HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🚀 WHY JOIN CARE OPS IN 2026? 🚀
You might look at Alan’s Care team today—managing high volumes seamlessly, supported by strong partners, and automating 50 of conversations—and ask: "It works, so why join now?"
Yet, the most exciting part is still ahead. We are at a turning point as we prepare to support millions of members and push to set the standards in the industry.
Here is why this is the moment to join.
- People: This is the opportunity to join a team with incredibly high talent density, operating with distributed ownership—empowered Crew Leads, strong deputies, and Guillaume Poirier https://www.linkedin.com/in/guillaume-p-34602923/ as Care Ops Lead. It is a proven engine for creating talent and fueling internal mobility.
- Processes: We absorb high volumes without glitches (including Ministry of Finance in France) and collaborate smoothly with Product and Sales. We trust and work hand-in-hand with solid external partners in France and Spain.
- Innovation: We are one of the few companies in the world claiming to automate 40% of member conversations as of the end of 2025 (a true market benchmark).
We're building an organization capable of serving 3 million members with a lean team. To get there, we need people who can build scalable systems (analytical and operational) that make this possible.
What this means for the role you're joining:
- Our operations are getting smarter, and our analytics need to keep up: We don't just need dashboards. We need to understand what drives performance, spot problems early, and help teams decide faster. You'll build this.
- Our planning is getting more complex: More countries, more automation, more partner teams. We need better models to know how many people we need, where, and when.
- Our tools need to scale: What works with manual effort today won't work at 3x the volume. You'll build AI-powered tools and workflows that make operations smoother across the board.
Recognition: We are building something unique, yet we are not yet known externally as the reference for Care operations.
⭐ THE CARE OPS ROLE ⭐
The Care Ops team supports the Care Community globally (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver on our Roadmap and Strategic Plan. Care Ops is accountable for operational excellence and efficiency in Care, enabling the Community to scale without any compromise on user experience.
We are looking for a Care Ops who loves numbers, builds tools, and wants to have a real impact on how we run operations at scale.
You'll join a team of 10 and work across the full spectrum of our operations: understanding what drives our performance, building the tools and models that help us make better decisions, and collaborating daily with Data, Engineering, Product, and Care teams.
One week you'll be deep in a staffing model, the next you'll be building an AI-powered reporting tool, the next you'll be presenting a performance deep dive to Crew Leads.
Some of our missions include:
1/ Performance analytics and operational insights
- Build and improve dashboards and reports that help teams understand what's happening and why. Not just track numbers — explain them.
- Conduct deep dives into operational performance (response times, resolution quality, contact drivers) and deliver concrete recommendations.
- Help define and maintain our key metrics across countries: what do we measure, where does the data live, how do we make it reliable.
- Work closely with our Data team and Care Crew Leads to turn data into decisions.
2/ Planning, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Help build and improve our staffing models: how many people do we need, when, and where? How does automation change the equation?
- Contribute to simplifying our planning tools and processes
- Work with our external partners on capacity planning and delivery tracking.
- Challenge how we do things today.
3/ Tooling and AI
- Build and improve operational tools using AI and no-code solutions (Dust, Claude, automation platforms). You'll probably build half your tools with AI.
- Identify where current processes don't scale and propose solutions — sometimes a simple script, sometimes a product need.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering crews to push efficiency needs into the roadmap.
⭐ JOIN THE CARE TEAM! ⭐️
You will excel as a Care Ops if you:
- Communicate clearly in English and French, written and verbal. You'll work with many teams and clarity matters.
- Think in numbers. You're comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and ideally SQL. You build models, not just read dashboards.
- Have a performance mindset. You want to understand why a metric moves. You look for root causes and push for action.
- Are curious about AI and tooling. You use AI tools in your daily work and see them as building blocks. You're excited to learn and experiment.
- Get your hands dirty. You dig into the details, fix what's broken, and don't wait for someone else to do it.
