You'll own a broad book of business across a wide range of opportunity sizes, guiding small, fast-growing teams as well as more complex projects as they modernize their software delivery with GitLab. In your first year, you'll focus on building trusted relationships and delivering meaningful business outcomes for customers.
What you'll do
Own a broad book of Enterprise business, from new prospects to growing existing accounts.
Manage the full sales cycle for Enterprise prospects, from discovery and solution alignment through negotiation and close.
Articulate the value of GitLab's DevSecOps platform and its artificial intelligence capabilities to Mid-Market prospects and customers, tailoring messaging to their business and technical needs.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting, qualification, and advancement of opportunities, using a structured sales process to support your pipeline and revenue goals.
Document buying criteria, decision processes, next steps, and key stakeholders to run disciplined, well-orchestrated sales cycles.
Collaborate with sales development, customer success, renewals, marketing, technical teams, and partners to deliver a cohesive pre- and post-sales experience, co-sell and close opportunities, and expand GitLab’s footprint while delivering added value for customers.
Support customer adoption of GitLab solutions, proactively work to reduce churn and contraction, and participate in quarterly forecasting and territory planning; travel to meet customers and attend events as needed.
What you'll bring
Experience selling software as a service (SaaS) solutions.
Ability to manage a broad mid-market territory as the primary point of contact, owning a book of business from prospecting through close, adoption, and expansion.
Skill in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, including effective discovery, negotiation, and closing to support long-term customer outcomes.
Experience conducting consistent outbound prospecting, creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline, and maintaining accurate territory and forecast documentation.
Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (sales development, customer success, renewals, marketing, partners, and technical teams) to coordinate account strategies.
Ability to connect customer business challenges to GitLab's DevSecOps platform and communicate its value to different audiences, documenting customer insights and lessons learned; relevant, transferable sales experience from a variety of backgrounds is welcome.
Fluent French language skills (required).
Experience selling to development or DevSecOps teams is helpful, but not required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Investment Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, including FX, indices, equities, commodities, macroeconomic data, market sentiment and derivative products such as CFDs.
• Excellent writing ability, with experience producing clear and publishable financial markets content for external audiences.
• Good judgement in distinguishing general market commentary and education from advice, recommendations, trading signals or personalised guidance.
• Comfortable supporting media-facing activity, including preparation for seminars, webinars, podcasts, video content or written Q&A.
• Fluent in English.
Advantageous:
• SAIFM / RPE modules, particularly Introduction to Financial Markets, Regulation and Ethics, or Derivatives.
• RE5 regulatory exam.
• Additional South African language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
Local market knowledge:
• Understanding of the South African financial-services landscape, retail investor behaviour and local media environment.
• Awareness of FSCA expectations for financial promotions, fair client communication and conduct risk in financial-services marketing/content.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in.
What You'll Be Doing
Set the strategy and roadmap
for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability.
Build one platform for three brands.
Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market.
Shape our model portfolio
across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month.
Make agents production-ready.
Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale.
Own the evaluation strategy
so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after.
Stay close to your customers.
Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap.
Lead at a senior level,
presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years.
A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use.
The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader.
A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones.
Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls.
What Success Looks Like
A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone.
Why Join Us?
Real scale from day one.
Your platform powers AI used by millions of consumers, merchants and couriers across three brands.
Frontier work, real constraints.
You'll work with the latest models and agent patterns, then make them reliable, affordable and compliant in production.
Visible impact.
Platform decisions here get reviewed by senior leadership and adopted across the company.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.
🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support.
🌎 A culture built for builders High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.
💰 Share in the success you help create Competitive salary and equity options, so you’re rewarded for the impact you make.

- You use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and other GenAI tools in your work.
- You play and love video games.
- Experience with Cocos, Unity, Niagara, or programming languages would be a plus.

Are you comfortable navigating complex software systems, working with coding agents, and defining what makes developer tools actually useful? Do you want to shape how developers and AI work together inside IDEs?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Agentic development is changing how software gets built. Developers no longer just chat with AI – they delegate tasks, run parallel agent sessions, and steer autonomous changes. As agents take on more work, reviewing and owning the output is becoming the hardest part of the process.
JetBrains Air is our open system for agentic development. It brings tools like Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Agent, Gemini, and Junie directly into JetBrains IDEs, providing an agentic-first user experience.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key areas of Air. You’ll take ownership of high-impact workflows, work closely with cross-functional teams (including software engineers, designers, ML researchers, analysts, DevRel, and product marketing), and turn technical complexity into clear product direction.
Day to day, you will:
Take end-to-end ownership of key parts of Air in JetBrains IDEs, driving work from problem framing and discovery to delivery, adoption, and iteration.
