THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
Our Salesforce team is at the center of how Docebo sells, renews, and serves customers. We're investing in how it operates, and this is a net-new role we're adding to lead that change. We have strong senior technical talent on the team — what we're adding is a product owner who can set direction, manage stakeholders, and give that talent well-scoped work to build.
You'll own the backlog and the priorities. You'll define the intake and process the team runs on. And you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior architects and admins as an advisor and partner — not to out-engineer them, but to make sure the team is solving the right problems in the right order, with the business bought in.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 🛠️
- The product backlog and priorities. Turn business needs into clear problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize with stakeholders so the team always knows what's next and why.
- Stakeholder management. Be the connective tissue between the Salesforce team and the business — Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance. Manage expectations, negotiate trade-offs, and bring the team into solution design early instead of receiving pre-baked requests.
- Process and ways of working. Define and stand up how the team intakes, prioritizes, and delivers work. Set the standard for a good request and make it stick, so work enters the team ready to build.
- Partnership with senior technical leads. Work with the team's architects and admins as an advisor and thought partner. You bring the product and process lens; they own the technical design. Together you keep the org healthy and the roadmap realistic.
- AI-driven innovation. Champion how the team uses AI to work smarter — from AI-assisted ticket triage and intake scoring to identifying where automation and AI can improve how Docebo runs on Salesforce.
- A seat at the table. Represent the Salesforce team when the business evaluates new tools, so decisions that affect the platform are made deliberately, not discovered later.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS ⚡
- Platform Depth: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Senior Admin, or Business Analyst with the hands-on expertise needed to speak fluent platform and earn instant respect with technical leads.
- Product Ownership Mastery: Strong track record of running backlogs, scoping airtight requirements, prioritizing high-value features, and confidently saying "no" with strategic reasoning.
- Stakeholder Diplomacy: Exceptional ability to align competing business priorities across departments, negotiate trade-offs with senior leadership, and keep everyone bought into the plan.
- Process Architecture: Demonstrated success building lightweight, effective operating frameworks that bring structure and clarity to team workflows without adding bureaucratic bloat.
- Impactful Communication: Talent for translating technical complexities into business-friendly language for executives while keeping developers clear on the mission and priorities.
- AI-Forward Mindset: Natural curiosity and drive to leverage emerging AI solutions to optimize team operations and CRM efficiency.
- Governance Savvy: Deep comfort navigating regulated environments, including SOX controls, structured deployment schedules, and strict UAT standards.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Certified Expertise: Holding active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect track credentials).
- RevOps Synergy: Direct experience acting as the designated product owner partnering with a fast-paced Revenue Operations organization.
- Revenue Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) or leading complex billing system migrations.
- Applied AI Experience: Practical background implementing AI-driven workflows or tools within CRM or delivery environments.

Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.

This role is remote and can be executed in the United States, with a preference for New York or San Francisco.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $280,000 to $340,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
You will lead the financial perspective behind the decisions that shape a high-growth business. As a key partner to the CFO and the Executive Team, you will own near- and long-term strategic planning, turn the drivers of growth, efficiency, and cash into clear recommendations, and help shape the company's financial narrative. You bring the rigor of a strong analyst, the clarity of a storyteller, and the judgment to know when a sharper answer will change the outcome and when it will only slow the team down. Perfect imperfection shows up in how you improve the planning model without overengineering it. Give a $h*t means you take ownership of the FP&A operating layer, including sales compensation, and make it stronger.
You will build trusted partnerships with GTM, Product, and functional leaders, turning data into insight that non-finance teams understand and act on. Give More Than We Take means your analysis makes other teams better. Candor means you surface hard truths early and challenge respected leaders with evidence and care. You will build and develop a high-performing team and modernize how we plan and forecast with AI, with the controls that keep our numbers trustworthy. You bring Warrior Spirit when forecasts miss or conditions change, and you stay Outcome-Obsessed by measuring success through better decisions, stronger planning discipline, and a finance function that scales.
Responsibilities:
Own strategic financial planning both near and long term. Identify the drivers of growth, efficiency, and cash, and turn them into recommendations the Executive Team can act upon.
Serve as a key voice to the Executive Team. Shape the company's financial narrative across reporting, investor relations, and fundraising, and act as a close partner to the CFO.
Partner with GTM, Product, and functional leaders to turn data into insights non-finance leaders understand and act on, and to challenge them with evidence when needed.
Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment cases for major decisions. Apply the right depth to each: go deep when precision changes the answer and move fast when it doesn't.
Build and scale the FP&A team and operating model, including talent development, succession readiness, governance, and controls. Keep what works and redesign what doesn't.
Redesign forecasting, planning, variance, and reporting workflows with AI, with controls that validate outputs and protect confidential data.
Oversee sales compensation administration so incentive plans align with company goals and are executed accurately.
What You Bring To The Team:
15+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership in high-growth SaaS, including building and scaling multi-level teams.
Analytical storyteller: a track record of turning complex financials into a clear narrative for executives, boards, and non-finance stakeholders.
Trusted influencer: you build relationships across the organization, give candid input, and challenge senior leaders with evidence and care.
Talent builder: you develop leaders, not just analysts, and have built engaged, high-performing teams.
Sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, with a bias for finding and implementing improvements.
Strong command of enterprise planning systems, BI/visualization tools, and AI-enabled workflows, applied with verification, confidentiality, and control.
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to build and run the program operating system for Figma's growing Internal AI Tooling portfolio. Reporting into the CIO PMO and embedded within the team driving this work, you'll partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to translate an emerging roadmap into coordinated, secure, and scalable capabilities used across Figma — bringing together Engineering, Security, Legal, Procurement, Data Engineering, Business Systems, IT, Enablement, and business teams.
You'll create clarity across this system by establishing lightweight planning and governance, aligning teams around shared milestones and decisions, and ensuring initiatives move from intake through release and operational handoff with clear ownership and measurable outcomes — shaping not only what gets delivered, but also how Figma evaluates, builds, releases, and operates internal AI capabilities as the portfolio grows.
The ideal candidate can bring structure to an ambiguous, fast-moving environment without introducing unnecessary process, and can lead complex work through influence rather than direct authority.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Translate the Product Manager's roadmap and prioritized outcomes into integrated program plans, milestones, release schedules, decision points, and clear ownership
Manage execution of the Internal AI Tooling roadmap across technical teams and business stakeholders
Operationalize a transparent intake and routing process so requests have a defined problem, expected business outcome, delivery path, risk profile, and accountable owner before work begins
Establish and facilitate lightweight planning and execution cadences, including program reviews, dependency reviews, decision forums, release-readiness reviews, and stakeholder updates
Maintain an integrated view of dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, driving timely resolution or escalation when work is blocked
Coordinate security reviews, legal and procurement milestones, data dependencies, vendor commitments, and business-system integrations so these workstreams are engaged at the appropriate stage of delivery
Ensure releases have appropriate acceptance criteria, operational ownership, support processes, runbooks, escalation paths, and feedback loops before handoff
Partner with Product and stakeholders to define measurable outcomes and provide clear reporting on delivery health, adoption readiness, operational performance, and realized impact
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of technical program management, or technical delivery experience in a cloud, SaaS, enterprise-technology, or internal-tools environment
Demonstrated experience leading complex programs across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, Business Systems, Operations, and business stakeholders
A track record of translating product roadmaps into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, decision points, release schedules, and measurable outcomes while maintaining clear ownership boundaries between Product, Program, and Engineering
Technical fluency with enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, data flows, platform dependencies, identity and access, and software-delivery lifecycles. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to engage credibly in technical planning and tradeoff conversations
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish lightweight governance, present concise decisions and risks, and create accountability without relying on direct authority
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Direct experience delivering internal AI tooling, platform, or product programs in a rapidly evolving technology environment
Experience with responsible AI, model governance, security, privacy, compliance, or AI risk-management frameworks
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, middleware, low-code or no-code automation, identity platforms, data platforms, vendor evaluation, or procurement processes
Experience with change management, enablement, enterprise adoption, Product Operations, or establishing a new program-management practice in an emerging organization
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
2-5 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, GCP, Azure or other partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful AI partnerships in the industry — Anthropic and AWS.
A world-class AI/ML team that can actually execute on what you sell.
Shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Responsibilities: Conduct online product demos and meetings with SMB leads to present Keepgo’s B2B solutions and drive deal closures. Communicate with leads through multiple channels, including emails, whatsapp, and online meetings, until successful closure.