- Have 2-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar role — ideally in a tech or startup environment.
- Have an organized and structured mindset.
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a startup or tech company environment and is excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company. If this sounds like you, then you might just be the Care Ops we're looking for.
We value diversity and encourage individuals from varied experiences and backgrounds to apply. Join our Care team and contribute to our mission of delivering an exceptional user experience.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
- Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only.
- Flexible Office. Amazing office space at our HQ, sponsored co-working hubs or a full-remote experience with home office equipment sponsorship, we want you to live where you’re the happiest.
- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Delightful healthcare insurance. Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% of the contribution covered by Alan for you and your family, for permanent contracts only.
- Transport. Country-specific commuter benefits.
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible Training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
After reading this job description, if you feel like you don’t have all the necessary prerequisites but that it matches where you are now or what you'd like to grow into in your next position, we encourage you to apply!
Not everybody will enter our recruitment process, but all, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.

About the Company
CertiK leads blockchain security by securing smart contracts and blockchains with cutting-edge Formal Verification technology. Founded by Computer Science professors of Yale University and Columbia University, CertiK has audited and secured over $500B in assets, including many of the world’s top blockchain projects.
About This Role
Singapore is where the institutional future of digital assets is being built.
As Business Development Manager for Singapore, you drive the commercial relationship with the institutions that need it — exchanges and DPT licensees, banks and financial institutions moving into tokenisation, protocols and Web3 native teams, and the funds and infrastructure providers around them. You will run the full cycle: build the pipeline, get in front of decision-makers, understand their security and compliance problem, and close.
You will work alongside a capital markets and policy team and a technical organisation whose auditors, forensics, and on-chain surveillance work sets the benchmark for the industry.
About You
You are a builder of relationships and a closer of deals, and you are comfortable doing both in a market where the buyer is sophisticated and the sale is technical. You can hold a conversation with a CTO about smart contract risk and, an hour later, hold one with a Chief Compliance Officer about transaction monitoring and licensing obligations — and be taken seriously in both. You are self-directed about pipeline: you find the opportunity rather than waiting for it to be routed to you.
Critically, you understand that in this market a regulatory shift is a commercial event, and you know how to move first when one lands.
Responsibilities
Pipeline generation
and prospecting.
Build and own the Singapore pipeline through outbound, inbound qualification, referrals, ecosystem relationships, and event presence — identifying and prioritising the accounts that matter across exchanges, financial institutions, VASPs, protocols, and infrastructure providers.
Full-cycle deal execution.
Run opportunities end to end: discovery, scoping with technical teams, proposal and commercial structuring, negotiation, and close.
Solution positioning.
Develop the depth to position CertiK’s portfolio credibly — audits and formal verification, penetration testing, on-chain surveillance and AML/compliance tooling, and incident response — and to map them to a specific client’s risk, regulatory, and commercial pressures.
Account management
and expansion.
Own relationships post-sale, drive renewals and expansion, and act as the client’s primary commercial point of contact.
Partnerships
and ecosystem.
Develop channel and referral relationships with law firms, consultancies, custodians, infrastructure providers, and industry associations that extend CertiK’s reach into the market.
Market intelligence
and feedback.
Track the competitive and pricing landscape, capture what you learn in the field, and feed it back into pricing, product, and go-to-market decisions.
Cross-functional coordination.
Work with policy, product, engineering, and marketing to build the proposals, materials, and campaigns that win business — and with the regional leadership team on territory strategy and forecasting.
Reporting
and CRM discipline.
Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity records; report against clear quarterly targets.
Ad hoc requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of B2B business development, enterprise sales, or account management experience, with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Prior experience at a Web3 security, blockchain analytics, RegTech, or cybersecurity vendor is a plus.
Solid working knowledge of smart contract security, on-chain analytics, AML/CFT, or virtual asset compliance concepts. Understanding of the digital asset and blockchain landscape, and of the security and compliance problems institutions in this market face.