Define and refine core agentic workflows, including task delegation, session monitoring, steering, and code review.
Model complex user flows, system states, permissions, and integration schemes to guide engineering and design decisions.
Maintain a transparent roadmap that balances quick improvements with long-term strategic investments.
Define telemetry, design experiments, analyze product data, and make evidence-based roadmap decisions.
Study how developers interact with leading AI agents and tools to inform product priorities.
Engage with the Agent Client Protocol (ACP) ecosystem and collaborate with partners building on it.
Partner with enterprise sales and support teams to address governance, privacy, and control requirements.
What you’ll bring
A systems-thinking mindset that easily breaks down complex architectures, workflows, and dependencies.
A data-driven approach to product decisions, including hands-on experience querying and analyzing telemetry.
Active personal experience using coding agents and clear perspectives on where current AI tools succeed and fail.
Strong product intuition for complex technical user experiences and developer workflows.
Clear, concise, and collaborative communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and build alignment across diverse groups of stakeholders.
Comfort navigating fast-changing technical landscapes with high ambiguity.
What you’ll need
Proven experience shipping end-user products as a product manager or in a similar role.
Strong technical grounding in software development workflows, including IDEs, git, code review, CI/CD, and package management.
A hands-on technical background sufficient to collaborate closely with software and ML engineers.
An understanding of core AI and agent concepts, including tool use, protocols (MCP/ACP), context retrieval, evaluations, and latency/cost trade-offs.
The ability to write SQL or Python to analyze product metrics and experiment results independently.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
What success looks like
In your first 6 to 12 months, success in this role means:
Driving measurable growth in active Air users and improving weekly/monthly retention (D7/D30).
Increasing agent session completion rates and the proportion of agent-generated changes accepted by developers.
Establishing clear, telemetry-backed decisions across your product roadmap areas.
Delivering validated product hypotheses consistently each quarter.
Contributing directly to JetBrains AI revenue growth and overall IDE value.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary – We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule – Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off – More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities – Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Free meals and snacks – Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness – On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
Internal events – Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. That’s why we do our best to create an open and inclusive workplace – one that welcomes everyone regardless of their background, identity, religion, age, accessibility needs, or orientation.
If this sounds like a challenge you'd enjoy, send us your resume and a short note on why you're interested in Air.

The R&D team at Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and building products that establish trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.
Chainalysis data has helped solve some of the world’s highest-profile criminal and national-security cases and made it safer for people everywhere to access crypto. The Global Intelligence Team produces the attribution at the heart of that data — connecting on-chain activity to the real-world entities behind it, across the global crypto ecosystem. It’s the intelligence data moat beneath every Chainalysis product, and what investigators, sanctions authorities, and national-security agencies rely on to follow the money and disrupt threats.
Few domains demand more sustained depth than Russia and the broader Eurasian sanctions-evasion ecosystem. Since 2022, sweeping sanctions on Russian financial institutions, oligarchs, and the defense-industrial base have pushed a growing share of Russian value flows into cryptocurrency — from no-KYC exchanges and OTC desks operating across the former Soviet bloc, to sanctions-evasion networks exploiting stablecoins and cross-border payment channels, crypto-denominated procurement of restricted goods, and the financial infrastructure supporting Russian cyber and ransomware operations. Understanding how Russian actors adapt to sanctions pressure on-chain is one of the most consequential problems in crypto intelligence today.
As our Russia & Eurasia-focused intelligence analyst — the team’s subject-matter expert on Russian and Eurasian crypto threats — you’ll own that problem end to end. This is a depth role: while our analysts cover the breadth of the crypto-services ecosystem, you’ll go deep on a single, high-stakes domain — becoming the person, inside Chainalysis and increasingly across the industry, who understands how Russian and Eurasian actors use crypto to evade sanctions and can prove it on-chain. You’ll own the attribution for Russia’s crypto footprint, map how these networks operate and adapt under pressure, turn that into finished intelligence customers act on, and be the expert voice representing Chainalysis on Russian crypto threats.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll join a fast-moving, globally distributed team — analysts, threat-domain SMEs, data scientists, and engineers — collaborating across time zones, async and in real time. We move fast, hold each other to a high bar, and back each other up across regions. As the Russia & Eurasia SME, you’ll be the single point of depth for the domain and a force multiplier for everyone working adjacent to it.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own Russia & Eurasia attribution end to end — the threat-actor entities, their definitions, and the accounts, addresses, and infrastructure they operate: Russian and CIS no-KYC exchanges, OTC networks, and instant swap services, sanctions-evasion infrastructure (stablecoin corridors, cross-border payment channels, nested services), Russian-linked ransomware and cybercrime ecosystem financial flows, procurement networks for restricted and dual-use goods, and the broader financial infrastructure enabling Russian value movement outside the traditional financial system.
