About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
About the role
Self-serve is how Alchemy grows. The dashboard and the developer experience around it are the primary revenue engine for our flagship products: developers discover us, sign up, get to their first call, scale their usage, and upgrade largely without ever talking to a person. That funnel is one of the most direct levers on company-level revenue we have, and this role owns it.
It's also changing fast. A growing share of developers now reach Alchemy through an AI coding agent rather than a browser tab, and we expect agent-mediated usage to become the dominant way our platform is consumed. Building for that shift, our MCP server, agent skills, and AI-native onboarding, sits squarely in this role.
You'll run the dashboard as a product, own the self-serve growth engine, and set the experimentation and measurement standard for growth across the company, partnering with Node APIs, Data APIs, Wallets, Transaction Engine, Growth Marketing, and Billing, and spending meaningful time with customers.
What you'll own
- The dashboard. Own signup, app creation, first key, first call, usage and CU visibility, upgrade paths, team management, and the observability developers need to debug their own traffic.
- Developer experience end to end. Docs, SDKs, quickstarts, error messages, sandbox and testnet flows, and the first hour of every integration. Reduce time to first successful call, then time to first paid workload.
- Own product-led growth end to end. Design the developer journey from docs, to first API call, to first paid workload, to scaled production spend. Instrument it, find the drop-offs, fix them.
- Agent experience (AX). Make Alchemy the default infrastructure an AI coding agent reaches for. Own how our MCP server, agent skills, and machine readable docs perform inside Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next.
- Experimentation. Building the A/B and holdout tooling, running pricing, packaging, and onboarding tests, and creating a habit of shipping and learning weekly rather than quarterly.
- The truth. Get into the warehouse yourself. Build the funnel, find the cohort that doesn't behave like the average, and bring back the answer nobody wanted to hear.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in product, with deep time on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure, and direct ownership of a dashboard or console that developers use daily.
- Proven product-led growth leadership: you've owned a self-serve funnel at scale and can show what you moved, by how much, and how you know it was you.
- Rigorous experimentation practice. You know the difference between a lift and a fluke, you size tests before you run them, and you've built the culture as much as the tooling.
- Genuinely analytical. Data Analysis is a normal Tuesday. You can build the model, audit the instrumentation, catch the bad join, and defend the number in front of the exec team.
- Truth seeking. You'd rather be corrected in week one than right in a deck in week twelve. You go looking for the disconfirming data.
- Cross functional gravity. You've driven outcomes across engineering, design, docs, marketing, sales, and finance without owning any of them.
- Customer facing by instinct. You run your own discovery calls, sit in support channels, and can walk a CTO through an integration and a pricing model in the same meeting.
- Technical enough to build with our own APIs, prototype with AI agents, and read the code when the answer isn't in the dashboard.
- Crypto and web3 experience is a plus.

Perplexity is seeking an Applied AI Architect to help our customers turn Perplexity Computer into working solutions that drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for technical, consultative professionals who have led complex software implementations and can move comfortably between customer discovery, solution design, hands-on delivery, and executive communication.
About the role
Perplexity Computer is a new class of AI system that navigates tools, interacts with applications, and completes multi-step workflows end to end. Our customers are using Computer to transform work that traditional software has not been able to address.
Applied AI Architects work directly with customers across presales, onboarding, adoption, and strategic engagements. You will uncover the real business problem, determine what Computer can credibly support, design and configure the workflow, and lead the engagement to a clear outcome.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role at the intersection of solutions architecture, technical consulting, and program delivery. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success while serving as a quality filter for requests that require Product or Engineering.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery. Work with customer business leaders, technical teams, account executives, and customer success managers to understand the users, current workflow, desired outcome, constraints, and decision-makers.
- Design credible solutions. Map how people, data, tools, approvals, permissions, and decisions interact, then determine how Computer can support the workflow.
