From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma's Governance, Risk, and Compliance team is the foundation of how we build and maintain trust - with our users, regulators, business partners, and the organizations that rely on Figma every day. We work across the organization and drive programs that ensure the effectiveness of our security protections, identify and manage risk, maintain compliance, and build trust with our customers.
We're looking for a Governance, Risk and Compliance Director to lead this team through its next phase of growth. You'll own Figma's security compliance, risk management, and governance strategy end to end - setting direction for our certification portfolio, building the risk and controls frameworks that scale with our growing business and product suite, and representing GRC to executives, the board, customers, and regulators. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage and grow a team of GRC professionals while staying close to the programs, infrastructure, audits, and cross-functional relationships needed to both protect and enable the business.
If you're a strategist and team builder who is excited to scale Figma's GRC program in a rapidly evolving environment, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Set the strategy and roadmap for Figma's GRC program, aligning compliance, risk, and governance priorities with company objectives and the Security leadership team
Own Figma's certification and compliance portfolio, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, SOX ITGC, and GDPR, and expand coverage as Figma enters new markets and customer segments
Lead and grow a team of compliance, risk, and governance professionals, setting priorities, developing talent, and building a culture of rigor and pragmatism
Build and evolve enterprise risk and controls frameworks — including AI Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives and control effectiveness monitoring — that scale across technical and business stakeholders
Manage relationships with external auditors, assessors, and regulators, and oversee audit cycles from planning through remediation
Direct the selection and optimization of GRC platforms and tooling, and maintain the lifecycle of security policies, standards, and procedures
Partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Trust on security questionnaires, customer audits, contracts, and trust-related communications that support the sales lifecycle
Scale enterprise risk reporting and report on program health, risk posture, and audit readiness to executive and board-level audiences
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management, including at least 4 years leading or managing a GRC, security, or compliance team
Deep, hands-on experience with frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including leading programs through multiple audit cycles
A track record of building GRC programs from the ground up or scaling them through high-growth stages, ideally at a SaaS or platform company, including experience operating in a public company environment with SOX ITGC requirements
Executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships across Security, Legal, IT, Sales, and Engineering and translate technical risk into business terms for executives, the board, and customers
Experience implementing compliance programs for emerging products, including AI-enabled products, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their GRC implications, and a builder's mindset comfortable with ambiguity as the program scales
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Supported FedRAMP authorization, SSP development, 3PAO coordination, or continuous monitoring activities
Experience with global privacy and data protection regulations, such as GDPR or NIS2
Security or risk certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC
Hands-on experience implementing or administering GRC platforms such as Vanta, Drata, or similar tools
Experience presenting to boards, steering committees, and audit committees

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Join our Regulatory Legal team, the group responsible for maintaining and growing Kraken's product offerings across every region we operate in and for advising the business on its day-to-day regulatory obligations. We are a tight, experienced group of lawyers from tradfi (traditional finance), fintech and crypto backgrounds who move fast, stay curious and take pride in the commercial accountability of our advice. We partner directly with Compliance, Product and senior leadership to keep our licensed entities running smoothly and our regulators well served.
This is a remote role based in Hong Kong or Singapore, supporting our growing volume of regulatory work across the broader APAC region. You will operate as a practical legal generalist with a focus on Product legal advice: supporting launches and product changes across APAC, including derivatives and over-the-counter ("OTC") options, tokenised equities, earn and staking products, custody, and card and payments offerings.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Provide product legal support for APAC launches and enablement across the entire Payward product suite, including xStocks, OTC options, institutional custody and execution, and cross-regional products rolling out across APAC
- Act as a gatekeeper for new APAC outside counsel engagements: scope the work, estimate the cost, and sign off before matters are routed externally, so that outside counsel is used where local-law advice is genuinely required
- Translate complex regulatory frameworks into pragmatic, actionable guidance for the business, favouring plain-English communication, measurable risk trade-offs and decision-ready recommendations
- Use AI-assisted tools (for example for multi-jurisdiction licensing analysis, first drafts of regulatory submissions and matter tracking) to raise the speed and consistency of the team's work
- Own the APAC regulatory workload under the direction of the APAC regulatory lead, including licence variations, client and broker agreement documentation, licensing structure questions and routine regulator correspondence
- Take ownership of geography-specific licensing in markets such as Kazakhstan, Pakistan and the Philippines, instructing and supervising local counsel in region and in time zone, and supporting other APAC markets (for example South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia) as they arise
- Support Payward Group licensing initiatives in key APAC markets such as Singapore and Hong Kong, including preparing application materials and coordinating with outside counsel
WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualified lawyer admitted in Singapore, Hong Kong, England and Wales, or an equivalent common law jurisdiction