- Lead the attribution response to Russia-related sanctions events — when OFAC or allied authorities designate Russian entities, actors, or infrastructure, drive the rapid, high-visibility on-chain attribution that turns those designations into coverage in our data, often against the clock.
- Map the networks on-chain — trace how Russian and Eurasian actors raise, move, launder, and cash out value through regional exchanges, no-KYC swaps, OTC desks, stablecoin corridors, mixers, and off-ramps across the former Soviet bloc and beyond, and keep that picture current as they adapt to pressure.
- Produce finished intelligence — advisory notes, customer and partner briefings, and contributions to flagship publications (the Crypto Crime Report and beyond) that make the Russia & Eurasia crypto threat legible and actionable.
- Be the named external expert — represent Chainalysis on Russia & Eurasia crypto threats at conferences, on panels, with the press, and in briefings to public- and private-sector partners.
- Help set the Russia & Eurasia collection agenda — surface what data we need on Russian and Eurasian networks and feed those requirements into our collection process and priority intelligence requirements; you direct collection for the domain, but it runs through the team’s apparatus and prioritization, not you alone.
- Translate typologies into detection — turn what you learn about Russian methods and sanctions-evasion typologies into guidance that our products and our customers can operationalize.
- Build with AI — design and tune the automation that scales your analysis and the team’s, and handle the hard cases automation can’t.
- Level up the team — raise the bar on Russia & Eurasia and sanctions-evasion tradecraft broadly, and partner closely with analysts, other SMEs, data science, and engineering.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Deep, demonstrable Russia & Eurasia expertise — real command of the Russian sanctions landscape, Russian financial infrastructure and how it has adapted to sanctions pressure, the CIS/former Soviet bloc crypto ecosystem, and/or Russian illicit-finance and procurement networks. This is the core of the role, and we’ll expect you to show it.
- On-chain tracing ability against Russian targets — direct experience following Russian crypto activity on-chain (Russian exchanges, sanctions evasion, ransomware financial flows), or deep Russia threat-finance expertise paired with proven blockchain-tracing skill you can bring to bear here from day one.
- A national-security or threat-finance background — intelligence, sanctions, counter-threat-finance, or investigations, from the IC, Treasury/OFAC, law enforcement, the military, a think tank or research institution, or private-sector CTF/sanctions work.
- Regional fluency — a strong grasp of Russian and Eurasian geopolitics, the sanctions landscape, and regional financial flows. Russian language ability is a significant plus.
- Elite potential and a proven track record — exceptional aptitude, judgment, and work ethic; you’ve led hard problems end to end and you raise everyone around you.
- Excellent writing and communication — this is an outward-facing expert role; your intelligence has to land with analysts, customers, and senior audiences alike.
- AI-forward instincts — you build automation to scale your work and others’, not just use it.
- Comfort working with data; blockchain forensics experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant analytic, intelligence, or threat-finance experience for a Senior hire; 8+ years and recognized domain authority for a Staff hire.
You might also have:
- Russian language ability.
- Direct experience with OFAC, EU, or OFSI sanctions, sanctions-evasion investigations, or the designation process.
- A record of published research or public speaking on Russia, sanctions evasion, or crypto threat finance.
- Familiarity with Russian and CIS exchange infrastructure, stablecoin-based sanctions evasion, ransomware financial flows, or dual-use procurement networks.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. ✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be currently based within the EMEA region.
Ever built an automation that saved hours of manual work, only to discover the real problem was the process itself?
That's exactly the kind of challenge you'll tackle at Oyster.
We help companies employ people across dozens of countries. Behind every successful payroll cycle are hundreds of details that need to be right: benefits, expenses, time off, timesheets, salary changes, and country-specific requirements.
The challenge? Not all that information arrives neatly packaged. Some comes through payroll platforms and service systems. Other details are buried in emails, contracts, receipts, attachments, or requests that need a human to make sense of them.
Your job is to turn that complexity into reliable, automated workflows.
You'll identify what's slowing teams down, question whether certain steps are needed at all, and build solutions that turn messy information into accurate, validated, payroll-ready data.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of defined automation projects, from understanding the problem and building a solution to launching it, monitoring performance, and making improvements.
You'll work with tools like n8n, Alteryx, SQL, APIs, and AI, but you won't be expected to use AI for everything. Sometimes the smartest solution is a simple rule, a better process, or preventing an issue before it happens.
And because your work directly affects people's pay, getting things right matters just as much as making them faster.
The goal? Less repetitive work, fewer avoidable issues, and smoother, more predictable payroll cycles across countries.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
- Understand what really happens behind the scenes. Map payroll processes from start to finish, including how information moves between systems, where validation and calculations happen, what needs reconciling or reporting, and how deadlines, country-specific rules, and exceptions affect the process.
