations & Process Improvement
Own key PMO operations by refining Asana templates, documentation, and intake workflows to make studio operations more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
Support studio-wide operational initiatives, including resourcing models, tooling, reporting, and adopting AI-enabled creative production workflows in partnership with our Creative AI Technologist.
Risk Mitigation & Team Mentorship
Identify project risks early and implement effective solution strategies to keep work moving smoothly without compromising quality.
Motivate and guide creative project teams, sharing best practices across the PMO and supporting less experienced project managers and freelancers.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Significant experience managing end-to-end creative projects and integrated campaigns within an in-house studio or creative marketing agency.
Proven ability in resource management, capacity planning, and traffic management for high-volume, fast-turnaround performance and growth marketing assets (paid social, CRM, in-app).
Deep understanding of creative operations, including intake flows, studio tooling (e.g., Asana), project documentation, and process optimization across local and global markets.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, motivate, and align cross-functional teams and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, mitigate risks proactively, and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience integrating AI tools and adoption strategies into creative production and studio workflows.
Experience managing and onboarding external agencies or freelance resources.

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
Location
This role can be based in Argentina or Brazil
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🚀 YOUR MISSION
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for full sales cycles from prospection to onboarding.
Most of your meetings will be with Founders, or Heads of HR or Finance.
You’ll understand their pain with incumbent insurers and connect that to how a 100% digital solution can help close critical gaps in the health system.
You’ll build relationships through outbound, hosting community events, attending conferences, writing content online & any other channel that increases your empathy and understanding of the market’s challenges.
You’ll share what you hear from prospects & customers so we adapt our product to best serve their needs.
You’ll work with marketing to build relevant campaigns, events, sponsorships and other initiatives.
You won’t wait for leads - you’ll go create them through action.
If you want to be handed a script & playbook on day one, Alan may not be the right fit for you. If you want to build with us, while we tackle these important challenges, you’re at the right place.
⭐️ WHO YOU ARE ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- 2 to 8 years as an AE in B2B tech sales
- Full fluency in English required; French is a strong plus
- Experience at all stages in the deal cycle (ex. prospection through contracting)
Nice to have:
- You’ve moved from SDR or BDR to AE faster than your peers
- You’ve overachieved your quotas
- Experience working at a high-growth company
- Experience selling to HR or Finance leaders
- Experience in either health or insurance
- Experience winning deals in French
- Comfortable with Feedback and a Coaching Culture
YOUR PROFILE
- Builder: opening new markets or verticals excites you. Writing the playbook is more exciting to you than reading one.
- Ownership: you don’t sit back and wait, you go out and create value through action
- Communication: love written communication & sweat the details
- Initiative: you are OK to build your own decks, 1-pagers, and content. You don’t need a 100-person marketing team to make things happen.
- Outcomes focused: no-ego doer & scrappy; you want to put your name on something meaningful in healthcare.
- Thrive In-Person: our sales team works from the office 4-5 days a week - we believe proximity fuels collaboration and customer focus.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity
- Competitive salary + equity (grid level C0-D here https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity)
- No commission. It’s unusual, but it keeps us aligned with customers.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase manages millions of Postgres instances and is growing. We have strong teams across observability, release engineering, and incident management — and we're concentrating our reliability efforts into a dedicated SRE practice that ties the discipline together across the platform.