- 10 or more years' post-qualification experience ("PQE") in financial services regulatory law, gained at a regulated financial services institution (for example a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, derivatives dealer or crypto services provider), at a law firm supporting such clients and/or at a relevant regulator
- Demonstrated ability to independently own regulatory relationships and business-as-usual regulatory workstreams, including notifications, information requests and supervisory correspondence
- Strong experience with the financial regulatory landscape in a major Asian financial centre (eg, Singapore and the MAS, Hong Kong and the SFC/HKMA)
- Proven ability to instruct, supervise and manage the cost of local counsel across multiple jurisdictions, including in markets where you are not admitted
- Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing ("AML/CTF") obligations and regulatory expectations
- Outstanding analytical, drafting and organisational skills, with crisp, plain-English writing
- Ability to distill complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyer stakeholders
- A pragmatic, commercially accountable approach to legal and regulatory risk that gives stakeholders a useful range of options and a clear recommendation
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, remote, multi-time-zone environment, owning a broad workload from day one
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience advising on virtual asset regulation in one or more APAC jurisdictions
- Familiarity with the regulation of derivatives (including OTC options), equities and emerging tokenised financial instruments
- Experience supporting change-of-control notifications or other regulatory aspects of corporate transactions
- Experience with payments, e-money or card regulation
- Working proficiency in a second APAC language
- An authentic interest in crypto and digital assets, and familiarity with Payward's and competitors' products
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Campaign Strategy & Execution to develop and execute campaigns that help users discover value, adopt key workflows, and deepen their use of Notion.
You'll own campaigns end to end: translating business and customer opportunities into clear strategies, defining audiences and journeys, coordinating creative and technical production, launching across email and in-product channels, and measuring incremental impact.
This role combines strategic judgment with hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Growth, Data Science, Marketing Operations, and creative partners. You should be equally comfortable shaping a campaign brief, building a journey in Customer.io http://Customer.io, resolving execution details, and interpreting results.
Scope guardrails: this role owns campaign strategy, hands-on execution, cross-functional delivery, and performance analysis. It is not the primary Customer.io http://Customer.io architect or incident-response owner, a general intake coordinator, or a production-only role receiving prewritten briefs. The person should operate as an independent campaign owner who can take work from an ambiguous opportunity to a high-quality, measured launch.
This role may be based in either our San Francisco or New York City offices. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the campaign portfolio. Independently lead a portfolio of launch, one-off, and evergreen lifecycle campaigns with clear prioritization and predictable delivery.
- Turn opportunities into strategies. Translate product launches, lifecycle moments, and business priorities into clear objectives, audiences, journeys, channel plans, and success metrics.
- Build high-impact lifecycle programs. Develop campaigns across onboarding, activation, adoption, collaboration, monetization, retention, and resurrection.
- Execute from brief to measurement. Own audience creation, build, QA, localization, launch readiness, and post-campaign analysis across email and in-product messaging.
- Improve foundational journeys. Audit existing programs and recommend which should be maintained, improved, rebuilt, or retired; lead the rebuild of priority onboarding or adoption journeys.
- Raise the experimentation bar. Develop testable hypotheses and use segmentation, personalization, holdouts, and A/B tests to understand incremental impact.
- Measure customer and business outcomes. Connect campaigns to activation, product adoption, collaboration, conversion, retention, or qualified sales outcomes—not only opens and clicks.
- Lead cross-functional delivery. Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Sales, and external partners.
- Create repeatable systems. Turn recurring campaign work into templates, playbooks, and reusable operating patterns that improve quality and velocity.
- Enable safe self-service. Help cross-functional partners execute effectively while maintaining Lifecycle's strategic, customer-experience, and quality standards.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Significant experience owning lifecycle, CRM, growth, or product-marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- A track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional campaigns at meaningful scale.
- Strong customer-journey thinking across activation, adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Hands-on experience with a lifecycle platform such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong audience segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and campaign-measurement skills.
- Ability to use data to prioritize opportunities, evaluate results, and change strategy; working knowledge of SQL or self-serve analytics is a plus.
- Excellent project leadership: clear briefs, dependable execution, proactive risk management, and crisp stakeholder communication.
- Strong editorial and customer judgment—you care about sending useful, relevant messages rather than maximizing message volume.
- Comfort operating in a product-led, highly cross-functional environment with incomplete information.
- Experience with B2B or product-led growth, product telemetry, in-product messaging, or AI-assisted campaign workflows is a plus.
- 8+ total years relevant + transferrable experience.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS:
- Establish a clear operating rhythm for launch, one-off, and evergreen campaigns.
- Independently own a meaningful portfolio from strategy through performance analysis.
- Launch a materially improved onboarding, activation, or adoption journey with a defined experiment and measurement plan.
- Establish consistent briefs, segmentation standards, QA, launch-readiness checks, and post-campaign readouts.