- Support complex opportunities. Partner with account executives on technical deal strategy, demos, proofs of value, architecture and security coordination, and engagement scoping.
- Drive value-backed consumption. Identify high-value, repeatable workflows; define the expected business outcomes and usage patterns; and partner with Sales and Customer Success to move customers from technical validation to sustained production use and expansion.
- Build hands-on. Configure, prototype, test, and iterate on Computer skills and workflows, including connectors, permissions, and adjacent tooling.
- Accelerate onboarding and adoption. Provide second-level technical consultation to customer success managers and deliver bounded technical work when customer needs exceed standard Customer Success coverage.
- Run strategic engagements. Establish scope, customer commitments, milestones, success criteria, working cadence, and exit criteria, then lead the work through closure.
- Improve technical escalation. Validate product and engineering needs and produce decision-ready requests with clear evidence, constraints, impact, and acceptance criteria.
- Turn every engagement into leverage. Convert repeated customer needs into reusable workflows, implementation patterns, demos, guidance, and product feedback.
What we're looking for
The strongest Applied AI Architects combine technical depth, consultative problem solving, and disciplined engagement delivery. You should be comfortable working hands-on with the product, advising customer executives, and managing the details required to deliver a successful outcome.
Must-haves
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture, senior sales engineering, AI implementation, forward deployed work, technical consulting, or technical program leadership.
- Proven consultative discovery skills. You can turn an ambiguous request into a clear business problem, technical approach, and delivery plan.
- Hands-on technical fluency. You are comfortable with APIs, integrations, authentication, identity, permissions, connectors, data flows, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering complex implementations. You have managed scope, stakeholders, milestones, risk, expectations, and closure.
- Strong solution judgment. You can distinguish education, configuration, implementation, support, product, and engineering problems and recommend the right path.
- Commercial and consumption awareness. You can connect solution design and technical decisions to time to value, usage, credit consumption, customer economics, and expansion potential.
- Executive-credible communication. You can explain technical trade-offs to senior decision-makers while working effectively with practitioners and engineers.
- High agency in ambiguity. You can establish direction without waiting for perfect requirements, challenge weak assumptions, and make thoughtful decisions quickly.
- AI-native working style. You use frontier models and AI tools regularly and have developed strong intuition for what current systems can and cannot do reliably.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience deploying agents or multi-step LLM workflows in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Computer, MCP, enterprise identity, security, permissions, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience in regulated or workflow-intensive industries such as legal, financial services, healthcare, or technology.
- Prior forward deployed engineering, Applied AI, deployment strategist, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience at an AI or enterprise software company.
- A track record of turning customer implementations into reusable technical assets or product improvements.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals and workflow requirements into scalable clear solution design and Notion solutions that drive durable adoption.
- Design scalable Notion architectures that translate customer workflows, permission and governance needs, integrations and AI use cases into optimal workspaces that are easy to adopt, manage and scale.
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities and adjacent AI tools, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering when advanced technical depth is needed for migrations, API constraints, security architecture or frontier implementation.
- Help customers navigate change by designing adoption plans, enablement materials and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and measurable business value.
- Identify repeatable patterns across customer engagements and convert them into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures, run books, enablement assets and product feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, simplifying complex technical requirements, making practical tradeoff recommendations and helping stakeholders align around a clear implementation path.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership and the partner ecosystem to scale what works beyond individual customer engagements.
- Create clear implementation plans, handoff materials and success measures that align customers and internal teams on the path to value.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, developer workflows and implementation tradeoffs. You do not need to write production code but you should be able to reason through technical constraints and troubleshoot effectively.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience designing or deploying Agents, automations or AI-powered workflows with Customers.