An overview of this role
Data Products integrates GitLab and third-party SDLC data, and builds the dashboards, APIs, and data products that turn it into trusted, interoperable intelligence for customers and internal teams.
This is a 0 to 1 team and we are hiring for a foundational engineering role. That means you bring technical leadership through ambiguity, helping figure out what to build, making the foundational design decisions, and keeping delivery moving while the picture is still forming. You own the full lifecycle of what ships and stand behind it.
What you'll bring
Proven ability to influence as a Staff owning product or platform systems end to end across multiple engineering and product teams.
High agency, i.e finds the owner, clarifies the path, makes the call, and keeps pushing until the work lands.
Force multiplier and raise the people and the codebase around them
Deep full-stack expertise, including strong proficiency in
Go, Ruby
and
Node
.
Depth in at least one of analytics and metrics platforms, graph data systems, CDC and warehouse integration.
Hands-on experience building production AI-powered tool orchestration.
Experience operating multi-tenant systems across SaaS and self-managed deployment.
Direct communicator who builds alignment across teams.
Bias to write things down and make reasoning legible.
What you'll own
Architect how GitLab and third-party data is ingested, modeled, and synced into the knowledge graph as a near-real-time graph of the development ecosystem.
Lead integration with external systems for business context (Jira, observability tools, Zendesk, ServiceNow), indexed into the graph.
Architect the Data Marketplace so customers consume GitLab data through Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery with no engineering dependencies.
Publish GitLab observability as OpenTelemetry and broker the data-sharing APIs.
Define operational readiness for everything the team ships across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed.
Translate an ambiguous 0 to 1 problem space into concrete, iterable roadmaps in partnership with Product, Design, and the graph backend team.
Resolve cross-team dependencies across graph backend, AI Platform, and Infrastructure without escalating everything upward.
Mentor senior and intermediate engineers through design reviews, pairing, and code review.
Create organizational leverage through speed. You identify systemic bottlenecks, simplify processes, and design systems that dramatically improve execution velocity.
About the team
Data Products work across three surfaces:
Dashboard and Reporting Framework
Builds AI-native dashboard components so customers and internal teams can see engineering health and GitLab's impact across DORA, VSA, AI Impact, SDLC trends, security, and quality, and launch their own custom dashboards on the same framework.
Internal Ingestion
Ingests third-party data into the GitLab and power tools like Knowledge Graph, building connectors so that signals from systems like Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and observability tools become one queryable, near-real-time graph of the developer ecosystem.
External Ingestion
External makes GitLab and Knowledge Graph data consumable outside the product, through marketplace listings, data-sharing APIs and SDKs, and co-branded partner products.
We are a new team in a highly ambiguous, high-impact space, and we need engineers who can create clarity while building, make practical tradeoffs, unblock cross-team dependencies, and keep pushing until meaningful customer value lands.

Lead migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, helping customers adopt secure, reliable workflows.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.
