BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Build operating rhythms, reviews, and forums that keep the Pro org aligned and focused on priorities.
- Lead and deliver cross-functional projects that don’t fit neatly into a single team but are critical to Pro’s success.
- Support leadership in decision-making by framing issues, tracking KPIs, and surfacing gaps or risks early.
- Maintain systems for reporting, business reviews, roadmap coordination, and cross-team initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to scope and stand up new initiatives in Spot, Margin, Derivatives, or Infrastructure — from early concept through initial execution.
- Contribute to high-impact materials (exec updates, all-hands, strategic memos) that provide clarity and visibility.
- Act as the first line of intake for inbound requests, triage them effectively, and ensure accountability for follow-through.
- Identify bottlenecks in how we operate and propose improvements that help the team scale more efficiently.
- Use business intelligence and data to support PMs and leadership across Pro, cutting through competing priorities and surface the best opportunities.
- Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to find ways to improve product experience.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5–7 years in BizOps, Product Ops, Strategy, Consulting, or similar high-leverage roles with measurable impact.
- Strong project management skills — you can bring structure to ambiguity and drive initiatives from 0 → 1.

- Excellent communicator who can adapt across audiences — from execs to cross-functional ICs.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and biased toward follow-through and execution.
- Self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions — you create the roadmap when one doesn’t exist.
- Experience collaborating across product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: CX Associates work a set 40-hour/week schedule assigned through a schedule-bid process. Working hours span 7:00 AM–11:00 PM ET, and your shift will likely include a weekend day (either Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat). Associates also cover 2–3 company holidays per year on a rotating basis. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.
- The product changes frequently. If you need a stable, predictable environment, this isn't it. If you like learning new things every week, it is.
- This role is a launchpad for your career at one of the fastest-growing companies in fintech.
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $65,000-$70,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $60,000-$65,000.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
UX research at Anthropic works across products used by millions of people, on interactions that don't have established conventions yet. We inform critical decisions through rigorous research, working closely with curious, open-minded stakeholders who are eager to learn along with us. We combine qualitative and quantitative methods to understand user needs in a space that's evolving faster than anyone can track. We move fast, favor impact over polish, and increasingly build our own tools, deeply leveraging Claude to do research at the speed and rigor this environment demands.
This role is on the Platform research team, embedded in Anthropic's Platform organization, which comprises the API, the agent and connector infrastructure developers build on top of it, and the Console, SDKs, and documentation they use to do it. A large share of what gets built with Claude is built on this platform, including many of Anthropic's own products, and the people who use it range from individual developers to the largest enterprises.
The teams that build the platform are deeply technical, move quickly, and are deeply curious about and engaged with users. User research's job here is to give them a deeper and more systematic understanding of those users than they can get on their own, and to help the organization decide what to build for them next.
This is a senior individual-contributor role with a great deal of autonomy. You'll work with the rest of the Platform user research team and with Platform's leaders to decide where research can make the biggest difference, and then lead that work yourself.
Key responsibilities
Work with Platform's leaders and teams to understand what they most need to know about the people building on Claude, decide what is and isn't worth studying, and own that agenda
Design and run the research yourself using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Study the full range of people the platform serves: developers, the teams and companies building products on it, and the people who administer and buy it
Communicate findings to product managers, designers, and engineers and follow them through to product decisions, while building the shared understanding of users that lets teams make good calls on their own
Build the tools and infrastructure that let research keep pace with the platform, using Claude heavily and inventing methods where the existing ones don't fit
Minimum qualifications
Industry UX research experience independently scoping, designing, running, and reporting end-to-end studies
Mixed-methods expertise: interviewing technical users well, and designing and analyzing surveys rigorously
A technical background, in one of these forms: you've worked as a software engineer; you have a sustained body of developer-experience research on APIs, SDKs, or developer tools; or you have a sustained track record of researching deeply technical products. In practice: you can read our documentation, build something small on the platform, and keep up with very technical teams without translation
Hands-on use of AI in your own research: you already run your work through it and use it to build your own analyses and tooling
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of industry UX research experience
Experience setting the research strategy for a product or product area, with a track record of research that changed direction at the strategy level, not just the feature level, in direct partnership with product or organization leaders
Experience embedding with engineering-led product teams that ship fast and earning influence there, from the engineer who owns the endpoint up to the head of the organization
Excellent storytelling, calibrated to audience: you can discuss a finding with the head of the organization as effectively as with the engineer who owns the endpoint
Experience building with AI yourself using coding tools and agents, and an appetite to help build the research tools that don't exist yet
Experience researching pricing, packaging, or how customers decide what a product is worth, especially for usage-based or developer products
Background in API-ecosystem or developer-platform research
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Senior Software Development Team Coordinator (Thailand) is the operational right hand of the Thailand Team Leader within the Sitebuilders Chiang Mai team. This role supports the Team Leader to operate at a strategic and technical level — by owning the people rhythm and day-to-day operational layer of the Thailand hub. The Software Development Team Coordinator reports directly to the Thailand Team Leader and works in close partnership to ensure strong team operations, delivery consistency, and people development across the Thailand hub. This role is not intended to act as a buffer between the Team Leader and the team, but rather as a strong operational partner who increases the effectiveness of both. Success in this role is measured by the health and performance of the team, as well as by the Team Leader’s ability to focus on high-impact strategic and technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Development
• Serve as the primary people manager for Thailand-based engineers — owning regular 1:1s, feedback cycles, and individual development plans in close coordination with the Team Leader.