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience developing discovery methodologies, reusable delivery assets, internal tooling, packaged services or reference architectures from the ground up.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to turn field learnings into roadmap signal, reusable architecture patterns or scalable product improvements.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

Global Services is the centre of expertise at Chainalysis — the team that translates our platform, data, and investigative capabilities into real-world impact for customers across law enforcement, national security, financial institutions, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Chainalysis is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join Global Services as a core technical practitioner. This is not a traditional services or solutions engineering role. Deployment Strategists are embedded technical experts who own the full lifecycle of customer value — from problem discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, and customer enablement.
The role sits at the intersection of blockchain investigation, data analytics, domain expertise, and customer partnership. You will work directly with customers to understand their mission, conduct investigations, build tailored solutions, and enable customer teams to operationalise Chainalysis independently. Success requires deep investigative capability, genuine domain expertise, technical skill, and the ability to build trusted relationships through credibility — not just communication.
This is the role that makes Chainalysis essential to how our customers operate.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own end-to-end customer engagements — from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery
- Conduct blockchain investigations across the Chainalysis platform, applying tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques to real customer problems
- Partner directly with customers to understand investigative, intelligence, compliance, or operational objectives and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Design, build, and maintain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models using Chainalysis data and products
- Enable customers to operate solutions independently — building their capability so that Chainalysis becomes embedded in their operational infrastructure
- Act as the primary technical and domain advisor for your customers, building trusted relationships through hands-on expertise and credibility
- Deliver live training, demos, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support pre-sales technical engagement for complex and strategic deals — helping customers understand what's possible and how to get there
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to influence roadmap and improve offerings based on field intelligence
- Develop and share domain expertise, investigative techniques, and best practices that raise the capability of the wider GS team
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Conducted or directly supported cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis in an operational environment
- Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and how on-chain data is used in investigations, compliance, or intelligence workflows
- Delivered customer-facing technical solutions — whether investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows — in complex, real-world environments
- Worked directly with customers in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security-focused domains
- Built insights from large or complex datasets and communicated findings to varied audiences — from analysts to executives
- Operated successfully in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment
Required Skills:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Solid understanding of data modelling, querying, and working with large datasets
- Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in Chainalysis data structures, schemas, and products
Domain Expertise
- Substantive knowledge of at least one domain: financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi/protocol security, tax, or private sector risk
- Understanding of how customers in your domain operate — their workflows, regulatory environment, and what success looks like for them
- Ability to apply domain knowledge to shape investigation approach, solution design, and customer advisory
Customer & Communication Skills
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships through technical and domain credibility
- Excellent communication skills — can explain complex investigative and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable leading customer sessions, workshops, training, and technical working groups
- Experience enabling and upskilling customer teams — not just delivering outputs, but building customer capability
Day-to-Day Activities
- Conduct investigations and analytical work using Chainalysis tools (Reactor, KYT, Data Solutions) in response to customer needs
- Develop and maintain technical artifacts — Python notebooks, SQL queries, dashboards, investigative reports — tailored to customer use cases
- Work side-by-side with customers to design workflows that operationalise Chainalysis data in their environment
- Enable customer teams through hands-on training, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer — so they can operate independently
- Deliver live demos, investigative briefings, and solution presentations
- Support pre-sales activity — technical discovery, proof-of-value sessions, and solution scoping for prospective customers
- Gather feedback from customers and translate it into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Global Intel
- Contribute to live training delivery in your domain of expertise
- Support multiple customers concurrently while maintaining quality and responsiveness
- Develop your domain specialism through continuous learning, case work, and engagement with the broader investigations and intelligence community
Personal Attributes
- Highly curious and continuously learning about blockchain technology, investigations, and emerging threats.
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their mission.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating across teams and functions.
- Deeply curious about blockchain technology, crypto crime, investigations, and the evolving threat landscape
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their mission — whether that's making an arrest, filing a SAR, or building a compliance programme
- Credibility-driven — earns trust through expertise and delivery, not just presentation
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating across teams and functions
- Committed to developing deep domain expertise — not satisfied with surface-level knowledge
Nice to have experience:
- Direct experience with Chainalysis products
- Background in law enforcement, intelligence, or military investigations
- Experience providing expert evidence or supporting legal proceedings
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (BSA/AML, sanctions screening, MiCA, Travel Rule)
- Experience with data engineering tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud-based analytics)
- Published research, intelligence products, or thought leadership in blockchain analytics or financial crime
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Mature cross-functional leadership and project execution capabilities.