- Demonstrate credible incremental movement in a product or business outcome.
- Create meaningful capacity for senior Lifecycle teammates to focus on systems architecture, journey strategy, personalization, and modernization.

A NOTE ON AI

For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Our Global Food Safety team exists to keep Wolt’s operations safe, compliant, and trusted across every market we’re in. We partner closely with the business on growth and operational excellence initiatives, building customer trust through clear standards, data-driven improvements, and food safety programmes that actually hold up on the ground.
We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Food Safety to help us build and run these programmes across our European markets. You’ll work closely with operations, legal, policy, and frontline teams to protect our customers and partners, and to keep our sites compliant as we grow. Expect regular travel across our European locations.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role that blends policy work with real, on-the-ground problem-solving. You’ll partner with country and area leaders, support external audits, and help translate global food safety standards into steps that actually work locally.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Partner with country and area leaders to manage food safety compliance and find pragmatic solutions to emerging risks.
Support our external audit programme, coordinating schedules with third-party auditors and local food authorities.
Help develop and maintain our global food safety policies, procedures, and HACCP plans, translating them into concrete steps at country level.
Handle food safety issues, enquiries, and product recalls, guiding country and site teams through execution and customer communication.
Work with Legal and Policy to keep us ahead of food safety regulations across our European markets.
Track compliance metrics and use the data to spot trends and drive improvements
Our humble expectations*
Formal food safety qualification (e.g. Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health), or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of progressive food safety or regulatory compliance experience in hospitality, retail, quick commerce, or manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, IFS, or BRC.
Proven experience managing food safety programmes across multi-country, multi-unit operations, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
Proven track record conducting internal/external audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses, with the ability to drive follow-up actions that deliver real compliance improvement.
Experience implementing policies and procedures in response to new business initiatives or evolving risk environments.
Fluent in English, given the multi-country scope of this role.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across our European markets.
What we offer
The chance to build and shape food safety practices across a fast-growing set of European markets, with real ownership over how you get there.
A seat on a collaborative, supportive global team genuinely invested in your growth as a leader.
Cross-functional exposure — you’ll work directly with legal, policy, ops, and country teams, not from behind a desk.
Next steps*
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If shortlisted, you’ll start with a screening call with our Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by an interview with the hiring team, a short take-home assignment, and a final debrief. We aim to move quickly and will keep you posted throughout.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

About the role:
You’ll define, document, and ship the financial logic behind Salmon’s platform — GL structure, postings, fees, and product accounting — as a Systems Analyst in Accounting & Core Engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Translate financial processes (GL, postings, fees, product rules) into technical specs that development teams build from directly
- Reverse-engineer existing solutions to find gaps and formalize what’s undocumented
- Run implementation from spec to production, with testing, acceptance, and release control alongside finance, product, and IT
What you’ll own:
- Requirements and specs for accounting processes and financial systems, written as user stories development teams can act on directly
- Posting logic, GL structures, and fee mechanics for new and existing products
- Analysis and documentation of systems with incomplete or missing documentation — you establish what exists before defining what needs to change
- Alignment across finance, product, and engineering, including conflicts between business logic and technical constraints
- Testing and acceptance, and every task through to production release
What makes you a strong fit:
- 2–3+ years as a System or Business Analyst, including work with financial systems or financial processes
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, including the general ledger
- Proven decomposition and system analysis skills: you can map complex processes and find what’s missing
- Experience coordinating requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of APIs, queues, and data exchange patterns; you read logs and use data to analyze issues
- English B2 or above
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running. We want every employee to do their best work without friction. We're hiring an IT Support Engineer who pairs strong technical skills with a service mindset and good judgment. Anthropic is growing fast, and IT needs to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive work (including with Claude), and improving the day-to-day employee experience. You'll handle support across our mostly macOS environment and help with the operational work that lets us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with room to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time. This isn't a scripted support role. You'll have real ownership, use your judgment to improve our processes, and grow with the team as we scale.
Key responsibilities
Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts, mostly through our ticketing system, plus Slack and in-person
Diagnose and fix issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
Handle escalations that need cross-team coordination
Join an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Communicate clearly with users at every technical level
Write and maintain internal documentation, including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
Spot patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues, and flag opportunities to automate
Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as we scale
Contribute to automation efforts
Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
Write scripts (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting macOS endpoints, and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
Experience with Google Workspace administration
Experience with Slack administration, including workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Experience supporting and administering other SaaS tools
Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services
Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
Strong troubleshooting skills, with a methodical and persistent approach
Clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems
Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
Preferred qualifications
Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPNs
Experience with IT projects beyond day-to-day support, such as migrations, tool rollouts, or process redesigns
Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Interest in developing deeper technical skills and taking on more complex systems administration over time
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