• Monitor team morale, identify and report risks early, and address interpersonal issues with discretion before they escalate to the Team Leader.
• Support engineers' career progression by identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps, aligned with the Team Leader and UXM Architect’s technical direction.
• Lead onboarding coordination for new Thailand-based hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team's ways of working.
• Build and reinforce a team culture of ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement — consistent with the Team Leader's vision for the team.
Delivery & Operational Coordination
• Track Kanban progress across the Thailand team, ensuring blockers are surfaced and resolved without pulling the Team Leader away from technical priorities.
• Manage day-to-day task allocation and priority adjustments in fast-switching delivery cycles within a Kanban system.

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven SDR to join our intake pod - the team that runs new clients through their first three months at Belkins. Each pod is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy through the pilot, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This structure means the technical side of outreach is handled for you - your focus is on calling and converting prospect responses into booked appointments.
You will work across multiple pilot-stage client projects at once (typically 3-4), running high-volume cold calling via power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Because every account is brand new, the meetings you book in the first weeks carry extra weight - they're often a client's first real proof that the engagement is working.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns via power dialer (Koncert) across multiple (3-4) pilot-stage client projects at once - every account brand-new, so there's no history to lean on and no slow ramp-up;
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script;
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern - with only three months on the clock, a slow week can't go unnoticed.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning
every reply
that comes in from automated email
(Reply.io / Inbox AI)
and LinkedIn
(Expandi)
campaigns -responding within 4–8 working hours, handling objections in writing, and nurturing prospects until they convert into confirmed meetings;
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in
HubSpot
and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years
of outbound SDR experience with a strong
cold calling background
;
Fluent English - written and spoken - comfortable working across US and European time zones;
Metrics-driven:
you track your dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers and know how to improve them;
Strong objection handling and a consistent track record of landing next steps;
Comfortable working brand-new accounts with no track record yet, and able to manage multiple pilot-stage client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;
Reliable
CRM hygiene
and disciplined follow-up across all open threads;
Self-starting and proactive - you hold your pace without needing external pressure.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview
(~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task
(~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview
(~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview
(~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding
— if it's a yes, we move fast.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. adjoe Ads is our programmatic in-app advertising platform that seamlessly connects advertisers and publishers through direct integration of our Android and iOS SDKs. Every ad decision happens in under 200ms across 10 million daily users, powered by real-time bidding algorithms and user quality prediction models that match the right ad to the right user at the right moment.
Where 50 Billion Daily Predictions Begin
The User Experience team is the origin point of adjoe Ads. Everything the system knows about a user, every prediction the ML models make, every bid placed in an auction. It all starts with code this team ships.
The team owns two responsibilities. On the SDK side, a native Kotlin and Swift code runs inside hundreds of publisher apps. It participates in 120 million daily auctions, renders ad creatives across multiple formats, and captures the behavioral signals that power 50 billion predictions per day. The constraint that defines this work: you're executing inside someone else's app, on someone else's device, with zero tolerance for instability. Every ad impression has to feel native and fast to the user.
On the analytics side, the dashboards, investigation tools, and data frameworks that turn raw data into decisions: real-time revenue performance across active campaigns, infrastructure cost visibility, and data quality assessments. If a number matters to the business or to engineering, this team makes it accessible.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Auction & Marketplace Analytics: You will monitor core ad exchange KPIs—including bid rates, win rates, timeout rates, eCPM, and render rates—and run deep dives to uncover bidding patterns and supply path optimization (SPO) opportunities. We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in AdTech (Programmatic, Ad Exchange, SSP, or DSP) who understands what drives marketplace health and revenue.