Rigorous logical thinking, clear written and verbal communication, and fluency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams across global and Chinese-language working environments.
A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Mathematics.

A deep understanding of the trading and risk mechanisms for spot, margin, perpetuals, expiry futures, or options, with familiarity with core concepts including the order lifecycle, margin, leverage, liquidation, position tiers, index price, mark price, and price limits.
Experience working at a digital asset exchange, securities or futures exchange, brokerage, clearing platform, market-making firm, quantitative trading firm, or another high-throughput trading environment.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Mid-market sales experience. You have experience selling technical products to technical buyers at mid-market organizations (500–2,999 employees).
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Recruiter you’ll help build the next evolution of our go-to-market organization. You’ll recruit for new and evolving customer-facing roles—including Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers—that bring stronger technical fluency, deeper customer ownership, and fewer handoffs to enterprise selling. You’ll partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to turn an emerging business strategy into clear profiles, thoughtful processes, and exceptional hires.

The work requires craft, clarity, speed, and strong judgment, balancing business urgency with a high bar for talent density.

- Operational rigor and comfort using data to diagnose pipeline health, measure impact, and improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a hands-on approach to AI tools: you use them to think better, improve recruiting workflows, and make your work easier for others to build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma is building its founding Forward Deployed Engineering team to solve the complex, real-world challenges that emerge when bringing Figma’s products into large-scale enterprise environments and looking for founding Forward Deployed Engineers. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll embed directly with strategic customers, working across their codebases, design systems, developer environments, and workflows to make Figma’s products successful within their unique technical constraints. You’ll tackle the hardest adoption challenges hands-on, from complex frontend stacks and legacy systems to security and access requirements, while building trusted partnerships with customers’ senior engineering teams.
This is a senior/staff-level engineering role within Product and Engineering, not a sales or services function. You’ll work directly in customer environments when needed, using the minimum access required. Your goal is smooth adoption by the customer’s product and engineering teams, which means making complex workflows work simply in their environment and solving the underlying problems You’ll do that hands-on, often by writing Figma product code, then turn what you learn into a reusable path for future customers instead of taking permanent ownership of the customer’s codebase. Working closely with Figma’s Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, you’ll help shape both the product and how this brand-new function works and scales. The role is highly collaborative, deeply customer-facing, and built for engineers who thrive in ambiguity, take end-to-end ownership, and want to solve the highest-impact problems at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer needs. This role includes periodic travel to work alongside strategic customers in person.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Make an enterprise design system agent-ready so AI tools generate faithful, on-system code: fix tokens, naming, and guidelines, wire up Code Connect, and run evals
Get Make Local, Code Layers, and our newest products working in a customer’s real environment, writing code, config, agent skills, and guideline files against their systems and ours
Run technical discovery: understand a customer's dev environment, toolchain, and constraints, then scope the fastest credible path to value, in addition to setting the customer up for long term success
Debug hard, unfamiliar integration problems (git workflows, CI, dev-environment setup, non-standard stacks)
Build LLM-powered workflows: MCP setup, agent skills, and prompt engineering tuned to each customer’s context
Turn one-off solutions into reusable playbooks and product feedback, so patterns you solve once become self-serve or shipped product
Bring learnings on friction back to Figma's Product and Engineering teams, influence what gets built next, and often build it
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years shipping production software end-to-end, with meaningful time embedded with customers or partner teams
Excellent customer-facing communication and technical partnership skills, with the ability to build trust with senior engineers and translate customer needs into actionable product and engineering solutions
Strong engineering fundamentals and adaptability, with the ability to quickly navigate unfamiliar codebases, languages, and technical environments to deliver production-ready solutions
Hands-on experience with design systems and design-to-code workflows, including component libraries, tokens, documentation, and the tooling that connects design artifacts to production code
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, including demonstrated fluency with agentic coding tools (e.g., MCP, agent orchestration). You have hands-on experience integrating APIs and SDKs, troubleshooting toolchains and CI environments, and navigating enterprise requirements such as SSO, security reviews, access controls, data residency, and compliance frameworks
Comfort owning ambiguous technical problems end to end, identifying patterns across customer engagements, and turning field learning into reusable product improvements
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, professional services, developer experience, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Familiarity with developer tools, design-to-code workflows, or AI/LLM products, including tools such as Code Connect, Storybook, Style Dictionary, or comparable technologies
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Solutions Architecture, or related teams to deliver complex enterprise engagements
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, our Mobile team builds the next generation of observability tools for developers worldwide — processing over a billion events every single day. We're looking for a technical Senior Product Manager, Mobile to bring clarity and context to the team and help us create a delightful Sentry experience for mobile developers across the globe.