Established network in the Singapore or wider Southeast Asian digital asset, fintech, or financial services ecosystem.
Excellent written and verbal English, and the ability to present with confidence to senior and technical audiences. Proficiency in another Asian language is a plus.
Strong commercial instincts.
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to run multiple opportunities and deadlines with limited supervision. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Existing right to work in Singapore, or eligibility to obtain one.

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team with a primary focus on KYC and KYB onboarding operations. This is a do-er role - you will be in the queue every day reviewing applications, making risk decisions, and working directly with partners and customers to move onboarding forward without sacrificing compliance quality. You will be expected to own your work end to end, exercise sound judgment on complex cases, and contribute to building and improving the processes that support our onboarding program.
This role sits at the intersection of compliance and operations. You are not here to advise - you are here to execute, and to do it well.
What You Will Do
- Review and disposition transaction monitoring alerts and KYC/KYB onboarding applications end to end - including customer profile review, document verification, beneficial ownership analysis, sanctions and PEP screening, adverse media assessment, and transactional activity analysis
- Conduct enhanced due diligence on High Risk applicants - including source of funds and source of wealth assessment, business model review, and full beneficial ownership chain documentation
- Make well-reasoned SAR recommendations - clearly articulating why activity is or is not suspicious and documenting your analysis in a manner that is complete and defensible to a regulator
- Draft SAR narratives that meet FinCEN quality standards
- Send RFIs to customers or partners where additional information is needed to resolve an alert or application and follow through to receipt and documentation of the response
- Support periodic KYC refresh reviews on existing customers as part of the Company's ongoing due diligence program
- Contribute to onboarding and investigation policy development - if you see a gap, flag it and propose a solution
- Stay current on FinCEN advisories, FATF typologies, and emerging financial crime trends relevant to Rain's product set - including stablecoin, virtual asset, and agentic payment typologies
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance, KYC, AML Investigations or onboarding role at a FinTech, payments company, or crypto company
- Demonstrated experience reviewing KYB applications for business entities including beneficial ownership analysis, entity structure review, and corporate document verification
- Experience with OFAC, PEP, and adverse media screening tools - comfortable making independent screening determinations and documenting your reasoning
- Demonstrated experience conducting end-to-end AML investigations and preparing SAR-quality case documentation
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML program requirements and FinCEN SAR filing rules
- Experience with transaction monitoring platforms
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools and on-chain transaction analysis
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you manage multiple applications simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- A do-er mentality - you are self-directed, take ownership of your queue, and do not wait to be told what to do next
- CAMS certification or progress toward certification is a plus
What Success Looks Like
- Applications are reviewed thoroughly, dispositioned accurately, and documented completely - every time
- Your SLA compliance rate is consistently above 95%
- Escalations are well-supported - when you escalate, the reviewer has everything they need to make a decision without coming back to you for more information
- You are identifying process gaps and bringing solutions, not just flagging problems

You need to be comfortable on camera, skilled in fast-paced video editing, and sharp enough to analyze competitor strategies. Working closely with our marketing and post-production teams, you'll brainstorm, film collaborative content, and deliver high-performing ads designed to drive game installs — if you know exactly what makes a gamer stop scrolling on TikTok or Reels, we want o hear from you.
Main Responsibilities
- Independently record high-quality, authentic UGC-style video ads for our portfolio of games. This includes gameplay commentary, reaction videos, skits, testimonials, and "hook-driven" direct response concepts.

- Coordinate with other team members or influencer peers to plan and execute collaborative recordings (e.g., multiplayer sessions, duets, "versus" challenges, and synchronized reactions).
- Take full ownership of editing your raw footage into a near-final product. This includes pacing cuts, adding trending audio/sound effects, basic text overlays, and subtitles within platforms like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
- Act as the primary liaison between creative ideation and our advanced post-production/localization team.