- A/B Testing & Revenue Strategy: You will design, track, and evaluate A/B tests for product features, floor pricing rules, and traffic shaping algorithms. We are looking for a data-driven thinker who loves solving business puzzles, testing commercial hypotheses, and proving what actually moves the needle on product performance.
- Advanced Data Extraction: You will query massive datasets to turn millions of raw ad events into clear business answers. We need advanced SQL skills to effortlessly query billions of rows, spot anomalies, and translate complex metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for our product and demand teams.
- Traffic & Cost Efficiency: You will analyze bid request data to identify inefficient traffic and help product managers design smart routing rules. We need an analyst who can balance top-line revenue with operational costs, finding ways to streamline traffic (Queries Per Second) without sacrificing publisher earnings.
- Executive Dashboarding & Reporting: You will build automated, easy-to-read dashboards that give Product, Engineering, and Demand Partnerships real-time visibility into campaign performance. We are looking for hands-on experience with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Redash to make key business numbers intuitive and accessible to everyone.
- Agile Project Execution: You will balance scheduled analytics projects with quick-turnaround deep dives when marketplace metrics shift unexpectedly. We need a hands-on, proactive analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple analytical priorities.
🌎 WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM TALENT WORLDWIDE AND PROVIDE RELOCATION SUPPORT TO HAMBURG, GERMANY FOR THOSE READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Impact of a Billing Systems Architect
As an Enterprise Billing Systems Architect at Upsun, you are the technical anchor of our billing infrastructure, playing a vital role in ensuring our revenue operations, pricing structures, and financial integrations run seamlessly as our business scales. Picking up primary ownership from our implementation partner, you serve as the dedicated technical lead bridging Finance, Product, and Engineering.
You’re deeply analytical, systems-minded, and collaborative—someone who thrives on translating complex business, pricing, and accounting rules into reliable system logic. Working downstream from our core engineering and data mediation teams, you ensure the integrity of our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) platform while continuously optimizing platform performance and automation.
Beyond day-to-day platform administration, you contribute to the long-term evolution of our billing architecture—supporting new pricing model launches, complex usage rating schemes, and financial system integrations. Your attention to detail, technical versatility, and cross-functional mindset ensure our revenue pipeline remains scalable, compliant, and friction-free.
What to expect
Billing Infrastructure & Administration:
Serve as the hands-on technical owner of our BillingPlatform environment, configuring catalogs, price cards, usage rating rules, and automated invoice schedules.
System Operations & Maintenance:
Own ongoing platform health, including system updates, pricing launches, recurring bill-run troubleshooting, sync exception handling, and root-cause issue resolution.
Data Ingestion & Analysis:
Utilize SQL to perform data validation, rating engine auditing, and operational reporting while collaborating with Engineering to receive mediated usage data (e.g., via DigitalRoute or Kafka).
Integrations & API Management:
Maintain and optimize clean, API-driven integrations connecting BillingPlatform to upstream CRMs (e.g. Salesforce), downstream ERP/GL tools (e.g., NetSuite), and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).
Revenue Recognition Alignment:
Partner closely with Accounting to ensure system rating rules, revenue schedules, and general ledger mappings satisfy ASC 606 and IFRS 15 compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Gather technical and operational requirements directly from Accounting, Finance, Sales Ops, and Product teams, translating their vision into sustainable platform configuration.
Data Integrity & Migration:
Maintain billing data continuity and manage subscription data updates or migrations without disrupting ongoing financial operations or revenue recognition flows.
What you bring
Q2C Platform Experience:
Proven hands-on experience configuring and administering enterprise Quote-to-Cash or billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ, NetSuite Billing, Aria Systems, or BillingPlatform).
Data & Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency with SQL for querying and auditing billing data, alongside a solid grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and ETL workflows.
Modern Pricing Expertise:
Experience supporting complex SaaS or infrastructure pricing models—such as PLG, hybrid commitment-plus-usage, tiered rates, and consumption-based/metered billing.
Revenue Recognition Knowledge:
Practical understanding of rev rec fundamentals (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and how accounting rules dictate billing engine design.
Cross-Functional Communication:
Ability to bridge technical language and financial business logic, effectively collaborating with engineering teams and accounting stakeholders alike.
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:
A methodical approach to diagnosing system sync errors, rating anomalies, and integration edge cases to ensure operational continuity.
Bonus points
Experience with DigitalRoute mediation software or Kafka event-stream data intake
Previous exposure to cloud infrastructure, PaaS, or developer-platform usage metrics