At Sentry, product managers, engineers, and engineering managers work together to help shape the roadmap and decide what to build next – with the engineering manager ultimately owning the decision. Your role will be to make sure the team deeply understands its users, the market, and how the product performs in the real world, including where it delights and where it creates friction, so the right decisions happen naturally. This position reports to the Director of Engineering..
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn scattered signal into clear context: Build and run a system that continuously gathers insight from everywhere it lives — users, customers, GitHub, our own product data, and the wider market (competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts) — and turn it into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that inform the Mobile roadmap and guide prioritization. Draw out the people closest to customers (Sales, Support, Solutions) who are often acutely aware of the features we're missing, especially the ones about to cause customer churn
- Be the developer's voice: Talk to developers and engineering leaders on a steady cadence, represent them when internal decisions get made, test ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering, and use what you learn to keep us aligned on the top priorities for this persona
- Elevate the end-to-end mobile developer experience: Together with the Engineering Manager & Mobile engineers you will influence and improve the full user journey, from catching and surfacing a mobile issue in Sentry to resolving it automatically — across native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers alike
- Connect the dots and build trust: Partner closely not just with the engineering team, but also various internal stakeholders across the company — earning trust over time by delivering on your commitments and communicating clearly with people inside and outside the company
- Use AI to go faster and deeper: Apply strong judgment about where AI adds real leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis, and build it into repeatable systems rather than one-off prompts
- Measure outcomes, not output: Commit to measurable objectives tied to real customer and business value, track the metrics that matter across usage and revenue, and turn what you see into hypotheses and action
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are relentlessly curious about users: you love talking to developers and customers, digging into data, structuring what you learn, and turning it into sharp hypotheses, problems, and bets
- Genuinely care about developer experience: you love mobile platforms and sweat the details of a great end-to-end UX
- Are technical enough to earn developers' trust: you know how software gets built, because you built or still build mobile applications yourself
- Are a high-agency self-starter who organizes their own work: you don't wait to be told what to do — you find the problems that matter and bring them to a solution
- Lead through context & collaboration, not control: energized by making a team smarter and letting them own priorities, rather than dictating the roadmap yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a Mobile developer — you don’t solely rely on empathy when representing this persona, but speak from your own experience as well
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products for mobile platforms — backed by a background in mobile software engineering (Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Experience talking to customers directly and running continuous product discovery — you let evidence, not opinion, shape decisions
- Strong business and product judgment with an affinity for data and metrics — you turn signals into clear hypotheses and actions
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority — building alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders through evidence and a clear narrative
- Fluent with AI in your daily workflow — you use it to work faster and sharper across your PM craft, and know where it doesn't help
- You live in the Vienna area or are willing to relocate
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR €64,554,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV).
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