You'll be embedded within Service Operations, and your primary job is to make every engineering team more reliable — not by owning their infrastructure, but by establishing the practices, frameworks, and feedback loops that let them own reliability themselves. You'll work across the org: sometimes setting the standard, sometimes pair-programming a fix, sometimes helping a team define their error budget, sometimes telling them it's exhausted.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong vision for how SRE should work and thrives in async, fast-paced environments where influence matters more than authority.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Partner with service teams to define meaningful SLIs and SLOs grounded in customer experience, and build the error budget policies that turn them into engineering decisions
- Own and evolve the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process — conducting reviews for new services and major changes across observability, alerting, runbooks, capacity, and graceful degradation
- Strengthen the incident-to-improvement pipeline: connecting postmortem findings to operational readiness gaps, identifying repeat failure patterns, and driving systemic fixes
- Act as the reliability expert teams pull in for architecture reviews, failure mode analysis, dependency mapping, and resilience design
- Identify and quantify operational toil across the org, and build or advocate for automation that eliminates it
- Help teams design sustainable on-call practices: alert quality, escalation paths, runbook coverage, and noise reduction
- Track and report on org-wide operational maturity, surfacing systemic gaps and driving remediation
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 7+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, or reliability-focused roles, including experience shaping SRE practices and driving adoption across engineering teams
- Have a software engineering mindset — you write code and build tools, not just configure them
- Have hands-on experience defining and operationalizing SLOs/SLIs at scale, including error budget policies that actually influenced engineering decisions
- Have deep experience with incident response, postmortem facilitation, and turning incident learnings into systemic improvements
- Have worked with large-scale multi-tenant systems (bonus: managed database platforms or Postgres)
- Are proficient with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi preferred, Terraform/CDK also acceptable)
- Communicate clearly and persuasively — this role requires influencing without authority across a distributed org
- Have experience in async or globally distributed teams
- Are energized by making other teams more effective rather than being the one who fixes everything
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Kubernetes-based platform operations
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, or similar observability tooling
- Experience building developer-facing reliability tooling (SLO dashboards, ORR frameworks, toil tracking, DORA metrics)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

About your team
Behind every product that moves money, there's a team making sure it can be trusted. Risk & Fraud Operations protects Eneba's platforms and players, drawing a clean line between genuine customers and bad actors without getting in the way of the good ones. We don't see risk as a cost center. We treat it as a discipline.
With an e-money (EMI) license on the horizon, we're preparing to operate as a regulated institution. As our first dedicated AML specialist, you won't inherit a rulebook. You'll write it.
About your role
You’ll join Eneba’s Risk and Fraud team, an operations team where everyone owns their goals and drives them forward. We run multiple products with more in the pipeline, and we’re working towards an e-money (EMI) license that will see us operate as a regulated institution.
This is a new role: you own AML risk across our products. When a new product, payment method or commercial request appears, you assess the money laundering exposure, define the controls, and monitor them once live. You report to our Head of Risk & Fraud Operations and have the freedom to build the framework rather than follow a fixed one. You’ll help lay the groundwork for Eneba to operate as a regulated institution. It’s a dynamic environment where new ideas get tested quickly, so there’s always something new to build.
Responsibilities
- Own product AML risk: Assess our products for money laundering risk and identify where controls are missing or need strengthening
- Run intake and sign-off: Define the controls, processes and frameworks needed for existing products and for new ones as they launch
- Run investigations: Lead AML investigations and prepare SAR-ready cases, working with Compliance on regulatory reporting.
- Screen and review: Carry out sanctions screening, customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
- Data Analysis: Analyse large volumes of data to find patterns and root causes, and turn the findings into clear recommendations
- Prepare for regulation: Help prepare our risk and fraud operation for regulatory requirements, including the EMI licence
- Raise the standard. Train colleagues and support on AML topics. Turn root-cause findings into clear recommendations.
- Strategy to execution: Set the AML roadmap and stay hands-on in the operational work behind it.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in AML or financial crime, ideally in a fintech or a bank
- Hands-on experience with sanctions screening, CDD and EDD
- Experience with regulatory reporting and investigations, and working with regulators or authorities
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of data analysis and root cause analysis
- Proven ability to solve complex, specific problems
- A high bar for quality, a strong sense of ownership and the drive to work independently
- Comfortable creating frameworks and processes rather than only following existing ones
- Based in a European or compatible time zone
- Nice to have: a recognized AML certification (such as ICA or ACAMS), SQL knowledge, and experience in a fast-moving, results-driven fintech
Compensation
€30,000 - €40,000 a year
Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- Please attach CV's in English.