- Find the work worth automating. Identify repetitive tasks, manual checks, and recurring problems. Use data to assess their impact on customers and Team Members, how often they happen, the risks involved, implementation effort, and whether a solution can work across countries.
- Fix the process, not just the task. Question unnecessary steps and look for ways to prevent missing information, avoidable requests, and errors before they reach payroll.
- Turn expert knowledge into reliable rules. Work with payroll and operations specialists to translate complex policies and requirements into clear, documented, version-controlled logic, including effective dates and required data.
- Put AI to practical use. Use large language models (LLMs) to understand requests, extract information from documents and emails, and direct cases to the right place. Build validation checks so AI-generated outputs are verified before they affect payroll.
- Build automations that actually run. Create, connect, and maintain workflows using n8n, Alteryx, and LLM-based tools, integrating service platforms, payroll systems, databases, APIs, and internal tools.
- Know when not to automate with AI. Choose between rule-based logic, workflow automation, AI, and human review depending on the task. Keep predictable legal and policy requirements in transparent, auditable rules, and document your decisions.
- Build reliability into every workflow. Include audit trails, error handling, alerts, exception queues, and appropriate approval controls. Make sure records are never silently changed, dropped, or excluded.
- Test before it matters. Build prototypes quickly, then test them against real payroll scenarios, unusual cases, and exceptions. Use shadow testing and parallel runs before introducing changes that affect live payroll.
- Make payroll operations more proactive. Automate timely information sharing, payroll-input checks, the identification of exceptions that affect pay, and reconciliation between payroll and invoices.
- Own what happens after launch. Track performance, measure whether automations deliver the expected improvements, troubleshoot issues, and improve or retire solutions that aren't working.
- Work with the teams building the bigger picture. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data when a problem needs a lasting platform-level solution. Turn operational insights into clear requirements and working examples they can build on.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly. Apply privacy, security, and responsible-AI standards, especially when working with health, leave, or other sensitive payroll information. Make sure uncertain or compliance-sensitive cases reach the right people for review.
You'll likely enjoy this role if you like getting into the details of how things work, spotting opportunities others miss, and building solutions yourself.
HERE'S THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations automation, process improvement, business or process analysis, payroll operations, internal tooling, or a similar field.
- You've built automations yourself. You've taken workflows into production using tools such as n8n, Alteryx, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar, and have experience keeping them running. We're looking for someone who builds, not just someone who designs or documents solutions.
- You've used LLMs to solve practical problems. You know how to turn unstructured text or documents into usable data and can recognise when a simpler, rule-based solution is the better choice.
- You're comfortable connecting systems. You've worked with APIs, webhooks, and integrations to get different tools and data sources working together.
- You know your way around SQL and data. You can investigate, combine, validate, and analyse information from multiple sources, even when the underlying data is complex.
- You can bring structure to messy processes. You're able to turn inconsistent inputs, unusual cases, and complicated requirements into clear rules and data requirements.
- You take accuracy seriously. You understand the importance of checks, controls, and investigating discrepancies, particularly when errors could affect someone's pay.
- You can explain technical ideas clearly. You're comfortable working with non-technical colleagues, asking the right questions, and constructively challenging requests when automation isn't the best answer.
- You take ownership beyond the build. You can move from identifying a problem through implementation, testing, launch, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
YOU DON'T NEED TO TICK EVERY BOX BELOW, BUT ANY OF THESE WOULD HELP YOU GET UP TO SPEED:
- Experience with multi-country payroll, Employer of Record (EOR) services, finance operations, or HR operations.
- Understanding of payroll concepts such as gross-to-net calculations, payroll cut-offs, statutory deductions, taxable benefits, expense taxability, and reconciliation.
- Experience building tools that validate or reconcile payroll or financial data.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other customer service platforms and their automation capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with n8n or Alteryx specifically, although comparable automation tools are equally relevant for the core requirements.
- Experience with prompt design, AI agents, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
- JavaScript or Python skills for data transformations.
- Experience measuring operational improvements through metrics such as first-time accuracy, processing time, service-level performance, or error rates.
THIS MIGHT NOT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF...
- You'd rather design automation strategies or workflows than build, launch, and maintain them yourself.
- You prefer using AI for every problem, even when a straightforward, auditable rule would be more reliable.
- You measure success mainly by speed or the number of automated tasks, rather than accuracy, proper approvals, and resolving discrepancies.
- You don't enjoy digging into complicated processes, inconsistent information, or country-specific exceptions.
- You're looking for full ownership of company-wide automation strategy. Here, you'll own clearly defined projects and work closely with operational specialists and engineering teams on broader changes.