- Prepare clear, organized project files and briefs for the production team when creatives require high-end Motion Graphics, complex VFX, or localization into multiple languages.
- Review final outputs from the production team to ensure the original creative vision was maintained during the polishing phase.

- A genuine passion for video games (mobile, PC, or console) and a deep understanding of gaming culture, memes, and community language.
- Strong skills in mobile editing apps (CapCut) and/or desktop software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut). You can turn raw footage into an engaging video quickly.
- Ability to look at other ads not just as a viewer, but as a strategist analyzing why they work.
- Excellent ability to articulate creative concepts to the team and provide clear feedback to post-production artists.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Synthesia's long-term vision is to build the best human-interactive models: systems that don't just talk to people, but perceive and respond to them, reacting to a user's actions and emotions, not only their words. Today over 60,000 businesses rely on our platform, and the next leap in what we can offer them depends on models that combine text, audio, and video into a single real-time interactive experience.
As a Staff Research Engineer, you'll join the Voice team within our 40+ person R&D department, but your scope will extend well beyond voice. You'll help define and drive that broader vision across teams, proposing ambitious research directions and taking direct ownership of the design and implementation of its most critical components. You'll work directly with our voice lead and collaborate tightly with our video teams and other senior members of the org.
Concretely, you'll work on voice to voice models that produce text and voice simultaneously. Models that can reason, interrupt the user with back channeling and talk. Models that feel like you are having a natural conversation with, without the feeling of turn taking that is dominant in current speech to speech models. Your role would be to partner in defining a roadmap, implementing it and shipping the outcomes to product.
What you'll do
- Shape our roadmap to create new model capabilities and unlock new functionality for our customer base, on both short and long time horizons.
- Propose novel multi-modal system architectures (especially text and voice).
- Develop and evaluate streaming and conversational systems for low-latency, interactive voice-video synthesis.
- Design solutions that reinforce emotional expressiveness and natural interaction.
- Implement and bring designs to life, from pretraining through post-training.
- Integrate and test novel architectures (neural codecs, diffusion, flow-matching) to enhance realism and responsiveness.
- Define new evaluation metrics for conversational systems, including latency-aware and interaction-based measurements.
- Track the latest research in audio-visual diffusion, autoregressive models, neural codecs, and multimodal LLMs.
- Curate new datasets to complement existing data.
- Lead post-training initiatives like DPO, fine-tuning, and distillation to bring models to shipping quality.
- Ship models to production with optimised runtime to serve customers, and address their feedback thereafter.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
- The ability to bring novel ideas and designs that advance the field of interactive multimodal systems.
- Strong understanding of generative modelling, ideally applied to sequential or multimodal data.
- Hands-on experience with large language models or similar transformer-based architectures.
- High proficiency in PyTorch, including distributed training and model optimization.
- A solid grasp of time-series modeling and tokenization, preferably in the context of audio, speech, or video.
- A demonstrated ability to prototype quickly, test hypotheses, and iterate efficiently.
- Proven experience training deep learning models end-to-end, from data preparation through evaluation.
- Strong general software engineering skills, enabling contributions to a large, shared research infrastructure.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Having shipped a generative model into a live product used at meaningful scale, not just published or prototyped it.
- Working on conversational or interactive systems where latency, responsiveness, and user experience were first-class constraints, not afterthoughts.
- Working on LLMs with large scale trainings leadings to models with decent reasoning capabilities
- Owning a research problem end to end: from architecture proposal through pretraining, post-training, and production deployment.
- Collaborating across modalities or teams (e.g. audio and video, or research and product) to ship a unified system.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience with real-time or streaming architectures.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art architectures in audio and speech generation, such as diffusion models, neural codecs, flow-matching models, or autoregressive decoders.
- Excellence in one or more of the following modalities: voice, text, video.
- Evidence of original research contributions, such as publications or open-source work at top-tier venues (e.g. NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, Interspeech).
